got a question and this is serious this is why why are we so forgetful it's not this is a serious question why are we so forgetful i think i think yeah knew that because even even when we always when we look in scripture he continues to tell us to remember to remember to remember to remember i just think if we there's a there's a hebrew word it's very similar to which means to uh to bow down but but it's definitely a different spelling and so shaka is spelled shin chet and hey so so shin means to pre chet is outside and then hey represents spirit so recall me being up here i said that you know behold is the same as hey which means to move out of one realm into another realm so when we bow down essentially what we're doing is we're pressing outside of our normal outside of our physical and then we're moving into another realm so when we worship yah we should work worship him with the shakha spirit with the spirit that says i'm pressing outside of my norm i'm pressing outside of my feelings i'm pressing outside of my emotions because if we recall he says that i'm looking for those that will worship me in spirit and in truth hallelujah so just wanted to to add that but there is a hebrew word shah khak so it's not shakka but it's shock hawk so and the spelling is shin calf chet you can put it on the screen so what it means is strong 79 11 shock hoc which means to forget or to cause to forget so the reason why i brought that up because even when it says to fail to remember to forget means to fail to remember which means when yah always tells us to remember remember remember remember remember if we can recall so many times that we may be in a a bad situation and the first thing that comes out of my mouth is that when things are better that if you pull me out then i'ma do this but how many times often do we literally forget of that that we made that maybe we we so involved with our emotions that we begin to we begin to cry out to him and maybe we become discombobulated maybe we begin to hallucinate and maybe we forget all the promises that we made to him maybe he was getting shot at maybe it was a bad diagnosis but oftentimes we we make these promises which mean there are covenants with yah but yet we tend to forget about that we failed to remember what he told us to remember it says inadvertently to neglect to do we can cancel the word and inadvertently because if anything is important to you you don't forget it you don't forget to feed yourself you don't forget about the kids hallelujah and it says to put out of one's mind or to cease to think of or to even consider maybe it's that one that we are more into that we don't consider the promise that we made to yah that we don't think about what we what our role is so i know this is this hebrew word of the week is more of a negative but even if you had to think of something different the the opposite word is zakar which means to remember so the whole purpose of this is to have us to not be forgetful to have us to continue to remember through the bad through the good or indifferent to always remember remember yeah you can go to the next one this is what it says this is one of the first times it is mentioned in hosea 4-6 it says my people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge because you have rejected the knowledge and i also reject you you shall be no pr priest to me seeing you have forgotten the torah the principle the base the foundation you have forgot the torah of your elohim i will also forget your children so again whenever we look at remember it's always telling us to remember our elohim remember that the mighty hand that pulled you out of egypt out of bondage remember the one that healed you remember this remember that but whenever we talk about being forgetful it's always in the negative sense notice that it's because we have forgotten we are destroyed we have rejected we have not considered what he told us to remember you can go to the next one so shin cav chet so shin means to destroy or it means destruction and we just saw that with hosea in hosea four and six that we are destroyed but let's figure out why we're destroyed you go to the next one so shin means to destroy your destruction calf means literally an open hand whenever there's an open hand it means to one in a sense to cover as in protect also to allow as in being presented something but also in humility it means to have an open hand which means you are giving as well but then you have chet which is a wall of fence but it also represents protection so when we put all that together this word for forget literally means to destroy the open hand of protection so this is your hand so the reason why he continues to tell us to remember to remember to remember remember this hand remember the mighty deed remember what yah did so literally when we decide not to consider when we decide to forget to shark we literally destroying or pushing away his hand now it's two types of hand there's a closed hand which represents power or might which is the yold and then it's the open hand which represents to tame to allow it's a softer gentle to cover in protection but we're literally we we we're no might we're no match against yaz yod against his strong hand but but we're neglecting and we're pushing and rejecting his open hand go to the next one so this is what it says in isaiah 49 14 and 24 14-16 but zion said yahuwah has forsaken me so we know that's a lie because he said i will never leave nor forsake you but this is what zion said this is what our people said that yahuwah's have yahuwah has forsaken me and my adonai has forgotten me can a woman forget her sucking child that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb yay they may forget yet will i not forget this is josh speaking yet will i not forget behold this open hand i have grave you upon the palms of my hand it's impossible to engrave anything on the palm of your hand if it's not open and it says your walls are continually before me so when you look up wall it's literally a section so that's the check so yah has set the chats in place which is his hand of protection so recall whenever we go to remove that hand we are literally forgetting hallelujah you can go to the next one yes so in other words we shouldn't come empty-handed even though we come with our hands open it's not empty again just as he's given us a gift of protection then we should come also with an old hand to say i'm here a open hand being that i can do to do whatever it is that you want me to do an open hand saying that i surrender to you an open hand it says i'm here pick me i'll do whatever it is that you want me to do this is what it says psalm 103 1-2 but rock or bless yahuwah oh my soul in all that is within me bless his kodesh name bless yahuwah o my soul and forget not all his benefits so this is a more positive sense but notice how our action cause a reaction because when we forget it says and then that's when we're destroyed because we we have for gotten his torah now on the flip side of things when we begin to barack which means to kneel down before him and when we're kneeling down before him we can't come empty-handed because barack means to literally be in in a in a presentation mode to saying guess what i'm here to deliver something to you i'm here to present something to you i'm here to give something to you so to barack him it says with all that is within me so if you give all there's nothing left so when we give all that's within he's not left without hallelujah when we give all that's with in us he's not withhold because he's getting everything that he deserves and you're giving everything that you have you go to the next one but just like we don't come empty-handed we don't leave empty-handed so that same exact verse said when we bless him that it benefits us so you see how there's a action and then a reaction so when we remember he remembers even the first time that remember came about it says in genesis 8-1 that he remembered noah but guess what noah had to do something first this is what it says when you continue to read 103 when you skip past one through two and go from three to five it says this who forgives you of all your iniquities who heals all your diseases who redeems your life from destruction who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies who satisfies your mouth with good things so that your youth is renewed like the ego so think about all these benefits come when we don't forget everything that's highlighted he forgives he heals when we don't forget he redeems when we don't forget there's love and kindness when we don't forget there's tender mercies we don't forget our soul is satisfied when we don't forget when you're satisfied there is no need wanted but we have to start first with remembering remembering so even when we go to pray tonight i pray that we remember all the promises that we said to him not only just remember his torah not only just to remember his word but remember every single time that you said if you do this then i will do that that we will remember every time that he pulled through that we will remember every time that his promise that he fulfilled his promise that he kept his promise notice that it says that we are made in his image and his likeness which means whatever he does we have the ability to do the fact that he keeps promises we have the ability to keep promises as well maybe not as good as him but when we go to try to mimic we look exactly like our father we look like our daddy hallelujah so if we're going to be called children of him then we must resemble him and we must zakar we must remember not forget hallelujah even when we leave the word we seemingly to forget when we go home whatever word that is coming forth and i have no clue what it is but let's continue to make this conscious effort to remember because there's benefits there's blessings there's anointing that's attached when we do remember hallelujah hallelujah that will conclude the the hebrew word of the week you
