I don't buy it this year I'll probably buy it next year and I spent that same money sort of on cars anyway this year new Lamborghini rter we're going into to purchase two Colin ex J $2.5 million cyber truck cyber Beast so we got a good deal on the Range Rover and we got a really good deal on the K so maybe I think next year I definitely need a jet that way I can start flying private the real reason why I'm here as well is cuz I'm a smart guy with my money I don't like just to throw it away so everything I buy is always worth something it's like an asset whether it's a car whether it's a watch so with the jet as well I don't want to go put money down and tie it up if I'm not going to be making money from it even if I break even I'm happy and I know that the money is there but I just don't go like the business was booming before that okay what do I do now everything stopped I'm paying insurance on the cars I'm paying rent my pockets stting to empty and then as soon as the year was sort of over we were the only country open for tourism for the at least first six seven months straight and everywhere else in the world was still locking down and having restrictions so everyone was flying to Dubai and everyone wanted a luxury car to the point where even if I bought a car for myself can I take your car okay take it I'll catch a taxi take it take catch a taxi then from 10 20 30 cars now we're on 100 plus we moved from there to the showroom that we have right now but now we're moving again in December we've taken 880,000 ft so 8,000 me yeah that one will fit about easy 100 but the thing is the cars are never there they all it's like the Jets maybe they're always out they're always in the air so they like for us it's busy all year round what present of business now is sales versus rental well we just started doing the sales few months and we're doing at least 15 cars a month easy wow and uh high-end stuff and people are going crazy over because like other people are not even selling one or two cars our reputation there is very big and plus because you're doing the rental it's getting getting people client comes they want to leave to they want to move to Dubai I need a car what car do you want a EUR col we get it for him we Supply him everyone everyone's happy and uh and most of the time you buying and have an inventory and selling from inventory or you say they want a certain car and need to go out and find is the Cyber trucks right now they very hot in in the way everyone loves them so we I've been buying about two or three a week even even though when I sell my last two I already got two on order so back to back I was paying at the start they 220 us now they dropped badly cuz we had the first units and all that stuff now they're around 150 us so with with the Cyber trucks we're putting them on a plane every week tomorrow we got a flight customers hold them for 72 hours before they send them out but they're back to back I already got deposits on them where they come from us only us spec they don't come anywhere else from the only the US has got them I bring him from Atlanta Texas and another guy is in New Jersey and what's so special about them besides how cool they go They're fast 0 to 2.2 2.5 the Beast my God faster than most of the Lambos and Ferraris I have 0 to 100 they're big and in Dubai the roads are big the lanes are big parking's big valet everywhere and they love trucks so it's a big Trend going on right now they're putting big wheels on them and all that kind of stuff I never seen one I never seen one here yeah UK I don't think they're they don't make him uh right hand drive only left hand drive can't get him registered here but I did sell some to a famous rapper lb he bought one now they've just wrapped it for him blue to match his cars in the UK he can bring his one here cuz he's got it registered in in Dubai probably the problem is here you probably can't get it down most streets yeah no you can't I mean the car is too big yeah even in like Paris and Greece and that impossible so when did you when did you start uh doing all your stuff on social media social media started well when I first moved to Dubai so 19 I cut everyone off cuz I had my mind focused I wanted to succeed and I'm in a new country I had no friends where did you come from Australia Sydney so born and raised there I came for like a vacation I fell in love with the country and I'm like you know what I want to do something here I need a rental every time I try to get a rental they're fully books I'm like and these guys have no idea how to run a business they're either lazy uneducated they're locals not the locals locals don't really do Rent A Car very rare they have other big businesses government your competitors I'm saying expats that have moved there but like lazy content with what they're making happy with 1,000 bucks a week whatever $5,000 a week I was greedy I want to come and I want to smash it so the first two years I I had no personal social media only the business it started to get busier a little bit like through the post and through the videos and after I activated my personal Instagram and I started doing the videos and then my business got even more busier and then I met the celebrities and then they started coming through then I started becoming like the world plug of rentals it just the journey just grew D you don't have many real competitors now I mean you got majority Market sh don't you we are yeah we're the biggest rental car company in the world right now really so we got 100 cars plus we had the Bugatti we got some exclusive in Exotics yeah so like everyone else even in the states 30 40 cars we got 100 and it's only me no investors no not we're not on a share market or anything like that it's all mine so I'm proud of myself for what I've Achi that's amazing and you bought and you bought all the cars yeah so now that what happens if I buy another car you got 100 pain off the one it's so easy so on average every month I'm adding two to three cars in my fleet if on my YouTube you guys see it and and and you buying and selling the cars are going to to be more and more of your business which is obviously more profitable the thing is rent a car and sales two different things rental cars a 24-hour job it's probably like the jet not the jet business in selling planes but in operations breakdowns fines uh I'm sure with you guys you probably have like clearances and all that kind of stuff we have a bit difference we have people accidents sometimes drink driving sometimes people doing silly things in the car a big percent of accidents andu yeah they do silly things in the cars they sometimes giving the car to some has never driven something with that much power I flew yesterday we flew private we came from Copenhagen to engelheim airport it was a Haw 4,000 mhm not bad of a plane what's that Worth to buy you wouldn't want to buy that I know they made very few of them and they weren't really reliable so they took about half of the airplanes they've cannibalized them to use Parts on the other airplanes oh wow so you can buy those things for 2 million bucks that's I told you remember you got me how much he's playing with I guy probably it's a nice cabin for what you can get from it doesn't get ranged no the problem is if you have a problem with it you can't get aart what they old what year would that be no they they're probably only about only you know I'd say around uh 201 15 years old which is not really old in our world you know and fact of the matter is is you can't get Pilots for them cuz there not many of them so you can't get parts for them I think they only made something like 50 of them in the world and I think maybe about 25 my friend bought a jet is's in Australia I'll show you a thir of it what is this that's you there yeah it's Global what's something like that with uh well it depends how old it is you get a 2 19 99 2000 something like that cost you 10 million bucks wow and you can fly a lot of range though he flies guys I think he came here he's gone to a few places with oh no easily I mean you can go from here to California you know in that airplane yeah for Australia needs it cuz you're far from everything yeah yeah that's the problem in Australia you still got to make a stop in most places you know but Australia everybody has these globals cuz that's it's probably easier for them yeah and Andy again for parts and pilots and stuff like that yeah because once a man manufacturer gets into a country and they start building their you their market share which country Canada Canada okay so you have you basically have four Brands okay five you have Bombardier based in Canada got gstream based out of us you got Falcon in France you got Cessna in the US and embri which is Brazilian they're the globals yeah I mean this is This Global 7500 this is um it was the king uh until now they came out with Gulfstream 700 which is the competitor to this it just came out a few I've noticed though most of the private jets that have their engines at the back they're not on the wings like the Emirates and all that commercial yeah the airlines have them on the wings that's that's for weight distribution and so what happens is also cuz the Noise Okay the noise is all back here so up here you got there more the only noise you get from an airplane is from the windshield the wind and uh but these things now gotten so quiet the other thing is not just noise it's cabin altitude pressure so when you're on an airliner when you're at altitude the cabin altitude is about 65 500 to 7500 ft okay so it's like if you go skiing you know you get that but on a on an airplane like this that the cabin altitude is 3,000 ft and 3,000 ft is where your body starts feeling a difference in the altitude where your oxygen levels change okay so when people get jet lag jet lags really the majority of it comes from the High Altitude it's not the time zone change and you get dehydrated the oxygen um is is not uh people have alcohol when they're flying so that's really the big thing on the corporate Jets you have really great cabin altitud pressure so that the sensation of your much better to fly private listen if you can afford it there's no other way yeah and all these little domestic fight from Little countries man there's nothing there's no business there's no first it's so hard man you traveling a lot you I've been traveling a lot lately year for seeing clients who just we went to Sweden to get back a conic I bought a car cost me like 3.1 us then I bought the Bugatti this year that cost me another four like I might as well just buy buy a jet spent seven on cars you know in two cars and the other two comes but you're going to buy that car and you're going to sell it or you going to no for personal use yeah for personal use so now you you bought that car for personal use now the guy's going to walk in your garage he's going to offer you 400,000 profit 10% profit even more but I won't sell it you won't sell it no I think I think on the Bugatti I think I'll get offered about $2 what's your budget 10 maximum 15 mil all right let's take 15 and let's see where we go so 15 million we have 102 different choices how many passengers want to carry 8 to 10 Max all right let's put let's put eight make sure it's comfortable yeah i' rather have more room in the Jet and an airplane maybe 10 12 14 years old Max 10 10 to 12 years Max okay so that's that and you want to talk about range what's the furthest trip you need to make buy Hong Kong Dubai London usually I always go to Europe though so mainly it's Dubai a so now we got down to 13 different choices okay so you have a lot of things here to choose from so basically now you said 10 to 15 so we have the option to go down from 15 million to spend let's say maybe 11 million bucks so I think really out of these a Gulf Stream 450 and a challenger 605 is the best choice for you okay so we take these airplanes so basically from Dubai you can see that that airplane go anywhere to London or going west and go anywh to Hong Kong or Milla fact matter with the ghost stre 450 you get three Zone cabins so you can can actually have a bedroom in the back that's what I'm looking for all right so let's go back to the G down from yeah forget the Challenger 605 what's it look like inside the g450 so this is a g450 this is what it looks like on the outside the airplane can hold up to 12 people it has three different zones in it it has a sleeping area in the back it has 4,200 mile range which is plenty to go from London to Dubai this is actually the airplane most important as well ceiling height okay so this airplane has about a 6 foot ceiling height which is most of the Jets are about 6t okay inside this is the D the dining table but this goes down to become a bed okay it's got three different zones so you can see in the back it's got that bedroom back there which you can close this door off or you can leave it open it's got a seating area here for a conference table dining room and then the four executive seats in the front perfect this is 12 me this one yeah it's it could be bought for about 12 million I mean they're asking 14 million but this airplane probably could have had for about 12 compare that with the Chun 605 so the pro the difference in the channel is 605 this is what it looks like on the outside I think the outside on that 605 looks nice enough yeah you know it's different what they call you know cbop it's it looks fatter and stronger because it's not as long but the interior you get in two zones not three zones so it's basically without that rear bedroom in the g450 you get this two cabin airplane I think the g450 because I like the cabin I have to have a separate room be more private so all right well listen the airplane at 14 million we can maybe get it down to 12 I'm not sure if we're going to get to 10 but I'll tell you what if you put up a deposit in escro we get a hard written offer submitted to the seller you never know where they're going to go any other fees that like hidden fees or anything was 10 million 10 million no it's you buy it that's the price okay you going have to pay your fee to for your uh for your lawyers to negotiate to the transaction we have to make sure we're going to take delivery in a country that doesn't have a tax issue and if you do those two things then there's no other extras we going at nine you'll probably come at 10 if you go in at 10 he's going to tell you 10 and a half if the guy was asking 11 yes okay but he's asking a little bit he's asking 12 listen I'm happy offer him 9.5 okay I'll do that 9.5 all everything ready to go turn key jump in I'm ready to fly if that's the case I'll send you the deposit was was a deposit 500k uh 5 yeah 5% so we'll make it 500 then we owe 9 M on transfer okay I will do my best what what
