Stardew Valley 1.6 Gameplay Journey

hey everybody leap aot here 1.6 coming out changed a lot about stard Valley and instead of heading back to my perfection Farm I wanted to start fresh on a brand new file I won't keep you long because let's be honest nobody cares about intros but I do have a couple of goals I want to bring up I want to complete the community center before winter catch every fish since I failed that last time collect every idium tool including the garbage can pan and Scythe which also means I'll need to reach level 10 in every skill plus achieve at least two Mastery levels I want to make it into Mr Keys Walnut Room and complete one Quest and most importantly I want to break past the 36% Perfection Mark since that's all I was able to hit in my first 100 days video and you know what I just want to play a little differently no Quarry full of kegs no bus tunnel full of preserves jars let's play with some of the new machines too big goals but hey it's a long video I hope you'll join me and let's see what we can achieve like the rest of the stardy Valley Community I immediately started a new file on the Riverland farm and named it smoke River Farm wait what's that you guys picked metal lands oh didn't you hear about the free fish smoker well we'll get to that later my first day was probably the same as everyone else's I cleared some land and planted my parsnips wait you didn't get parsnips you got hay are you sure that new Farm was a good idea once I got done with my chores on the farm I headed into town and talked to everyone except for William I bought one cauliflower and a green bean for later and I also got to appreciate some of the aesthetic updates in 1.6 like the fact that George and Evelyn actually have a double bed now on day two I immediately headed to the beach where I received a fishing rod from William in return I gave him my most valuable treasure a piece of grass I found on my farm yesterday after that I just went fishing I stay at the ocean all day and sold everything I caught to William to be able to afford a fiberglass rod and a little bit of bait I found this weird jelly thing and these are just the worst to find when you need them so I was happy to see it after he closed up the shop William came out to fish with me and we stood in manly silence on the docks for the next 5 hours or so he must have really appreciated that grass I stayed here all night fishing until I eventually passed out at 2: a.m. on the docks right outside Williams front door I leveled up to three in fishing and since I had literally four gold I didn't even have to worry about joa and or public health care taking it from me I had an unwelcome visitor outside my door the next morning so I told Clint to go suck eggs before heading to the beach again day three is always rainy but I was getting a little low on bait so I fished until William opened shop before I bankrupted myself again on my way North I dropped off some artifacts at the second most depressing Museum that I have ever seen and after that it was up to the Mountain Lake to fish all day I found another one of the jellies up here and pulled in a whole bunch of fish and artifacts in case you're wondering why I didn't go to the river for catfish it's because I really needed to hit level five fishing today perfectly caught fish like chubs and bullheads are worth more experience than a catfish that I probably can't catch perfectly anyway so I stayed here fishing all day I even caught a broken Trident today which should come in extra handy at the mines in a couple of days then I once again passed out and I selected Fisher as my profession on day four I took care of my crops as you do you know if you have have them but then I dug through my chest on the farm and I threw a whole bunch of valuables into my shipping bin I gathered a little more wood that I knew I would need for a chest in the mines tomorrow picked up my free fish smoker from selecting the Riverland Farm then I went to my safe place in the mountains here I fished all day smoking my largemouth bass and saving or eating the rest of my fish and on this day spring 4 year 1 I found a dinosaur egg let's go too bad I didn't have the free Coupe from metaland Farm but with my fish smoker I was able to smoke seven largemouth bass worth over 2,600 gold and along with the other fish and gems I sold I made about 5700 gold today I also hit level six in fishing neat Marney brought a stray dog to my farm on day five and I named it Misty since Misty is kind of like Haze and Haze is kind of like smoke listen naming is hard today was a very important day though I harvested my 13 parsnips which brought me just over level one farming I headed to the mines with some food and supplies to make copper bars I had some disaster level luck today though and when I finally managed to Surface after hitting floor 10 it was already 230 and I hadn't smelted a single copper bar I took my furnace and some supplies down to clints bought some extra copper ore from him and then I stood there awkwardly smelting down my ore until I eventually had five bars and could start a pickaxe upgrade since I had already missed Pierre's closing time I just went home and started cleaning up a bit around the farm after that I need to gather a lot of wood for an upcoming project I started my next morning planting some of the many rice shoots I'd found in fishing chests and in the mines yesterday I plan to get some sprinklers started soon so I also placed down some markers for those while I was at it and got some parsnips and cauliflower in the ground then I was off to Pier to pick up some of pretty much everything as far as seeds go I also got my backpack upgrade while I was there I wanted to make sure I hit level two farming by the egg Festival but I also wanted to get some of these things crossed off of my shipping list as early as possible after that I had a day of catfishing ahead of me I smelted some iron while I was waiting since I'll need plenty of those bars as well and I spent pretty much my entire day fishing but I didn't want to pass out tonight so I headed home around midnight after catching 10 catfish along with a bunch of other guys I also leveled up to seven in fishing today not bad I picked up my supplies from fishing on the 7th and I quickly triggered the community center cut scene which I ignored haha then I stopped over at luc's house to give him a very thoughtful birthday present that I had found on the ground on my way over and I continued over to snag my pickaxe and a few extra iron ore from Clint I dropped off my furnace at his place and started a fifth bar of iron made some donations at the Museum fixed the Beach Bridge hoping to find a sea urchin but I didn't and by the time I made it back to Clint my iron bar had finished that meant I could immediately start an upgrade to Steel for my pickaxe after buying some coal to smoke fish with I remembered to actually check the little junimo book thing then I gave my besti Linus a flower and fished for some carp since I had a Quest from William then I collected even more wood around my farm and started a small Oak Nursery smoking catfish as I worked I leveled up to eight fishing from my time at the mountain lake today and I made about 3600 gold from the smoked catfish and the other fish I sold today on day eight I had an invitation to what I thought was going to be a d and d c campaign from some dude who called himself a wizard but when I got there it turned out he wanted to be a different kind of dungeon master so I left before things got too weird I stopped by louis' house where I learned that I could get loot boxes from helping my neighbors then I dropped off some forage and fish at the community center after that I fished up at the mountain lake until about 7:00 p.m. when the largemouth bass go to sleep for the night and I headed home to clean up my farm a bit more I hit foraging level 3 overnight and saw that the cookout kit got moved down from forging nine I still didn't plan on ever using one but that's cool I guess I gathered a bunch of goodies for a mines run on Day N and while I haven't been showing it every day today is a good day to mention that I'm trying to check the trash every day for my beloved hat I'm also checking the tide pools for a sea G but I was unsuccessful in both of those aspects today I did find some carrot seeds on the beach though and those are a really cool new seasonal crop that you can't buy from Pierre or joa very fun speaking of garbage Shane caught me looking through two of them today and I got a crispy Bass from one after picking up my pickaxe cracking some geodes and making donations to the museum I spent all my remaining money on more coal to smoke fish with and I headed to the mines where I progressed from level of 10 to 30 today smelting bars and smoking aridium largemouth bass every five levels when I hit an elevator floor day 10 found me back in the mines as I progressed past my least favorite section the dark levels and into the iron rich icy levels Beyond what's your least favorite is it the spinny ones or is it the dark levels let me know this was actually as far as I needed to go at the moment I could have Rush deeper for gold and eventually cleared the mines early but I really wanted the iron here to craft sprinklers with I planned on loading up on strawberries at the egg festival and I knew there was no way I was going to hit level six farming in time to craft quality sprinklers so I toiled away smelting copper and iron bars and resigning myself to skipping the desert Festival this year I am excited to see it don't get me wrong but I think I'll wait until year 2 oh and uh I forgot about Vincent's birthday today since I had sold plenty of smoked fish before bed last night Demetrius appeared on day 11 to offer me the choice between bats and mushrooms for my cave I picked mushrooms for the free dehydrator since I really wanted to try out the new Artisan machines I spent my morning running errands and finally found the sea Orin that I needed in the tide pools amazing I bought a bunch more coal from Clint then dropped off my axe for an upgrade before heading up to the mountain lake with a new plan for the day I crafted some largemouth bass bait and fished them up at what felt like an 80% rate it was wild I smoked them as I was going and eventually even though they left at 7:00 I stuck around to catch more fish and continue smoking my catch from earlier in the day actually ended up saving most of my fish but I sold just under 6,000 gold worth of my catch not bad I also crafted way too much large my bass bait I didn't have the figures well uh figured out yet on day 12 a bunch of my crops were ready including most of the rice that I planted harvesting all of this brought me up to level two farming so I planned out the spaces where I could put down sprinklers tomorrow then checked the tring cart and didn't really see anything exciting after that it was up to Robins to start a coupe though she won't be doing any work tomorrow during the egg Festival then I fished for largemouth bass with my targeted bait and oh how the bass were biting by the time they left I had 17 largemouth bass either smoked or raw I guess in my inventory plus the few that I turned into bait which again I didn't need that much bait I'm not 100% sure exactly when I got it but I also found the book that gives chests a chance to produce fish Row in the past couple of days so I even got some largemouth bass row today too since I was feeling pretty good about how many fish I'd caught I took off for the mines when the large mouth bass went to bed for the night and I collected more iron and copper while smoking more fish I made sure I was home early enough to sell some of my goodies tonight and I leveled up in farming fishing and Mining and made nearly 10,000 gold from my various crops fish and gems that is a lot of strawberries I prepped for those strawberries on day 13 tilling and watering the spaces around my sprinkler placeholders then I started feeling a bit ambitious like in a dumb way so I tilled out and watered even more places and honestly it was starting to look a little silly oh and I started dehydrating my first mushrooms today I bought uh uh 137 strawberries from Pierre then I chatted with all my neighbors today and enjoyed some espcially tasty punch with Pam before showing no mercy to the children or Sam Maru and Abigail who also tried their best I found 14 eggs which got me my straw hat and the pride of a job well done but yeah then it was time to deal with the consequences of my shopping spree since one cauliflower had ripened this morning I dropped that off at the community center for some speed grow and started planting strawberries by the time I made it to bed I still had 51 left to get into the ground uh-oh at least tomorrow is a rainy day on day 14 I woke up to a beautiful field of strawberries and perhaps even more importantly I saw it was going to rain again tomorrow oh thank Yoba I tilled out space for the rest of my crops processing my current catfish on hand into bait while I did then I took that bait my bait maker a smoker and some coal down to the river and spent the entire rest of my day fishing for catfish smoking them and chumming them into bait whenever the need arose it might not be super exciting to watch but I can't even explain how powerful I felt when I looked at my inventory at the end of the day and I had 39 catfish left even after turning some into bait my goodness the bait maker is a whole new animal when I woke up the next morning I saw that I was not going to get a lucky third day of rain in a row bummer that meant I probably needed to go to the mines and get more supplies for sprinklers before I crumbled under the weight of my strawberries but I didn't instead I headed over to Clint's where I set up outside with my smoker and bait machine I fished a bit until he opened then picked up my copper Axe and bought even more coal to keep the fish smoker pumping out catfish right around five I found a Neptune glaive which is actually a really amazing weapon to find when you haven't made it too far into the mines I really really wanted to hit fishing level 10 tonight and I was so so close by midnight that I decided to just you know stick around and chance It Against All Odds I managed it at50 a.m. I pulled in one last bream and leveled up to 10 fishing I selected angr that night and I was counting catfish profits in my dreams as I slumped face first into the mud outside Leah's cabin I awoke to the sound of very inconsiderate crows on day 16 and realized I hadn't set up scarecrows for like half of my new strawberries whoops I also had to water them since I spent the last two days saying that's a problem for future leap well guess what future is now old man I smoked more catfish as I watered then cut down more wood for that scarecrow before loading my gear up for a desperately needed trip to the mines what was especially sad was that I needed the coal I had to smelt more bars of iron and copper for sprinklers so I couldn't even smoke my 42 remaining catfish nah just kidding I smoked them all day and I just hunted for more coal along the way I leveled up to five mining that day and with 32 catfish still remaining after my Expeditions I made nearly 37,000 gold that night I was starting to get a little curious about whether I should have even bought those strawberries day 17 was a rainy day which was really cool but even cooler was that I was about to have another rainy day tomorrow I felt like Scrooge McDuck diving into a vault full of catfish at this point but I had to be honest with myself I could go catfishing all day and I'd make a lot of money sure but where would that leave me when the rain ended I would be rich in money but I'd still have to spend half my day in all my energy watering crops plus I still had enough catfish in my inventory that it would take me nearly 27 hours straight to smoke them all it was time to just let the catfish have their day in the rain and run some errands I dropped off some bars at the community center to pick up another furnace then headed into town on my way to Mary's to pick up some chickens since my Coupe had been finished for a couple of days now along the way I found a fish taco in the saloon garbage and that changed my entire plan I headed down to visit William where I bought the aridium rod and a couple trap Bobbers Then followed up on my original plan to buy chickens from Marne I named them dorna Joanna Joselyn and sheira and if you can guess where those names come from without looking them up I'll give you nine pennies after that it was up to the mountain lake where I settled in for a long and drawn out fishing Expedition for the legend I ate my fish taco cast my line and hooked a large mouth bass yeah I kind of expected that but my very next fish was the legend and honestly he was a chump today I reeled him in no problem actually thought about just quitting here and calling this video I played 17 days of stardew Valley found a dino egg and caught the legend but I actually already made that joke in the last video so instead I just hung out for a while fishing since I had already started some iron in my furnaces when one of my many catfish finished smoking I threw the legend in there with no regts give me that money I was starting to realize that having Just One smoker wasn't enough to keep up on a heavy fishing day so I unloaded everything and set off to floor 20 to snag a cave jelly if you haven't done this yet let me just tell you it is torturous it is so stupidly rare that oh I got one of my very first cast neat well after that I was back to business collecting more copper and iron for sprinklers I sold a bunch of smoked fish including that legend that night for over 31,000 gold not bad at all I was almost done with sprinklers on day 18 with only six more needed to keep everything in my Fields watered but that was going to have to wait because I wanted to do some donations at the community center I took care of all the gems in the boiler room and then bought out the entire Vault bundle in one go I didn't quite make it to the desert Festival but dang that was actually pretty close after that I stopped over at Clint to buy more coal then visited William to pick up the fish smoker recipe which I went ahead and crafted since that brought me down to literally 16 gold when I had started the day at almost 56,000 I felt that it was probably time to do some more catfish fishing I smelted some more bars as long as I was going to be staying in one place for a while and I hung out at the river all day overnight the junimos danced the bus back to health kind of reminded me of Final Fantasy 10 Grandpa dies and the junimos dance when will they stop dancing I checked the traveling card on day 19 and she had red cabbage seeds let's go I had completely forgotten to check the year one completable box which I literally always do so this was a really big deal thank you so much traveling cart lady I love you I was out of space in my primary hoarding box and didn't know about the big chest recipe at this point so I cut down some trees for another box then took all my gear up to the mines for another day in the iron levels today was different though I did actually want to progress since I only needed one solar Essence from a ghost kill to finish the mine carts I proceeded from level 40 to 65 today and I got a solar Essence from the first ghost I ran into on floor 53 excellent I made a break for home at about midnight and managed to drop off the bat wings and solar Essence required to finish the boiler room now I'll have mine carts for fast travel around the valley which is honestly such a huge time saer when will it stop they won't stop dancing not until joa is defeated my first crop of strawberries was ready on day 20 and what a wonderful feel feeling and I finally got all my sprinklers down for my field that morning which is pretty embarrassing if I'm being honest but hey that's fine and since I picked up some spring seeds and carrots I actually expanded the field out further which I'm sure won't be a strain on my already overt stamina at all with some eggs from my chickens I reached level four farming today which could have been a big deal if I wanted to go ham on preserves jars but I didn't know that you could jar mushrooms yet and I was still kind of figuring out what I wanted my endgame plan to be so I wasn't too worried about that yet since I was trying to be a decent human on this file I gave Shane a pizza for his birthday instead of a beer then headed to the Oasis for the first time basically just to say hi to Sandy and grab some items for gifting in the community center I bought the second backpack upgrade today which I think will be really nice to have then I headed back to the mines and made it down to level 80 and I just barely snuck into bed at 150 since those mine carts are repaired now my goodness they are so important in the early game it was raining again on day 21 which means I'm pretty sure I've had more rainy days in Spring than my entire first year on my last Farm well before heading down for fishing I harvested some more strawberries which brought me up to farming level five then planted a bunch of rice shoots to be ready before Summer started and I stopped by Robins to prepare a silo for my chickens I checked the traveling cart but she didn't have anything I really wanted to be honest though she had already done her job by providing the red cabbage seeds so I really wasn't too bothered you can probably guess how I spent the rest of my day I actually caught so many catfish that I ran out of coal so I brought home 23 smoked catfish and 12 raw catfish with four aridium ones I'm getting better at this even I picked tiller as my farming profession go figure and prepared to welcome a brand new day I had been staggering my strawberries mostly out of laziness from when I had to water so many of them so I had another Harvest today bringing me up over level six farming that's the big one that means I can craft quality sprinklers now assuming I can get enough gold iron and quartz I wanted to get my steel upgrade for my axe started today since I'd been warned that I wouldn't want to be without it in summer so I made a quick trip around my farm cutting down hardwood that I might need and did the same at the Oasis with the normal trees there then I made a trip into town to crack geod and drop off donations with all that done I bought even more coal then completely forgot to drop off my Axe and instead bought apple and pomegranate saplings and the dehydrator recipe from Pierre which left me with less than 100 gold well I planted those trees crafted and stocked up a few more dehydrators then headed to the mines to gather more resources especially gold I managed to make about 6,000 gold from some catfish I'd smoked while I was working so at least I can afford the upgrade to tomorrow day 23 was actually another rainy day which is starting to feel a little dirty but I'm absolutely not going to look a gift horse in the mouth after dropping some mayo machines in the Coupe for a little snack later I headed over to Clint to buy even more coal and start that axe upgrade now he'll have something to do instead of going to the flower dance tomorrow oh wait what am I going to do tomorrow well that's a problem for tomorrow you can probably guess that I went fishing for the next few hours but I did also make a quick stop in the mines before bedtime to gather and smelt a little more gold before heading home to contemplate My Life Choices you may have noticed this already about this script but there has been a distinct lack of NPCs mentioned other than Clint I guess well that's because I was so excited about my new farm and the new Artisan machines and everything that I have approximately negative3 friends on this farm so yeah I headed to the mines after my morning chores on day 24 to gather and smelt more gold iron and quartz but you know what just because I'm an unlovable loser doesn't mean that I can't attend social events I'm going to go to the flower dance and I'm going to force them to suffer my presence also i' need this rare Crow and recipe thanks Pier well everyone turned me down some with more grace than others and I asked literally everyone not even Shane wanted to Mambo even though I bought him a pizza on his birthday to apologize for all the times he'd seen me digging in the trash so I stood there awkwardly between William and Pierre and decided I needed to make changes in my life if I was ever going to be truly happy so anyway after the dance I headed back to the minds to gather more resources and I sold 62415 gold worth of junk overnight to fill the hole in my heart day 25 started with another strawberry Harvest which brought me up to level seven farming I'm actually not too worried about anything between 7 and 10 but level 10 will definitely be a huge one after my chores at home I made a quick stop over at the mines to squeak out a few floors visited Clint pick up my Axe and then I drove myself to the desert since Pam was busy at the doctor's I think picked up 200 Deluxe speed grow for summer since tomorrow was going to be another rainy day I know right I wanted to make some progress in the mines today I made it down to level 100 where I ate my first starup The Taste reminded me of Doos I continued down to 105 but that was as far as I could make it today so I headed back home to drop off my goodies including this neat house plant that I found in the mines the weather forecast did not show Rain on day 27 which was probably for the best I did have some strawberries ready this morning and between those and my chickens I was about 2/3 of the way to farming level eight today was Pierre's birthday so even though it meant sacrificing possibly a couple thousand gold I made the effort to bring him a tasty carrot I grew see I can be a good neighbor I checked the traveling card after that and though I was tempted by the orange she had I ultimately passed on everything before settling in for another lovely day at the river William would be so proud of me but I even walked away from the river for like 10 seconds to say hi to Leah since I'm trying out that good neighbor business with my two smokers I was able to better keep up with my catches and I ended up with 30 smoked catfish by the end of the day I considered trying to save those until I hit Artis but we're going to need some money like very soon well what do you know it looks like we're going to close out spring with one more rainy day tomorrow praise Yoba in all her unfathomable wisdom my rice was all done today so I cut that all down for more experience than did my normal chores around home before stopping by Clint to buy a bunch of coal and then making a quick trip over to s's to buy 200 starfruit seeds then it was off to the mines to stock up on more supplies on my way to floor 120 and yeah I did end up making it that far tonight that means the mines enemies were going to be a little bit harder sure but it also means I could get a prismatic Shard drop from Dougies or whatever and of course of course I can get into the skull Cavern now and since I'm such a fantastic neighbor I stalked Emily outside her workplace and gave her a topaz the second she opened the door just to prove my friendship day 28 huh the final day of my first spring I got my very last strawberries today from that speed grow bunch and I started taking down the old sprinklers in preparation for the new layout in summer the Riverland Farm doesn't have nearly the plantable space that some of the other Farms do but I think it can look really neat with some care I don't think the full layout will come together in this video to be honest but we can at least get things moving in the right direction with those initial plans in place I headed to the traveling cart where I picked up a snail I had somehow not found a single crab from the rock crabs in the mines yet so this would let me finish the Crab Pot bundle which is usually one of the first ones I complete I also made sure to drop off my pickaxe for the gold upgrade since I know I wouldn't be needing it tomorrow anyway a couple of trips to the furnaces and the mines for iron in between my chores and I was pushing into the 30s for sprinklers by the time the sun started setting and with all that behind me I fished my way into the dark and bid a fawn farewell to a very productive spring day 29 was the first day of summer and I had big plans for the season it started as it always does with clearing the weeds and debris from around my farm but since I didn't have my pickaxe I couldn't actually clear everything so there was this one Little Rock in the way of my perfect field that's so annoying I really didn't have time for much today other than tilling buying seeds planting fertilizing and watering but I'm really excited to see everything come together yeah so I missed a couple of spots with the fertilizer last night that is going to be pretty annoying but there's really nothing I can do about it now regardless the fields are looking pretty good to me I headed into town after surveying everything on day 30 and finished up the construction and crap pot bundles then headed over to drop off some donations with Gunther and pick up my pickaxe from Clint with that in hand I was able to tidy up the fields and clear out the tilled ground that didn't need to be there anymore I just need some paths and stuff and it'll be really nice I had grabbed a copper Gathering Quest from Clint and turning that in got me my first prize ticket on this Farm I was super excited to go turn that in and I ended up getting some squash seeds pretty cool with the chores out of the way I just went back to the mines for more resources I'm not done with sprinklers just quite yet and I really want to find some coffee soon I hit level eight farming bright and early on day 31 thanks to my chickens again I don't want a million kegs but I will be crafting a fair number of them I headed out to gather some hardwood for an eventual stable and ended up arriving at town just as lwis was off to go see to all of marne's business needs and the trash in front of Haley and Emily's house had a trash hat let's go I could not care less what louw thinks of me so I threw that bad boy on and and headed to the museum to show it off then I was off to get a fish pond started at Robins for some crabs followed by my first foray into the skull Cavern I was feeling pretty Rusty if I'm being honest and I only had the obsidian Edge at this point so I definitely wasn't planning for a deep dive or anything but it was a good luck day so what the heck I only made it down to floor 20 which was a pepper Rex floor actually before realizing that I was just not ready I traded in some gems and geod and saw that there were some really cool new items at the desert Merchant then I had it out day 32 was Jazz's birthday which was good because it meant I could give her something and start to clear out my disgusting inventory at home I also checked my boxes at home for anything I could donate to either the museum or the community center before handing Jazz her backpack cake and hunting for more resources in the mines and slaughtering dust Sprites by the Dozen I finally found my first Coffee Bean today which means I definitely won't have a coffee Empire on this file but I made sure to plant it with some speed grow before heading to bed for the night I stopped by the traveling cart on day 33 and saw a retro catalog very intriguing very expensive I definitely couldn't afford it now so for the time being I focused on Gathering wood Stone and hardwood and eventually stopped by Robins to get a barn started next to my Coupe back in the mines for more resources after that and it turns out that finding one coffee bean unlocked the floodgates because I found two more today and got them planted as well before bedtime day 35 was a rainy summer day which meant it was a good day to get some fishing done kind of wild how I haven't fished at all yet this season I've just been so busy with other projects and Gathering supplies for later William must have known something was wrong though cuz he was waiting in his shop to encourage me to even greater Heights of fisherman Dum I spent an hour or so in the rain looking for a red snapper and found one without too much trouble so I decided to head to the skull Cavern since it was a really lucky day and I had a better weapon now other than reaching level 9 mining on only floor 19 it seemed like the day was going to be a bit of a bust but I got a very welcome surprise on floor 32 when an aridium crab dropped the first Prismatic Shard of the game I wasn't quite ready to leave yet though and I stuck it out until floor 51 when a couple aridium bats made it clear that it was time for me to go but still I got my Galaxy sword picked up a few dozen aridium ore and I traded for more coffee spicy eel and warp totems I'd call that a pretty good day Mr key sent me 10 grand on day 35 for making it past floor 25 in the cavern yesterday what a guy more importantly though the traveling cart had a nautilus shell today for only 480 gold and caviar for like 1,500 I won't need that for a long time but it'll save me the pain of getting a surgeon fish pond except I'll have to get one anyway for the cell collection but whatever after all that it was back to the mines I made a quick stop Midway through the evening to check my dust Sprite progress and it was only like 2/3 of the way there so the rest of my day was spent hunting down those beautiful little creatures and Gathering more gold iron and coal to power my farm and push toward level 10 mining about the only other thing of note today was that I found a coffee bean that I was able to plant before bed if I would have found all these in Spring that would have been fabulous but you know what I'll take what I can get my barn was done on Day 36 but it was a Monday so I'll have to wait a couple more days for cows instead today I made some donations to the community center wrapping up the field research bundle with that nautilus shell from yesterday I gave Gus some of my world famous Mayo for his birthday and stopped by the museum today before heading to the skull Cavern again it was a decently lucky day but it didn't feel too spectacular I ended up snagging a crystalarium from a treasure floor on 46 and just barely hitting level 10 mining on floor 68 oh dang before taking off for the evening still Level 10 mining is a big one and I was excited to make use of the blacksmith profession I chose that night by day 37 I was coming come to realize that keeping six dehydrators stocked up every day was pretty challenging I needed 30 fruits or mushrooms total but they had to be in groups of five with equal quality you know I couldn't have like four gold and one silver for example that didn't stop me from using them because they're still pretty neat but it wasn't very practical with my current production I made a quick foraging Loop through the secret woods and cindersap today since I was starting to fall behind in both experience and wood and that honestly took me most of my day I came into town to check out the book seller but along the way I found something truly magical the muler house trash can contained a trash catalog something I'd never even heard of at this point very cool I was too poor to afford anything at the book sellers though there are some amazing Buffs there like speed boosts for walking riding your horse and even when walking through your crops instead I just continued to Deforest the valley and I found a little gotcha coupon behind the balloon here I took a peek at the trash catalog and it's full of ugly little accessories and flooring and stuff I love it I put up this gross corrugated tin wallpaper for now then went to the mines for a couple more hours for more resources I had my first starf Fruit Harvest on day 38 which was kind of actually a bit of a problem because it meant I needed about another 880,000 gold to replace them and I had just under 39 Grand on the bright side though harvesting all that star fruit brought me from Level 8 to 10 in farming which means tomorrow I'll have artisan and that's very very exciting even though I knew I needed to raise some money today I didn't want to wait longer than necessary for more animals so I picked up cows named alisan Blackjack JN and victaria today and I grabbed a Milk Pail too but then I was time to figure out how to afford more starf fruit since I had just hit Level 10 Mining and grabbed blacksmith I was able to sell a whole bunch of gold and aridium bars to Clint and I planned on dumping off some mayo at Pierre's but it was a Wednesday so that was a no-o I ended up heading up north to drop off a strawberry for maru's birthday and then selling a whole bunch of monster drops to Marlin before finally making my way to the Oasis to pick up another batch of starf fruit to plant I've mentioned a couple of times wanting to use some of the new Artisan machines but I did make sure to craft a bunch of tappers to throw on my oak trees over in the little Nursery today kegs aren't going to be my only way of making money but they still deserve a place in the rotation then it was back to the mines to grind out more dust Sprite kills and replace some of the bars that I'd sold to Clint or used for crafting today day 39 was definitely more chill I let my cows out into the meadow for the first time today and gave my crabs some clay that they wanted for some reason since some of my Oak resin was ready today I started a tiny little keg area just outside my farm for now since I picked Artisan last night I threw some mayo and dried fruit and mushrooms into the shipping bin for mayor Lewis to scrape out later then headed up to gather a bit more metal from the mines then it was time for the luau though I made sure to do a little bit of foraging along the way I chatted with all my neighbors on the beach and then they watched in horror as I unscrewed the lid of a gold quality mayo and poured the entire jar in the pot and then toss the jar itself in too but the governor loved it and so did the rest of the town so I gained friendship with everybody today day 40 was another traveling cart day and she came through for me again this time in the shape of an orange that I could donate to the community center I also grabbed a rare seed from her since fall was approaching and I hit level seven forging while collecting hardwood in the secret Woods some coffee was finally producing now too so I started making some space for that over on the far western side of my main island then I was off to Robins to buy the big chest recipe and a workbench and get an upgrade started on my barn I was feeling friendly today so I handed out flowers to a whole bunch of my neighbors before heading down to the ocean to catch some tuna red mullet and the Crimson fish no big deal I also gave Leah a vegetable medley I'd found in the trash before stopping over at the river to hunt for the Dorados I didn't manage to snag one before they left for the day which means I'll have to come back later for him but I could at least head down to the ocean at night to catch some super cucumbers and that's when I realized they could probably be like my new Catfish for the summer back at home I smoked a couple and I also made some lightning rods for the storm tomorrow though I would eventually realize that I had not crafted remotely enough of them and it would really come back to bite me I saw that the weather forecast was going to be green tomorrow interesting for today I had some melons ready to go though absolutely none of them were gold quality which was very concerning I made some space for more over in the summer squash area and planted some more coffee over there as well I picked up about 40 melons and fertilizer from Pierre since I really needed my five gold quality melons if I was going to finish the community center this year then I dropped off an amethyst with Alex for his birthday I bought some coffee for tomorrow and I grabbed a salad for Leah I think I'll marry Leah this time I mean I did find a vegetable medley in the trash yesterday and if that's not a sign then I don't know what is plus I think she's been secretly carrying me back to bed when I pass out in front of her cabin during catfish days and that's just sweet I got my melons and fertilizer into the ground back on the farm gave Leah a non-tr scavenged meal and then set up shop for some super cucumbers down on the docks had some really good luck down here but I think the catfish were still King by this point since they seem to have like an 80 plus% catch rate also embarrassingly I knocked my bait machine into the ocean when I was trying to leave that's better than losing a smoker but still not amazing I made about 12,00 gold from I smoked super cucumbers overnight and another 8,000 or so from other smoked fish not all of this came from today's fishing but it was still a nice little bump I kind of moved away from fishing actually with all the other requirements of summer so it was nice to see that I could still make some good cash even beyond that first season day 42 was the day of the newly added weather event in 1.6 outside the valley was covered in a green tint and there were weeds growing all over my farm I had a letter from Gus who had seen the weather forecast and was letting everyone stay at the saloon today if they wanted but before I went to visit the villagers I had lots to do I harvested and processed my crops at home and cleared out some of the weeds collecting some very valuable Moss along the way I even had to use my axe on some of the weeds and I noticed I was getting a good chunk of forging experience from all this too my Oak Nursery looked like something out of a nightmare today but at least all the trees had grown in I guess I wasn't sure if they would still produce resin at this point but I didn't want to cut them down just in case I also noticed this little seed on the dock which I really hope can grow big and strong I headed down to the for to investigate and check the traveling cart since she was here too those weird looking plants over on the West Side actually dropped fiddlehead ferns when I cut them down which is really weird but pretty cool when I went to check on Marne she had the audacity to tell me to wipe my feet as if the world ending was no excuse plus look at Shane's room in the 1.6 update and tell me you care about clean shoes Marne speaking of Shane all he cared about was that work was cancelled I headed into town where more weird trees were sprouting but not the fern ones this time it looks like most of the villagers took Gus up on his offer to hide out in the saloon it was really interesting seeing people's perspectives here like Haley doesn't seem to care at all and kind of thinks the saloon is cool since she never actually visits Pam thinks the world is ending and Sam wants to protect his family Leah is in her cabin just chilling and appreciating the plants but over at the Moler house Evelyn is making her peace and preparing for the end oh no and then there's the single most likely person to die first in a horror movie Demetrius he's out in a hazmat suit collecting samples while his family hides in the basement unaware if he's safe or even alive lonus said that all the weirdness would end tomorrow and lonus has never steered me wrong but that just means I need to collect as much Moss fiber and special tree seeds as possible today so that's what I did for the rest of my evening and I cleared out some space and planted some of those weird tree seeds over by my fruit trees for now I'm not sure if they'll turn into like the fern trees or just the weird shaped ones but either way what a cool event on day 43 I woke up to another storm but this time it it was a normal colored Valley I walked out into Linus was correct and everything had turned back to normal but something that was really cool was that my Oak Nursery was pretty much fully grown now that's like Free Ultra tree fertilizer if you can time it right I popped down a couple of mushroom logs near the tree since I had so much Moss now then I stopped at Robins to pick up some crafting recipes and start the final upgrade on my barn it seems like some of the villagers have post green rain dialogue like Pam who is just like I guess the world isn't ending too bad I dropped off some goodies at the community center including everything for the summer crops bundle then got an orange sapling from the gacha game at Lewis's house after that I did a forging Loop dropping off another salad with Leah and got back to the dust Sprite grind since it had been a few days since my last trip day 44 was yet another stormy day and I once again wasted it by not crafting more lightning rods I'm seriously kicking myself while I work through this script nothing I can do now though I made a trip to the secret Woods for hardwood and foraging experience then stopped over at Leah's where we talked about the complexities of human nature and the layers we hide behind made me want to go play Persona to be honest since I'd killed enough enemies by now I was able to bust into Gil and Marlin's room and grab a book that would reduce the cost for Marlin's item retrieval service which I hope to never use then I checked the board and saw that I only had 79 dust Sprites left to get my burglar's ring and with some incredible luck I was actually able to knock out the rest of that goal tonight and secure the bag I was kind of running out of space for more coffee plants on day 45 but fortunately and unfortunately I wouldn't be able to plant them for much longer anyway I stopped by Mary and decided I didn't feel like being depressed today so I skipped Shane's cut scene and bought a pig named Penny which I'm now realizing is kind of awkward I saw a sign for a fishing tournament coming up and that seems pretty exciting for now though I dropped off a cactus fruit for Sam's birthday gave Emily a gold bar for a bulletin board request and teleported into the desert with everyone watching right from the living room it was a good luck day today so I wanted to make a quick dive into the skull Cavern especially since I had to sell my aridium bars to afford more starf fruit seeds which uh I would probably have to do again very soon to be honest on floor 29 I actually found a rabbit's foot from a serpent kill let's go that's the entire reason I was grinding those dust Sprite kills and while I'll want a rabbit in the coupe eventually anyway this gives me a ton of flexibility in terms of when I do that final upgrade and buy the animals Honestly though that was about all that I managed in the cavern and I left at 12:30 after only making it down 42 floors I had some wine ready for me when I got home though so I got to see the dynamic wine colors for the first time very cute I wanted to get my aridium bar smelted tonight so I took a chance and went up to the mine where my furnaces were and I just barely didn't make it back home in time passing out right on my front steps I got my first mushroom log Harvest on day 46 and immediately decided I hated where I'd place the logs but honestly the new spots were just as bad I bought a sheep and named it Danny after my wife then dropped off a few more kegs in my little keg hallway at the bus stop after that I dropped off a couple donations at the Museum and grabbed my Google Translate app so I could introduce myself to the dwarf who now sells a book that reduces damage from bombs after some geod and even more donations I stopped down at the beach for a rainbow shell and lots of other Beach forage which elevated me to level eight foraging then it was off to Emily's to craft my trash shirt to complete my fit as is tradition I got some mixed flower seeds from aacha at Louis's house which was kind of whatever and then I made sure I donated my rabbit's foot before I accidentally gifted or sold it that night Mr Key Carpet bombed the valley with mystery boxes which means I can now find them in all kinds of places like when I dig up artifact spots it was another starfruit Harvest day on 47 which meant I needed to raise money for more seeds but I was even further behind than last time I've been spending money as fast as I earn it and I haven't been saving nearly enough for these purchases I stopped by Caroline sun room today and whatever we drank was so strong that it actually broke my perspective and I was only able to use like a quarter of my vision on the screen at once I ended up just seriously scraping the barrel for things to sell for money for starfruit and I eventually accepted that I was going to need to sell some of my starfruit unprocess to be able to afford more seeds but with that done I bought more seeds from Sandy dropped off a strawberry for de 's birthday and a green algae for a request from Robin I gave Haley a coconut and headed to the river to hunt for the Dorado before it disappeared again I got it just before 700 p.m. thankfully and bought another rare seed from the traveling cart so I'd have one to sell and one to give to Old Master canoli Shane offered me a drink on the Docks but I had work to do so I headed home to plant my starf fruit one last time this summer Caroline gave me the tea sapling recipe on 48 which honestly was kind of the whole reason I visited yesterday except I forgot you don't get the recipe right away and Demetrius gave me the fried mushroom recipe then immediately asked me for a melon my crabs wanted five quarts today which I would be able to do later no problem I played catch with Alex on the beach learned that Vincent is not immune to propaganda then caught a tilapia for the community center an octopus just to get it off my list and a pufferfish also for the community center I crafted as many tea saplings as I could gave that melon to Demetrius and got an achievement for finally getting my first friend ever and then he immediately told me to try giving his wife trash what the heck dude I completed my ocean fish fun sold my many tea saplings and headed up to Robins to tattle on her husband but also to buy wood for even more tea saplings and to start a coupe upgrade then I decided to settle in and fish for a sturgeon but I actually found one almost immediately so I dropped that off bought a couple of gifts for people at the saloon including paying Shane back for that beer he got me that I didn't drink and then headed to the beach to fish for super cucumbers with my smokers and bait machine oh and I passed out again today but this time it was right in front of my bed I had a melon Harvest on day 49 but unfortunately I only got two gold ones I'm still banking on that bigger crop of fertilized ones that come in though then I finally crafted some cheese presses for the first time today so I could get some normal and goat cheese processing I actually took my machines with me down to the river because it was the Trout Derby today you can get tags on some of the trout to turn in for prizes and I wanted to see if there was anything really cool I could snag with my bait maker in hand I figured I could just craft targeted bait and then catch a ton of rainbow trout but it seems like the tags are actually a lot more common when you catch more than one fish with either wild bait or challenge bait either way I got a tent kit a crab pot and a couple mystery boxes from the competition but I didn't get too many tags despite catching a dozen or so trout it was a neat little competition maybe next year I'll spend more time on it and really check out the prizes even though I don't have a ton of wood right now I still crafted some pathing because I had a vision for my front garden area and I wanted to start sprucing things up a bit when I could find time here and there I am proud but also a little ashamed and Disturbed to admit that I hit day 50 on this Farm 3 days after I started it and only days after I started planning it yikes let's just move on and forget about that huh my Coupe was upgraded today which meant I could chuck a dino egg in the incubator and I also had my first wool from Danny today it was the dwarf's birthday today so I dropped off an amethyst for them then started the final Coupe upgrade before warping to the desert I don't want to say it was a waste of a trip but my first and only treasure room on floor 15 really set the tone for the day I picked up 47 ridium and traded some gems for spicy eel and triple shot espresso but there's not much else to say about day 50 I honestly wish I had something really cool to show off on this Milestone day but I just don't day 51 though that was a day I mean nothing super cool happened but I committed a cardinal sin by deciding that I was going to start dehydrating some of my star fruit I really needed to build up some cash reserves now and I didn't want to craft 842 kegs or whatever for wine on this farm so what the heck why not a friend I won't name because I still respect them and don't want to shame them publicly you know who you are told me to use the bait maker for sturgeon in the summer so I decided to give it a shot but my first attempt here here was a total bust I didn't even see one to get the ball rolling I took a quick break to drop off my axe for an upgrade then stopped by Williams to pick up some tackle to see if I could hurry up and get some bites after a couple more hours and a couple bites I wasn't convinced but I figured maybe I'd give it a go tomorrow or the next day I left my gear up by the lake and headed down into the mines to collect more resources and work on my monster Slayer goals since I was close to level 9 in combat day 52 though was uh kind of also just another day I mean I did have a lot of Oak resin today which is pretty exciting and I sold like 47,000 gold worth of dehydrated starf fruit so that'll be some nice cash in my wallet tomorrow but it was for the most part another relaxed day on smoke River Farm I started more dried star fruit gave William a gold bar for his birthday dropped off some cactus fruit with Linus and crafted another 21 kegs for more starfruit wine then I went fishing for more sturgeon determined to give it another shot and like it was fine they're fun to catch at least but I wouldn't compare it to catfish in terms of profit that's for sure but I had lots of fish to smoke that i' just been sitting on anyway so I spent a few hours at the lake fishing and smoking fish while the recycling machine kicked out some Goods honestly it was a really peaceful afternoon that night I plopped down my other kegs and filled everything with starf fruit then I headed back up to the mountains to gather all my fishing gear and Lina showed me something that would change my life forever you see Wild bait is really good with the fish smoker also he taught me the meaning of love and in the spirit of that love I dropped off a whole bunch of items at the community center that night but I actually didn't complete any bundles oh and I made like 83,000 gold that night so that was neat the rest of my melon Harvest came in on day 53 and I had more than enough gold melons to safely complete that portion of the quality crops bundle excellent news since there would not be another chance I stopped in town today and sold off some of my dried starfruit to Pierre then gave George a hot pepper that he requested by mail that very morning I immediately regretted giving him anything though since he complained about how slow I was even though I got the request fewer than 4 hours ago whatever George I went a little crazy at the bookstore buying the way of the wind the price catalog and old Slither legs which I read as I was walking away before thinking you know what I'm just going to buy horse the book right away I don't have a horse yet but I will and then I found out there was a way of the Wind part two so I bought that also and now I was zooming I put my pickaxe in for an upgrade next then cracked some mystery boxes and GEOS donated to the museum and bought Ducks named Raleigh Eric Eric and Clarence then I cut down a whole bunch of trees one of which gave me a shirt for some reason I sold some forage bought some wheat and started a shed I stopped by the community center for some donations dropped off a salad for Leah at the tide pool where there was tons of forage to be found I planted some wheat to keep the ground watered and then cut down trees and stumps for more resources it was a pretty busy day day 54 was another stormy day and since it was a Friday I went over to the traveling cart bright and early where I picked up a cherry the cart lady really is coming through for me on this run I swear I did a quick run through the stumps in the secret woods and fished up a wood skip while I was there then chopped down just about every tree in cindersap Forest because I will never have enough wood for all my construction and crafting projects I decided to hop over to the desert for the sandfish but got trapped in this minutes long miname trying to catch a scorpion carp it's almost insulting how little these things are worth considering how challenging they are to catch after that it was back to the valley so I could give some gifts to my pals at the saloon before heading up to the community center to complete the specialty fish bundle and I realized that cherry would actually finish the Artisan bundle so I got the that taken care of tonight too neat before bed today I continued my pathing project including trying to clean up the Oak Forest a little honestly it was just getting to be a bit of an eyesore day 55 was a big coffee Harvest day and my crabs got a tasty sea urgent today so they could expand to their final tier I continued to blaspheme by drying my starf fruit instead of kegging them and even though Robin had just finished my shed I immediately got her started on a big shed upgrade I kind of hate organizing things in a shed before it's been upgraded since everything gets shoved into the corner later I stop by Leah's house to learn that her ex wanted her to go to school for medicine or business or something which is a little awkward since that's what I did at 29 but I told her it was better to follow her dreams because on the internet you can be anyone even someone with passion and joy and a hope for a future in a world that's not rapidly deteriorating before your eyes and you can pretend the social contract hasn't failed us all anyway I went to Clint's after that and traded my pickaxe in for my axe for its final upgrade then headed to the skull Cavern for some soul searching actually managed to hit combat level 9 on only the fourth floor which means I'm rapidly closing in on the Mastery system I didn't find too much else going on in this skull Cavern today though and I left just before 1:00 a.m. after only making it down to the 50s and picking up 64 aridium or today day 56 was the final day of summer and the final starfruit Harvest of the Season it was also the last day that any of my coffee plants would produce this year which was a little sad to be honest my animals were all very happily snorting away down on their Island and I picked up my first truffle from pretty penny today I forgot that I had completed the Artisan bundle so I quickly crafted an oil press and threw that truffle into it for no reason then I warped to the desert and made another skull Cavern dive I did find a treasure room on floor 13 but it was a crystalarium which is much appreciated but not an auto Petter I didn't find any other treasure rooms and I actually left at about 8 not because I was hurt or out of energy or anything but the 28th of summer is the dance of the Moonlight jellies which is my favorite festival and I didn't want to miss it I don't necessarily play stardy Valley in the most relaxed way sometimes so it's nice to visit this beach at the end of summer and reflect for a while the cut scene has been updated slightly for 1.6 and I'd be lying if I said I felt nothing as the camera panned around the docks focusing on all these little Sprites that have been such a big part of my life but when the camera faded out summer was at an end it's time for fall and everything that comes with it day 57 was the first day of fall and that meant it was bound to be a busy day I cleared out my fields of last season's crop tilled and watered out the spaces that I had so foolishly not filled with placeholder seeds and bought a little bit of everything from Pier plus a couple hundred pumpkins and about 50 Cranberries for now I was coming down the home stretch in terms of the community center and I probably would have been well served to use Deluxe speed grow on those pumpkins but like I said I goofed yesterday and didn't plant anything that would carry over to today while I was taking a break from planting and watering I bought some recipes from Gus and dropped off a salad with Leah but after that it was back to the farm and back to the Grind the Riverland Farm will never have the sheer planting space of just about any other choice but it still took me until the sun was well down to finish my chores when I was done though I headed up to the mountain lake to snag a midnight cart before I forgot about it I want to make a pawn for these later my shed upgrade was done on day 58 which means that today will be a very very exciting Day first though I had to care for my animals on their little Private Island then it was up to Robins to wait for her to get out of bed so I could request a house upgrade before she somehow sprinted ahead of me down to the community board where lwis tried to bully me into doing even more work I combed through the CP Forest looking for a Blackberry since it was the last fall forage I needed then headed back into town to give Leah a salad again and pick up the clean the waters Quest from lonus since it was Penny's birthday today the Villager not the pig I stopped by the library and gave her a giant gold melon which made her cry then I dropped off my fall Forge to complete that bundle and donated a large goat milk to complete the animal bundle as well that means fall crops and quality crops are all that are left in here I headed down to the river in search of a tiger trout and snagged one after a couple salmon got in the way which meant I was also able to complete the river fish bundle today I had skipped the eel in Spring though so I still needed to collect one of those and a walleye to complete the fish tank and get even closer to Community Center completion after that it was back to the farm for one of my favorite tasks Inventory management and do you remember when I bought the big chest recipe almost 3 weeks ago well I finally built one today and it was glorious after a couple hours of back and forth I had moved all of my storage and most of my machines into the shed though I still needed to grab a few things that were processing outside like dehydrators and such I thought I had my layout figured out or at least the start of one but yeah no I didn't it was raining on day 59 which meant I could probably complete the fish tank today I picked up all of my processing machines from the coupe and barn then headed down to marney's to pick up a couple Auto Grabbers they're so much more convenient than running through the barn milking the air because the cows move two pixels out of range then it was over to the shed where I continued to struggle with why my layout felt wrong before I realized it was also wine day so I grabbed all the wine and replaced it with coffee for now it won't take long to go through the beans I have on hand so I might as well just get it out of way after that I sprinted up to the mountain lake to try to hook a walleye for the community center I actually decided to move after like five fish which meant I could do another round of coffee kegging as I headed down to the Forest Lake instead it took a few tries but I did eventually hook a walleye down here so I popped into the secret Woods for more forage and hardwood then headed off to the beach for my eel my crap pots down here had caught almost everything I needed from them which was really neat but that eel was oh so slippery in the sense that it took me forever to find one I guess it was it was all albors and super cucumbers today but eventually I pulled one in and donated both it and the walleye from earlier to complete the fish tank I dropped off a pomegranate and three apples today too overnight the junimos dance the sparkling Rock away I wonder if I can visit it on the far plane or if it's truly gone forever another rainy day on day 60 was less exciting but I realized I hadn't planted my rare seeds yet so I made sure to do that bright and early I made my daily trip to the secret Woods for hardwood and forage bought a heater for my barn since I'm not a monster after all and checked out the various animal houses since the 1.6 patch I kind of want to buy another pet but I don't think I can yet what I could buy today though was more pigs I named them I am out of and names and I'm sure they'll be really important and super well-loved members of the family or whatever then I bought bunnies named Aon and kathen and spent some time in my happy Funtime production shed organizing crafting and just generally being a menace I started my very first hoe upgrade today then grabbed the copper hat from William and bought a bunch of explosive ammo before to the skull Cavern it was a little late in the day to do a deep dive but I wanted to get back into the Habit you know so I freely used up bombs and ammo as I went I did not even notice the Prismatic Shard that I left behind on floor 38 which is a real tragedy considering the other stuff I found today another Prismatic on floor 63 and another on floor 70 I had a magic rock candies worth of Prismatic shards available and it was a Thursday how embarrassing my house upgrade was done on day 61 and Robin had kindly and silently moved both my bed bed and my unconscious body into the new room my animals were just living their best lives and crops were coming in and it was a beautiful day I took a look at my fishing collection in the morning and I was honestly surprised at how many fish I still had to catch one of my goals was to get the full fishing collection in this first 100 days and I was kind of concerned at how many empty spots I had on my list I would have to wait though because I wanted to clear out a couple spaces on my farm for another project I brought my fancy idium axe down to the southwestern part of my farm and cleared Fern things trees and stumps out leveling up to n and forging along the way the traveling cart honestly had some serious bangers today but nothing that I really needed so I just continued on to get some hardwood and forging experience with that hardwood in hand I headed up to the mountains to get a stable started then I picked up some rice I could use to make a mocky roll turned in a mayor Lewis event coupon for some mystery boxes and return home to craft that Moy roll I had actually already processed all my eggs in a Mayo so I wasn't able to make the fried egg for the bundle today unfortunately I moved all my mine stuff down to the shed today though then I head it back up to the mines to tackle some fish I got a ghost fish immediately on level 20 and it only took me a little while longer to hunt down a Stone Fish then I moved to floor 60 for the ice pip I kind of forgot how Wiggly these little guys were after that I was down to 100 where I started pulling in cave jelly right away before quickly snagging a lava eel too that was surprisingly efficient to be honest I rushed down to the ocean to check my crab pots and my list was looking quite a bit better already I still needed an oyster though so I refilled them at the beach and headed home for some much needed rest I crafted some some tree fertilizer brighten early on day 62 and dropped it on some of the mahogany trees that I kept in a rotation above my house then when I checked in on my Coupe a new dino had hatched if you haven't picked up on the naming convention yet this should help I named her drogon and isn't she just the cutest weapon of mass destruction you've ever seen I put together a few seed makers and threw some winter Roots into them for the upcoming Greenhouse completion I haven't really been showing it every day because it's just not always that interesting but I'm making sure to visit Leah and give her two gifts a week usually gold goat cheese when possible I stopped at Clint and immediately just started another hoe upgrade then ran up to the mountains to get some more forging experience and tap one of the only pine trees I passed by with any regularity since I don't really want to grow any on my farm William gave me a pearl today for collecting 10 crabs which is kind of a weird thing to do when you think about it and unfortunately my crap pots did not produce an oyster for me today so I had to fill those and just hope for the best then I realized that I hadn't done linus' cleanup Quest so I tried fishing in the fountain but I only got a trash can and some construction materials I thought you could get trash here but maybe that changed in 1.6 I headed up to the mines and went to floor 100 though where I caught a whole bunch of trash and finished up the cleanup Quest my stable was complete on day 63 so I named my horse dancer and hoped that I would never need a special saddle to ride him I made sure to cook a fried egg today before I forgot again and turned all my eggs to Mayo and then I checked the traveling cart where I bought the snow goon scarecrow then it was time to finish my project from the other day I wanted to temporarily turn the southwestern island of my farm into a tree farm I went with maple seeds just because it was easy honestly and I filled in the spaces between them with gravel paths which is always a terrible idea I hate that sound in the afternoon I had a little lus peep show up in the mountain but I was actually up there to start another fish pond over by my shed it was also today that I learned that doing the community Quest gave me a Lewis ticket for those rewards so I turned one in for some weird looking tea which I gave to Leah and apparently that is the good stuff because she really loved it my crap pots finally produced an oyster which meant I could permanently ignore them now if I wanted and I kind of did I also made sure to snag a sea cucumber while I was down there today and then I made sure today also to head over to the bridge north of joia to catch the angler Leo was outside my door on day 64 with a gift since apparently that tea unlocked her third eye yesterday and she can now see the fourth dimension I had my first cranberry Harvest today and although there weren't too many I really do love the sound of harvesting those berries I stopped at Clint to break some artifact Tres and Omni geodes upgraded my hoe to gold and then cracked some mystery boxes too it's kind of nice getting all these free warp totems not as excited about the mix seeds but at least they'll be good for fiber seeds later my new Quest this week was a curious substance from The Wizard but before worrying about that I wandered around getting more foraging experience blackberries and hardwood I returned linus' basket to him because I desperately want his affection and then headed to the icy levels to hunt for some ghosty boys it actually didn't take me too long at all to get some ectoplasm so I dropped off the goop at razzy's house and scurried out the door as he locked it behind me pretty sure I heard some smooth jazz as I was running back home I had reached 60 donations at the Museum yesterday so Gunther was waiting outside my door to give me the rusty key on day 65 now I can see kobis I did kind of forget about that immediately though my second fish pond was done today so I chucked a lava eel in there for now before continuing with my normal morning chores I still hadn't actually found an ancient seed by this point so I fished for the low chance to get one from the seed maker with cranberries but no dice today I did get a maple syrup though I also bought a foraging book from the book seller since it's worth the same experience as cutting down like 19 trees I turned in that maple syrup to the community center meeting all all I had left was a duck feather for Emily's bundle and the bulletin board would be finished actually got scared that I hadn't planted any yams this morning which was kind of dumb since I obviously have so I went to the mines to hunt Dougies for a yam and also killed bugs hoping for an ancient seed I did not find either despite the dozens and dozens of winter roots and cranberries I tossed in the seed maker I still didn't get any ancient seeds I did however get my first duck feather today which is fantastic news since that was the last item I needed on my last Perfection run so it was nice to get it out of the way a little earlier this time I stopped over to start the aridium upgrade on my hoe then headed over to the community center to knock out the bulletin board everything really is coming together earlier this time and that means I should have a more chill time on Ginger Island instead of rushing to get everything done I started my next house upgrade with Robin today then met Leah and town for a quick salad lunch before picking up a new bed with my lwis ticket that I got from the Wizards goop Quest then I was back to the mins in my misguided quest to hunt for a yam I ended up finishing the douge monster Slayer goal today and I did end up finding a yam today as well though the ancient seed continued to evade me by the way I haven't really been showing it but I carry my pan with me everywhere and I'm really appreciating how much more often I get panning spots in 1.6 I'm not going to make a whole video out of it you know where to look for that I had another batch of wine waiting for me at home so I threw those into the bin before bedtime for a tidy little profit my yams that I did in fact plant finished growing on day 67 so yeah my hunt through the mines was a complete waste of time other than getting the monster Slayer goal I guess since I completed the bulletin board yesterday there were a bunch of people waiting for me outside my front door but not until after I checked my mushroom cave weirdos I gave jod a chocolate cake for her birthday baked it myself in the community center then gave Pam a frozen tear for a request before asking her to take me over to the desert for some more time in the skull Cavern I had basically just come over here for some combat experience so it didn't really matter that it was a bad luck day with such a late start to my day in the cavern and on such a terrible day for it it should come as no surprise that I didn't really make any meaningful progress down there only making it down 30 some floors and picking up a dozen aridium ore but I was about 80% of the way to level 10 combat by the end of the day and that was just as important to be honest day 68 started with a ton of recipes from all my neighbors since the extra friendship from the bulletin board hit yesterday my idium hoe was finished today so I went ahead and started my watering can upgrades next beginning with a lowly copper one since I'd never upgraded the thing even once so far I cut down my mini Maple Nursery in the southwest of my farm and replanted it with as much tree fertilizer as I could before dropping off a goat cheese with Leah which brought me up to nearly eight hearts with with her I did some foraging around cindersap and the secret Woods then headed to the skull Cavern for more combat training a treasure floor on 16 gave me just some bombs and that was really the only gift I was able to take away from the cavern today since I ended up leaving at about 12:30 only making it down 20 some floors I was only about 250 experience away from Level 10 combat though so that's easily within Striking Distance for one more trip I had a pretty nice start to day 69 since my house upgrade had completed but for some reason Robin decided to move me from my new bed to my old one which was really creepy and kind of invasive more cranberries today meant more failed attempts to luck my way into an ancient seed from the seed maker and after talking to Leah I was like the tiniest pixel away from eight hearts with her so I'll definitely reach that tomorrow day 69 is Abigail's birthday which always makes me chuckle and I gave her a spicy eel since I always carry around a stack of those in my backpack anyway I probably should have given her a gold pumpkin for more friendship but whatever I decided to knock out a couple quests that were just sitting in my backlog today so I brought a cave carrot over to Mary's and made sure to grab louis' purple shorts while was there next was a cauliflower for jod then I gave Lewis his shorts back right in the middle of the Town Square before heading off to the skull Cavern where I was able to achieve combat level 10 as early as the 10th floor that just leaves foraging and I've been trying my best to get down to the secret woods every day for the 150 experience I can get from the hardwood logs that was all I wanted out of the skull Cavern though so I headed back home to the valley and finally made my way to the sewers for the first time where I introduced myself to kobis and bought a void egg the crafting recipes he was selling and his stardrop then since I was already down here I decided to just go ahead and catch the mutant carp today too it was honestly harder to find the thing than it was to actually reel it in but I did end up catching one so I took it home where I threw the void egg from kobis in the incubator smoked the mutant carp and selected brute for My Level 10 combat profession Leo was waiting outside on Day 70 to tell me about her upcoming art show but more importantly today was a pumpkin harvest I only needed six pumpkins with at least five of gold quality to complete the pantry and I easily achieved that by the time I moved on to my second field I decided to expand some of my Artisan machine stock today which meant I finally figured out why my shed looked all funky when I was placing down more preserve jars I went ahead and fixed that but actually only on one side then I headed down to the forest where I helped Leah collect the only fruit I've ever seen growing on this tree really weird between that and saying hello this morning I had reached eight hearts with her so I gave her a bouquet and asked her to be my GF then it was up to the community center to complete the quality crops bundle and fall crops bundle and finally finish the pantry that means I'll have a green house tomorrow and I can start on winter seeds I picked up my watering can from Clint attended Leah's art show which honestly just baffled me I'm not very cultured then I actually started a steel pan upgrade instead of the watering can I had Robin start another shed for me today since I kind of want to get my kegs out of the bus stop and I had a sweet moment just outside the carpenter shop where I appreciated linus' way of life and that actually ended up pushing me up to 10 hearts with my new best friend to round out my day I planted another batch of pumpkins and cut down a bunch of my oak trees since that whole island was just starting to look really ugly to me I left that one Tre on the dock though that one was cute I made some melon seeds in preparation for ginger Island on day 71 and I also dropped a couple sprinklers in the newly fixed up Greenhouse to water some winter seeds that I also fertilized with some Deluxe speed grow that I crafted that morning I don't usually craft this to be honest but I wasn't making more kegs right now since I wanted to move them anyway so I had some Oak resin laying around for once one of the best things about the Riverland farm that I don't think I've mentioned until now is that the ducks can just hop into the pond and swim to other Islands which one of them did while I was working on my new mushroom log section in the early afternoon that is about the cutest thing in the entire world in my opinion and possibly makes up for the loss of my planting space on that main island since it was s's birthday today I made sure to interrupt her date with Emily to drop off a birthday flower then rudely and loudly cut down trees near the ladies and I found a book that gives me a chance for double wood from trees very cool I put down a bunch of mushroom logs on that Oak Island and I thought they looked really neat though I didn't really know that I was making them objectively worse mechanically by placing them at the very edge of all the trees then I moved my lightning rods over to hide them behind the shed that Robin was constructing and I even lost one to the river I finished my day cutting down trees in cindersap because I was getting so close to level 10 forging and I really wanted to check out the Mastery system Day 72 was the stardy Valley Fair which I kind of forgot about just as I always do I scraped together a chest full of items to put in my gra display then headed down to the secret Woods to crawl ever so slightly closer to the foraging cap before heading to the fair it's honestly just a joke how easy it is to beat Pierre and I handily took the victory with a score of 1 108 points I took my 1,000 tokens from winning and carefully placed bets at the spinning wheel until I had amassed 3,800 star tokens which let me pick up the stard drop a prize ticket which is new and a rarecrow from the prize tent with my victory secured and Pierre's pride and tatters I headed home where I slept comfortably and soundly through the night as my competition I presume cried themselves to sleep it was raining on day 73 which meant my pigs wouldn't be out producing truffles but with one of the ones left out from yesterday I got just enough experience to achieve ing level 10 let's go that means I'll be able to access the Mastery cave and start doing something I honestly didn't know much about it yet I had a batch of wine done today which meant it was the perfect time to move my kegs into the new shed Robin had just completed unfortunately I still needed to do the Big Shed upgrade so I didn't bother doing anything too crazy yet just starting some pale ale in there I dropped off a goat cheese with Leah next then headed down to the Mastery cave to take a look at it for the first time Mastery is an accumulation of experience Beyond level 10 once you've reached 10 in each skill you you can claim Mastery of a skill with enough Mastery experience and that gives you some new recipes items and abilities depending on which one you claim it's a really cool system and I especially appreciate that all the experience for Mastery is pooled so you can select Mastery and foraging after gaining experience from mining farming and combat for example after checking out the cave I stopped at Clint to drop off my watering can for a steel upgrade then put Robin to work on the upgrade for my keg shed picked up some more mushroom Logs with My Lou tickets and grab Pierre's Prime produce from the job board before stopping over at the saloon I I used my Ben jesser Powers on Pam to convince her to pay off her tab to keep the saloon afloat then gave Lewis a diamond which actually got me another ticket that I traded for a pomegranate sapling that would have been super handy to pick up like a month and a half ago but whatever actually decided to move my fruit trees into the greenhouse today since cutting down a fruit tree now provides you a sapling for that tree and then I measured out some space on their old Island for another small crop field before heading off to bed and selecting bnst for My Level 10 foraging profession I decided that Island I was working on yesterday would be a good spot for some flowers for honey on day 7 before so I moved to bee house and a sprinkler down there with a sunflower seed for now it might look kind of pathetic now but well actually it's going to look pretty pathetic for a while to be honest it was marne's birthday today so I planned to give her a diamond but I couldn't find her at home so I chased her into town and threw it at her on my way to Calico desert I grabbed a bunch of beets from Sandy here because I had realized I didn't plan any of those earlier in the season and I wanted to get some in the ground one of my cows must have been pretty curious about what the plan was with this new little field because she came up to scout around while I was planting beets and fall seeds and a duck even came over to check things out too I finished off my night by adding more pathing and another teeny tiny little field on the island containing my newest shed this was also about the time that I realized I had way too few batteries for what I wanted to do in the future day 75 started with a garden pot from Evelyn thank you so much Evelyn I'll definitely remember to water the Coffee Bean that I put in here every single day for sure my Big Shed was done today but instead of actually moving my Kegs and getting the place situated I just started some more pale ale using my hops from Summer before dropping one off with with Pam to fulfill a quest that had been sitting in my log for a month or so now I traded my watering can back in for a gold upgrade right away with Clint then learned how to craft the flute and drum blocks from Robin I was actually up here to move my Greenhouse to give me ever so slightly more tillable ground and I also started a house upgrade to get my seller I finally crafted my first Loom today which is a bit silly but that meant I could start working through my stock of wool from Danny the sheep and my two bunnies after that I was off to the mines to collect resources and kill skeletons bats slimes and void spirits to work on my monster Slayer goals day 76 was said to be a pretty huge day my winter seeds in the greenhouse matured which meant I had everything I needed to complete the community center today if I would have used some Deluxe speed grow on my pumpkins I could actually have completed this about 4 days earlier but fall 20th is not too bad for Community Center completion in my book I started making some starfruit seeds in my seed makers because I was so excited but um that's kind of a terrible idea since they're actually cheaper to buy unless I get three per seed maker I dropped off my final donation at the community center today and said goodbye to the junos for now back at home I stopped in my Coupe and a void chicken had finally hatched I named her Chad then realized I might not actually have another rainy day before fall ended to buy a mermaid's pendant even if I do hit 10 hearts with Leah by then so I crafted some tappers back at the farm and clapped them on a few pine trees and Cinder sap in case I need to craft a rain totem later then it was just back to the mines for more Monster Slayer goals and I actually found a couple of Squire helmets from a metal head that I wanted to save for later overnight the junos fixed the Quarry bridge for me which I'm really excited to go check out since there's a new special node over there that should help me with my ridiculous coal requirements I started some starfruit wine in my ugly little wine shed on day 77 before taking on both dancer and Misty as my new Squires serve me well little babies and I'll make sure you live a long and prosperous life full of glory and wealth the traveling cart had an absolutely amazing item today in the form of a single bulb of garlic this is going to save me so much effort on Ginger Island that it's almost just as useful as the other things she's had for sale this year I talk a lot of smack about the traveling cart lady but she's absolutely saved my bacon this file thank you cart lady I love you I went home and threw that in the seed maker before heading to town to watch the Community Center completion cut scene Morris came to interrupt our celebration and I decided that today violence was in fact the answer George was all about it too egging Pierre on in a contest of Champions Pierre channeled His Glory Days as a boxer and committed felony battery against Morris and since mayor Lewis is judge jury and executioner of this small town he saw literally zero days of jail time despite permanently injuring a retail middle manager small towns are so corrupt man anyway after all that I dropped off some aridium for Clint to perform the final watering can upgrade then gave Leah a goat's cheese which brought me within probably a day or two of 10 hearts with her I decided to clear out the Quarry next and it was so satisfying to break these new Cal nodes and I even got a prismatic Shard while I was up there I went into the Quarry mine next and saw this new section that had dangerous monsters and more coal nodes but I was mostly here for the golden Scythe so I snagged that and teleported away I stopped up at the spa next to start the Wizards Inc Quest and finished my day by moving my lightning rods again and putting down some more pathing on the Animal Island back home William invited me to meet him in the back of his shop on the morning on day 78 and I also noticed that my rare fruit were done growing today very exciting I started another fish pond at Robins this morning though I didn't really like where I put it then I headed down to check out William's shop where he showed me his crabs but he also needed some help fixing up his boat in the back so I dropped off everything he would need for that then headed into the sewers to grab the dark seal for the next portion of the Wizard's Quest I also fished up a slime Jack while I was down there though the bugs flying around made it really annoying to catch I must have hit 10 hearts with Leah earlier in the day because I had a sweet little picnic with her in the woods or at least it started offset until her ex Kell appeared out of nowhere while I was getting a little SM and phased through these Stones like some sort of superum Leah proved once again that violence is actually the answer and socked him right in the gut after which we also ignored the laws of physics as we departed through some branches that I kind of hadn't cleaned up in a while I dropped off a sweet gem Berry for old Master canoli for another star drop after that then headed up to the witch's swamp where I fished up a couple void salmon and a void mayonnaise for henchmen here I dropped off the ink with Razzy and he told me he could summon junimos onto my farm to serve me in perpetuity uh okay cool he also wouldn't let me go back down in the basement even though I did him a solid what a jerk that night before bed I started loading up on some of the stuff I would need for ginger Island I actually have quite a bit of time before the end of my 100 days so I'm not too worried about getting into the Walnut Room this time but I still want to start strong there was so much going on on day 79 that I kind of had a slow start to be honest I didn't actually make it over to Ginger Island until about 10:00 a.m. when I got there I dropped off my chest and a bunch of the goodies I brought with me then started the golden Walnut hunt I grabbed the new tent kit that was added in 1.6 and met up with Leo right away before setting off to Ginger Island North where I grabbed walnuts from places like dig spots and secret passages and I met the joa bird thing that can find all the walnuts for you for the first time it wanted about 1.2 million gold to find them and that's actually not terrible if you're Min maxing money and could really save a bunch of time here I might have to try it on another file today though I wandered around collecting as many as I could reach unlocking Ginger Island West and moving my chest over to the broken down Farmhouse I got some wheat melons and garlic into the ground right away for the gourmont Frog and sprinted all over the place getting walnuts from the muscle rocks the ship the weird froggy thing in the ground and I started Bird's Quest I tried a couple times to complete the Simon Says puzzle but it was like 4:00 a.m. in real life when I was doing this and my brain was just not able to comprehend it even with recording the pattern and watching it back I just kept failing so I decided to skip it for now that actually left me just short of the total I needed for The Farmhouse so I headed home that night a failure at least in my own eyes I knew I'd be heading back to Ginger Island on day 80 but I started with lots of chores back home it was also George's birthday today so I made sure to drop off a leak for him since I haven't really been the best neighbor to the molers after that I went salmon fishing at the river since I had a Quest from Demetrius to get 10 of those for the farm computer recipe the new targeted bait makes these kinds of quests super easy though so it didn't take me too long I picked up my my first Mastery perk today and though I probably wouldn't select this one first again I went with fishing Mastery thinking the new Rod could be really useful on Ginger Island since I completed the salmon Quest I also had a new Lewis ticket which I turned in for a book that made making friends easier that should help a lot with perfection since friendship is usually quite a SLO for me after that I was back to Ginger Island even though I didn't have the Farmhouse yet I decided to repair the bridge to the dig site but I forgot that you need bombs and not just an upgraded pickaxe for the mushroom cave bummer I cleared out the dig site anyway and grabbed everything I needed from my farm chest to just craft a stupid bomb and let Professor Snail out of his prison I gathered a few more walnuts from all over that I'd missed yesterday during the rush and saw that the price of finding the rest actually decreased now that I'd found more that's pretty interesting that was it today though since I'd opened the dig site I didn't have enough walnuts to unlock The Farmhouse so I headed back home to work through more animal supplies and headed off to bed some lightning struck the old joa building overnight and I promptly forgot about that missing bundle entirely day 81 was a stormmy day which was an amazing opportunity for a couple of reasons for one I could craft more lightning rods to get more batteries today I didn't do that though because I'm a for two I could pick up the mermaids pendant from the old Mariner to propose to Leah I did do that which means we'll be getting married on the final day of fall I think that's actually a really perfect time for a ceremony with Leah with my business on the mainland complete though I headed back to Ginger Island I completed the two quizzes at the field office then went hunting for Golden coconuts no dice I checked around for the gem birds and found an aquamarine on Island West good to know with just one more rainy day I can just Brute Force the other two gems I dropped off some animal parts with the field office then went fishing and panning for more walnuts and fossils I ended up pulling in a few walnuts and grabbing this spine for Professor snail and since I had reached 20 walnuts I also rebuilt The Farmhouse I stopped by Leo's again where he poked and prodded me and then I cleaned up the farm for Journal scraps before heading home to sleep in my own bed on my own Farm cutting down a bat of wheat on my farm managed to get me to the 25 gold vegetables harvested that I needed for Pierre's Prime produce on day 82 that meant that I could drop off a bunch of of Wheat and some corn at his store for my cash bonus and I was able to grab some Mega bombs from the ticket I got from the community board it's probably not too surprising that I went back to Ginger Island today where I found a couple golden coconuts on Island West I also found a snake vertebrae over there which is really really exciting in fact I was so excited to find it that I was just carrying it around and I gave it to Leo I'm not going to lie I honestly considered resetting my day but I just soldiered on knowing that I had made an enormous mistake that could possibly cost me access to the Walnut Room I decided to blast my way through the volcano mine today to open up the forge I did get a couple walnuts from breaking rocks and killing monsters but I mostly just skipped everything I could and ran straight for the Cera I grabbed the recipes from the dwarf Merchant on floor 5 and I saw a new book for sale there too but it cost diamonds and I would forget to bring those with me basically for the rest of forever I reached the Caldera with plenty of time to spare today and grabbed the walnuts and Prismatic Shard I didn't enchant anything yet though because I wanted to switch over to the Galaxy Hammer at some point and I still hadn't picked one up from Marlin now at least though I could get back to the forge the shortcut so I wouldn't have to go through the mines other than when I wanted to get more walnuts or whatever I actually found another snake vertebra in a rock today meaning that I could really have just completed the entire donation if I hadn't given Leo one of them I'm kind of worried about that to be honest day 83 was another pumpkin harvest day super exciting especially now that the experience actually counts towards Mastery I actually cleared some of my sprinklers out after harvesting since I wanted to fix up my layout during the winter and then I tried to head over to Ginger Island forgetting it was the spirits Eve Festival tonight so I couldn't even get into town well no problem I have Beach warp totems and I was able to get over to the island using one of those today I talked to the gormon Frog today for the first time and I'm pretty sure his dialogue got updated which is kind of cool I spent a few hours today fishing and panning at the dig site though I eventually moved down to the docks when I found all the fossils I needed from that area I'd already fished up some blue discus at the river so after getting a lion fish at the beach I only needed the stingray from Ginger Island plus all the winter fish the submarine fish and a goby to finish my collection I was not going to stumble at the Finish Line This Time well at least not with fishing okay I made sure to pick up the jackolantern recipe from Pierre at the spirits Eve festival and after I completed the maze I found this awesome Minecart shortcut that takes you back to the beginning before I left I chatted with Leah for the last time before we would get married in the morning on day 84 everyone gathered to see Leah marry the town's worst dressed groom whoops I always forget that I could change and look halfway decent I finally started setting my keg shed up to look more functional after the ceremony though I I needed a bunch more kegs to fill the building so I went ahead and crafted another 31 right away and filled them all with hops wheat and honey I threw all the wine from that morning in a casks in the cellar since I'm not really working toward any specific project right now and I can afford to let them age then I gathered up all my jade staircases and everything else I would need for a skull Cavern dive and headed to well the the skull Cavern I decided that I was going to get the aridium milk from Mr key today which if you're a season stard Valley player you might be questioning right about now I got really excited on floor 54 when I saw a machine in the Treasure Chest but it was an auto Grabber I could really use an auto pet for all my trips to Ginger Island I also reached another Mastery level today on 82 which makes sense since I just had pumpkins yesterday and honestly aridium nodes and Gem nodes and whatnot are worth a butt ton of experience as you might have guessed I was pretty disappointed when I reached floor 100 because I didn't have the secret note from Mr key yet so I did get a treasure floor with a seed maker but no idium snake milk I actually didn't stick around much longer after this realization though I did get a battery and a prismatic Shard on level 101 so that's something I guess and hey snagging almost 200 aridium isn't too bad but I was definitely a little embarrassed at least my first sight on day 85 was Leah's new winter outfit from 1.6 super cute I don't know about all of you but I no longer find winter to be that much slower than any other month at least not once I have ginger Island unlocked so I was actually kind of excited to only have one Farm to worry about I went ahead and cut down all my trees in the southwest Island today because I want to move some stuff down there later and I need the wood anyway then I I crafted a few more crystarium since I kind of used up all my jade yesterday my lava eels wanted a Basalt which I did not have and I actually sold a couple in the past and I really didn't know when I would be able to get more the star fruit in my Greenhouse were done today too which was exciting so I crafted more deluxe speed grow and prepared more space for another batch I stopped at clints to crack geodes and mystery boxes today but I ran out of space and kind of gave up before getting my Omni geod I also completely forgot my coconuts so no golden Walnut there I made a quick trip over to visit San and buy more starf fruit before 5 then grab the magnifying glass from the void person and visited kobis to drop off a void Mayo for his birthday I made sure to talk to lots of friends today so I could see as many of the new outfits as possible and I have to say they are looking pretty fantastic before bed I planted some winter seeds and powder melon the new winter crop just to make sure something was in the ground and at least part of my farm then I collected the beer and pale i' been brewing and filled all the kegs with Starfruit for more wine William challenged me to catch a squid on the morning of day 86 which reminded me that winter fish were now available I had a lot to do though like picking up farming Mastery from the cave in cindersap Forest this gave me an aridium scythe and I had a really hard time getting used to using it and ended up kind of forgetting a lot even though it's super handy it also gives you a chance to find an item that doubles animal products except for pigs as well as a new crafting recipe for a statue that gives daily Buffs I talked to more villagers to check their outfits today and Evelyn definitely looks like she's running a secret Russian Auntie spy Network then I picked up the Prismatic jellies Quest and turned in my pan for its gold upgrade I almost lost some crops to Weeds on Ginger Island which is a stupid risk to take but I found a journal scrap for another Walnut today and I couldn't quite remember where it was despite the notes so I just ripped up the whole Beach North of Bird's Hut I also found the topaz gem bird on Island North today so after donating my single snake vertebra to Professor snail I forced my way through the gem puzzle and grabbed five more walnuts after that I headed into the volcano mine because I had gathered almost none of the available walnuts from the enemies rocks and volcano version of crates I was also really hoping for Dragon teeth but I didn't actually find any I went ahead and got the level five shortcut from the parrots even though it was probably not the best use of my walnuts and then I sprinted all the way back home to my farm Leah gave me a salad on day 87 and I went for the old no you and gave it right back hoping I could reach 12.5 Hearts before the end of my 100 days since it was a snowy day today I decided to challenge my Nemesis after finishing my morning chores the glacier fish is honestly my least favorite fish to catch in the entire game and it is not even close but I was hoping it would be easier with my new Rod so I attached some wild bait along with trap and cork Bobbers cuz you can use two I grabbed a couple servings of dish of the sea and I headed down to cerap to face my fears my first bite was a chub and oh my gosh that is an enormous fishing bar well no problem but my second was the glacier fish in all its glorious hatred and honestly it was kind of no big deal first try baby let's go I kind of didn't know what else to do with my day since I figured that would be a bit more of a problem I headed down to the waterfall and caught a GOI next then snagged a couple of perch from the river I stopped at home to smoke my catch and then headed to the mines and Hunt of the Prismatic slime it did not go well I have just such terrible luck with this Quest and I ended up leaving after like 7 hours of hunting I took out my bad mood on Lewis by threatening to tell the whole town about his and marne's relationship then headed down to the ocean to hunt for squid it was albore City though and my inventory filled up before I could really get anything caught I did end up catching a squid just after midnight though so despite my failure with the Jelly I think it was a pretty good day I pulled all of my my crabs out of their pond on day 88 so I could replace them with my new squid by the way I haven't mentioned this I don't think but the other pond that's on the weird Island over there has midnight carp now I'm trying to get everything I need for seafoam pudding that's all I traded my gold pan in for an aridium upgrade today which is honestly just silly and then I headed to the Oasis to grab a few hundred Deluxe speed grow and a magic rock candy since I had a few Prismatic shards stacking up I grabbed my golden coconuts from Ginger Island today and crack them to get the free Walnut and a fossilized skull very cool except that I don't actually have the ribs yet so it doesn't really matter I went looking for that next and got another couple coconuts but no ribs for now I did go ahead and plant more Tero and some pineapples on Ginger Island Farm though and cleared some more space for eventual sprinklers before resigning myself to complete the Simon Says puzzle however with the advantage of having actually slept the night before plus the decidedly unfair advantage of you know recording my gameplay and watching it back or cheating as some people might call it I didn't have too much trouble this time that meant three more walnuts for me though I was starting to run into a bottleneck since I had had unlocked the volcano shortcut and didn't have enough walnuts to fix the resort I snagged a lingot at the mountain lake before bed that night meaning that all that was left were the three submarine fish and a stingray and then I'd have caught them all kobas sent me a letter with some neat stationary on day 89 and I noticed that the book seller was in town today so I loaded up to trade in books that I've already read as well as items for Clint to crack open for me I grabbed some sea jelly hardwood and pepper poppers from the book Merchant and then I had a thought he was selling a combat book that could trade for Monster musk I could just buy that trade it in and use the buff to hunt for the slime awesome I got distracted by that opportunity and headed straight to the mines instead of cracking my artifact troves mystery boxes and coconuts but it was all worth it because I found that stupid slime after only a couple more hours of searching and on top of that I had picked up an ancient seed from one of the bugs I killed that same day what a great day I rushed down to the museum and turned in my seed for a recipe and a seed packet then stopped in to visit the whiz himself this guy is so weird he's always looking for more and more exotic goo and whenever he gets it he banishes me from his presence to do Yoba knows what with the stuff after that I was off to Ginger Island where I found the mummified Frog Almost right away I dropped off my ancient seed with a sprinkler here harvested some terot for another Walnut found another down in the muscle rocks and got one more from a cinder Shard Rock in the volcano that brought me up to the 20 I needed to fix the resort and open up the Pirate Cove area for tomorrow on day 90 I finally remembered to craft some of the hay flooring to put in front of my barn and CP so it didn't look so stupid then I've dropped off a pumpkin with Caroline and a diamond for a Quest from Penny Haley was looking for a jade so I gave her one of those and I picked up a hat and a dehydrator with my Lewis tickets I gave Emily an amethyst from Clint though she didn't quite understand but Clint didn't mind and he gave me back my fully upgraded aridium pan and got started on a copper trash can and cracked open some containers for me I actually got a banana sapling from him today which I went to plant on Ginger Island right away after that I made my trip to the pirate Hideout where I grabbed the free Walnut in the corner and play darts three times in a row for a few more before heading home for the night I made sure to catch a stingray which leaves only the submarine fish from the night market later this month Pierre tried to do some kind of doodo sales thing on day 91 but I didn't really care what he was offering on the other hand the traveling caret was offering caviar since I had one for the missing bundle already buying and selling this one would save me the trouble of dealing with sturgeon ever again so yeah I bought that for sure I crafted more furnaces today to fill up my shed a little and watched Pierre TR to scam my neighbors out of their money using my gold quality hay of all things what a goose then I gave Caroline a rabbit's foot for her birthday and headed to Ginger Island where I used a rain totem to make sure I could do the mermaids puzzle tomorrow I also saw Leah on the beach so I made sure to say hello and I tried to give her more cheese but I guess she was full my crops for the gourmont Frog were all done growing today which meant three little scenes later I had another 15 walnuts plus two more from cutting down some wheat I checked the Walnut door and I was at 89 so I think I'm going to make it in there no problem even though I couldn't find the the ribs at the dig site yet again I had a lot of Mines walnuts left so I headed in there for more Monster Rock and Crate pulverization by the time I left that night I had enough walnuts to fix my mailbox and the warp tower on my farm that's going to be super helpful for late nights on the island I started day 92 on the island for I believe the first time I was really only here for the mermaid puzzle though which was easy enough and rewarded me with five more walnuts I put some more tarot roots in the ground today than warped home so I wouldn't be late for the Festival of ice it was also a wine day back home so I dropped off a cool 62 bottles of starfruit wine in my new Mini shipping bin that Pierre had sent over this morning before heading down to the woods to talk to everyone and check out their cute outfits and hopefully win a little fishing competition of course it seemed to me like the festival had been updated because I was catching things like Pike here I think is that fair either way I won the festival which meant I got a new sailor's cap and some tackle but more importantly I had been crafting more bars all day so I was able to drop off and load up 23 more kegs with Starfruit wine before bed today I got six seeds from five powder melon in my seed makers on day 93 and that is truly horrific luck so I was barely able to put more crops in the ground on my farm but I did what I could with those and then I started crafting whatever I had the ingredients for you see one of my goals in this 100 days was to surpass my perfection score from my last 100 days video where I only managed a ptry 36% and both crafting and cooking would help if I could get enough recipes taken care of I also checked my shipments collection for any items I could sell there but I was mostly up to date on that front I traded my trash can in for a steel upgrade crafted and sold even more junk from home and headed to the Oasis to buy 825 star fruit for ginger Island I also grabbed the ginger harvesting Quest from Caroline which I really hope I can complete Gus was on the island today so I grabbed his recipe and definitely should have got the gold wine too but I didn't think about it then I planted a bunch of wheat in hopes of getting the last couple walnuts from harvesting crops and started putting down some starfruit with Deluxe speed grow Leah told me Day 94 was going to be a special one and I decided to prove that prophecy Wrong by harvesting and forgetting to replant the star fruit from my Greenhouse for the next couple of days it was Sebastian's birthday today and I was very fortunate that he was heading to Ginger Island so I could give him a plate of Sashimi for the trip I headed to the island as well and searched without hope for those ribs for the field office I made a trip through the volcano collecting some walnuts and some much needed dragon teeth and I got just enough walnuts to open up the island Trader on Island North there wasn't much I could get here despite really wanting some Deluxe retaining soil since I've been taking most of my stuff home every night however I guess Leo was right after all because the walnuts that I had found had gotten me just enough to make my way into the Walnut Room and meet Mr key for the first time I uh I actually never did the quest to get into the casino on this file kind of just forgot about it to be honest I'm pretty sure I actually have all the stuff I need for it at home but either way I picked up the skull cab Invasion Quest while I was here but that was it for my day apparently Leah also thought day 95 was going to be a special day but that must have just been because my steel trash can was done being upgraded there was no more food for my animals today but thankfully it was a Thursday so I was able to stop over at marney's and get some more hay I also saw a pet licenses for sale which I think means that my dog loves me I kind of want a turtle but I guess I need to build a new pet pole first plus it's like half a million gold so maybe not yet I traded my trash Canon for its gold upgrade today which just feels frivolous to be honest and then I headed to s's to buy some star fruit from our Greenhouse which funnily enough I dropped off at Ginger Island on accident when I was clearing my inventory to head into the volcano I checked the parrot again today and it only wanted about a third of a million gold now so it's actually pretty close to my budget not that I'll probably take advantage of that option on this file instead I went hunting for walnuts the oldfashioned way by diving into the volcano mines I did get a few but I also got some Dragon's Teeth a mango sapling and this cool dwarf sword that night there was a strong Windstorm so I guess maybe Leo was right again about today being special I got my spouse star drop on day 96 and although the squid Fest had begun I skipped it because I didn't realize it was going to be a bit different than the Trout Derby and I was just getting a little short on time okay the wind storm from yesterday had knocked down one of the new large trees in Cinders saap and apparently 100 hardwood could fix it well after checking the traveling Merchant and skipping out on any purchases I brought over enough hardwood to repair the stump and turn it into this cute little cottage a popup said maybe someone will decide to move in now so I was excited to see that happen I struck out again hunting for ribs at the dig site but I finally remember to bring my starf fruit home and plant more in the greenhouse so that's something something at least my squid Pond wanted a sea urchin on day 97 which was much more achievable than a stupid balt and it turns out that I only had to wait one day for someone to move into the new house that I'd fixed up a starving raccoon was waiting outside the stump begging for five muscles and a smoked red mullet well I can do that I headed to the ocean where everyone was hunting for squid and I caught one after a long wait and headed into town to start my aridium garbage can upgrade what a stupid waste of money but still it was a tool after all after some time at home cleaning out my inventory I dropped off the smoked mullet with the raccoon who gave me 25 powder melon seeds and said that now maybe he could find a wife all right since tomorrow was going to be the last day for my danger in the Deep Quest I sto by Marlins to grab some explosive ammo then headed to the Mastery cave to pick up combat Mastery though it took me a while to decide between that and Mining I was hoping to check out the new trinkets but I I got to admit I didn't actually find any by the end of the 100 days so we'll have to check them out next time day 98 as I said was going to be a skull C CERN day I loaded up my inventory with everything I would need and headed to the desert right away it had been a while since I'd done the dangerous skull Cavern so I was a little cowardly you might say in terms of using staircases pretty liberally but hey the goal was 100 Floors right it doesn't matter how you do it I got my first key gem on floor 43 which was a dino floor but it brought up the Walnut icon and I was super confused for a second I found my very first treasure floor of the day on 77 but it only had a single rain totem on the other hand I found this little golden cracker on floor 93 which is from farming Mastery and doubles the output of an animal I ended up just saving that since I'm not sure who to give it to yet I found my first Prismatic Shard of the dive on the next floor which is way later than I would normally expect but it was a pretty bad luck day today though I did find two more just two floors further down and then I was at floor 100 and for my gargantuan efforts I was gifted 15 Cherry bombs come on dude I decided to stick it out for another few hours and though I didn't really find anything in Treasure rooms other than another stupid auto Grabber I did did end up getting a couple more key gems more Prismatic shards and I left at 1220 with over 350 idium in my inventory not too shabby day 99 the penultimate day wow I started by smelting some more aridium bars and filling my dehydrators which honestly has become very challenging at this point it was a wine day today so I gathered and replaced everything in the wine shed before picking up my aridium trash can from Clint well that's the very last tool I can upgrade meaning I've completed that goal as well I got the maple syrup Quest from the bear today in the Quarry mine that I had honestly just entered because I wasn't really sure what to do with my day but I also snagged a bunch of coal while I was there the raccoon had nothing new to say today which I didn't yet know was because he was on a timer so I headed to the night market to work on a couple last minute projects I bought the art from the art dealer got the Pearl from the very long mermaid show and then Dove down with a submarine to collect the spook fish the midnight squid and the blob fish that's everything I needed to complete my entire fishing collection let's go one more goal complete on day 100 I decided to stop over at Robins to purchase every single house renovation I could I actually had to stop back home to move a couple of things so I could add this little cubby room right next to my door and oh my gosh my house is both enormous and hideous now I have a cute little space for my bed but the entire house basically needs to be ripped apart and redone that'll have to wait for another video though because it's finally time to see just how much I was able to do in 100 days I left Leah standing next to our single potted plant likely having Whiplash from all the construction and headed to Ginger Island I crept in and spoke with Mr key checked the jaw board and saw extended family was listed very cool and then I went to the tracker 42% oh my God I did it
