for our team but it's just so powerful with every everything that we have to do and then what happened last week is because the way we've been giving so so selflessly and teaching we have Derek Lofton for a flight three years here's what you're going to do you're going to go to AA Advantage es shopping let's say you just brought um a property in Detroit and you're closing on your landbank property and you need to meet the closing requirements whether that's new windows whether that's a microwave whether that's a refrigerator whatever it is right um so here's what I did I went to AA Advantage es shopping and this is how I was able to get free flights on American Airlines so guys just remember you should never ever ever pay to travel what you should do however is make sure that whatever money that you're putting into this economy that it can convert itself into a free vacation for you and your family once you get your section 8 10 and 10 or once you sell this house to a wholesaler after you just meet the closing requirements whatever it is that you want to do with with your land bank properties this is how we should make sure that that purchase those purchases convert to travel for you so with American Airlines I go on AA Advantage es shopping and guys I I po the link already into the chat so let's say uh I want to shop at Home Depot it says Home Depot is 3.5 miles on the dollar earlier this morning it was six miles um so let's say here for Home Depot let's say I type in Home Depot as you guys can see at the top it's 3.5 miles per dollar so let's say it cost me $6,000 to redo an entire basement $6,000 time 3.5 miles is $18,000 miles now as you guys can see here on the right hand side it says hello shaima you have 198,000 miles right these are how many miles I have left 198,000 miles and if you're thinking to yourself okay she has 198 ,000 miles left on American Airlines where can I go for 198,000 miles like how far can that get me so let me just show you guys what that looks like so let's say you go on American Airlines website aa.com let's say that you want to go from if you live in American Airlines hub those hubs are uh Miami those hubs are Charlotte Philadelphia New York Chicago um Dallas Fort Worth these are American Airlines hubs so let's say you want to go from Dallas to let's say you're meeting Charles in Little Rock Arkansas for an auction you want to go Little Rock so let's say you're from Dallas and you want to go to Little Rock and I'm just going to pop any random date in here and you want to redeem the miles let's see how many miles would it exactly cost you to to do that so it would cost 5.5 th000 miles on August 20th the good thing is if you hit this calendar button on the right hand side you can pretty much choose which day is the cheapest so as you as you're looking at the calendar you might say okay well instead of going on the 13th I'll go on the 14th or instead of going on the 18th when it's 12,000 mil I'll go on the 20th because it'll be 5.5 th000 mil so if it's 55,000 miles let's say it's 11,000 miles for you to come home that's you just earn 18,000 miles just getting the basement fixed right let's say that you earned 18,000 miles and you wanted to go from I don't know Miami to the Bahamas I'm just going to put nassa Bahamas let's see how many miles that would be so it looks like it'll be about 10,000 miles now remember you just got 18,000 miles just for fixing up the basement now imagine if you were doing an actual flip not just doing small stuff like purchasing new windows and you know doing stuff so that way you can meet the Clos and requirements so the Detroit landbank can actually like give you the deed but let's say you were actually going to put in like $50,000 into fixing up your house or $30,000 into fixing up your land bank property $30,000 times three miles per dollar is 90,000 miles if it's 10,000 miles for you to go to the Bahamas then that means that you can go back and forth nine times to the Bahamas and you actually haven't paid a dime all you did was make the money that you were spending on your landbank properties and and just convert that into miles so if you go to Home Depot they're not going to tell you oh put this stuff back and go online and go to this website through American Airlines when you go to Home Depot they're not telling you we have a partnership with with this Airline where all of this is should actually be converted dollar for dollar into a flight no one is really going to give you that information that's why I'm super grateful to people like Charles who have communities where this information is but a stone throw away depending on if you've invested in yourself and getting into the rooms with the right people that can change your thought process around these things um so guys let me know if I'm moving a little bit too fast um let I'mma go into the comment um Bridget says I came in late is this a credit card no this is not a credit card at all um no credit cards are need needed so here is the link AA Advantage es shopping if you want to flip your house then I would encourage you to go on on websites like this and then you want to double dip and this is in my this is in my extended course but guys if you want to double dip then use a credit card for these purchases basic level you can use your debit card right all you have to do is come in through this website and choose whatever store you want so let's say you need something for the floors right like let's say you don't want to go to Home Depot let's see do they have Floor and Decor let's see what they have they don't have Floor and Decor but they have LL flooring right so I mean for that I might as well go to Home Depot but whatever you guys need for your landbank properties feel free to come over to these websites where they're going to convert all of these things that you're doing for your landbank property into miles and you don't even need to give the contractor a big heavy list and then he go to Home Depot and get all the stuff with your debit card or your credit card just come on this website and that's how you can get these miles so I'm not sure which hubs are in South Dakota because like before I moved back home to Antiga I was like a a New Jersey person so I'm not sure but Amy what you can do is go online and just look up airport once you see which is the internation which is the um closest international airport then Google for JFK what is the biggest hub for JFK so that way you can see like which Hub is the best for I don't know Boise or you know whatever um Bridget says how far in advance do you have to book flights Bridget that's a great question babe so so um here's what we're going to do Bridget can you see the screen so Bridget how this is how you're going to do it you're going to click that calendar button and then as you can see the calendar is going to tell you which dates is the cheapest so let's say I want to look in September it goes all the way down to 8K but let's say to go to the Bahamas $8,000 if I go at the end of September but as you can see the beginning of September was 10K and so then let's go over to October so we see that it's some days in October where you can go to the Bahamas for 8,000 points but then it's other days where around the 24th it might cost you 16,000 points I'm sorry Charles did you say something okay um that wasn't that was not me oh okay okay okay so so Bridget that's a great question how far in advance do you need to book the flights just hitting this calendar button right here on the right hand side will let you know now guys let me just take you back it says here where am I it says here at the top I have 198,000 miles left right so if it cost me one of my houses in New Jersey I got like nice stuff so I could do like a staging of the property too so just whatever you need whether you need tools that's one mile per dollar if you need to go to Bed Bath and Beyond to get sheets or even if you get your landbank property and you want to Airbnb it because it's close to a place um like a baseball um place in Detroit or just whatever it is every that you do for these properties come on this website AA Advantage es shopping so that way you can figure out how to get miles for every single thing that you're doing if you need Windows then why are you are now getting seven so it actually Ken that was a great question it's not certain months that it's higher or lower it's pretty much whenever uh AA Advantage website decides to give you an incentive so this morning I got an email and it said hey um Home Depot is 3.5 miles on a dollar today but for the next two hours it's six miles and I was like D I wish I had something to buy for the house because I would want the the six miles it's it's almost double this this Neiman Marcus went from 2.5 to 7 Miles and again this is not using credit this you don't have to use credit you can pay for all of this with a debit card um Cynthia Jones says how long do you have to wait before you can use the miles so if you're buying from a store you can use the mile the the miles come immediately you get an email immediately saying you've gotten your miles oh hold on everybody make sure that you mute your phones [Music] um oh okay I got muted sorry guys um so yeah Ken there's like no specific you go on AA Advantage es shopping and you purchase the stuff that you need and your contractor goes goes to pick it up the next day you can't you can't really expect for for United to now pick up those miles that you went through a a Advantage website to purchase so it kind of doesn't work like that um so guys I'll just walk you through I'm just G to try to see like the different stores and stuff like that that you can shop at but whatever you need um let me go let me see home stuff home kitchen and bath here we go okay so Home Depot yes K this is this is dof I'm about to give a g hey the different promotions and things like that what you also want to do is be able to look around as well so cashback monitor when you go to any store in particular that you're looking to look for what you do is you type hello you most travel mil uh miles per dollar Etc so you want cashback monitor as well um and the good thing with cashback monitor to make sure so you guys understand once you guys start navigating which it's a free site once you guys start navigating you'll start to understand that D sites like Keem said you never know who's going to give you an extra bonus and stuff like that but I want you guys to also keep in mind the of the year that we're in right so in the South I'm I live in Georgia right now kids are going back to school so what do you think people are doing right now most people are doing what back to school shopping right so pay attention to Trends as well you pay attention to Trends you'll notice that some of these stores are giving you more cash back more Reward Points More Travel mods during certain times of the year there's nowhere predicting it but if you look at the trends we know in November what happens Black Friday everybody goes shopping let incentivize people you understand Christmas is coming oh more more incentives Prime day instead of everyone shopping for Amazon the other stores want to make money too what do you think they're going to do raise up their miles per dollar raise up their cash back things like that so I wanted to give you guys that real quick make sure you join the community because again I don't give out this information all the time but Pam she she is a master of what she does so make sure you tap into the information this information is available to you guys but you gotta be re right back to you yes um 3.5 miles every dollar we already know that it's eight 8,000 miles on a good day to go to the Bahamas so you got to think about with 198,000 Miles mind you guys my um American Airlines account I got it to 800,000 miles my Delta account I got it to 1.1 million miles so like when when you guys see me like logging in like okay so you guys see uh hello shaima you have 198,000 miles blah blah blah blah I'm actually logging into my real accounts you guys see my name and everything you know like if you you got to drop receipts because otherwise people will be like oh she didn't really do it it's all sensationalized so I'm like no like I'm I can show you guys exactly what I did so here's the thing I really love how Derek mentioned like okay well I'm in the South it's back to school time right so remember what we talked about the whole point of all of this is so that way when you reach whatever Financial goal you're reaching through purchasing your land bank properties that you can enjoy life most of us would just travel the world right but even outside of your land bank properties let's say you needed a computer Dell is giving away 4.4 miles per dollar as you guys can see here Dell gives away four miles on the dollar wait um let me just type it in Dell because then maybe you guys will be able to like see it better so you guys could see it over here Dell gives away four miles on the dollar when Derek talked about back to school so let's say your kids need sneakers right and you got three kids so Foot Locker Foot Locker is giving away 1.5 miles for every dollar that you spend Nike is giving away two miles Adidas is giving away four miles so if you're buying your kids back to school stuff you like look y'all going to have to go to Adidas because this is these are the miles let's say that it's Christmas coming up and you want to buy your kids toys right so you look up toys and you see okay well I might get 3.5 miles on a dollar for their toys your coworker needs uh wants a gift card to Sephora or you need Foundation from Sephora that's 2 miles if you need something from Macy's that's four miles if you're going to a baby shower like maybe you want to get some kids clothes that's 2.5 miles on the dollar so basically what I want to show you guys is that in order to get to that 800,000 miles you guys are going to get to the point where whenever somebody's like oh can you buy me something or you know you need to get somebody a gift if you need sneakers for the kids if you need clothes for yourself a coat from Macy's whatever you need to go to Children's Place it should every last purchase should convert into to Miles and as you guys can see it's Beauty it's skin care even if you wanted to buy somebody flowers that's here you need office supplies that's here you need whatever it is that you need furniture and decor travel and Luggage it doesn't matter everything should go into miles pretty much um so I hope that I've explained how you guys can get to out for her graduations do different things it's because we learn how to to to use work smarter and not harder these these are things you guys are going to buy anyway whether it be for your landbank properties whether it be for school clothes whether it be for birthday parties no matter what you guys are using buying stuff anyway why not get something for it so that's the important thing so I let another email from them it says hey you've just earned 500 miles just for shopping and it says at the bottom a mystery bonus so literally if it cost me if it if it's 55,000 miles for you to meet Charles at an auction in Little Rock Arkansas 5.5 th000 miles they just gave us 2500 for nothing it literally says it's a mystery bonus that's it it says mystery bonus and then it says member appreciation and that was on July 28 I don't know if you guys can see the date it says July 28th oh I'm sorry June 28th 2024 and the other one says May 31st 500 more miles so literally if it's 5.5k miles to go to an auction I got half of those miles just on GP from American Airlines but of course when you go into Sephora or Depot or Walmart they're not going to tell you you know don't shop here go online and do it this way you get what I'm saying so um there's always a way to make sure that you can do this um royalty says thanks for saying that I was late for the class so we are going points each year to pay your rent like I already showed y'all how you can go from Miami to the Bahamas for 8,000 points imagine if you had a 100,000 points you were gonna pay your rent regardless right and so it says here earn points on rent at any apartment right and so like guys literally it says here at the bottom I want you to pay attention it says even if your property only accepts accepts checks you can still pay with your card through the built Rewards app and we will send a check on your behalf so literally instead of you going and doing a money order or paying online you just use a specific credit card there's no transaction fee even if your property accept accepts check built Rewards app is gonna send them a check on your behalf and you earn a 100,000 points a year even more miles left here my Delta Sky miles account reached the 1.1 million miles and my American Airlines account at the highest was 800,000 miles University of Chicago patient accounts Harry like all right how can I you know rev up my my stuff with Delta so the first thing that you're going to want to do is you're going to want to go to Delta Airbnb so let's say that you're going to go visit Charles and a landbank property for a landbank auction and you need a place to stay because you're coming into Scranton the night before as you guys can see when you enter your Delta Sky Miles number you earn one mile per dollar spent with Airbnb so that's just one of the ways that you can get to the $275,000 Mark um 275 275,000 mil Mark um by by just layering some of these things right so I'm going to give you um the link I'm going to put this link um inside of the chat so that way you can do this um hold on oh wait I'm sorry I I direct message one person hold on so if you're flying through Atlanta or any place that has a Delta Hub not American Airlines this is one of the ways that you can earn miles another way that you can earn miles with Delta is doing Delta Toro and so basically here it says earn miles on the road with Delta if you're going to go meet with Charles and y'all are going to a land bank you need a car you're probably going to want to rent a car once you leave the airport right to make sure that you get to wherever you're going or let's say you're in Detroit visiting your landbank property so you can meet your closing requirements and you need a car well why would I rent Uber when I know that I'm going to earn miles through Toro right and so it says here you earn 2,000 miles after you complete your first trip on too then you earn 500 miles for every additional trip after Toro so if you go to your cousin's house in La you can literally rent a different car every 24 hours in order to get the 500 mil per day they're going to give you 2,000 miles just for doing a first trip so if you're at your cousin's house in La for a week that's seven days six of those days you got $500 that's three you got 500 miles and then you got 2,000 miles just for the first trip so we talking 5,000 miles on Toro um 5,000 Delta miles just by doing Toro if you're a person where you're like you know what I don't like to drive myself then you can actually do Delta lift partnership and then as you guys can see here you for every lift you earn one mile per dollar for every lift ride in the United States and guys look if you're on your way to an airport or coming from an airport then you're going to earn two miles per dollar on lift so there's no reason for you to ever use Uber again because you know with lift you're going to keep earning those miles that's going to get you to that 1.1 million that 800,000 whatever it is that you need to do for Delta but this is how you're you're going to do that there's always a way to get miles I don't care what it is like guys if you go let's say you do Delta and then you do Starbucks so it says here that you're going to earn one mile for every dollar that you spend at Starbucks you earn two miles per dollar if you reload your Starbucks car to $100 so if you're anything like me every morning when you have coffee you're doing it through Starbucks because that's how you're getting the miles right so I've just showed you Delta Starbucks if you need coffee before you meet up you know with Charles on an auction if you need a ride to the auction you go through lift or if you're the type of person that you need to be driving then you do a tour R but for the people who were asking me well what about Delta what about Delta guys there's I have been doing this for so many years I can't even imagine paying for a flight it's not even in my mind how much the flight cost uh royalty says wow charia says wow um James says I've been using lift on and off of forever well now you can now you can do that um have a question um for um lost so once you get into the class is it any time where you're doing a one onone with someone to you know try to help correct the credit or how did it go so so jabril does give you that option to reach out to him directly um what what he basically is doing is he's just basically going over the basic things you could do on your own like the DIY situation or how to get doing anything being saved only thing gonna happen is when something comes up you've got to spend it and now you back at zero so the more you invest the more easier it becomes to be prepared for those emergencies those situations where family needs to borrow money the situations where you get fired laid off somebody does something to you at your job got to leave or whatever now it it doesn't hurt that much because you're already making money somewhere else but um we just have to show them they watch our feet and not so much listen to our mouths so now that I'm at a certain place in my life now my family is starting to see like all right he's investing he's not saving that's why he is able to make allow his money to work for him and make more money I have a quick question again so I joined the community I am paying the $49 9 I wanted actually I have two questions when does the membership renew is it 30 days from the date you joined or is it like the first of every month and then the second question is I was taking the classes online but it's not showing like the progress so it's like every time I go back in I have to kind of figure out where I was if I don't get a chance to watch Antiga and I'll drive you around for 4 days and I'll show like Trad Carnival Trinidad Carnival no hate to Antiga it's just a little bit more um it's more lively but I I like our country's Carnival better because we're such a tiny Island my country is 11 square miles by 18 square miles so if you Google what is the size of Brooklyn it comes up 69 square miles so my whole entire your home country you could see it in 37 minutes from end to end so it's not as Lively as a Trinidad's but I I like the small feeling of it so you know what let me ask you this we're GNA grow our community we want to kind of stop it around like a thousand people okay if everybody how to fly for free would you host an event so we'll get to a thousand would you host an event where everybody flies for free and goes to santigo I would love to do that cuz people have never even heard of my home country but we have 365 beaches and the best food ever so I will do whatever it takes for this community to get us to the next level 69 miles that's a beach every block no 69 square miles is the size of Brooklyn my home country is 11 square miles beaches how you got 300 beaches in 11 miles because we're in the middle of the Caribbean Sea like um yeah like we're just a tiny little country all right look for those that joined the community put a fire in the chat if y'all got access to this put join this community I
