So, this statement is all about how to develop the local Filipino professional teachers in the 24th century. So, Before we start our discussion, let us read the learning outcomes that we must attain.

So, describe global and local teachers. Infer the demands of globalization in the 21st century on the teacher professionals. So, how do you prepare yourself as a teacher for a challenging task of making learners for today live meaningful lives tomorrow? As you prepare children.

for their future, teachers need to explore what the future holds. Teachers have to envision creative, innovative ways to prepare diverse learners in their own cultural context without forgetting that they live in their local communities but within the global village. So as an educator, we must able to keep ourselves informed of how the future of education and future work are changing so that we can able to know what does a student needs and to help them to develop their skill and even competence because they will designing our future. As a future teacher also, it is our responsibility to decide learning experiences that would be prepared to become a leaders, innovators, and problem solvers. So, teaching in flat world, not word, sorry for the wrong spelling, or one planet schoolhouse.

The global education as a result of shrinking world due to the access in technology. The internet globalized communications by allowing users from around the world to connect to one another. So this shrinking world means that it is the concept on how technology impact the world we live today. Which the gap of every country is closed or the world seems small because of the technology.

And then and then in the internet globalized communication means we can easily to communicate to people to the people our love or to ask information or even to find a job we can easily to communicate through this technology so here the global and global teachers education so global education so here are the two best def definition by the UNESCO. UNESCO defines global education as a goal to develop country worldwide and is aimed at educating at all people in accordance with world standards. So UNESCO means United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization.

James Becker in 1988 defined global education as an effort to help individual learners to see the world as a single-ended global system. and to see themselves as a participant in that system. So, James Becker's goal is to dedicate everyone to have a knowledge and empathy to the culture of the nation and the world.

Thus, to meet the various global challenges of the future, the 21st century learning goals has been established as basis of various curricula and knowledge. So, number one is 21st century content, emerging content such as global awareness, financial, economic, business, and entrepreneurial literacy, civic literacy, and health and environmental awareness. Number two, learning and thinking skills. So it enhanced their critical thinking and problem solving skills, communication, creativity and innovation collaboration contextual learning information and media literacy ICT Literacy, it means using technology in the context of learning so students know how to learn. And Life Skills means like it likes leadership, ethics, accountability, personal responsibilities, self-direction, and more.

So in Learning and Thinking Skills, it will start here a child. to learn or to enhance their critical thinking, problem solving, and a child will learn also to communicate to other people. So the ICT literacy and life skills are connected to global and local education.

So, a local teacher is locally and globally with worldwide perspectives, but it is teaching its communities, localities, towns, province, and region where he or she is situated. A global Filipino is characterized by several qualities and attributes in addition to in-depth knowledge, functioning skills, and embedded values. So, global teachers should understand how this world is interconnected, recognize that the world has rich variety of ways of life. A global teacher should have vision of the world.

Google Teachers, in addition to the The above qualities must possess the following distinct characteristics and core values of the Filipino teachers. Master Plan for Teacher Education 2017 First is Cultural and Historical Routiness When we say Cultural and Historical Routiness, it means that by building on the culture and history of the learners and the place. Second is ability to contextualize teaching learning.

So it means that by using local and indigenous materials, content, and pedagogy, we never appropriate. The third is excellence responsiveness. So when we say excellence responsiveness, it means that personal and professional competence, leadership, research, technology, innovation, and creativity.

The fourth is accountability and integrity. When we say accountability and integrity, it means that by being a positive role model with strong moral character, committed and conscientious, credible, honest, and loyal. The fifth is ecological sensitivity. When we say ecological sensitivity, it is being resilient and a steward of the environment for sustainability.

The sixth is nationalism or Filipinism. Nationalism is being a responsible citizen and upholding the Filipino identity amidst globalization. And the last is faith in the divine providence. So it is being human, just, peace-loving, and respectful of human rights.

So, it's a summary of our topic. Global education is a concept that brings us to understand the connectivity of each member citizen in the planet without leaving behind the local foundations. The advancement of technology shrunk the world to a size that everyone can be rich global education rich.

Global education requires future teachers the skills for the 21st century so that all will be ready to play a significant role to provide educational access to all types of learners all over the world. However, globalization does not leave localization behind. The blending of both concepts and as advanced by Robert St. 1992 underscores the rootedness and sustainability of education as part of the vision of Education 2030. Thus, a teacher who is global is also a global teacher and a global teacher can also be a global.

So, that ends of our report. Thank you.
