Blackboard User Guide and Multi-Factor Authentication

Main Login

• Access the Blackboard platform via the main login page.
• Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser.
• Login credentials required:
  • Username
  • Password

Multi-Factor Authentication Setup

Step 1: Download Authenticator App

• Install an authenticator app such as:
  • Microsoft Authenticator
  • Google Authenticator
  • Authy

Step 2: Setup Authenticator App

• Open the app and scan the image or copy the key provided.

Step 3: Enter Code

• Enter the 6-digit temporary code generated by the app.
• Associate the code with your account.

Completion

• Multi-factor authentication is successfully enabled.
• A login code will be requested on unfamiliar devices.

Third-Party Account Login

• Sign in option available through Rasmussen ADFS.
