Panimula

• Bago talakayan ang rebars, pag-aaralan muna ang pag-compute ng dami ng semento, graba, at buhangin para sa:
  • Footing
  • Column
  • Beam
  • Slab

National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP)

• Ayon sa NSCP 2015, Section 419:
  • Minimum design compressive strength ng konkreto: 2,500 PSI
  • Karaniwang ginagamit na konkreto sa residential: 3,000 PSI

Paano Masisigurong 3,000 PSI ang Lakas ng Konkreto?

• Tamang mixture proportion: 1:2:3:0.5
  • 1 bag ng semento
  • 2 dami ng buhangin
  • 3 dami ng graba
  • 0.5 dami ng tubig

Pagsusukat ng Dami ng mga Materyales

• Gamitin ang volume method:
  • 1 cubic foot box o 0.3 meter
  • 1 bag ng semento = 1 box
  • Dami ng tubig: 20 liters (0.5 x 40 kg)

Pag-compute ng Dami ng Materyales

Footing

• Volume ng footing: Length x Width x Height
  • Example: 1m x 1m x 0.35m = 0.35 cubic meter
• Total volume ng 12 footings:
  • 0.35 x 12 = 4.2 cubic meters

Quantity ng Materyales para sa Footing:

• Semento: (4.2 x 36)/3 = 51 bags
• Buhangin: 4.2/2 = 2.1 cubic meters
• Graba: 4.2 cubic meters

Footing Tie Beam

• Dimension: 250 x 300 mm
• Total length ng FTB: 38.425 meters
• Total volume ng FTB: 2.88 cubic meters

Quantity ng Materyales para sa FTB:

• Semento: (2.88 x 36)/3 = 35 bags
• Buhangin: 2.88/2 = 1.44 cubic meters
• Graba: 2.88 cubic meters

Wall Footing (Strip Footing)

• Minimum dimension: 300mm width, 150mm thickness, 300mm depth
• Total length: 19.95 meters
• Total volume: 0.9 cubic meters

Column (Poste)

• Dimension: 300 x 300 mm
• Volume ng isang poste: 0.396 cubic meters
• Total volume ng 12 poste: 4.752 cubic meters

Roof Beam

• Dimension: 250 x 300 mm
• Total volume (2 beams): 0.63 cubic meters
• Total volume ng roof beam: 3.51 cubic meters

Tips

• Karaniwang sukat ng graba:
  • G = grade; 3-4th = 3-4th inch
  • G1 = 1 inch
• Malinis na tubig lamang ang dapat gamitin.
• Sa bawat bag ng semento, 17-20 liters ng tubig ang pwedeng ihalo.
• Mixture proportion mnemonic: Tandaan ang mga taong nangutang sayo (1, 2, 3).
