hi s here this is going to be a video of the raw patch notes reading it could be a long one because it is the longest patch notes we have ever had now there will be another video that is a tldr sum up that'll probably only be an hour um off the sum up but it's 70 or 80 pages so I might need to order pizza during this there might be breaks um and probably not super organized but we're going to be here for a while but the the tldr will probably be like an hour [Music] um so that's crazy um yeah it's kind of wild so I'm going to please no spoilers in my chat I'm going to spoil myself on a few things that I'm really curious about um what am I curious the most about I'm curious about explosive Arrow wouldn't mind if that gets nerfed explosive Arrow got buffed buffed at low levels oh okay no changes okay Essence Trin Essence drain massive buff low level massive buff a big level 15 18 20% buff 20% uh Effectiveness buff Essence strin buff all right now that we've seen those oh and I see detonate dead no no no no no no no no no corpse corpses corpse uh okay that's a Nerf okay whatever we'll go through it okay it's got nerfed some it's got nerfed something right okay that's enough control fing uh where is it we usually start right we'll start here cuz this is this the pitch right added a new Strength sh crushing fist uh venge will cry and do we keep the other retaliate skills I'm guessing we do right like we already have retaliate skills in coming Mele getting screwed again I doubt it melee looks like it's going to be the most OP eviscerates sword storm expert retaliation glacial Shield swipe that's quite a lot of skills so on my bingo shei um if CLE is buffed and DD gets nerfed through the ghosts I actually do have Bingo um I got quite a lot honestly like so many other things they said are things I've had on wish list videos and stuff like that so I am very very happy I'm very very happy two new bosses we got three oh true where was my oh yeah two plus new bosses there doesn't help me with Bingo though oh yeah bleed is buffed bleed buff yeah so like so many things from the Binger sheet a lot of things from my for those of you that have seen my like suggestion videos and like wish list videos like it it wouldn't go much better like so good yes SE theor drops are here uh 50 new uniques five new divination cards 72 more foils 179 more maps new chisel prosmetic oil three new grand Masters and replace two others um yeah com's heart I've been saying that for like a year I'm like why don't you just put com's heart back up to a th000 you can check DD it's dead okay cool thank you that was something I was searching for so that's an ethical spoiler you know what before we continue let me just check cleave uh the following skills no longer on the physical tag CLE no longer has uh and I mean of course there's a cleave buff so I have been go I have been goo um all right back up that's awesome I got Bingo melee totem skills have been removed we decided on this solution rather than simply removing their passive Buffs in order to make sure that melee bills are not oriented around set and forget gameplay and to allow dealing damage to yourself with melee SKS to be buffed around appropriately rewarding levels I'm a little bit surprised by this I'm surprised they didn't do more of a similar solution to rened attack totems I do you do have people using rened attack totems and attacking yourself but also so like you could have something where you're not allowed to use both but I I mean this is fine to compensate we have buffed the damage on almost every single melee skill I wonder what hasn't been buffed uh maybe bone Zone as the majority of this damage growth comes from gem levels we have also made them cost more Mana but it's still nothing like the man on spells the following gems have been removed ancestral protector Warchief while ancestoral War Chief and earthbreaker support um and and yeah now is not a good time to like sub or donate if you want to be thanked immediately or or acknowledged I have alerts off while I'm looking through this but I do super appreciate everything and please no spoilers uh yeah they're removed players have purchased Iron Maiden or void and sister war chief will have these removed and they will be refunded based uh existing versions of shako and dragon flight will be providing another gem so they just get divined for you um that's nice da Strider unique is no longer 100% effect buff of your ancestor what is it instead socketed slam gems supported by level 25 earthbreaker provides ancestral Bond okay huh this unique is now the only source of earthbreaker oh I get it that's kind of cool so you can have melee totems as long as you have the dawn Strider unique boots interesting so you can still do like consecrated totems and stuff like that you just have to use these boots cool the buff from active ancestors linger is now been removed um the large wheel of totem the large wheel of totem passive heal south of duelist has been removed P oh wait isn't that bad for me don't I use those pan notable passive skills has been removed I panopticon well wait aren't these huge Nerfs for easi there's more changes oh no I mean I literally don't mind if his killer gets nerfed like that's like that's a big part it's unclear to me so far but I don't want to spoil yeah I'll I'll read them too but it's like I don't think you should ever be so attached to one skill gem that it's the only thing you want to play like I don't mind if EA dies I would prefer if EA dies it's been around for a long time like I'll find something else I like I've always found something else I like I don't think I've ever whined about one of my skills getting nerfed like I I prefer that cuz then you know I get to play something else um uh the large totem ptic yeah interesting has moved to be a second notable and istic Fury okay okay so we still have Ironwood but it's there that's in the middle Ironwood no longer provides 150 per summon totem uh or totems gain 30% Al rest and now provides 40% totem life instead of 30 40% fist reduction okay surveillance has its own cluster to the southeast of the deist starting location 6% attack speed for totems some clusters moved around and cestal guidance is changed totems regen okay so a lot of like small totem changes that's fine Banner rework honestly I don't necessarily love the idea of this but with the autocasting and the things from the Clusters it doesn't sound that bad and the big part of um a a big part of um what was bad with totems is that they die so I I like all of these changes I think um but also have been reworked instead of having a restoration cost they're now free they don't grun a permanent buff um this going to be so nice to use water bner during the campaign yeah I can Mark what I'm reading I'll mark the top of it is this good additionally there are new ways to prolong the effects and way more to invest of them than ever before new banman renowned cluster 30% attack damage to your and your allies oh it doesn't so now it's just to linger 3 seconds after um 5% all Al but if that's only when your banner is down that's like kind of use this uh I need toine stand cluster cost you to gain three endurance and three frenzy when you consume Max Valor to place a bunner you a and terror is this helping that that I'm like also I can zoom in a bit is this helping that I like highlight what I'm reading uh oner buters chance to explode um added a new set of banner passive masteries banners also M gain fire Valor when you war cry so wait wait wait wait wait maybe I overread it but do banners not gain anything from killing anymore or do we gain Valor from killing and from war cries it's the stacks for the war cry for the for the it looks like both yeah that's what I'm thinking so you'll be able to have you'll be able to keep putting them down in bus fights but you're also able to like you know always have Max 50 stacks for your War B for a boss recover 3% of Life per five Valor consumed to place a banner cause enemies to take 8% damage that's all of them this is going to be really good for campaign bosses for like me when running through rage rework rage has been made more fundamental and discoverable um rage now GRS 1% more attack damage per rage gained to a maximum 30 but no longer inherently grants attack speed and or movement speed you lose 10 rage every 1 second if you have not been hit or gain rage in the last 2 seconds previously one rage every. five uh many sources of Rage now generate rage much more quickly and there's a shared coold down preventing you from generating rage on hit from more than one hit every 0.1.5 seconds a number of Rage related Stacks have had their wording updated to make it more clear that they scale with increased rage effect rage effect applies the damage inherently granted by rage and other bonuses granted per x-r if you have any and they Nerf perer they said [Music] um other effects that refer to your rage do not cause rage to Grant additional sets are not affected pendency and rage related skills to receive changes as a result chain breaker um they do not delay the inherent loss of Rage okay Bears girle no longer has 4 to 65% uh fist damage per 10 rage has now 10 Max rage instead of 20 I feel like Bear's girdle wasn't used a lot before and I don't think it's going to be used a lot more especially when it's literally a belt which is the most competitive slot so I don't know if that was warranted as a Nerf but com Supremacy no long has gained one rage on critical strikes it's five rage on melee hit okay the ravenous passion unique helmet no longer has uh rage grants cast speed instead of attack speed 7 to 10 rage after spending a total of 200 Mana huh okay that sounds annoying regw savager unique a is Plus 10 Max rage instead of 25 the Mal treatment ax three rage gain three rage on melee hit previously plus 10 maximum range dis disapprobation um also rage on Mele hit psychotic axe uh five rage so these are the high spaces right new battle trans cluster has been added to the Northwest Marauder provides plus 10 Max rage wonder how much Max Max rage you can get now a new Vengeance and thank you so much for all subs and stuff a new Vengeance cluster has been added to the DU list each rage also grants 1% increased armor gain three rage but hit by an enemy um honestly say happy so there's there's not that much they can do in the patch notes to [ __ ] this up in my opinion there's so many cool changes that I don't know about you guys but I feel like from what I saw of the city building it doesn't look that complic at like it doesn't look that complicated and it sounds exactly like the mechanics I made in like the the video of like what I was suggesting what pee mobile should look like like it sounds exactly how I was like this would be really cool if that this was the mobile version so I'm very excited for it new Savage intensity 20% reduced cost of tax Val of at least 20 rage two melee two rage on melee hit and inherent rage L starts 1 second later that's nice um added a new set of Rage passive masteries every range also ground stun threshold movement speed per five rage plus seven Max but it's faster to start dropping off where chry ground one range per five enemy power up to five 25 Max total life recovery from Leech nearby enemies are intimidated decent tinctures have been added to the core game this was at least before before actually looking at it in a build but just by seeing it in the trailer this was the most boring thing so far they looked a shadow of their former self and didn't look that interesting I'm very happy to be wrong about this though but it looked very I didn't look it didn't look like a nice mechanic ttin have been added to the core game with a just mechanics you place a tincture in one of your bell Sals instead of a flask while a tincture is active it grants you a powerful buff to your melee attacks but it inflicts mana burn on you draining your Mana at an increasing rate the longer the tincture has been active the tinure can be manually deactivated or automatically deactivate when you run out of Mana feel like most people really don't like busy work of um turning things on and off when we don't have a good way to customize the UI so you always need to like you would need to look on your flas you need to move your vision away from the middle of your screen that's important and look at your flasky in the bottom left that is a bit of annoying the Mana thing sounds annoying you can inherently only have one tincture U they have a cool down uh no tinure can be activated for a time a life lks and tinctures can be magic or unique but not rare were they unique before I didn't play much with tinctures NPCs and towns May a host tinctures available for purchase honestly I am so excited about the town stuff I'm worried it's going to be too complicated but I'm very excited about this no they no they were not unique okay so that's a new thing um added a new blood soaked blade Keystone passive cause theature to inflict weeping wounds training your life instead of your Mana okay a new Nature's concoction uh fast adjacent to tinure gain two charges when you hit an enemy with a weapon to be afraid this doesn't necessarily need you to even use the tincture it just needs to be there uh new perfected formula uh 15% for Ure to not inflict mana burn and causes to 10% reduce mana burn rate CDR effect and effect if you useed the life F recently um recover 15% of Mana when you use a tincture added a new set of tinure passive masteries first six Stacks have no effect it just delays it 30% increase evation 1% faster gain per mana burn on you uh fast adjacent to apply T have 10% increased effect if you've hit a recent enemy and they deactivate when you have 12 or more metab bur oh that's nice that does make it sound a lot more bearable doesn't it retaliation skills as described above um we've added a number of retaliation skills the counter skills Reckoning repost and Vengeance have been removed repost Reckoning and engines oh oh okay so they're crushing fist search okay cool um added a new careful Counterattack cluster 10% chance to block retaliation seals to 50% stun duration fortify on melee hit 30% AOE um 30% increased damage rage on hit notable cruel Resort provides every fourth retaliation steals always critical strength 20% speed not a huge fan of like every fourth hit and stuff 25% chance when use a retaliation skill for a different retaliation skill to become usable also just quick question is mathl drinking during this for his like reading through it because um he might die it's very long [Music] um he always does yeah I know that's why I'm worried this time it's so long I'm going to need food during this prepared response 25% chance when you use a retaliation skill become usable for 30% longer cool um Shield passive 50% chance to debilitate for one second has been replaced for a new Mastery 30% chance to avoid being stunned holding a shield more stun IM is good that's huge a new set of retaliation passives 80% duration of ailment inflicted so bleed retaliate bleed is an ailment right it's just not an LA ailment I poison and bleed are both ailments retaliation seals to ped bleed looks really strong this thing [Music] um 20% increased armor for each retaliation skill 10% 40% reduced cost okay do you care about the duration in bleed builds um no no no no you you would have to do poison unless there's something new with bleed well no you can stack bleed I think with that one thing Crimson dance uh added a six slot to the map device the fifth slot is now unlocked by completing either maven's invitation um or completing tier 17 and the six slot is unlocked when you complete the other encounter tier 16 above you have a chance to encounter the as Wildwood um although they do not contain the NPCs the nameless here or the king I'm surprised they don't have the nameless here both there and in maps like you might as well have it spawnable in there uh instead you now have a chance to find the nameless here lurking in tier 16 and 17 maps that is exciting I love rare outcomes like this that can happen and just like boom just change your day uh they offer to scry a map scrying a map allows you to swap the Divination cards typically dropped in the current map to another map on your Atlas and a specific map cannot be in multiple swaps at the same time if you want to undo your choice an orbo scouring can be used to swap them this is so big we've done a big Shuffle of which divination card can be found in each map which means most map drops drop fewer divination cards them before but don't worry you can now see this information for yourself this is very cool oh these are so big changes hovering over or selecting a map shows which definition card drops there you know type the name in The Highlight filter on the atlas oh very nice added a new fragment in audience with the king um he will drop a number of uniques that are familiar with that leag however they did specify that which was taken is now that which was taken from us we do not get that anymore sadly so that's devastating that is devastating uh the name tap the FL flawed Refugee and the tri smile unique are no longer part of the cor drop okay can't remember what any of those are yeah I mean we don't have to be that extreme on spoilers I guess just because I'm not reading chat that often um and M 16 above you now have a chance to discover a reflective mist so we now have the candra mechanic again without anything with cundra it looks like it just pops up when you're killing um so you you just get to uh reflect rings so the most profitable thing this league I can already tell you is going to be Heist it is going to be 400 divines plus for the Simplex amulet 400 divines plus for the Simplex ulet so have have fun with that maybe 800 can you imagine though that plus eight skills that's what it already was oh yeah that'll be crazy wait why because you can get plus eight skills on an emulate cuz um they showed that you can put your own in was one of the outcomes it was more expensive than Mage blood already ah cool you may now stumble across Sentinels they working in similar fashion the only thing and this is a hardcore issue the only thing I did not enjoy about Sentinel was that there was no clear indication of how much more powerful the monsters are cuz they're the same monsters and like it's not like a 70% Sentinel buff is like 70% more damage like it was um it's very hard to tell how dangerous you're making them scarabs chisel and horizon or now follow the same drop rules as Maps they're considered proportionally to endgame Maps they do not drop uh more with additional party members present nor do they scale with bonuses to item quantity on the player monsters killed from all leagues and additional accountant can now drop Maps privacy blah blah blah yeah most things a lot of things can drop Maps before by the way a lot of people have been asking or am I playing solo cellon like I said I was leaning towards this looks a lot like a trade League doesn't it right I kind of be ashamed to not play trade League during auction house thing there's a very low chance of me playing solo self on this thing so we're back to hardcore trade they literally added trade uh introduce the scaraba B section nullify which allows you to select nullify prefixes or suffixes in the map device hor SC of Awakening oh that's huge because Awakening was so good on so many other things U Beyond SC of invas that would be really good for tier 17s um Beyonce AR invation causes rare monsters slain to create additional portals BL Scarab oils have been renamed to blight Scarab of Blart it no longer provides blight oils found is one are uh one tier higher to have causes it to have one bladed chest oh wait that's huge biting ERS in the area spawns more waves grow larger and more rewarding oh that's huge that's insane for those that don't know what the implication of this is is even if you're in a big map where would normally spread out if it's spotting 11 pumps you're going to get 11 blight rewards so basically how you would be forced to do blighting carcus before um so this is this is a really nice SC the delirium scab of mania now also CA delirium to increase 50% faster with distance from the mirror divination scab scab divination Scarab has been renamed to divination Scarab of The Cloister no longer 150 div cards found uh causes an area to contain 8 to 12 additional packs of toor devoted and they have a 1% chance to drop a stacked deck divination card of curation has been renamed to SC of the Plenty no more longer provides 10% divination cards found per area per different favored or div cards are replaced instead five packs of magic monsters in area that drop additional div cards that's a change domination um oh wait completion uh no longer 20% chance of drops full stack um termination cards which drop in the area are stolen by the final maposs increase toughness and Deals more damage oh that's interesting that's so cool oh that's so cool so you can like gadu your maps and run straight to the boss and kill it like misto farming that's really interesting depends on the drop rate uh domination SC of abnormality has been red to apparitions two additional Apparition shrines instead of an additional unusual one dude also I'm so happy that was also another one of my wish list videos where I was saying like why don't I just simply remove quantity entirely from the game because Rarity isn't that harmful but quantity is I I I feel like I got so many wishes grunted this was like I feel like I've been getting that a lot recently I'm not saying they're doing it because of my videos but I'm very happy like I'm getting so many things I'm wishing for you need to reread that div one you still need to kill the mobs divination cards which drop in area are stolen from the final bus oh so they do need to drop and then what would be the point then if you need to kill them anyway what's the point I don't understand you guarantee two extra reps am I blind oh final mapall duplicates all St Elation card okay that is huge still never mind so it's still still beneficial still beneficial reading is hard reading is hard I'm also so excited the domination SC of teaching has been uh renamed to domination Scarab of evolution and now causes the area to contain one additional evolving Shrine instead of causing Shrine Buffs to gr 30% XP gained yeah that makes sense uh cartography s has been renamed to cartography of escalation 10% increase Maps um 50% instead of providing 50% increase Maps Okay cartography is now cartography SC of risk it now costs an area to have additional random modifier uh maps in the area are tier up okay modifier just more craphy of duplication has been renamed multitude CL an area to have 8 to 12 additional packs of difficult and rewarding monsters 300% increased maps and 30% chance to be duplicated oh okay uh discernment has being changed to oist it no longer causes harb injuries to drop a rare currency charge or to drop a single type of currency uh Shard it now causes them to draw spawn empowered obelisk and they drop shards when defeated okay horns the AR of tradition all scarabs and eat monsters all Scarab all all rare and unique monsters in area have dropped items transformed by reward modifier previously just rare uh and no longer has player modifiers to item R and quantity do not apply to the area interesting yeah that will be expensive the mysterious Scarab has been renamed to Scarab of divinity it no longer costes 40 to 60 barrels uh all it now has an additional rare monster in the area will be Pantheon touched oh just one wonder if that's like good enough 100% increased damage man that sounds like death R has been renamed to T typ titonic Scarab no longer provides 100% increased unique items uh unique monsters have 2% increased toughness damage and Rarity per 1% pack size Rarity an quent The Relic are of overlords has been Titanic SC of treasures no longer causes unique monsters to drop a unique item uh that that one was so broken for a lot of it um but that's pretty cool costes unique monsters have two additional rewards and 30% increased toughness okay I mean guaranteed unique item was pretty broken of Visions as being renamed to tatani S of Legend no longer caes nameless sear two additional monster modifiers well I'm surprised they remove that I guess it's been nerfed so was no Point longer ritual scar of recognition being renamed to Ritual scar of wisps it no longer provides unique enemies slain at ritual alter give tribute ritual alter spawn a Wildwood wisp in Wildwood wisps Grant 50% tribute to nearby players interesting wonder how good ritual to be now ritual in my opinion the main problem with ritual is that the time Factor has not been considered enough like no matter how good or bad you are as a player it's such a consistent speed um so like it really needs a buff the Scarab of wisps now cause monsters in area to be empowered by 2,000 Wildwood wisps previously 1,000 um ritual is awesome or Ser saying it should not be buffed they should Nerf ritual um sulit baumes now has monsters affected by and ranging fumes have 50% increased item quantity previously 500 shees yeah four is too much per M the torment Scarab no causes an area to be haunted by three additional tormented Spirits instead of five 25% chance to be set free flowing scarabs can no longer be obtained uh uh abis emptiness bestiary shadowed Crow betrayal perpetration Beyond corruption blight Bounty preach of the dreamer craphy Singularity expedition of the scull Legion of the sea Scarab of unity soulight Scarab of creed so they've removed a lot uh We've also reviewed the limit for how many of each SC can be used alongside a map and made adjustment where necessary after socketing your first void Stone you can now hover over tier 14 maps and view what tier oh this is huge and view what tier 17 map can be dropped there that's so nice monsters in tier 17 maps have now less damage and deal less damage fitting better into the progression between Pinnacle bosses I hope so like they were so ahead though I don't know if 30% less damage is enough tier 17 maps are now modifiable only with chaos V and chisel previously only chos orbs they drop with random quality instead of always dropping with 20 union of souls can no longer roll oh that's good that was so toxic exclusive tier 17 maps have a increased item Rarity to quantity okay tier 17 maps that cause an area to have additional clusters of B volatile barrels are being removed um we added a new modifier that provides a chance for rare monsters to fracture on death I can already tell you that this is a mistake I does anyone remember the AL Kaiser death I I think this is a mistake I think this is a mistake unless unless you have that they um attack differently the the problem with these things in the past I'm actually going to make sure I'm going to message them about this um but uh what ends up happening is you kill one monster 20 more monsters spawn and they all attack at the same time and you die uh and that's a huge issue that's a huge issue and they don't drop loot they're not good to kill they just kill you um so a solution to this is that when they spawn they attack a different times they don't all get like the exact same thing cuz this is going to have so many [ __ ] deaths I don't think they would let that happen um there are so many things happening skill isue well that's the problem is that um on a lot of monsters there was no counter or they spawn stagered but yeah there's no there's no counter for that it's why we've seen like aliser die to things like that in the past um double anointed amulet can now drop in BL rubish maps that is interesting what's the fracture on death that's the thing I just spent two minutes explaining so go back in the video uh monsters in ultimatum encounter can drop a loot once again o interesting hordes in abysal depths now drop more items interesting some of the beasts uh from 's memory of harvest beasts have been added to the core pool of bester monsters oo do you think they'll be in both and just rare normally oh that's a huge buff for bester if they're good giannis's fortification say files reward is now a test of domination scarabs does not apply to ruthless Gloom Shrine or charge Shrine in areas oh Gloom shrine's fun Divine shrines are now rare I barely see them anyway duration 20 seconds wow we've also adjusted the r rate of all those puzzle boxes um we'll get the same amount of M PLS as before all right I read these out the way I normally do with happy or sad for what I'm happy being added back in these have been added back to the atas anyways ancient city rected tomb Armory beach beach it's a wi League it's a w it's a big W oh that's literally the best map um Caldera carcass don't really care about either of these the beaches back uh chatau I hate that City Square poggers uh colonade kind of whatever hate the boss colum very whatever absolutely dislike coal ruins nice Coes nice crater decent Dark Forest Great Dessert amazing um dig I guess it's okay geod decent uh Haunted Mansion great infested Valley very laggy I don't know why I wonder if they fixed it it's the only lag that ever gives me lag in in path xile like crazy crazy lag like insane like 10 FPS lag you too yeah everyone everyone gets well most people get lagging infest belly uh leine I like that Li house good malformation good uh it's good to have a good taste of hate map that's why marshes um n Mesa very good race course eh used to be good but they were too many monsters R Parts it's fine rally Chambers it's fine scriptorium um sepulture meh spider there me and Summit is okay following has been removed acid Caverns nice ereon Nest nice Arena nice AR Lake sad face Arsenal nice Barrow nice Canyon sad face Conservatory nice Crimson Temple eh uh excavation nice forking River nice Frozen cabins nice graveth amazing literally please just say that you removed this from the game um Iceberg sad lava chamber ah mineral pools um nice park sad face F smoria sad face um no I guess I prefer M formation anyway Plaza whatever primordial pool no I like primordial pool Reef nice Shipyard indiffer shun indifference stagnation indiffer sunken city nice Thicket indifferent Tower nice volcano sad face Wasteland sad face waste pool indifferent water was nice and Worf sad face I like having Worf and Beach uh map tiers and locations have been shuffled um some of the map bosses you required has been changed and crafting recipes have been changed first 15 waves from removed and Buffs have been improved ritual corpses that you can use races Vector can now be found as a reward in ritual very cool that's a big buff lowest tier ritual bases cannot be found in maps um and the highest tier can only be found in maps with an area level of 83 or higher okay Arch demon is now minus two level socketed support gems and plus two socketed skill instead of this is really bad for awaken gems though socketed skill Supply fire C landing on here Brimstone uh Treads is now 50% stun in Black recovery and 20 reduce down threshold okay um depilation Gauntlet renamed to thwarting gauntlets 5% block and 10% of damage from the lock hits okay I don't I think a lot would have to happen for me to ever want to take increased damage from blocked hits 10% is may be doable but like yeah isn't our streaming mandatory now for oras well it is just socketed so yeah it is just socketed you're right it is very nice for whereas is very nice can't use them power with it then or Enlighten so there it's not like a mandatory it's like upsides and down sides uh 10% reduce movement speed from the slippers and 45% 50% increased cool replaced with a new fungal Horizon which causes blight test to have 60% more chance to contain bled Maps after complet a BL encounter a gr all players blight reach uh CH maps to find oh wow so all changed generally we have added items quantity or Rarity bonuses to a number of mechanics such as Essences or delirium on top of that we have added drops back to some of the Leakes where it wasn't present before like ultimatum and in general the philosophy here is that if you're killing monsters you get the loot and if they are more difficult you should get more and better loot this sounds good so far this sounds good uh oh a major change we made alongside the above is that we've changed a lot of the quantity and Rarity bones of monsters to prevent things multiplying out of control at the very top end um there were cases that were utilized by fewer than 100 players that were um able to yeld tens of thousands in some case hundreds of thousands of unique items dropping every map while not even playing in a party and as such had a monopoly on the unique item Market if you're wondering why so many TI zero uniques reduced drastically in value it was due to this this wasn't them um these spectral corpses are now um that's huge this is a huge DD Nerf this is huge these spectral corpses are now unusable for most purposes and can only only be used by Min seals such as race death or bone offering read the restoration thing again oh it's 12% amount of reservation instead of 40% marity oh so that's way better the opposite of what I read um this is huge I would need like Lily and run so un unnerfed at high levels um it seems unnerfed at high levels on most of these artillery ballista slightly more Mana cost two more that's bad um same with these so all of them have the 13 manacost at high and higher at low level Bane um what is this in numbers it looked very similar to what we uh control left Ence strin has too so from 900 to 1,75 20% increase all right I really hope K survival this patch as the man of six ATM one from barrage up to 10 so down by one same for rif fire battle mes cry no longer grants a buff which boosts Critical Strike chance and allows attacks to benefit from increases his spell damage instead now the user and nearby l g a buff that boosts Critical Strike chance and the buff GRS .5 to Critical Strike chance per five power and can count a maximum of 25 power now has a base duration of 2.5 seconds one so like less duration on a lot of the cries it definitely looks like Melee Le uh berserk which we've been told has been nerfed no longer provides more damage with attacks more attack speed more movement speed or less damage taken it now provides 40% increased rage effect at gem level one damn so you're going to be a lot slower 59% more rage effect damn it also no longer scales the size of your character this is a huge Nerf this is the worst Nerf ever why does it no longer scal the size of your character that was the literally the best thing ever blade flurry no longer has added attack at all levels 61% effect of Base so double base and a over double over double scaling but I don't know how much you're losing from the flat uh now is a manacost of five scaling to six was four before at all levels okay I after looking to how how much flat it had before but still probably because you can get so much rage now yeah we are very angry we are very angry this very similar for inis as well big buff blad storm now a man of 10 one previously with eight at all levels it's up to 14 um 21 instead of 150 so almost double damage on blad storm damn so now melee rely on weapon even more yes but also another important thing to remember is weapons are better now I don't know if we're getting new weapon bases uh I know we're getting more armor bases but um wet Stones like the 20 30 quality we can get now is a lot stronger on weapons so on top of these skill buffers we're getting a double buff we're getting a double buff so pretty big um I'll skip the alt quality gems when they looks to be very very similar 189 here or 347 vers 180 it's like almost double BL rain Mana seven previously eight up to 10 unchanged blight um skill W so blight Bane and Essence Rin are all buffed by roughly 20% I don't know if that alone is enough to make it viable but you do use multiple of the skills so it is quite nice um atrophy similar buff not that much for BL of contagion BL is closer to 25% well there might be other things that make make it more interesting we've already seen Ed it's the same um I do think kills need a bit more of a buff than that they are very far behind on them Mage so it's not something that feels like it makes super sense to play in melee League to be honest um it probably makes more sense uh to play other stuff I'm so happy for K though and like by the way it was really interesting when I first started streaming I was K I was the melee guy people would be like are you never going to play spells like and like I remember the first time I played vpark was like a big deal um we saw new ones and dise to steal my D sound oh nice you strayed from the light let's see bone Nova from all the toll is 150 like a small buff like a 20 30% buff 20% buff roughly for explosive concoction guessing similar for Destruction there's a lot of changes honestly I think it's going to be a very different KN starter metaph for once very different KN starter metaphor once which is kind of nice I I really appreciate that like very different like the last few leagues the league starter meta have been very very very unchanged but now it's very changed uh ex sanguin yeah same Fireball same okay so like every spell I see looks as just is nerfed early and buffed later uh flesh and stone oh yeah what's the end game damage over time uh damage over time multiplier to be equal to Critical Strike multiplier to not deal extra damage and makes so non-critical strikes cannot inflict ailments oh interesting huh H causes critical St to not deal extra damage cannot inflict Els oh noncritical strikes can affect elements wa that is kind of insane hey thank for the rain is kind of insane that sounds kind of insane crit's toughness toughness instead of life to the monster they're affecting and grants a small amount of increased item R and quantity for each Essence affecting them the higher toughness the less damage it takes a monsters within 100% increased toughness will it take 50% less damage 200% take 67 so I guess this is a they're going to try to fix that Essences are not literally [ __ ] Uber bosses right that sounds like what they're trying to address here 25% tormented Spirit 25% increased Rarity in quantity 50% item riority for the average Spirit possessing a monster pinnacle bses shaper and other to overwhelm cause them to ignore fist reduction Expedition Remnant overwhelm also ignore this should be nerfed cuz this is so stupid that's basically death to take it unless you're conversion like reason for one mod being literally instant death like it might as well say like all damage reflect like it's it's so stupid like it's so stupid on those monsters it's not a skill check it's a read it's it's a huge buff like Essence is huge Quest reward changes the bandits are changed we have an extra skill point now and then some gems UI changes they have studing life bar for bosses you no longer need to inct reservation persist death dude what happened to our like do you remember how nice we had the es bar for like 30 minutes and then they removed it do you remember the es bar being above it that was so nice for 30 minutes the thing I asked for for six years that they finally put in the game and then we had to for 30 minutes and then they took out um I'm going to have to start items offered didn't fit in the trade window um outdated that's a interesting way of writing outdated modifiers could still be obtained on Heist bres delve and Heist chest could contain ve scarabs um Riptide monsters could still pull things they shouldn't such as the ultimatum alter Riptide monsters now only target players with the chain hook ability um itemized temples Dro in areas open with the inqu timeline scared of nonfunctional nonfunctioning empowering rooms players have increased action speed for each time they use the skill recently did not respect other sources oh P was now firing projectiles with ball lightning Legion Commander body armor micr transaction and amulet effects NPCs could no longer turn to face you when starting a dialogue that's a bit rude isn't it true based um concentrate Ted effect was scaling the damage of Elemental Arrow from blink and oh they're no longer the AE okay cool yeah no longer a t storm mine and Stor teleportation we missing Arcane should be could be supported by Arc Mage oh automation support did not mention it cannot support V skills flame Das return cannot be supported by unleash uh audio played when applying currency to a sters would play twice some alternate unique art have lost the shine on their 3D art ah um microtransaction list could display an existing race reward M as just received when converting another race reward uh I had that uh demel's Authority could not be applied to rap Divine sign helmet it's just MTX stuff was there no like continued increment mentally increase in this one oh I did I us sure they comment on
