If you right now have charge offs on your credit report, then it's nine time no 10 times out of 10 killing your score and most people have no idea how to actually remove it. So in this video I'm going to walk through the fastest way on how to delete those charge offs in 2025 using this method that actually works that I use in my credit repair company and I want you to use it as well. So, go grab your pen and paper because it's going to be a step-by-step tutorial. And without further ado, let's dive in. So, here's the thing when it comes to charge offs that a lot of people really don't understand, especially if you're trying to go for funding or you're trying to give it a house or anything of that nature. You think that just because it's old, it's fine. No, that's the worst thing. And people don't understand this. A charge off isn't just a negative item. It's one of the most damaging marks you can have on your credit profile. It literally tells lenders that you've literally borrowed money and then completely just stopped paying it back for whatever reason. And then after 180 days of missed payments, the lender just gave up trying and just closed the account and marked it as a loss. Just wrote you off on their taxes. Even if the balance still shows zero now, the damage is still done. It's it's it's still there. That's why if you're trying to go for anything as far as using your credit and you're trying to figure out why you're still getting denied even though you paid it off, it's still hurting you. A charge off can stay on your report for up to 7 years. And during that time, it's going to literally drop your score 50 to 150 points. The more that it goes, you instantly get denied for new credit cards, auto loans, and mortgages. and it flags you as high risk to every lender that literally pulls your credit report. Please understand this. So, this is why deletion is the goal and not just settling. So, with all that being said, let's actually get into the step by step now. So, I'm going to go to my computer. So, let's go ahead and get to it. All right, ladies and gents. So, we're right here. I just want to show you basically what you're actually looking for when it comes to everything because the number one thing that you're going to have to do first is of course pull your credit report. Not just Credit Karma where you see everything. I need you to actively look for what's going on in your credit report because there's a difference between a collection and a charge off and how it actually looks on your credit report. I don't want you to dispute a collection this way. You can do it and it's a possibility it can work, but this is specifically for charge offs. All right. So, the first thing I want you to do is click the link below and I want you to either get the my free score now report or you can get Identity IQ. These are two of the best ways and best places to actually get them. Okay, the one that we're looking at right here is Identity IQ. So, if you want to use that one, you can. My free score now looks the exact same. Um, but let's go ahead and go into it. So, with this one right here, we're looking at Capital One because that is actually, you know, the actual account itself. Um, so when you see this for all my new people or people that's still trying to understand their credit report, the number one thing that you want to pay attention to is how do I know which is a collection and which is an actual charge off because sometimes they won't just blatantly show you. So you really want to identify everything. So everything's revolving, credit card, whatever it is, even if it's a loan, doesn't matter. So we're going to go right here to payment status. So you see right here how it says collection and charge off. All right. A lot of people just stop right here and like, "Okay, yeah, I'll go ahead and, you know, do what I got to do." But you have to make sure that it is what it says it is. All right. Best way to do that. A lot of times when it comes to charge offs, they will put comments in your discrepancy. Okay. So, right here it says charged off as bad debt canled by credit granter. Okay. So, that means it went the whole 180 days of you not paying or whatever happened. And that's how it shows. But let me just show you how a collection looks. Let me see if I can find one in here. Um yeah, like here like here's a student loan. Um and this one state basically states, you know, current account was a collection account, insurance claim, you know, credit granter cannot locate consumer. So this is about to be a charge off, but it's still in that collection status as of right now. So, when you see things like this that doesn't say anything about charge off, but it's still pretty much saying collection, then that's a collection. But just for safe fake for the actual video, we're going to go right here. So, the next thing that I want you to look at, and I want you to find all the inaccuracies on the credit report, whether you paid it or not, whether you paid it or not, you want to find all inaccuracies. The reason why is because the consumer law states in 15 USC 1681. I'm not trying to bore you with law of jargon, but everything has to be 100% accurate. If it's not, needs to be updated or removed. In your case, you probably want this removed. All right, so we're going to lean heavy towards that. All right, so the first thing I just want to look at is this right here. Um, you always want to go line by line. So, the first one, the account number. Now, I've seen this work in the past. Um, not saying it's going to work for everybody, but technically this isn't your account number. you know, you don't have any asterisks on your account number. I've seen somebody literally dispute it on that behalf of that because everything else was line by line correct and somehow they got it deleted. So, technically, if you want to use this because you know you have more numbers than that, you could definitely use that. Um, but in my case, I would say try to look for things as far as like dates, amounts, and things like that that's not 100% accurate. So, right here, um, monthly payments, uh, it's still zero. the dates open. TransUnion is saying it was open on the 21st, but Experian and Equifax said it was the first. So, it's like which one is it exactly? Um, another one, the high credit, uh, the high credit amount. You see how it says $445, Experience says $0, but Equifax says $395. So, which one is it? Because it's not 100% accurate. So, with that being said, this is another inaccuracy that you could definitely use because I get a lot of people in my comment section saying everything looks accurate, but they're not looking at every single mo small detail. And that's what you actually need to do. Um, the next thing that you want to do as far as the credit limit, look, $300, $300, Equifax is saying $0. So, if Transunion Experian is saying one thing and Equifax isn't, then who needs to follow suit? Who is who? You know what I'm saying? And it's not on you to tell the creditors what it is. it's on them to find the right documentation to state that it's actually correct. Um, and this is just to start you on the actual dispute process to show that this needs to be off the report. Whether you paid it or not, again, it does not matter. It's up to them to verify all the information. Another thing, look at date last reported 919, 1017, 91. So many different things. But let's just say all of this stuff is accurate. Let's go right here. A lot of times for charge laws and collections, a lot of things have been removed from the dates. Um, so with that being said, you see how TransUnion has everything blank, uh, but Experian has everything as a collection/charge off or in our case charge off. That's an inaccuracy because nobody's being consistent. So TransUnion hasn't shown anything at all at all. The whole entire time or from 21 all the way to 23, nothing has been accurate. Nothing has been shown. Nothing has been reported to you guys, but Experian was getting something totally different. That doesn't make any sense. But then when you look at Equifax, Equifax is showing it was wiped off, but then it was paid on time, but then it was blank. Paid on time, blank. So, it doesn't make any sense. So, it shows that they're going against your consumer law rights. So, this definitely needs to be removed from your credit report. All right? So, these are the things that you're going to have to look at. And again, if you have more than one, then that's totally fine in itself as well. So, you want to go look for this one. If you have if you have another one like like this one right here, it also says collection charge up, but it says charged off as bad debt. Another thing I'm just I'm just showing you. You see how everything is wiped off collection. This one grayed out. This one not paid, but they're saying it was paid on time. This one's not. This one's showing different terms, zero, one, zero, you know, things of that nature. There's so many different inaccuracies that you can definitely utilize. Even if, let's just say, even if everything looked right, but then you get something like this. Let's just say that this is actually a charge off in itself just just for the learn education moments right here. Blank right here. Paid on time. Blank. So, nothing got reported to TransUnion Equifax. But let's get right here. 30 days, 30 days late, 30 days late, but it was paid on time by Equifax. That doesn't make any sense. Now it's saying it was 60 days late. Now 60 days late, now 60 days late, but then it goes back to 30 days. Now it's paid on time, but now it goes back to 60 days. Uh, last time I checked, between March and April, they're only 30 days. So, how did it automatically just jump straight up to 60 days? And then Equifax, it doesn't have anything. You see where I'm going with this? This is how you find the inaccuracies on your credit report. Yeah, it is detailed. Yeah, it's sometimes a lot. But I'm telling you right now, it's 100% worth it because you actually need things like this to kind of show, okay, what's on my credit report? What needs to be taken off, etc. All right, so this is just step one of what I want you to do as far as finding all the inaccuracies. Now, it's time to make a dispute letter. Now, I don't expect for you to be like a credit repair company like me or anybody else um or have to get all the law jargon and things like that. I made it easier for you. So, we're going to utilize chat GBT to try to make our dispute letter and then go from there. Okay. So, let's go ahead and go to that. Now, once you get to ChatGBT, of course, it looks like this. The next thing that I just want you to do is input a correct prompt into Cad GBT. A lot of things that I've been seeing people do as well, especially online, Tik Tok, whatever it is, they just say, "Spit me out a a dispute letter." They just say that and that works. That's fine. But I really want you to go into depth to really tell Chad GBT what's actually going on. Now, the prompt that I'm about to give you is just foundation, okay? It's just a surface level of what I actually want you to do. You can always add more to it. There's never too much information that you can add. And what I really want you to do is when you go back to your um dispute letter, what I want you to do is tell ChatGpt what's actually going on. Um you know, so if you see anything like this as far as hey, they're reporting 2021 to 2023, TransUnion is not displaying anything. Experian is they're showing charged off, but Equifax is showing okay for 2001, 2021 all the way to 2023. Um they're showing inaccuracies as far as this date, um the monthly terms, things of that nature. Where's that Capital One J at? Um yeah, things like that. Uh they're saying, you know, last reported 919 1017. You know, I want you to put all that information in there to really cook up a specific letter for you where it sounds accurate for you. Okay, so this is what we're actually going to put straight to the point plus the stuff that you're going to add from your credit report. So we're going to say, "Help me remove a charge off account from my TransUnion credit report using the Fair Credit Reporting Act." So let them act as your consumer lawyer or credit repair, whatever. Um, specifically 15 USC 1681i, again stating that everything is 100% accurate. 15 USC 1666. Please provide a breakdown of how these laws apply and draft a dispute letter that references my legal rights. Okay. So then you're going to click okay. It's going to spit you out something. So then it's just going to give you the information or anything like that. Hopefully it makes you a letter. And if it does, I'll make sure that it makes you a letter. Here we go. All right. So, the dispute letter, this is just information that I basically just said, but if you want to read that, that's fine. Uh, make sure that everything is accurate as far as a PO box and everything. You always want to make sure. Now, how do I always remember is I just remember Chester, PA19016. That's like embedded in my head. So, that's how I know it's accurate. Um, and he say, I'm writing the formally accuracy of the charge off accounts currently appearing on my credit treasure appearing on my TransUnion credit report. the account details as follows. So, you're gonna put the account, the creditor's name, last four, date. This is where the stuff that you're gonna have to fill in. And then Chad GBT literally does the rest. But, of course, it's going to be a little more detailed for you for the actual charge offs that you have on your credit report. All right. Now, you're going to do this for not only TransUnion, but for everything that you have. So, if it's only showing on TransUnion, then you only have to make one letter. But if it's showing on all three, then you have to make one for all three. So, how do you know? Just to make sure. Let's go back to it again. If you see it right here, right here, and right here, you need to make three letters. Okay? I know right here it's like, "Well, it's not showing and things like that." Uh-uh. Don't look at that. This right here shows that you need to make a letter. All right? Because they still have it on your credit report. So, please understand that moving forward. Don't don't do anything crazy where it's like, "No, I don't have to do No. If you see three of these popping up, which is why I like my free score now and stuff like that, it shows all three side by side. Please do that. All right. So, you're going to make one for TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax. All right. Now, once you have all your letters, everything is detailed, you have everything lined up, now it's time to start attacking. Now, normally I would say the CFPB, but I wanted to show you guys a different way, especially what I've been using for a while and kind of what I've been seeing other people kind of using as well. So, let's go ahead and go to the BBB. Now, if you never heard of the BBB, it's the Better Business Bureau. Um, this has been actively working for me relatively well. Um, but I kind of I really change my letters up for my clients a little differently and there's certain, you know, methods that I put in place in the letters to make sure it's way more effective. Not saying that this isn't effective because it 100% is. I'm just showing you a easier way for my people that, you know, they're just trying to do it their way. They just want to get it out. You know, they want to just get in, get out. They don't want to put any credit repair people in place, anything like that. This is for you as well. But my letters are a little cooked up a little differently than how Chad GBT did. Way differently actually. But again, if I'm using the Better Business Bureau, this is exactly how I would do it. So, Better Business Bureau. Now, the next thing that you can do is you want to go to file a complaint. Now, the cool thing about the BBB is you technically don't have to create an account. You can just file a complaint. With the CFPB, you have to create an account. There's really no difference, but I just want to tell you that. Now, the next thing you're going to do is when it goes to how can we how can we help, um, they're going to give you a series of options. So, the first thing that you want to do is just just just please just click on I like to file a complaint against a business and have the BBB help me get a resolution to my problem. It's the only thing you want to click and we're going to go from there as far as a step by step. Now, it's time to actually file the complaint. So, the next thing we're going to do, we're going to look for TransUnion. Okay? Um, just because of how I cooked up already the letter for that. So, we're going to use um TransUnion. So, we're going to type in TransUnion. And of course, you're going to do the Chester, PA. So, you can put PA. I don't know why I clicked uh Pittsburgh, but All right. And then you're going to click search right here. Boom. same thing uh for Chester, PA 1 19016. And if you ever feel like that's not accurate, you can always go to Google and type in TransUnion PO box. Um as in the making of this video, I'm pretty sure yeah, that's always been it. I don't think it ever changed. Um it changed one time, but yes, that anyway, that's what you're going to choose. So go ahead and click select for whichever one that you're actually using, whether it's TransUnion, Equifax, or Experian. Now, when this questionnaire comes up, a lot of times, 10 times out of 10, this is going to be no. Especially for this step by step right here, it's going to be no to all these questions above like is this complaint solely about buyer's remorse? Is this complaint based solely on a price that was higher? Are you filing it? Trust me, it's going to be no. All right. So, you're going to click no. And for these, it's going to be no as well. All right. Is this employee employer complaint? Um, no. Did you seek criminal penalty? Has it been in court? Business attempt to collect money from another business? No. No. No. No. No. Okay. And then you're going to click continue. Now ladies and gents, I just want to tell you this right now. Please put a accurate email address. The reason why is because learn from my mistakes uh when I started doing this uh a long long time ago because I didn't understand how to use the BBB and it wasn't even for credit repair. It was actually for something else that I was complaining about. Um but always use an email address that you can actually access. Okay. The reason why is because different from the CFPB, the BBB is going to reach out to you to make sure everything is accurate and you authorize all of this information. Okay? So, please make sure that you put a a email address, Gmail, Yahoo, no matter Hotmail, no matter what it is, please make sure that you use the right one because they will reach out to you. Okay? So, put your first name, last name, your email. You can put your phone number. Um, you're going to put your email address. I mean your uh address, things of that nature. And then you're going to click continue. So I'm just going to fill this in just for uh you know test test purpose. Now once you get right here when it says tell us about the problem, it's the same thing as far as the CFPB. Okay. So you're going to put all the detailed information about the negative aka the charge off that you're actually trying to get off your credit report. All right. So, I do have a prompt that I use, but with you, you're going to put way more detailed information as far as which charge off, how many charge offs, what you're trying to get off, etc., etc. Right? So, you're going to put it right here. This is just a standard template. It could definitely work. You're just going to add your information to it. Upon upon reviewing my credit report, I notice several inaccuracies associated with this account. This account is negatively impacting my ability to obtain credit. I'm requesting that you conduct a thorough investigation to verify the inaccuracies and completeness of the information as required under the FC15 USC 1681i. All right. So, as you can see, everything is pretty much standard across the board. All right. Now, again, I know right here it states just like with the CFPB, you don't have to include, please don't include any credit card numbers or social security numbers. Uh, tell us about your problem. Yeah, it's telling you not to do that, but you don't have to do that. All right. Um, if you want to that's fine, but I don't think you should. The reason why is because all account information you can just put right here. So, whatever whatever whatever your account number is, you just put it right there. Even though it says optional, but it could definitely help you. You can put your name. Um, you can put the account numbers and stuff in here. Um, I recommend not putting your social security number, but you could definitely put it right there. All right. Next thing, uh, please enter the amount of money that you're disputing. You don't have to put that. Um, if you want to just to help the case, you definitely can. Now the desired resolution. Now the desired settlement you want to put just bro just put correction to a credit report. You don't have to go you know super in-depth or anything like that. Just just put what you need to put. All right. Now the next thing is super duper important. Just like with the CFPB, you're going to upload all of your documents. Okay? So this means you're going to upload you're literally going to upload your letter. You're also going to upload identification. Now with the identification, it details a picture, a clear picture of your ID, a clear picture of a proof of address. It could be a new bill, old bill. It just has to have your name and your address associated to whatever bill it is to show that you really do stay there and you are a real person. The last thing you are going to upload your social security number. I mean just the picture of your social security card. All right. So for all my people that's saying I don't want to do that. That's fine. Then don't get your charge off removed. I don't care. Or you can actually upload it. If you don't have that, the best next thing that you can do is your W2 form. Just make sure it has all the information right there with your name, your address, social security, things of that nature. You can upload that. That's four documents that you need to upload. Do not, and I repeat, do not forget any of these. All right? because this is what's actually going to show how everything is. It shows who you are and it also shows that you're actually mean business when it comes to removing that uh the information off of your credit report. All right. Now, remember when I said in the past um they're going to reach out to you, you know, regarding emails and things like that. This is another way even though that you put your identification everything, they're still going to authorize, hey, did you authorize this BBB complaint? Now, if you don't respond back within like three days, something of that nature from from my experience, they're just gonna they're just gonna throw it out and you don't want to go through that. So, please make sure that you upload all those documents and then on top of that, you make sure that you respond to that email. Sometimes they send two emails. So, make sure that you respond to all emails and and upload all documentation. Um, the next thing I want to do uh is tell you um also because I'm just I'm just, you know, thinking about it right now. There's a 100% possibility that this will not work the very first time. So, you're going to have to be consistent. What I recommend that you do is the second and third round, um hopefully you don't get to the third round or fourth round, uh you start showing a picture of the inaccuracies on your credit report to show that this is not accurate for each one. All right? So, you can definitely start uploading this. I wouldn't do it the first round. You can if you want to be my guest, but I always state try to do it the second and third round to show that, hey, I'm not just blowing smoke. This is inaccurate on my credit report. This needs to be removed. Okay. Now, once all that is done, you're going to click continue. All right. So, then you're going to fill out, make sure all your information is right. Got Mike Jones, you got your email, you got your phone number, you got your uh address, everything. Everything is 100% accurate. All right. You're making sure the description. It's literally if you ever did the CFPB, it's the same thing. It just sometimes take a little extra steps. And then after that, you're going to make sure at the bottom you write, you click all these authorized, you know, you authorize the BBB to do it, you consent, etc. And then you're going to click submit. I'm not going to click submit because this is just example purposes to help you guys. Now, again, you're going to have to do this two more times. One with Equifax and one with Experian as well. Okay. Now, from my understanding, that means instead of getting one email, you're going to get three emails. And sometimes they do twice, you're going to get six emails. So, you just want to make sure that you pay very very close attention to your emails when they respond. Sometimes respond the very next day. U which is which is which is really good. So, with that being said, this is how you're going to get that charge off off of your account and then you're going to start seeing things come off. And sometimes I'm not a fan of it, but if you have Credit Karma, a lot of times they can sometimes show you if there's an update to your credit report as well. Um, that's the only thing, you know, Credit Karma is good for. Uh, I know sometimes they do that. So, you can definitely pay attention to that as well. Um, and then also, you know, just just really just uh just stay on top of your credit report or or actually what you can do is also you can call all three credit bureaus and make sure that they got the BBB complaint. um you can make sure that they're doing their due diligence. So, you can go, you know, on top of everything to make sure everything is aligning up. Again, this is literally how I would tell you to remove that charge off because I've seen it done before. I've done it for uh people and I've seen people do it on their own. Again, it just takes consistency. But if you feel like this is a lot, you don't have time to do all this, you don't have time to pay attention to your your emails and things like that, you can definitely use me where I would definitely help you remove all this stuff off of your credit report. All right. Um, if you need any help, especially if you're trying to get approved for houses, cars, even funding, you know, you just want a one-stop shop, then click the link below so we can sign up for a free consultation so I can definitely help you. Um, I really hope again that this helps you. Um, really just please don't skim through it. Make sure that you watch this all the way through and send this to people that actually need help getting charge offs removed from their account. I'll probably make an update on how to do, you know, um, collections and late payments uh, down the line. Uh, but I'll definitely get everything to you because, you know, I try to help you guys as best as I can. I want to thank you guys for stopping by and let me know if this work in the comment section. All right, and until next time, ladies and
