Leveraging Chat GPT for Personal Growth

girl, your full potential could be just one conversation away. And that's because of Chat GPT. It is not just some AI robot. It can be your personal mentor, your personal assistant, your strategist, your accountability partner, your therapist, and so much more. And so, in this video, I'm going to show you how to use Chat GPT to boost your productivity, your mind, your skill set, your lifestyle, and aid you on your self-development journey. Because the amount of hacks I have learned on using it to basically get you further in closing the gap between your current self and your ideal self is astonishing. And it's so funny because I used to be chat GPT's biggest hater. Like literally ask anyone. Whenever somebody would talk about it, I'd be like, but it produces the most generic responses. I think it's going to kill people's creativity. But once you learn the correct prompts and how to actually use it, especially in a self-development sense, it is magic. So, first thing we're going to go through in the video is tips that are going to change everything. These are basically the foundational pieces of advice you need to know before you even type in chat GPT on your web browser. And then afterwards, I'm going to be breaking down all of the steps that you can use chat GPT to get yourself further in manifesting your dream life, getting further on your self-development journey, how to use chat GPT to actually improve your self-concept, which we know is the absolute center to everything, whether it's manifestation, confidence, self-esteem, how you show up, the life that you create because you get exactly who you are. And then lastly, at the end of the video, I'm going to be breaking down a bunch of productivity hacks that you can use from ChachiPT as well. Chapter number one, the top and most essential steps that you need to apply with every chat GPT search you make to get the best results out of it. And this chapter, we're going to break down the four essential steps. And these are context, specify, expand, and facts. Step number one is context. You need to give as much information about yourself as possible and as relevant in each search you're making. Otherwise, you are just going to get the most generic results ever. So, I'm talking your name, the name of your business if that's what you're searching about, your age, where you live because then ChatGpt will collect more relevant information that is specific to your personal situation. I'm not even joking when I tell you I've copy and pasted my birth chart and my astrology into chat GPT to make it give me a more specific answer based on my personal weaknesses and strengths and what aligns to me best. Step two is specify. After you've written out whatever question you're asking, then you need to end it with asking Chat GPT to respond in whichever way you want. I'm talking you can even tell it to respond in a specific tone of voice. So let's say you're asking chatbt to write a caption for your Instagram post or help you refine a LinkedIn post that you're putting out for your business. You can ask chatg answer this in a professional tone for this specific platform or keep it lighthearted or keep it funny. Another example of specify is if you are asking chatgpt to give you certain information to develop your skill set and so that you can learn more things. Ask chat GPT to respond like whatever professional is succeeding in the field that you want to gain more information on. For example, if you're asking ChatGPT for business knowledge or how to set up a business, end that question with, "Respond to me like a sevenf figureure business owner." Or if you're trying to ask for investing tips, say, "Respond to me like a millionaire who is an experienced investor in the stock market, for example." Step number three is expand. Once you've asked your initial question and chatt has given you its first answer, do not stop there. Then reply by saying, "How can this answer be improved? Can you expand more on that? Did I miss anything important? And then chat GPT will kind of analyze your initial question to be like actually maybe you should consider this, this, and this to get the most information out of your question. And then finally, step number four is facts. You cannot rely on chat GPT 100% to completely understand where you were coming from and give you the most unique answer. You need to put a little bit of work and research into your answer. And this is what I have found in my experience to work the best. So instead of asking chat GPT please write five hooks for my Tik Tok content in beauty, you are first going to research and understand what actually works in the beauty algorithm. What are some tried and tested methods or techniques or strategies that people have used to blow up? And then you're going to use that knowledge and add it into your answer to then get a more unique and specific answer. And then refer back to the last few steps I spoke about which is specify, expand, and context. give context as to who your target audience is, what you are trying to achieve with your content, what is the end goal in making every single Tik Tok video. So this then turns into this. Please write five different hooks for my Tik Tok content on beauty that attracts nonfollowers from my specific target audience of Gen Z women living in the UK. The hooks should encourage engagement and bridge the gap in the current beauty landscape on Tik Tok. Keep the tone light-hearted, funny, and entertaining. you see the difference and you are going to get two vastly different answers. Chapter number two, how to use chat GPT to manifest your dream life. Now, don't get me wrong, manifestation can be done completely on your own. You don't need all the fancy techniques in the world. If you want to know how to manifest, I have so many different videos on my channel. The one that I uploaded most recently, explain manifestation in its most basic form, which is all you have to do is control your mind and choose your thoughts on a daily basis and align with the version of yourself that already has everything you want. That is manifestation in a nutshell. If you just do those things, you can absolutely stop that. However, if you are someone who really struggles with that and you feel like maybe there are some blockages in your life, aka limiting beliefs, then this is how you can stop them super easily and super efficiently using Chachi PT. So, hack number one is using Chachi PT to remove your limiting beliefs. This changed everything for me because I felt like I kept trying to manifest a specific desire and I couldn't get there because I had quite a bit of trauma around that area of my life. And so it was really hard for me to overcome that and overcome those kind of blockages and limits in my head. So I then went to Chachi PT and I typed in prove my limiting belief wrong and then typed in what it was. And then after that I gave context because again if I want chat GPT to prove it wrong to the point that I think about that limiting belief and I'm like that doesn't even make sense. I have to give it all of the evidence. So I'm like I'm a woman. I'm 24. I'm living in London. This is my career. Now colleate all of the evidence as to why this limiting belief does it make sense so that I can finally step away from thinking about it. The answer that Chat GBT produced me was so specific and called me out on so many levels that now I'm able to manifest that desire way more clearly and way more confidently. And that's truly the key. Hack number two is using chat GPT to help you visualize. And this is a very simple prompt. You're going to type into chat GPT. Write a story or a day in the life script of my future ideal self who has achieved all of the following. And then underneath that, copy and paste your list of goals which you should have written in your phone somewhere like your 2025 resolutions or something like that. And then alongside that, make sure to give the context. Say where you are right now, where you want to be. And it's really important that you don't just copy and paste your goals, but you give so much like specific detail on where you want to be because that's what's going to help you visualize. So, I'm talking like write in the name of your partner. I wrote in the name of my pet, write in the city, and maybe even the neighborhood that you want to live in in the future. Because the more that ChachiPT has specifically once it gives you the story, by the way, when I got my story, I copied and pasted it into my notes app and I read through it any single time I'm doubting where I'm going to be or any single time I need a little bit of motivation. It helps me visualize so so strongly and it does wonders for just cultivating that abundance mindset that is so essential to attracting your dream life. And then hack number three is using chat GPT to help you figure out the aligned actions you need to take to become the person you've always wanted to be living the lifestyle that you're trying to attract. So you're going to type into chat GPT what your specific desire is. And then you're going to write create a morning or evening if that's what you want to do manifestation routine that is going to help me achieve this desire. And then once you've written on it expand on it and give specifics like in my manifestation routine I'm happy to use affirmations and visualization. However, I personally dislike meditation for example or scripting and then chat can give you a really good specific morning manifestation routine that you can do every single morning that is specifically going to help you get that desire in a way that you want to do it. Chapter number three, how you can use chatbt to get further on your self-development journey. This is my favorite. So number one is to write down all of your goals for the year. So again, your 2025 resolution list or a big list of goals you might have in your phone of where you want to be in life and what you're working towards. copy and paste that into GPT and then ask church PT to create a plan or a timeline or even a weekly schedule that helps you achieve that list of goals. Hack number two is using chachi pt with astrology. I recently discovered this and I love it. Now you can go on to Google and you can find your birth chart using any free website where you then input your birth time and your birthday and your birth location and it will give you a little image that you can just then save to your camera roll and then insert as a file onto chat GBT and then underneath it you can ask any questions such as what career path am I supposed to have? What is my life's purpose or what do I struggle with? What steps should I take to avoid this or how can I use my astrology to become the best version of myself? There's also something called astroctography which I hope I'm getting this right but essentially when I put this into chat GPT it told me which cities in the world that I am most suited to live in because my biggest life problem is not figuring out which country I want to live in cuz I just want to live everywhere and I thought according to my birth chart and according to my astroctography and my basic personality and who I am where should I live and it gave me a full-on breakdown and it was so interesting. Step number four, you can go on to Tachi PT and type in I want to learn and then X skill, whatever you want to learn. Now create a 30-day plan that will help me go from beginner to experienced in this skill and align it with my current schedule. And then you can paste in what your personal schedule is or say that, you know, I work 9 to5. These are the hours that I want you to factor in for this 30-day learning plan. And it's just so great because it really takes out the resistance of trying to get to where you want to be because you haven't figured out the timings yet or you don't have to do it or you feel like you don't have the space in your life to accommodate for it. Chat GBT is now acting as your free personal assistant that is making that space and organizing everything for you so that you can actually do everything you've always wanted to do. The next step I absolutely love. So you're going to go on to touch and you're going to type in a situation or a worry or a concern that you're experiencing right now in your life. Again, so much detail, so much context about who you are and what this situation is. And then underneath that, you're going to say, "Now, step into my higher self to address these concerns, identify the negative patterns in my life, and hold me accountable." And then, going back to the beginning of the video, you want to specify the tone depending on what you want. So, you can end that by saying, "Answer this in a reassuring, positive, loving tone, or give me tough love and hold me accountable and give me practical solutions that will motivate me to get up now." And then lastly for this chapter, this is a prompt that I think is amazing and you can actually use this not only for self-development, but at the end of literally any chat or any question you're having with GBT and this is after everything we've discussed so far, what would you hold me accountable for? Alternatively, after everything we've discussed so far, what am I not asking that I should be? You get amazing answers from that. And then after that, you can say, you know, how should I work on this? And this is really great because in each chat you have with chat GPT, it kind of remembers everything you've spoken about. And this is why it's also so important to organize your chats. So have one chat that where you just talk about your business. And have another one where you just talk about your emotional concerns or that you rant like it's a therapist. And then once you've had enough conversations with it at the end when you're like based on everything we've said, what have you noticed about me? Or what patterns in my life do you think I need to take notice of? And can you give me some practical solutions to work through these? This moves us on to chapter number four, which is self-concept. A little bit similar to self-development, but a little bit more specific on just doing the inner work and becoming the best version of yourself. Because you can't manifest your dream reality unless you are the version of yourself that actually aligns to that lifestyle and who you would be when you succeed and get those things. So using CHBT to become the best version of yourself, to overcome any limiting beliefs and things like that is basically just the key and the foundation to everything else just effortlessly flowing and working in your life. So step number one is to use chat GPT as a therapist. Shout out to Tik Tok because everyone on there taught me about this and just my mind was blown. I think this is an amazing way to use AI, especially if you're someone who can't quite access therapy right now. I know as a teenager I wished I would have had access to therapy and I truly think it would have just put me miles ahead in healing and in my self-development. And had I known and if there was this free version of it back then, oh my god, I think I would be like a totally different person by now. So when I say use this as a therapist, of course, you can just go into chatbt, type up this is what I'm going through right now, give all of the detail, expand on it, specify the tone that you want it to respond in, and also say now respond as if you're my therapist, and you guys can just have a follow on conversation typing. Alternatively, you can then use the voice memo feature on chat GPT to essentially turn this into a audio or a voice journal where Chat GPT then responds as your therapist. So, you're going to start the chat by saying, "This is now my voice journal for ranting. Respond to every voice note as my therapist. Specify the tone. Tell me in a reassuring way. Tell me in a tough love way. Give me practical solutions to everything I'm saying. And then in every single voice note that you send, you can just run and just talk casually like it's a voice note to your best friend. but instead you've got all of the information and research from chat GPT. The second step to improving your self-concept is whenever you wake up and you feel like you've had a really really bad dream or just a weird dream of everyone, you can't quite figure out why you had it. The reason that we have dreams is basically it's our subconscious mind working overtime and it's trying to help us work through things in our sleep that we haven't addressed in our waking life. This is such a key to what we might be holding in the back of our minds is actually affecting the actions we take and the mindset that we have and our self-perceptions. It is so essential to work on our subconscious mindset and I think using dreams to figure out what's going on there is the easiest and most efficient way to do it. So when you've had a dream going to GPT write it down in detail and then underneath it say what is this telling me about my subconscious mind. What does this suggest that I need to work on? And then you can say give me practical solutions and key ways to work through my emotions and remove any stagnant energy that you can see as a result of me having this dream. And then lastly, chapter number five for the video, how to use chat GPT to become the most productive version of yourself. So step number one is actually really similar to the therapist one. So again, you can send loads of voice memos, but instead you're going to start the first message by saying, "You are now my personal assistant. In every single voice memo I send, organize my thoughts into a practical plan." And then with every single voice memo you send, you can just ramble. You can be like, I have to do this and then I have to get this done and this is like low priority, but an urgent thing I have to get done is this because the deadline is at the end of the month and I'm not quite sure how to do that and I need more advice on how to achieve that. And then I've been wanting to set up a business. That's a really big goal for 2025, but I'm not sure when I have the time to fit that in. You can just talk about anything and chat GPT is literally your free assistant that's just going to organize all of thatish for you. A more specific prompt for this as well is create a plan that is organized by status and give it a timeline as well. But the essential step with this is in your voice members, you have to be given all of the context and all of the specifics on like when you need to get things done by, why you need to do them, if you're lacking knowledge in something, how long it's going to take to do something, when you need to get it done by, etc. Step number two is to type in your goals into chat GPT and then say these are all of the things I want to achieve. Now turn these into smart goals. I've spoken about this quite a few times on my channel because it's such an amazing productivity tool. Once it's broken into smart goals, which is basically going to make you more likely to achieve those goals, you can then ask BT, "Please turn this into a daily plan or a weekly schedule that accounts for my 9 to5, my evening chores, my wake up time of 6:00 a.m." And then boom. And then the last step I'm going to give you guys is for when you really need to research something or know about something. This is an amazing prompt. So, you're going to go into chat GPT and you're going to type in I need to learn about and then whatever you're learning about. I'm going to give you guys an example. I need to learn about emotional resilience. Now, give me the top 20% of learnings in this subject that is going to give me 80% of the results and the top benefits in me knowing about this so that I can work on it in whatever way in my life. And that's a really good way to get a more specific, unique, and advanced answer from this AI engine. And that brings us to the end of this video. I hope you guys enjoyed it.
