company right it is evident that you will be sitting in front of the computer for more than 12 hours right so if you consider uh the your personal work as well okay if you're learning if you're learning new skills if you are doing some course online course okay so what you have to do is you will have to stay in front of the computer you have to sit on the chair you will have to sit there for like 14 14 hours or maybe 15 16 hours right so that is the reason why it is very important to do proper exercise right it can be walking it can be running okay it can be jogging or it can be going to the gym uh like lifting some dumbbells and everything okay so all these things or you can do some cardio or something like that some people even like to go to uh badminton they play badminton or they play any different kind of sports such as tennis cricket and a lot of other things right so a lot of Fitness is very important guys that is the most and utmost thing okay now we have observed that most of the people okay who are living near the campuses TCS campuses they usually try to go into different gyms right they have taken some memberships or something like that or they are they have subscribed to some membership fees okay uh for the badminton courts or for the gym equip gym and everything right so for all those people a lot of people actually don't know that T-Series in its campuses okay they have some gym okay they have a fantastic gym if you visit their Pune campus Hyderabad campus if you go to uh Noida campus then you will find if you go to nagar campus as well right and many other uh campuses thesis campuses in the South as well so all these are equipped with a fantastic gym okay guys so they also have along with that they also have a badminton code they have uh uh a tennis court they have some different codes as well cricket ground for ground a lot of other things right so a lot of people what we have observed is they invest around 3000 rupees per month okay in all these facilities okay outside teachers but they don't know that this is available free of cost at teaches okay so all you have to do is you have to go to the nivant or whatever your a locality or whatever is your location and in that location you have to go and you have to ask the security or anyone in the reception that where exactly is this this area okay for amenities and everything so you can go over there you can consult with the receptionist okay and they will tell you the entire process basically the process is very simple if you want to join gym or if you want to play Anywhere okay you just have to take a medical Fitness certificate from the doctor okay so that is also given by teachers the certificate is also given by teachers you just have to go to the doctor which is also available in TCS itself okay so there is a particular timing in which you can go to the doctor you can take consultation they will have a channel checkup and they will give you a certificate that you are fit to play or fit to go to the gym okay so this is the process after this what will happen you will be you can register for the slots okay so for example this can be messy sometimes okay there can be a lot of people around in the mornings or in the evening sessions okay so what you have to do is you have to plan accordingly suppose you want to go to the gym like four times a week or five times a day a week right 8 items per week so what you can do is you can book accordingly right A lot of people actually go to the gym for three times maybe or maybe four times right for lifting weight and everything uh the other ways they go for cardio uh in like jogging track and something like that uh or running as well so what you can do is you can plan accordingly you can go to the website okay there is a website where you have to book a slot so you can directly go book a slot for like next day or the the day after the uh tomorrow so you can book a slot and then you will be getting that particular slot free okay so you can go there you can play you can uh like uh do gyming and everything okay all these things you can do so in this way you can save 3000 rupees okay up to the thousand rupees now second money saving thing that we want to suggest is that we have already made a video on this point but a lot of people actually don't know okay so for all these people we are suggesting that if you want to increase your PF contribution okay so there is a fixed amount that is 12 percent of your basic salary that is currently being deducted apart from that what you can do is you can go and open the ultimately tax and benefits portal okay in the GSS and there you can add or increase your vpf that is the voluntary DF now let me tell you guys that you all know right that vpf okay Provident fund is a very safe organization okay it is government bound organization it is giving 8.1 percent interest currently okay and if you if you have some spare money that you're getting okay in your bank account instead of saving it in the fds like six percent uh six point five percent or in the stock market which is giving negative returns by the way so you can what you can do is you can go and you can increase your vpf that is the voluntary problem fund and you will be 100 getting a return of 8.1 percent as of now for this financial year okay so vpf can be anything okay it can be up to 90 percent of your basic salary I mean 100 of your basic salary apart from the 12 percent okay so this is the uh this is about the vpf okay a lot of people actually don't know I will I a friend actually who has uh like uh added her 50 of her salary okay earlier I suggested her that earlier she used to spend all of her salary right so I suggested her that if you are not able to save if anything after the salary hits your bank account what you can do is you can deduct the salary before it comes to your account so what you did was she added 50 of her salary into the vpa okay so
