a South Florida woman is taking legal action after she says she spent nearly two weeks in mental health institutions for no legitimate reason i have been falsely imprisoned through the misuse of the Baker Act the Marchman Act and a petition for a guardianship and then my husband was falsely imprisoned three times so legally I can't go home no you cannot why because you're being bakered nicki Minaj is personally so invested in what's happening to you putting out the hashtag justice for Dem and according to Deore it's her own mother who's behind it so she's the CEO of Rock Nation a company that she owns along with Sean Carter the famous rapper Jersey sean Carter investigate your team investigate your management team when does accountability come in for these people right why is she so determined allegedly to have you not only be quiet but to be put into a psychiatric ward like what's going on hey cousins thank you for tuning in for another episode of Respectfully and this is a very very important episode so something that we talk about a lot on this channel is just the importance of draining the swamp and also the fact that we are constantly saying that we want more people to speak up and speak out about the truth and as some of you may know some of you may not know the dangerous part about speaking out in the truth is that when you make some of these important elite highlevel people and entities angry they do very aggressive things to lash out and something that is coming to fruition right now is the Deori Hadley story now most of you probably do not know who that is yet but trust me when I say this is a story that you need to pay attention to because this is one of those stories that will lead to so much truth coming to light and it is going to lead to and I am very confident that God is going to have this be a starting point for a massive change in our culture in our society and in these systems of corruption so who is Demorie Hadley demorie Hadley is the daughter of the CEO of Rock Nation also a part owner of Rock Nation rock Nation is one of the most powerful media companies in the world it is co-owned with Sean Carter also known as Jay-Z so now Dearie Hadley is actually suing her mother Desiree Perez for a number of reasons that we will unpack throughout this episode but what we have seen through her story is the pattern of abuse that has allegedly been used on people such as Nicki Minaj who has become extremely outspoken about Deorri's situation it's allegedly being used against Tory Lanes the man who is being accused of shooting rapper Magna Stallion and has since been stabbed 14 times in prison after some evidence started coming forward saying that he might actually be an innocent man behind bars and when you hear the story of Dearie and everything that has happened to her from surveillance to stalking to her having her constitutional rights taken away her being falsely detained and taken to a psychiatric facility to her husband being falsely accused of human trafficking to every single horrific thing that has been done to intimidate her to make her feel like her life is threatened and for her to ultimately feel alone and feel the need to be silent but luckily Deorei is one of the strongest women that I have ever met and she is resilient she is outspoken and she is not going to stop until this truth comes to light so before we even get into this conversation I want to say a very very very special thank you to Deorei to Nicki Minaj and to the dozens and dozens of people who reach out to me wanting me to look into this situation and to sit down with Deori and have this conversation um we did have a conversation over the weekend on Instagram live that is now on my YouTube as well and I beseech you to go back and watch that as well after you have watched all the information that we uncover here today welcome to Respectfully so Demorray thank you so much for sitting down with me again today and it is a huge p privilege to be able to try to help get your story out there because I think it's one that people really need to be aware of okay because it's one of those things where if it's happening to you it's happening to Nicki Minaj it's happening to all these different major players all throughout the world who else can it happen to and who else has it happened to so if we can start today with I want to just have you recap a little bit of your story and give me a general overview of the timeline and then we'll we'll really start to unpack all the details so hi uh my name is Demory Hadney uh maiden named Demory Lopez Perez so just an overview of everything that has happened um I have been falsely imprisoned uh and through the misuse of the Baker Act the Marchman Act and a petition for a guardianship and then my husband was falsely imprisoned three times and then we've had to deal with harassment following both from licensed and unlicensed private investigators as well as both of us being sued as well as uh both of us uh being potentially gagged and then both of us threatened and then both of us uh followed on a 247 basis for the last two years and you know I know the gag I know it all is real because you have the receipts you have the videos you have the evidence and when it comes to like the gag order it's like they're trying to push one out literally right now so we've rushed today to be able to do this follow-up interview because after your last few interviews with Jaguar Wright with myself and I believe one other I want to shout that one out too who was that with tasha K yes with Oh Unwind with Tasha K yesterday um it'll be on YouTube in a week um and it's exclusive for her members now on her website so please tune in that's a very different type of interview than what I've done um and your interview was amazing i mean I'm just so thankful to all of these platforms you guys are phenomenal and you guys really have the courage because it's been hard to to meet courageous people so I appreciate that well thank you i appreciate that and the reason I reacted is I'm like unwind with Tasha K i know that interview went a whole different direction so um I'll be tuning in for that as well so just to get a little bit into these details um so Baker's Act I want to clarify that for people who are unfamiliar so if you're in California there's a similar thing called 5150 i believe in New York it's something like 939 something similar to that where essentially they deem you as someone that is either a threat to yourself or threat to other people and they detain you they take you to a psychiatric facility for usually at minimum 72 hours up to several weeks or months if they feel it is fit to keep you there now you have been totally cognitive and coherent so the fact that this happened to you is crazy so what are the details and why was it that they detained you so my mother tried on three separate occasions to uh illegally detain me via the mental health institution it wasn't until I hired an investigative team and a legal team after my husband's first arrest I started to uncover an overwhelming amount of evidence um and kind of just put everything together on a drawing board and see the patterns see the timeline and see the attempts um which is why my attorney did a phenomenal job with the amended complaint because anyone who reads it tells me it's like they're going through a timeline of all the abuse that has happened to me um and as well as to my husband uh the Baker Act here in Florida uh it basically you have to be a harm to yourself or others uh meaning you know you're suicidal and then you have to have like a strong mental illness that you possibly are incapacitated and can't really make decisions for yourself i have neither right um and so the first attempt was on September 14th 2023 i received a phone call uh by my mother when I was with my grandmother this was before she passed um we were you know having lunch together somewhere and my my uncle suffers from a disease called musculardrophe MS and if anybody knows about MS it's one of those diseases where it can go from zero to 100 very quickly and so I received what seemed like the believable call that my uncle was dying and that he needed to be rushed to the hospital and that we needed to get over there right away and my mother comes back and forth from New York to Miami so my understanding she wasn't in Miami and so usually when she's not in Miami I am the one who I'm actually the only s I'm the only sibling that's like stably living in Miami i have a brother but he's a pilot so he's always flying everywhere and so from my understanding my brother was not in in Miami and so usually when that happens if there's a grandparent or a family member that needs assistant that's usually my responsibility if she's in New York and so when I got that call as you can imagine I'm going 90 on the freeway i have his mother sitting next to me freaking out thinking her son is dying they didn't include her in the plan because she would have never agreed to any of this her and I were like this um kind of similar to my grandfather and so she she was not in on any of what happened and so when we arrived after she almost had a stroke because she has a heart condition she had a heart condition cuz she passed but she had u had a heart condition and to calm her down everything i show up to like my whole entire family uh like my brother from New Jersey my sister from California like everybody's there and I'm thinking like are they going to give me a bad news that he died like why is everybody here and then I get the oh we need to talk to you because you're not well and so I was like wait a minute so me trying to keep my cool when I found like when I saw that it was not my uncle dying as you can imagine I don't know maybe I'm the only person who would react this way but I was highly upset and I didn't want to talk to anybody because you now lied to me about my uncle's death my only uncle by the way um so and we have a we have a good relationship and he actually lives in Miami and so when you tell me that my uncle died it's a trigger because four year you know 3 years before I lost my aunt to pancreatic cancer so I'm like I'm upset i don't want to talk i don't want to hear what the excuse is for a lie like that because the way that I think there's no excuse for that type of like behavior or lies right so I tried to leave i tried to leave she has like an automatic gate she locks it so I'm physically It's like a sixoot gate i'm physically not six foot maybe five foot let me not be dramatic i'm physically unable to leave at this point so I try to climb over i had my dog with me she's she's my everybody's like "You always have your dog with you i have my dog with me." Trying to hop over the gate not drop my dog and she's punching me hitting me and at that point she's like "If you try to leave and go back with that [ __ ] G- E I will have you committed." She whispered that in my ear so my siblings nobody heard that she whispered that in my ear i just remember turning around because one thing is when you go through trauma you remember every detail like every detail like the smell of the person everything like your memory is like 100% on point at least in my opinion and so I remember looking at her and saying what did you just say like I'm not going to get committed because I don't meet criteria to be committed and you are insane that you called him that and so I ended up having to call police um I could provide you with the 911 call because we do have that 911 what is the address for your emergency hi I'm trying to leave and they're not letting me leave who is they my family i'm 28 years old i'm trying to leave out of the house and they have me locked into the home you don't have a key to the house or is there a lock on the outside or they have me enclosed in a gate i just want to leave please okay i I need you to be very literal are you in a cage what exactly is going on no I'm literally in front of the house and the gate is closed and I'm trying to get out and you don't have access to open the gate i don't have keys to the car and no one's letting me go okay when you say no one who exactly uh my family who exactly uh my brother my dad everybody okay was there an argument or something this is not how you force a convers They're forcing me to have a conversation I don't want to have i just want to leave sir can you have come here so they can let me out of this house three police officers show up she didn't even want to open the gate and the police were like "You better open up this gate right now." She finally opened the gate police separated everyone and then police were like "She's saying that you want to yourself." I'm like "What?" I'm like "She called me and told me to come here because my uncle was dying i was going 90 in the freeway." Like at no point did I say I wanted wanted to die i said I was leaving and she threatened to commit me and so they asked me like um a series of question like an assessment right that police usually do because police are also allowed to bake you if they see that you're harm to yourself they were like yeah no this girl is 100% fine she's leaving they let me leave um and yeah that was the first attempt right the second attempt was at Iconic Creative Agency that was in December 2023 so I have a background of social works i went to Boston University for sociology minored in Spanish i have a certificate in criminal justice the plan was always to go to law school ironically um but I would say I was one of those people that burned myself out with internships like everything legal I did and so I was I happened to be right after college um interning for a judge and you know preparing to take the LSAT and then I got offered a job in social work because that's what I went to school for and I ended up taking the job and I was like I don't want to go to law school i want to focus on social work and that's what I did and um ironically I worked with survivors of human trafficking torture and domestic violence um so and then I worked at a shelter for unaccompanied children uh who crossed the border who were like sexually trafficked and all that stuff helping them with like their asylum kids under 18 that were in a shelter and I've done a lot of like that like a lot of uh survivor work right um and so the pandemic hit and then the job that I had unfortunately shut down because it was with a nonprofit that was governmentally funded by the Office of Refugee Resettlement so of course like many I lost a job in the pandemic and I had to look for a job i couldn't find a job anywhere it was very difficult so every job that I got it was getting shut down because either somebody got infected with COVID or something was going on right and so uh I finally first time in my life text my mom and said do you know anybody who's hiring like can you refer me never have asked for any handouts anything I was like look I just really need a referral need and somewhere where I can work because I want to maintain my job and so she referred me to Liz for Hella she was like well you know I know somebody who's hiring her name is Liz Frahela I don't know if you remember her husband used to be your little brother like my little brother's trainer and so I was like "Oh." Cuz Benny Fhella was a trainer before he opened Iconic Creative Agency and he was my little brother's trainer and I was like I have no experience in this all my stuff has been social work like extreme like uh very handson social work with victims and survivors so like that's okay you'll learn so I was like I'm the type of person like I'm a hustler so as long as I'm making money okay I'll do it like I just want to always work right and so uh I got the opportunity did the job and I said if anything becomes weird where it's like I'm getting treated differently then I'll leave right because I know from my understanding I was told like we know your parents but they weren't close that's what I was told right with the incident what iconic was basically I was told that I had to attend a meeting that was a Nike Academy meeting which was strange to me because the Nike Academy meetings had ended months prior i was told that it was a mandatory meeting show up to the Zoom i'm the only person there uh the lady identifies herself as Rachel Thomas later to come to find out it was Dr rachel Bernstein a sex coat therapist um I got consent to record her so I have this all on recording i took a picture of the Zoom and when I realized it didn't sound like it was like a corporate type of meeting and it was like a psych eval I asked for the website i asked if I could record her all that stuff later to find out it was a fake website she didn't work for Nike and she really was the sex coat therapist and so I think when they saw that I was becoming suspicious they told me I no longer had to attend those meetings after attending three and I think obviously the intention with that was to possibly baker me cuz she was asking me like you know do you ever feel like things are overwhelming in your life do you ever feel like it's too much do you feel depressed like you know suicide a suicide u like intake and so I think when they failed with that one week later my husband gets arrested that's the Pintos Farm incident and then the last and fourth the fourth and no the third attempt was sending a Rock Nation assistant to my grief counselor's office on March 26 2024 uh the Rock Nation assistant goes and tell and my therapist is walking out of her office and she says "Hey are you Dory Perez's therapist?" And she's like "Who's asking?" Like "There's HIPPA i cannot verify and confirm that who are you and what are you doing at my office?" And she plays like a fake audio of a girl supposedly getting an active time and says "This is Dori and we're concerned and you need to do something." And she was like "You need to leave my office goodbye." And she called me i'm pumping gas at BJ's she's like "Damorei the weirdest thing happened." I said "Can if I send you a picture can you confirm the identity?" She's like "Of course." I send the picture lo and behold Natalie Anderson from Rock Nation and she confirms my mom's assistant and so that was the third attempt not successful cuz my grief counselor was like "I am not like you know I'm not going to confirm if she's my patient and I'm not going to." And I go "Hey did the audio sound like me?" She's like "It did not sound anything like you." And it was the weirdest thing in my 25 years of being a counselor that I've ever seen i was like "Thank you." Next day we get a call which is supposed to be a business meetup go to Dana Beach only to find out that Dr daniel Bulbar Steven Caddy Jessica Caddy and James Fondo um are there to illegally baker act me and abduct me wow so just to tie that back in so what your mother orchestrated who is the CEO of Rock Nation she first tried to have a pretended that your family member was dying so that you would go there so they could try to have you Baker acted then after that she hired one of her staff to that or she hired a doctor to pretend that she was giving you a job interview so that you would go into this interview and have an involuntary psych exam and then after that didn't work they had your husband accused of abusing you so that they could try to isolate you and then after that they finally were able to ambush you with a full team to take you into this mental health facility unnecessarily and we skipped the part where they showed up to my grief counselor's office and tried to convince her that I was like in danger and then it wasn't just my mother it was Benny and Liz Raela from my KI creative agency who conspired with my mother to hire the therapist and set up the whole fake it was actually a meeting not an interview but yeah wow that's great so I do have a question so why is it that your mother is so determined to put you in this psychiatric facility yes so it was later uncovered with public records requests that brought an attorney named Brett Schwarz who falsely filed a notice to appear on my behalf and was emailing the state attorney's office pretending to be my lawyer um when they were emailing and when it's they I mean Brett Schwarz Desiree Perez Laura Gats Reed Smith attorneys Quinn and Emanuel when all of them were emailing the state attorneys to convince them um to press charges on my husband you know we have emails where two state two prosecutors were saying there's not enough probable cause to make an arrest so once they saw that they couldn't uh like falsely imprison him right and that the state was going to go along with it uh Brett Schwarz suggested to my mother on email "Well maybe if we have her committed then we can try to pursue Javon for felony human trafficking." So essentially when you see all the emails and I can provide some of those to you um cuz they forgot that they blind copied the state attorney's office so them two are having a conversation not knowing that the state attorney's office is reading all of this and the beautiful Florida laws we get that because it's part of the public record and so uh the intention was not because she was concerned that it was a harm to myself the intention was if she shows up to court like she did in December they are going to toss the case out and dismiss it so we need to silence her how do we silence her the only way is to commit her and he says we should hire a brainwashing expert to have her committed and do you know what that is what is a brainwashing expert you know that I've been to I went to school i know a little bit i'm not a psychologist my grandmother was actually psychologist and uh I don't know i've never heard of a brainwashing experts first time I ever heard of that uh not sure at all because you know people's minds automatically goes to hearing about MK Ultra and these different things that have historically been proven to be true so it's really scary to know that especially your mother being as powerful as she is has access potentially to the type of people that could conduct something like that so much so that your mother's attorney felt confident enough to send in an email for them to attempt to do that to you and you know it's also concerning to me i cuz you've sent over the video of when they bakers acted you so legally I can't go home why cuz you're being baker acted how am I being bakered if the doctor If the doctor deems that he's not my doctor he's never seen me in my life okay that's not legal how is that possible that's the mobile crisis unit they can do that mobile I've never spoken to him the entire interaction was bizarre like you even see towards the end how the sheriffs were even confused about like what is happening here and the doctor that was there to bakers act you whom you had never met had never spoken to had never had any sort of interaction with he was given the power and the authority to deem you as mentally unstable which is crazy what's the word sir we're going to take her to I have too many I have three different collateral sources of information that say that she's been acting psychotic that she threatened to overdose yesterday the psychologist is admitting to me that the only um information that she has is from her because the psych she will not allow the psychologist to speak to anyone else and what makes that situation even more wild as you can also see in the clip is that he is on the phone with your own psychologist your personal psychologist that you go to regularly for counsel and it says even in the lawsuit how your doctor was allegedly pushing back against the idea of having you bakers acted so what do you think of that why was this doctor able to overrule a doctor that you regularly speak with yeah so and and thank you for mentioning that i want to have the opportunity to address that because Dr daniel Bulbar is so disgusting that when you know they asked him for a comment NBC 6 News uh he was very adamant to try to throw that doctor under the bus and blame her and say you know mental health therapist for a mental illness so I want to be very clear and I have proof of this because we filed it in court i have no mental illness i started seeing my doctor and I'm not naming her because she specifically asked me for her other patients not to be named right because you know she's very big on HIPPA and confidentiality but I started seeing her because my aunt died of pancreatic cancer and she left behind a 9-year-old boy and he was predominantly in the house where I was living with my grandfather so I was taking care of a an elderly man with dementia her mother who raised me who was 60 dealing with the loss of a child and then now a 9-year-old boy who was coming regularly who needed help with homework and so I was dealing with a lot right i was dealing with grief dealing with other people's grief and trying to really like take care of an elderly man so I thought it was prudent enough let me do some grief counseling get some tips how to be able to manage the people around me i'm also you know working so I want to make sure I'm like you know work life balance like anybody else and I continued to go to her once a month because I started seeing oh like you know we have this stigma that therapy you have to be mentally ill right and so I started to see the benefits of it and I was like well why not i went to school for social work once a month check in you know spill the beans check tell her my life and stuff and get some tips so that's why I did therapy dr dr daniel Bobar has been so disgusting that he it's almost like it's sad right cuz he's in the mental health field why use that against trying to spin it to make it seem like I have a diagnosis um that counselor has filed a letter in court to say I have no mental health illness and that I've never been a harm to myself or others so I just want to clear that up too so that everybody is aware because you know people are judgmental um but yeah and I'm glad that you did because unfortunately a lot of people do immediately associate going to a psychologist or a therapist as you have severe mental health issues and that's not necessarily the case something that I've advocated for a lot is for more people to seek mental health services because you could just have a lot of different things going on in your life and having that professional help you just to you know get your ducks in a row keep your head on straight lock in it's a very powerful tool that I'm glad that you're utilizing and um it's I read this somewhere but I wanted to confirm this with you um that the mobile crisis team that came and Bakers acted you was not actually affiliated with the Memorial Regional Hospital is that true so it's worse so they weren't a mobile crisis unit they lied to police so Memorial Hospital Hollywood Florida has no mobile crisis unit they have confirmed that with NBC 6 News with us and our legal team there is no mobile crisis unit for Memorial Hospital and even worse Jessica Caddy Stephen Caddy and James Fondo lied to police on the body cam said that they were part of a mobile crisis unit they are private investigators who just own a private investigation firm wow one of them doesn't even have a private investigator's license they only have like a security license and James Fondo and Steven Catty are former Broward Sheriff Office uh police officers james Fondo got demoted for planting cocaine on two African-American boys and was on the show Cops a couple years ago so I'm just throwing that out there this is the the type of people that we're dealing with and police did not verify check or ID to see if they were really who they said they were no IDs were checked not even my ID was checked see the more that we get into these details we the more we see that this story is crazy and again the fact that this is able to happen to you more people need to be concerned about the fact that you mess with or it it really paints a picture whether it's you messing with somebody powerful or if it is people wondering why why doesn't this speak or this uh celebrity speak up why doesn't this athlete speak up about the things that they said well this type of chaos is what comes into your life when you start speaking up or you make the wrong people mad i want to ask you and I asked you this on the Instagram live too but I just want to ask you again why is it that people are so afraid to interview you because I have never had so many people reach out to me asking me to sit and talk with someone than I did with you and you know seeing your story written out in a couple sentences just certainly didn't do it justice so I had to do quite a bit of research to even be prepared for the conversation and even still now after speaking with you an hour on the weekend and here again I'm still just so blown away by every detail that I'm hearing so again why is it that people are terrified to speak to you and is it that they're afraid of repercussions well I'm so flattered that people are reaching out to you like I'm getting emotional because um you know Wow wow wow okay wow thank you everybody uh that's amazing mostly the Barbs i have to put that out there shout out to the Barbs the Barbs are a different type of fan base wow like they show love for real so thank you guys i think that people are intimidated and scared because allegedly in my opinion either they're paid off to look the other way or they're scared that uh they'll be blackmailed what do I mean by that like if they give me an interview and they might uh you know they make Rock Nation look I mean it's not that they're making Rock Nation look bad rock Nation looks bad because they're doing bad things allegedly right like um it an interview is meant to speak the truth to give somebody a platform and so I think when companies like Rock Nation allegedly or you know Dr daniel Bullbar SIG9 all these powerful companies and people uh I think that they can intimidate uh e small and big platforms and interviewers and journalists and all that stuff because I think people have seen how others have gotten in like penalized so for example we saw DJ Academics's uh when he first posted the video of me which is a is sharing an NBC 6 network story and they tried to flag it for copyright infringement when it's not copyright infringement that's the sad part i I own the photos and I proves that to NBC 6 News so a DJ academic should be allowed to repost a video but what happened it got taken down and so when that happens repeatedly or their pages get reported or in some cases like in Magra I heard allegedly her her account got suspended so when you see all these uh people's page getting reported taken down you're now affecting people's income and platform right and so that can be a very intimidating thing and then there's cases where I heard allegedly that people were sent cease and deceased letters or which you know are meant to threaten legally with a lawsuit and so that can be intimidating if you don't have the money the resources or the strength and energy to fight back right we all have lives we have responsibilities and so I think that's why people are intimidated i think that's why small and large platforms both have been scared and I think um uh they're just scared to like uh think outside of the box speak outside of the box and challenge these big individuals and corporations because they don't want the heat for it and so that's what I think the issue is i mean it's certainly not a surprise you know there's been some people that I have reached out to in different sectors of the media space and they have hinted at me that they are afraid of some of the allegations coming true for them and you know I ultimately just want to be someone who speaks to everyone and hear what people's side of the story is so if anybody from Rock Nation wants to speak with me we can have a conversation um and there's no need to come from my platform i'm just trying to hear out a story that has been suppressed because so often we find out that the people who aren't allowed to speak or are shut out of conversations are the ones that we need to listen to the most now when we talk about Rock Nation this powerful company and we talk about your mother's background who again is the CEO of Rock Nation there's a lot of allegations out there and I if you don't mind I would like to go through just some of these things that I've heard both about her current and her past because there's currently a lot of allegations about the way that either her or people in her network of influence are conducting business such as utilizing and weaponizing surveillance against people stalking people following them with guns um sending the SWAT team hacking them um just general threats to safety and then situations like we've seen with Brett Schwarz allegedly with allegedly wanting to use brainwash methods on you so do you feel that some of those allegations may potentially be true and have you experienced those so again surveillance stalking swatting hacking threats to your safety 1,000% because it happened to me and my husband and I'm going to be really honest with everyone before it happened to me you know that what they say like it's so easy to pretend like you understand somebody until you go through it that's actually the number one thing they teach a social worker you never tell your clients I understand you say "I hear you." And so um I thought that a lot of the people that would say things negatively about Rock Nation or about Desiree Perez or about like people as powerful as Dr daniel Bolar or like people as powerful as Sign Nine i thought like oh these are just conspiracy theorists like why would such a high-profile individuals waste their money and their time um on you know regular folk like I I don't understand that it wasn't until I went through what I went through and then my I saw firsthand my husband go through what he went through that's when I was like "Oh yeah oh yeah it's 1,000% possible." And I am confident allegedly right i don't that it's happening and I'm seeing patterns with our cases with other cases that are out there or that were out there and it's concerning honestly well you know it makes me wonder too it's like we talked a little bit about during the Instagram live the fact that Nicki Minaj is personally so invested in what's happening to you putting out the hashtag justice for Dem and she makes the statement and we're going to pull up some of her tweets um when this comes out just showing that she has said continuously that the things that are happening to you allegedly have happened to her as well and I know that Nicki Minaj is at the SWAT team center many times and I'm a big super fan of hers and I've talked very I've talked several times on my show about how I have watched from the perspective of a fan the different levels of sabotage that went up against her and I know she's been very outspoken about her issues with Jay-Z with Rock Nation and these similar powerful people so how do you feel about the fact that Nicki Minaj is so invested into your situation and is there anything that you would like to say about what has allegedly happened to her yeah I think Nicki Minaj is invested because uh throughout the last couple of years she's been very vocal about the abuse right i have to say allegedly cuz I wasn't there right um but she's been very vocal about the abuse that she's experienced and I think she's fed up ultimately i think she's like well you know I think maybe she whatever she went through whatever experience and trauma that she has gone through allegedly right because I wasn't there um it affected her so much that seeing it happen to me um the CEO of Rock Nation's daughter and I'm just a regular person right i'm not a high-profile celebrity i think she's probably thinking like okay like enough is enough right um because she has the resources and the ammo more than I do right to fight people like this and so I think she's an advocate i see a lot of the stuff that she has posted in the past i'm also a huge Nicki Minaj Minaj fan since I was little um and I know she loves her fans and cares about them and has a different type of connection than most celebrities right with her streaming and her live she's just like authentically herself very chill very like informal sometimes and so I think that she's really an advocate for the people and I think she's probably fed up like okay it happened to me i can handle it but now you're now now you're doing it to your own daughter now you're doing it to regular people like she's probably over it at this point right allegedly if you know all this stuff she's saying happened and all that trauma she's probably over it and I think she's just always been an advocate i know that she's I've seen her give people scholarships and care about her fans and so I think she just has a gentle heart her and I are both Sagittariuses so I think we connect in that because if anybody knows anything about Sa Sag we are like we our heart like we have big hearts right we care we're like healers we're very invested and so I think her and I have that connection as far as like horoscope and everything and she's always been for like her fans and the people and so I think that's why she's fed up she's fighting back and um yeah now to answer your second part of your question which was you know do I think uh everything that she's saying is true right uh to yeah allegedly right i wasn't there that's why I would love to connect with her because I would love to hear from her what some of her experiences are i'm not here to talk about somebody else's experience but if from what I read and what I've been seeing if that is true it's sad i'm not going to lie i've have hearsay information nothing tangible but um I wouldn't be surprised and so that's why I would love to connect with her and it if it if connecting with her means not going on Queen Radio and just having a one-on-one convo I'm open to that too because I'm genuinely concerned in all honesty that this is happening you know I think that would be a healing conversation for both of you because one of the reasons why I respect her so much is because there have been so many situations where people whether they were big celebrities or whether they were just little regular people they were or she is the person that has spoken up she is the one that clocks when something is wrong because she just is fed up with all the evil that has been going on in the industry for far too long i always say the phrase because it's a more political phrase but drain the swamp she has been the one that's been calling out so much of the corruption allegedly with the Grammys with Billboard with streaming services with the labels these predatory label executives etc so when she became so invested in your situation that's how I knew okay she has been through something that she is on she this close to just finally opening up that can of worms so I hope that you two can at the very least have that conversation together and I want to talk a bit more now just deeper into your mother's background if there's anything that you know here and if there's any truth to this and of course you're never pressured or you know we've talked before if there's anything that you don't know about or don't feel comfortable speaking on we can skip right over it but I have a very long list of just elements of Desire's background allegedly that I want to go through so I've read a lot about alleged past crimes and connections to cartel that she had involving drug trafficking operations and even reported drug abuse history and then after that there's an allegation that she was sent to a boot camp that typically is used for training federal operatives and this raises a lot of questions just first of all about her background before even getting to where she is today so do you know anything about her past when it comes to cartels 1,000% um so my biological dad is the reason well not I wouldn't say the reason everybody's everybody's responsible for the decisions we make in the world right so I don't want to say is the reason but um so my mother uh was in law school actually when she started uh being involved in the street world which is crazy right because she was in her second year um she graduated uh high she actually graduated high school and was very intelligent and finished college at like 17 years old and was in you know wow was going to law school and everything um so books smart she was there uh my grandfather owned a a trucking business he came from Cuba not knowing English and Spanish or how to read or write but my grandmother um was the school the school person went to Mercy College in New York uh you know got her psychology degree was teaching as a professor for psychology and seeing clients and you know they had that moving company business and my mother was very smart finished school and college at 17 went to law school and so that's why it's not the typical background that you would see for somebody to fall in that type of uh lifestyle yeah i don't want to insult anybody that lifestyle right and so um uh she started working like while she was in law like it makes no sense but uh you know in clubs uh doing club promotions and my grandparents didn't know any of this they were very naive because they were still like even though they were in America you have to understand these were people who came from Cuba and who don't really know like the American way and so uh you know she was in clubs and being a club promoter and always working um at a young age and then she met uh my biological father who at 8 years old uh was introduced to selling drugs because my grandfather was the head of cartel in Puerto Rico and so then he kind of looped his son in it so you know my biological dad stopped going to school at 8 years old 9 years old and was in the street and was in and out of jail and that's all he ever knew so he was like a product of his environment and his family my mom was the opposite and so when they got together it was like some real life Bonnie and Clyde stuff like just like totally toxic you know terrible relationship and then she got pregnant with me and then imagine you're involved with somebody who's a cartel leader you're selling drugs you guys are in New York the '9s prime time for this type of environment and of course they got caught and um so she went to jail um at that point had to you know give me to my grandfather to take care of me because my my my biological father was already in jail before her and so uh my grandfather raised me pretty much my whole entire life and so that's true uh she did become a CI during that time um and was in and out of jail uh fled she was a fugitive uh committed more crimes some of her records are seals sealed some of them are not um so she was really really heavily involved you know she got pregnant young dealt with that and so my grandfather kind of had to take over and raise us uh for no reason because my grandparents they really loved and provided for her like she was not a product of her environment if if I don't like to blame anything but I just think she got caught up with the wrong people and fell in love with the wrong person and so was naive and got caught up in that lifestyle and then you know made the decision to continue to be you know I think people get high when they start making money and start to get this power and so I think she got like a high from it and then it just became more important than than my kids and like you know doing the right thing and so she served her time the reason she her sentence was shortened was cuz she was the CI this is public information Trump pardoned her in his the literally the last day of his last term firm in office trump pardoned your mother yes donald Trump president Donald Trump wow they do a lot of stuff with the White House and with the Trump administration so yeah you know it's interesting because again it's like all these powerful connections and this is really shocking to hear and the reason I'm asking about some of the details of her background is because when we talk about someone that is so powerful and may allegedly be orchestrating these really abusive tactics in order to maintain her power as as well as like weaponizing lawyers doctors judicial systems all of that i think it's important to see like how did this person come to be who they are because and you answered my qu my next question because one of the things that I read is that the timeline was crazy to me how she basically got right out of prison and then got straight into owning a nightclub which is not an easy thing to do because it's difficult to get a liquor license alone let alone all the other resources that it takes to be able to build something like that up so then um I also saw that there was an allegation of fraudulent marriages is that Do you know anything of that sort so yeah I can speak to all of that so um she went to boot camp but it was because when you become a CI and you try to do good time and they try to rehabilitate you one of the things they do is put you in boot camp but she was never an offer she was never an operative or like an FBI agent or J she worked with the DI DEA as a CI yes she did um and that's in the record like I don't I'm not it's not a secret um and then you know when she got out and she she was always in the club business and managing clubs and stuff um since she was in that lifestyle and she grew up in the Bronx um she ended up meeting Sean Carter my um stepdad also met Sean Carter they were all friends like very young and so he was performing as a young rapper in the clubs where she was promoting and where um his best friend one of his best friends who's my stepdad was also involved in working and so they were friends like growing up thing just to clarify what year range of years was this roughly when they met h I don't know i know that my mom met and I call him my dad because my biological dad wasn't there so when my mom met my dad that's how I got the Perez last name um they were very young cuz they were best friends before they actually started dating so she met him at like 17 and that's the same time she she met Sean Carter so they've known each other forever they all in New York and that type of neighborhood and that lifestyle and then Sean Carter speaks about it too so I don't have to say allegedly he was also involved with selling drugs and stuff so when you're in that environment and you're in New York in the '90s uh that's how they met you know they were friends they grew up together and just for clarity to my audience Sean Carter is Jay-Z some of my audience is tapped in some of them are not no no no i'm just really respectful like when they uh with people like I don't know I just I'm always like to say their names instead of like their musical names so that's why um I don't know Nikki's so that's why but yeah so um you know they were like you know growing up together doing that um and then the club just curious if that was 90s 2000s i I mean I would think that that's before the '9s cuz my mom was born in ' 68 oh so way so we're talking like 80s mhm they've known each other for a very long time yeah all three of them have been best friends wow and a very long time yeah that is so interesting they were friends before he blew off like they were you know hustling together and and so when the club happened all three of them decided to uh open a club together and because coming out of prison and all of that your credit and all that's not right what a lot of people don't know is the club was the club was originally under my grandfather's name uh because she didn't have the credit for that and so my grandfather was the one who uh whose name was used and he was very aware he was on board to help his daughter and so yeah that's why a lot of people don't know that yeah my grandfather actually has met uh both Sean Carter and and Beyonce when they were very young this is making a lot of it make a lot more sense together like knowing that Jay-Z Sean Carter and Desiree Perez have that long of a history together was something that I definitely didn't know um I wonder what she I I do wonder what your mother would say about Jay-Z's alleged son Ry who that who was born in 1992 and his mother spent several decades trying to get Jay-Z to take a paternity test and then right when there was a little bit of attraction or a little bit of traction there she suddenly passed away but I digress we don't have to get into all that um but yes that that answers a lot for me when it comes to the Jay-Z stuff um and then you know with Jay-Z and all the allegations whether it's the deception regarding title and repeated accusations of wrongful interference with athletes musicians disrupting their contracts and careers um these are just some of like the allegations that I see i'm scrolling through here um I've heard a lot of allegations about Rock Nation using political influences and initiatives to gain favor and facilitate incarceration um such as people like Tory Lanes which we talked a little bit about this on Instagram on Saturday so I don't want to rehash it too much but the whole thing with Tory Lanes is still really perplexing to me as well because Tori very much singled out Rock Nation and your mother for allegedly being the reason that he is in prison right now and is there anything you want to say about that again like I told you on Saturday you and I weren't there right i don't think the question is is is he innocent or not and I'm not trying to call anybody a liar or disrespect anybody right cuz I'm I'm not here to talk about somebody else's experience i wasn't there but I just think from what I've been reading in the shade room and TMZ and all these blogs and you know both sides how they both like you know one attorney submits this and then Anna Paulina says this and then all this stuff is circulating right on social media that I'm seeing and I'm hearing just like you are and if in fact some of the stuff that they were allegedly saying like for example that not everybody who was in who was involved on the scene of the incident was tested for gunshot residue for example if not everybody who was present was tested then that's a concern right that's that's enough for a new trial or a new investigation to be had because why are we if allegedly this is true if they only tested one or two people but they didn't test test Kelsey for example that's concerning i think it is concerning if the alleged witnesses of who were who witnessed the crime if they changed their accounts on multiple occasions i think I read somewhere that that was uh a red like something that they were questioning right allegedly if that's true then I think that's a problem right and so like I said on Saturday um the question is did he have a fair and equal trial i wouldn't be surprised if everything that are that they're alleging that the case was lacking or like if attorneys were having conversations with the state attorney's office i think you guys call it something else in California not state attorney's office i think you call it the district what do you guys call it district attorney yeah I think you guys call it the district attorney our state attorney in Florida means like the prosecutor for for the state i know in California they called it some some other like attorney general attorney general there we go okay i think you guys called them attorney generals yeah so I think if what they're alle if what Tori's team is alleging about like my mother possibly communicating with prosecutors that that shouldn't be happening right like and so if that if there's some truth to that and there's proof of that then he did not have a fair and equal trial and I think that um your governor is Governor Nuomo right i think Governor Yeah yeah i think he needs to really look into that right because if that's the case then there might be an innocent man behind bars and I would hate to see that but I wouldn't be surprised just because you know look at Julius Jones look at all these people that are behind bars that probably shouldn't be behind bars and just to tie in for those who aren't as familiar with that situation of Meg the Stallion a female rapper was actually shot um allegedly in both of her feet and or the ground there's people who say that the ground was shot and the fragments went in her feet there's all kind of narratives that are out there but it's been disputed for 5 years now and Tory Lanes is another rapper who is now sitting in prison behind bars and a lot of people feel that he is not getting a fair trial and what's crazier about it is my understanding is that Kelsey did get um Kelsey is one of the girls who was Me the Stallion's best friend was in the vehicle and that I've heard allegations that she did test positive for some of the gun residue um but there is also a chance that she wasn't tested so I I'd have to make sure I'm familiar on all those details but what I do know is that there's a lot of evidence that shows that there's potential that Kelsey was actually who shot the gun but she was able to get an immunity deal very very quickly and Tory Lane when there started to be more information coming to light showing that he may potentially be innocent suddenly he is stabbed 14 times out of nowhere in prison and a lot of people are wondering are these actions of Rock Nation because a lot of people automatically look there because Rock Nation um one of the people signed to them is Me the Stallion and Me the Stallion and Tory Lane started getting very personal um I don't believe her and Kelsey are friends anymore but she seems to be taking more her side than she is Tori and all of it's just very interesting when you look deeper into that situation and it goes into this ongoing theme of people are losing their constitutional rights and one thing I really like that you said when we spoke on Instagram was how whether it's having the right to speedy trial by jury or if it's freedom of speech people deserve to have their constitutional rights and an allegation that tends to be thrown out there a lot about Rock Nation is that they are allegedly putting an a putting a lot of effort into taking people's constitutional rights away um including there is a lawsuit against uh the blogger Magro Cooper yeah I think I'm saying that right magro Cooper in federal court for basically asking questions and I thought that that was a really bizarre thing that I just started looking into are you familiar with that whole situation or allowed to speak on it well I'm allowed to speak on it i just want to tread lightly how I speak on it um because I'm privy to a lot of things that you have mentioned by hear or say but I again hear or say is not admissible in court so I'm just going to be saying allegedly a lot on here from what I've read and seen and heard allegedly of the Magra situation and maybe people are I don't even care because I just have to speak what I feel and what I believe i think it's wrong for somebody to get sued for freedom of speech and for speaking out uh you know I said that to you on Saturday and then there was a blogger on Twitter named Survivor One who I've included in my emotions who you know made a whole hate trail about me and Magro and Nicki Minaj on her Twitter and just you know saying all this horrible things about Magro and saying that if I listen if I read or listen to all of Magro's old lies she was enticing violence and you know was showing that she wanted to threaten or possibly hurt Megan P allegedly like these were the things that this specific u Twitter person was saying and so I think it's interesting that in this country there is a lawsuit by a highprofile celebrity slash rapper against a small and I say that respectfully right but small business independent blogger/journalist right because she's going to court she's sitting in court she's reporting everything she sees she hears right she's speaking about a case she's speaking about her opinion how she feels what was presented why is she getting reprimanded for uh disagreeing with the narrative on that case right why is she getting reprimanded for I mean this is America if she wants to call Megan Pee a bad word by all means like if I'm Megan P why do I care right like I I don't have the time or the energy right i'm this high-profile person like continue to live your life continue working like why are you worried about somebody who and I say this respectfully it's not that I'm uh downplaying Magro or her platform but it's just like you're this millionaire artist why are you worried about Twitter bloggers journalists small businesses uh reporting on things that they don't agree with you about i don't understand how that that how that is now being um framed or manipulated into inciting violence or that you feel that she's a threat to your life like I let's be honest here like that is no threat to anyone's life like that's what Rock Nation and CTS and all these people are doing right now with emotions they're saying that I need to be gagged because by me speaking out I'm enticing my supporters to harass or possibly attack physically attorneys no I'm not i'm not telling them go over there and punch them in the head i'm not doing that it's not surprising to me that they're doing it to Magro but it's just sad that it got to the extent where they're suing her i think that's an intimidation tactic to try to drain her pockets and shut her up and I think that that's wrong i think that if she wants to say she hates Megan Pete and thinks she's a liar she should be able to say that like what does it matter like I'm just so confused like I don't know maybe maybe I'm the only one who thinks like this but it's just like I don't like you think I have the energy and the time to worry about like I'm not worried about survivor one like I saw what she was saying rubbed it off i have more supporters in love like why are you concerned about that and is it really affecting your life be honest and so I just think it's silly and I think that it's wrong and I think if they're doing it to Magro they're going to do it to all of us and we should not be censored like this is the United States of America and that's my take on Magro i mean it just goes right into the theme of the intimidation tactics and we see that there are varying degrees um allegedly against what these powerful organizations and people are willing capable and able to do and it's it's terrifying it's really terrifying and you know one thing I want to circle back on to uh before we wrap up is I want to talk a little bit more about what the actions that were taken against your husband and this whole fake human trafficking allegation that was placed on him can we just go a little deeper into that so he got arrested the first time for alleged DV the reason they expedited that so they were still investigating and the prosecutor told them there was no probable cause so he was not supposed to get arrested at all he got arrested because we have public records and emails that the state attorney was pressured and was they they received fabricated evidence obviously they didn't think that a mother would submit fabricated evidence right because it's like nobody thinks that right and so they didn't find that out until later and so they're thinking you know that the story is true everything that she's submitting is true even though the first prosecutor Lindsay Davis said "We don't have enough to press charges," um the second prosecution team with the alleged witnesses uh said that they had enough to initiate an arrest but they were still investigating and the reason why they arrested him so quickly and abruptly was because my mother with Jeffrey Brown who's a private investigator and a whole bunch of unlicensed PIs like Raymond Gonzalez and another one that I don't want to name him because he's a huge figure and he was there at the farm and he's part of a very huge entity and I want him to think that I don't know who he is but I know who he is um and I'm going to save it for court but they were there and they conspired with Desiree Perez to say that I was being abducted and so that's why in the body cam you see 10 officers showing up at a kid's farm thinking that I'm being abducted and it really was just another tactic and a manipulation of the Rock Nation CEO to get the police to show up when she wanted to show up and to force an arrest and so you know he was arrested for alleged DV then the second time he was arrested was for alleged alleged DV again and then the third time was for violating a stayaway order those were the three misdemeanor charges that they were trying to get him on he was actually never thank God arrested or charged ever he wasn't really charged with no crime they were all dismissed but he was never arrested uh for human trafficking she called an individual in the feds that I will say for court we have the person's name and had that person open up an investigation for human trafficking and labor trafficking which went nowhere because he's not a human trafficker and labor trafficker and can you also just expand a little bit too about some of the surveillance tactics that were done to you yes so they put she put a camera in our bathroom facing where we shower and where we use the bathroom uh there was cameras around the house in the common areas because I actually wanted those layers for my grandfather because when I had to start working and she hired people to assist with helping him I wanted to make sure there wasn't like elderly abuse going on but I didn't agree to a camera facing my shower in my bedroom without my consent there was a GPS tracker placed in my car by James Fondo and Sig 9 um my Apple Watch my iCloud were hacked cloned and manipulated with a cyber security forensic team and software which we have proof of and all of our emails bank accounts everything from our business to my husband's phone to my phone were all compromised we have proof of that and we she rented the house across the street and had about 10 licensed and unlicensed private investigators and just regular men living there across the street for over 6 months surveilling us so they would follow so when they they were across the street watching us they had cameras in the windows watching watching us because we live in townhouse and then when we would leave in the morning they would alternate in cars and you know alternate men and they would follow us so a couple will follow me a couple will follow Javon and they would follow us out there today they would follow our friends she even send a private she sends a private investigator to my best friend's job in Boston to try to convince my best friend to say she was a victim of human trafficking um she sent investigators to uh my husband's nephew's schools i mean yeah all of that was used all of those tactics and I guess again my last question is what is your mother's goal like if like it's obvious allegedly from what we're hearing that she wants to separate you from your husband and what I've read and seen you speak about your mom seems to not be very happy with you marrying a bluecollar black man but beyond that like is what is the intensity why is she so determined to not allegedly to have you not only be quiet but to be put into a psychiatric ward like what's going on well you know the guardianship was unsuccessful and so was the baker and the margeman right because she lied and you know we have the evidence of that i'm I've never been a drug addict don't have a mental illness and all of that the intent of all of that was to silence me to not testify to send my husband to prison right when that didn't work out she's when you deal with a narcissistic person um they care about their image they care about how they look and they they have an ego she's the type of person who does not like to lose right and so in her head she thinks she lost well she didn't right um because we were able to to prove that everything was a lie and he didn't end up getting arrested and I was free right um but then she sued us both individually for emotional distress which is the hypocrisy right because you've caused all this trauma on me your daughter and now she tried to sue me for a car that my step my father and her gifted me years ago which is under my name and I'm the lawful owner and I've paid for for the last four years uh to sue me for the car and say that I caused her emotional distress for 150 grand so you're suing you're a millionaire and you're suing your daughter for 150 grand i want people to understand that it's not a concerned mother because repeatedly she's tried to hurt me a concerned mother doesn't do that you know hurt their child in this way right um and so when she wasn't successful with that because they told her "You're absolutely crazy it's a frivolous lawsuit." And she was going to end up having to pay my attorney fees plus [ __ ] and she dropped that case she got upset and when she found out that I was going to file my lawsuit beat me to it and sued my husband and they're suing him for $5 million of emotional distress what and wiretapping this is this is public record saying that the that he had access to the cameras to the house that we lived in because he beat me to give him access when he never had access he would see it on my phone if I showed him like "Oh look what's happening here." Whatever and so and then emotional distress claiming that she's suffering and suffering from depression and insomnia because she knows I'm being abused and therefore she's suing my abuser for emotional distress calls on her and these witnesses one and the witnesses are all witnesses uh one of them is on her payroll no two of them are her on her payroll and one of them works at Rock Nation cleaning Rock Nation illegally has no type of immigration status along with the 15 other illegals you have working there paying cash under the table and burning them through their hours of work allegedly no yeah well I have the proof because I'm the one who did the change of address when she moved from Miami to New York through the immigration court and you're putting somebody who can get deport most likely is going to get deported because you want to intimidate people to be fake witnesses against my husband and it's going to cost people for that's going to cost her and other people a lot of trouble legally because you don't do those things you don't lie because you're scared cuz she's your boss you don't you don't do that this is an innocent man's life you don't lie and and claim dates and put fake photos and AI stuff and claim something like that i'm sorry no so I don't feel bad and I'm saying it because it's wrong and you know she's abusing of of people yeah that's what I'm going to say about that it's just wrong and so um I have the proof of that and that's in by the way that's in the response that our attorney filed on my husband's case and it's funny because the so-called witness who's she actually is illegal and has no status here uh she's claiming that she was a witness to so-called and domestic violence incidents and we have proof that she wasn't even living in Florida she was living in New York and and is living in New York currently and working at Rock Nation illegally and so it's like how do you just lie and make up things and expect like to win or get away with this is a crime right you're falsely accusing somebody and you're claiming things that are lie and I can prove aren't true and so it listen this is some scary stuff like this is a conversation I'm glad you and I are having because this needs to stop like just because you're Rock Nation and you have all these connections and you're the CEO like Sean Carter investigate your team investigate your management team he hasn't addressed this not once i understand it's not his business but I think you should start looking into the people that you hire and the people that are involved in this because if my freedoms were hindered and my civil rights were violated and I'm her daughter then you need to be concerned as the second owner of this business to make sure that it's not happening currently to other people uh this is not right it needs to be investigated and Daniel Bowar needs to be investigated memorial Hospital needs to be investigated uh you know Broward Sheriff's Office needs to be investigated miami Day Police Department needs to be investigated because it just because a CEO from Rock Nation knows a specific person in command and can just make a call for you to show up that's not that's not right and we're pulling everything out on court and everybody will be subpoenaed and everybody and Discovery will show it all and so shame on everybody who participated in this because it's disgusting it's really disgusting if it happened to me and to Javon I am not surprised if it if it happened in Tori's case and I'm not surprised if it it happened to Nikki's case and I'm not surprised if it's happening in that other gentleman's case i'm not surprised and so I think you know we need to see what's going on just because you know Donald Trump does not mean you people should look the who cares right like it should be you do the wrong thing there's consequences that's it like it should not this is wrong these are our freedoms these are our liberties can you imagine if I didn't testify and and you know there's a lot of people who are scared who wouldn't do it and then my husband's going to go to to jail for human trafficking when he just has a landscaping business like come on like this is it's disgusting it's wrong and then to weaponize my relationship with my grandfather as soon as she saw that I went to the media she cut my communication with the only person that has raised me so that's another tactic and so she does it but it her so does her team quinn Emanuel does it reed Smith does it you know look at Laura Gats showing up when I was supposed to testify allegedly and saying it's a scheduling error and identifying herself as my attorney stop with the BS we have common sense we have evidence and this excuse that you know oh I don't know or I'm not involved we have too much so stop it like just stop it when does accountability come in for these people right like I'm sure you're sitting here like when when are when when does accountability like is it just that everybody has lost their morals and their values for human life i'm just genuinely confused like basically I'm disgusted i'm really disgusted like Brett Schwarz like disgusted like shame on you you should lose your license for lying and identifying yourself as my attorney and I've never met you in my life shame on you Alex Shapiro for emailing Katherine Rundo and pushing and trying to convince her to press charges on a misdemeanor case in Florida just because you know my mom shame on you like there needs to be an investigation into all these law firms all these individuals dan Dr daniel Bular if you did it to me I'm not surprised that there's multiple people who are in psych words who aren't supposed to be like we really need to investigate this and this is why I'm speaking out and I appreciate people like you for giving me the platform and I'm not mad i'm just passionate and trying to hold myself back from not crying because like you know how many people get sexually assaulted in these places you know my life was in real danger and I saw some things I went through some things that I won't speak here that will have traumatized me for life and my husband too and so it's wrong because I can't even imagine if let's just say Tory Lanes is innocent let's just say allegedly he got stabbed 14 times like this is not this is somebody's life like I don't know i'm just I'm trying not to cry i'm trying to keep it together on here for you but I want people to feel my passion and my concern and how genuine I am it's not just about me anymore like I have chills because the patterns with our cases and and everybody else's it's overwhelming and I think like I think I I know I did the right thing and I'm going to fight to the end of time because I I now see that this was the purpose for the trauma that I went through and my husband wow i I just want to thank you for your vulnerability for your transparency for your courage for the fact that you are fighting this fight for not only you and your family but for like you said all of the people who are potentially victims of this exact same corrupt cycle this system this cycle of systems and this system of cycles of abuse of borderline racketeering and it's scary it's really scary to see how far we have fallen as a nation um this is again something that happens in both the Hollywood space and the DC space and everything in between and I really do hope that your voice being amplified is going to help try to shed some light on this and again I can't thank you enough for everything no I I can't thank you like for being courageous for speaking out for doing your research for actually reading the complaint please please YouTubers read the complaint before you report on it like just read and I appreciate you for reviewing everything i will send you whatever you and your team need to include here um for reference right because reference is a powerful tool and nothing I just commend you i commend you for having the courage i commend you i'm grateful to you internally for the platform for sharing my story um I'm praying to God that I don't get gagged if I do I wouldn't be surprised because usually everybody in federal court does but I have faith that maybe I won't because I mean somebody has to see the attacks that are happening and the manipulations with the Twitters and the everything and I'm just trying to defend myself before I even actually went to the media i don't know if you know this you know we have proof that allegedly Desiree hired brand teams and PR firms to create fake Instagram and Facebook pages and they have been sending the fake evidence from the Google Drive that was submitted to the state attorney all videos and fake audios to all of my friends co-workers family and all of my husband's co-workers friends and family one by one and it's so silly because if you look at the court documents and I can send that to you what my attorney has filed they made the silly mistake of putting the Google Drive and the only person who had access to the Google Drive was Desiree Perez and her team i didn't submit the Google like you have to you can't submit a Google Drive through paper so how did these so-called bloggers get access to the Google Drive and you know they made the mistake with keeping the same titles that they used in the criminal case and then they made the mistake of one of them we were able to get her identity heather Wilson is public record and we put her in the motion and she lives in Arkansas and owns a brand company and it's just like sloppy work and so I want people to know that the reason why I'm going a little bit like if you see the persistence is because she did that first and I have to defend myself i can't allow my to be I can't allow myself to be defamed or my husband and so it's hypocritical when Rock Nation is filing cuz they are public record two to three motions daily to expedite and rush the judge to make a decision and luckily the judge hasn't and I pray that she rules in my favor because she sees the excessive attempt to silence me if you have nothing to hide Rock Nation or CTS or Dr daniel Bobar and Iconic Creative then why do you want me to be quiet right that's all I have to say
