  • Cream: 400ml (13.5 fl oz) heavy thickened cream
  • Seasoning: Sea salt flakes and cracked black pepper to taste
  • Spinach: 120g (4.2 oz) washed baby spinach (optional)
  • Herbs: 5g (0.2 oz) flat leaf parsley or basil (optional)
  • Extra virgin olive oil: For drizzling on top
