Overview
This guided meditation exercise leads listeners through a process of energy cleansing, releasing fear and associated emotions, and revitalizing physical and mental well-being.
Preparatory Process
- Begin by focusing on the right ear to listen and prepare for the session.
- Move through preparatory steps: energy conversion box, resonant tuning, resonant energy balloon, and stating the affirmation "I am more than my physical body."
- Shift into Focus 10, a state of relaxed awareness, as the starting point for deep work.
Energy Conversion Box Technique
- Visualize opening the energy conversion box to identify and perceive a radiation of fear.
- Remove the fear from the box, letting it float upward and away, similar to a bubble rising in water.
- After fear is released, identify the underlying emotion it was covering and remove this emotion as well, letting it float away.
- With fear and emotion gone, observe and calmly retrieve the clean memory or energy that was hidden underneath, reintegrating it into yourself.
- Repeat this process multiple times, each time handling additional layers of fear and emotion to reach deeper memories and clean energies.
Closing and Reintegration
- Once all identified layers have been processed, close the energy conversion box and turn away from it.
- Stay relaxed in the Focus 10 state, allowing the process to fully integrate.
- Prepare to return to full waking consciousness, using the learned method (mentally saying "one").
Intended Outcomes
- The process aims to equalize and restore physical, mental, and spiritual balance.
- Supports elimination of blockages, normalization of bodily functions, and revitalization of the nervous system.
- Enhances assimilation, secretion, and circulation, leading to a state described as perfectly normal and balanced upon returning to waking reality.
Recommendations / Advice
- Practice this cleansing technique regularly to maintain balance and support optimal functioning of mind, body, and spirit.
- Use the established method to return to waking consciousness at the end of each session.
