Prophecy Study and Final Events

Oct 24, 2025

Overview

This session of Prophecy Countdown welcomed both in-person and global participants, focusing on a Bible prophecy study about the millennium and the final events described in Revelation 20, including the fate of Satan and the redeemed. The meeting featured musical worship, a prayer, a Bible Q&A, and an in-depth lesson on "Satan Bound and Burned," with detailed scriptural references and practical applications.

Bible Question & Answer Session

  • Tithe should be given by faith, even during financial difficulties, trusting in God’s provision.
  • Praying on one’s knees is a sign of respect but not always required; God values the heart.
  • The parable of the rich man and Lazarus teaches about spiritual responsibility, not immediate reward after death.
  • The Holy Spirit’s guidance aligns with scripture and brings conviction or comfort.
  • Any sin except persistent rejection of the Holy Spirit can be forgiven.
  • Jesus’ “three days and three nights” refers to the total period of his suffering, starting from his arrest.
  • Choosing a spouse involves shared faith and compatibility, along with seeking godly counsel.
  • The seven last plagues in Revelation are understood to be literal.
  • The Ten Commandments existed before Moses as shown by biblical examples.
  • The existence of guardian angels is supported scripturally.

Prophecy Lesson: Satan Bound and Burned (Revelation 20)

  • The millennium (1,000 years) begins at Christ’s second coming and the first resurrection of the righteous.
  • The righteous are resurrected and receive glorified bodies; the wicked are destroyed by Christ’s return.
  • The earth becomes desolate during the millennium, described as the “bottomless pit,” with Satan bound by circumstances.
  • The saints spend the millennium in heaven, participating in judgment and reviewing God’s justice.
  • At the end of the millennium, the New Jerusalem descends and all the wicked are resurrected for final judgment.
  • Satan deceives the resurrected wicked for a final rebellion; fire from God consumes them in the second death.
  • God creates a new heaven and new earth; the redeemed live with God forever, with no more pain, death, or sorrow.

Decisions

  • Trust God by paying tithe even during financial hardship.
  • Accept that the righteous will spend the millennium in heaven, not on earth.
  • Embrace readiness for Christ’s return and seek to be part of the first resurrection.
