Starting the V60
Device has multiple modes and options
Initial Setup for BiPAP (Type 2 Respiratory Failure)
Turn on device; it resumes last settings

Select BiPAP mode: choose ST (spontaneous timed)

: Start at 15 cm H2O
EPAP
: Start at 5 cm H2O
Rate
: Backup rate for periods of apnea
Inspiratory Time (I-time)

Rise
: Start at middle setting (e.g., 2) for comfort
