from the Philadelphia area who is present with us today Allah who has traveled all that distance in order to teach you Allah in order to teach you Allah said in the messenger of Allah said with the correct and upright methodology alhamdulillah Allah we are thankful to our brother who has taken his time out especially in this season the winter season where the weather here is not as friendly and alhamdulillah taking the time out to visit us and for many of you uh this is the first time hearing or seeing our Sheikh Hamza with us alhamdulillah and this is the first inshallahu ta'ala of many in the future conferences of this sort alhamdulillah our brother Hamza has studied in multiple different areas alhamdulillah Allah has blessed them to study in Yemen in Egypt and also to graduate from the University of Medina in kuliate Hadith alhamdulillah and benefit from the scholars who have passed away and also are some of them who are present the likes of the likes of Ash the likes of passed away just recently the past few months who is the scholar of el Medina may Allah white in his grave and have mercy upon him he is the sincere advisor and alhamdulillah he recommended to us our ahaditha comes in this regard about the people um I'm sure that everyone is familiar with the prophet saws that is not a people that come together and the house from the houses of Allah so you find the confirmation I just mentioned that this authentic Hadith and his others it's not the people that come together or gather together and the house from the houses of Allah and they studied the Quran and they study the Quran but look Taha we'll be studying a very rather the greatest you'll find in the book of Allah where no Salah is valid except by its recitation even if he was to recite baqarah and finish it in one night and all those other Greeks who are in the Glorious book of Allah you did not recite except your Salat is whatever you want there's no one that can stand in the prayer reciting even if they recited the whole Quran in one night yes except by the recitation of the of this Noble Surah in the book of Allah and I mentioned today of the Affairs that's taking place around us currently from all the different circumstances and atrocities that all of us are facing and I'd rather be in a general way or a personal way all of us are facing trials and tribulations from the past two years as we know since what happened with the Affairs connected with covid-19 up to now people have lost loved ones people have lost people that's dear to them whether it be on a scholarly level or a family level or friendly level all of us are being put to trial and test these days you've seen that certain people after the test was over they became stronger than religion whereas certain people that were tested they became weaken the religion allow us to be from those whose Iman is always strengthened it'd be from those that after the test is concluded they come out stronger for those matters which now has requested or rather I should say is now binding upon us in certain circumstances to go back in order to in order to move in order to move forward we go back a little bit in order to move forward and to address those those children and those youth that are being tested and that we all come together to study disorder and the detailed form that inshallah I think that everyone will be glad that the sort of how was taught in this matter that we're going to what that we're going to do within these times or in these days that's coming in so like we said it pleases me then the rest of the body of course complains with that human from that sleeplessness at night and that pain and exhaustion likewise the other parts of the body are affected and they feel the same way so those matters brothers and sisters that we wanted to come together we're all one family it's not about the backgrounds the countries the Societies or the ethnicities or the skin color or what have you what unites us isafia a that was binds us and which is the strongest of all ties greater than your family if they are not upon Islam of course but even all together like we know the the Affairs of Iman is the strongest of all bonds those are the strongest of Affairs where one has to look and examine this matter to see if we actualize it and all those matters that go against those Affairs we need to oppose it and rid ourselves of it immediately those are the fears that were what always keep a strong United and will move together as one family for those matters as we said well I think like we said Insha'Allah of this glorious Surah that everything I mentioned in this Surah rather everything in the Quran is in the Surah of how we're going to break it down inshallah so first I wanted to clarify that from the great of those books that are authored in this particular topic there's a lot of them but I specifically chose this one for a reason number one in order to familiarize or rather have the people acquired towards a greater Adam and a great scholar that some of us know those of them are familiar with this Greek man Allah this great a man whose name was Sheikh Hamada Rahim Allah he's the Sheikh of the Messiah in which inshallah if I have some time I'll go a little bit more in his in his biography with his history just to Enlighten you of who he was and how greatly respected he was from the mamlaka from the Greek in which he used to refer his Affairs back to and from the scholars of that time where they were great friends they were great friends with one another and pertaining to sort of like we said you chose this because I think it generalizes all of us no matter what age no age bracket no matter how long you've been Muslim in addition to the youth the children are able to also up they are also to attain the full benefit of the sword art and how we're going to explain it before we we actually go in the book and start explaining this disorder in detail I going to correlate everything together fight as far as the Allah you'll find the great Imam in this regard he speaks about this matter of those type of books that were authored in this topic from them the great the ma is the great Imam I'm sure that everyone is familiar with us the one who died when everyone anyone know 720 after the Hijra 728 after the hijrah Islam authored the book in this from the greatest of tafasir that I found today which is in our possession which is in our hands so because it stands out with those distinguishing qualities in which you'll find that is not found in any other tafsir that we've seen or heard of and just as the one that reasons will attain this reality or attain this fact if he studies it be tomorrow with what with concentration and if he studies with another like having that Precision of him looking at the book he will drop this conclusion so basically he's saying that was also from those that wrote a separate treaties in the topic of where he utilized all those tafasir a person might say it because but we know that because here was from the students of who Tamia from his students so a person might say what about it because so that's the reason why we said he's the one that came with this book separately explaining everyone he said you'll find that also from those who have separately explained and put it in the treaties his student Denise the great Imam who foreign that he put or extractor rather the tafsir of he extracted it but he put it in his book entitled to salikin my dad is just sadly Keen which was originally a book by and why it is important that we Ponder on the meanings and how those matters are the utmost importance especially these days and times so when you have a different perspective and benefit that you extracted you'll find now it has a deeper meaning when you recite it because now you realize what you're asking a law and you're asking well to give you you're asking Allah to give you refuge and protection from and what you're asking Allah to keep you firm upon and all those matters like we said all of them revolve or rather we want to say it is incorporated inside of this great Surah inshallah that we will speak about so that's the summary the Affairs in regards to some of the greater ulama of the past those great Scholars of the past that have offered treaties in this topic so that's from them right everyone so we now move on to the names let's go to the names as we know also distinguished with names from them as we know this great Surah it has a lot of names are foreign has a lot of names and the fact that it has different names indicates the Great High status that it has it indicates the Greek status that it has from his names is due to two reasons number one due to the fact that no prayer is valid except by it whether it be foreign whether it be obligatory or voluntary anyone that stands in prayer and does not recite sort of the name Salat is whatever you want it's about even if they recited the whole Quran in one night even though it's not permissible but the whole Quran in one night excuse me and stood on your feet for seven hours straight or six hours straight or five hours straight you did that all for what nothing why foreign exhausting their efforts rendering themselves weary to the point where they stood for five or six hours and what they did times give or take as we said depending on whether or not person performs extra prayers but just the fact that that's repeated in that manner shows the high great status of like we said this particular Surah so number one of what's called Salah because the Salah is started by and every that's number one number two you're fond of what it calls Allah because you'll find that it's the first Surah in which one starts the most half when he reads it what's the first sword animals have uh that's number one I thought somebody said something number one number two of what's called or another name excuse me we know that we taught and we know the Hadith in which the message of Allah that he said is the Magnificent or the great Quran like we mentioned everything in the Quran goes back to Social and is we're going to speak about that so don't worry we just mentioning some of the names right now inshallah so some of the names again is the great that's number two number three of the names of social is the seven Great verses that are often repeated and there's another reason why it's called mathani talk about that in a minute the seventh grade verses that are often repeated and I think that's self-explanatory we just said why momentarily a moment ago right everyone so that's from the names we'll talk about that in a little bit more details in a minute so that's from the names from the names is a shafia a shafia that which cures or removes ailments and we know that can cure and one was to know its meanings it can cure the ailments of the heart and of the soul and and the physical ailments as we know the recitation of it can be used for that for that legislated incantation that one can do that if it's in accordance that a person recites and they have that yapine that it benefits then we know that it can remove ailments ailments of the heart ailments of the soul and ailments of the body if it's utilized in its proper way it was a legislative way that we know that comes in how the message of Allah had the loudest companions to recite however certain people who were sick and it became cured by the Allah's permission so that's from the the names oh I'm good type so the the other name is what they call it kafia that which is adequate or with suffices which is adequate or it suffices that which is adequate which suffices or that which was adequate all these names you'll find like we said there are evidences and proofs to substantiate it and that establishes its innate your father degree Imam Allah foreign it's exactly what we just mentioned a minute ago he said the fact that it suffices he says it it suffices and it is what and it does not need accept itself in the Salah and every other Salat needs it for various we know in the Salat from his akka if you just recite a sort of how long and did not did not recite a soda after it your Salat will be what valid it's a lot is valid as we know recitations has obligatory a sorta that comes after it is what Sunnah Sunnah so just itself alone does not need what anything else from the book of Allah Justice mere recitation assortment how long suffices in contrast to the others where they need whatever and all of your prayer your prayer is valid that is the meaning of it being kafia the one that suffices so all of these are names so number one let's count number one number two huh number two number three number four ascent number five does five the thing we want to know now where was it where was it revealed there's a lot of say where this great Surah was revealed but what would come to your mind everyone if you look to the Dow the message of Allah as you know the Affairs of tohid and if you want to call it as mention the Affairs of darawa started with Mufasa mufasal your father that was mentioned specifically that word meaning when the message of Allah that's the reason why I'm mentioning this when the message of Allah when he started his the dawah to the haq as we know the Affairs were happened gradually and the most important of Affairs was the primary focus which was the greatest of all Affairs the Affairs is connected with what everyone the tahit of Allah of course the tawheed of Allah the belief in the Hereafter the belief in the Angels the belief in the prophets the belief in the Unseen those are all part of Arpita and to the point you'll find that our mother she said she said that the first thing that was revealed of the Quran I'll give you a little hint the first thing was revealed the Quran of the first affairs that was revealed and this is to put in perspective to every child listening and every adult listening if you want your Affairs to be successful in dawah you have to start with these matters other than that it's not going to be successful I don't care how many topics you speak about how many lectures you base should Dow upon if it doesn't start exactly of how the message of Allah did it and how the companions received it it will not be blessed it will go left because you're not building your community upon a solid foundation so you'll find they said the first thing that was revealed from from the Quran was the Mufasa the Affairs connected with of monotheism and Affairs is connected with polytheism and Idol tree and the worship of idols and other than that and Affairs connected with the Unseen and Affairs connected with the day of Resurrection the Day of Reckoning and the day of accountability where every human being will be held accountable for what they said and did in this world those are the Affairs that was the primary focus of the dawa the message of Allah focused on that matter for 13 years strength of Affairs is connected with the monotheism and worship of Allah an abandonment of whatever you want of idoltry those matters which now gives it in what does that give you like a hint that was pertaining to the prayers so the prayers of what in order for a person to learn the prayer what is the first thing he has to learn which would necessitate that what's the strongest matter of where the sword art was revealed where everyone Mecca that's it done [Music] [Music] oh [Music] foreign [Music] focusing on those foundations then the rest of the akam of course was revealed to the point that as soon as Allah revealed leave off an abandonment of intoxicants they abandoned it immediately because why everyone the education of Allah was there now and the foundation became deep rooted of Affairs that's connected with the fundamentals is it clear what I'm saying everyone so that's what you'll find which correlates with where sir was revealed which were all these were the necessitate because we know the message of Allah embarked upon his dawah calling the people to what was correct he mention this quickly seven ayats including the basmala and some of them saying we'll talk about this in this time when we get some more time insha Allah of saying that the basmallah is not from the Quran or it's not from Fatiha and that detail we'll talk about in this time inshallah from what we know of Our Lord subhanallah has mentioned the authentic Sunnah of our Prophet is real name there's a lot of names but that's a Raja Allah even though he was known by his you'll find that it comes off to Hadith in the message of Allah Al Hadith everyone is from Allah in this wording and its meaning both yes it is that is Allah and others from Allah loved one and I'll talk about that later inshallah it's from Allah on this wording and his meaning both and I'll refer everyone to look at a the correct opinion in regards to us Hadith could see we know it comes from the scholars that are from those who are from my time and that is I'll consider him from also He also mentioned the exact those people start with the Affairs of what will be the first thing that will be started with in your grave and on the day of Resurrection and the people the son are the ones who do that where they start with the tawheed of Allah in a rectification of one's belief in Creed they start off with that why because it's the first thing you'll be investigating when you're put into the dirt right now if one of us was to pass away may Allah preserve Us in you unless all of us die in a good State and sound state with the law and a pleased state with a law but if one of us was to die right now if he was to die right now and you were put under that dirt the first thing that will be checked the first thing the first thing that will be checked is your belief it's the first thing to be scrutinized not gonna work not going to the Affairs of the Deeds the Deeds of good and bad first thing of Allah is the first thing that will be what checked what is Allah connected with whatever you want listen to the second question belief again what's your religion the sakita again belief fundamentals Affairs is connected with what things are a mere Foundation another question who's your prophet and in some narrations there's a fourth a lot of people some of us know some of us don't know but that's the reason why we're here we're here to teach each other foreign meaning what does that mean make you know that the Angels asked another question as we are familiar with the three questions of the grief who's your lord who's your prophet what's your religion there's another question what will give you what
