JEE Preparation Strategy by Adi Bhaiya

all right so welcome everyone this is your adi bhai or adi bhaiya tu me joh bhi bulaate ho and today i'm really really happy kyunki kal ki jo 7 ghante ki marathon thi on current electricity 40 people made it initially 80 logo ne join kiya tha and 40 people made it till the very end and i'm super proud of you 40 people thanks for being such a good audience and kal ki bhai jo comments aayate holy shit my comments was flooded and of course telegram instagram har jagay sif peyar so thank you so much other than that i need to go ahead and tell you guys something that unacademy about From now on, I am taking rank booster sessions on physics, of course. So today, we have our first session at 9 p.m. And you will get its link in the description. It's on modern physics. And tomorrow, we are going to have a session which is going to be on mechanics again at 9 p.m. Anyways, today, we are going to talk about that if you are scoring 60 marks out of 300 in your JEMains, how can you go to 180 marks? How can you go to 80 marks? Right. So usually, in such videos, nothing is said that is helpful and just knowledge is lost. But this is going to be a little... different because everything about this channel is different so here i have a laptop in front if you can't see it so in this laptop i have like a few points so i need to look at that and then i'll talk to you because like how do you expect me to deliver the speech anyway first of all we understand where you are currently standing it could be that your preparation is at 30 percent 40 percent what did i say too much hello 10 percent 15 percent whatever it is i want you guys to do one thing take out your three hours today don't be so busy take out three hours and give a test and If you are in Mumbai, take any previous year's shift from 2023 and just give a test. If it is 15 marks, it doesn't matter. Just give a test. You need to know where you stand before you actually go ahead and improve on it. How will you improve if you don't know what the problem is? So let's just say you are getting 50-60 marks or 100 marks or whatever. So what should we do at this point? At this point, we should understand that during the test, what were you exactly feeling? One, if you are getting 50 marks, then it is a big problem. You need to upskill a lot. But for people who are... scoring 100 120 you were feeling during the exam were you feeling that gosh if i had revised a little more before this test if i had like a week to revise i would have performed better or did you feel like oh my god how can anyone think of this question so if you fall in the second category that means your practice is very less don't worry again there are tips for that too and if you fall in the first category that just means that you need a little more revision and you are pretty much in a good track right after that we are going to talk find out where exactly exactly are you lacking? Now this is what you learn from analysis. Now, where are you really lacking? Now, not that my biceps are small and all of that. Where are you lacking means like what are the problems in your exams? Like, do you feel like there is a theory problem? Because if you feel like there is a theory problem and you need to do revision, then go for short notes. Now, you don't have to pick up short notes from any random person. Either you can pick mine up, or you can use Arihant's handbook, or you can use the handbook of Resonance. And they are pretty much the best material for revision as far as my biceps are concerned. I believe so. Right. And you can definitely go ahead and use that. And for physics, you can go ahead and use Mohit Sir's, Eduniti's short notes. That is also pretty good. And I used it on my time. That's why I'm telling you. I'm just suggesting. Other than that, if you feel that your practice was a major portion due to which your numbers were low, like you weren't able to think of those manipulations, then what exactly are you supposed to do over here? Well, for this problem, you basically have to watch teachers binge watch. And you're thinking, bro, you're binge watching? I'm telling you this actually helps. This is like a suggestion that no one gives but it actually helps. Like for a second, you try it once. Take out one day of your life. Whatever chapter you are not getting questions in Math, take out 3-4 hours of videos of problem solving. Sit and watch. Just watch. I'm not even saying to solve. Just sit and watch for a second. After some time, you will start seeing a pattern. Holy shit, this question just came up. Wait, I'll try this myself. So that is what happens. In every chapter in Math, you have specific type of questions right even in physics you have specific type of questions even in chemistry you have specific type of questions so if you watch teachers solve those questions over a period of time if they solve enough questions same type of questions repeat so let me go ahead and tell you so let me go ahead and tell you But in Mathematics, JEE Mains and JEE Advanced are not much different in levels. So that is something. Other than that, as far as it comes to practicing Physics, For Physics, you can go to Edunity or you can go to Advanced Illustrations by Physics Galaxy. Over here, I prefer Advanced Illustrations by Physics Galaxy because that builds your base, that builds your fundamentals and it will be useful in JEE Advanced as well. As far as Edunity is concerned, it is more or less oriented for JEE Mains. After that, you have to do everything separately for JEE Advanced. So, you have to do everything separately. So if you are a student that can pick up things things really quick i would suggest go for uh the advanced illustrations of physics galaxy and just watch pyq sessions that will really help you out a lot all right so before you guys move forward with the video there's a genuine suggestion that i want to give you guys so me lag raha hoga at this point i am doing a paid promotion neither is this paid neither is this a promotion this is a genuine suggestion from me as your mentor to mujhe jo bhi apna maante ho and genuinely mai kabhi bhi aise cheeze nahi promote karta ho that that I do not like or I haven't used earlier. I want to tell you that, of course, at the end, the choice is in your hands. But I want to clearly go ahead and mention that these are a set of experienced teachers. They have been teaching on an Academy JEE for the past two to three years. They are Team Udaan. And recently, they have left an academy and started their own channel, JEE1. There, they are taking one-shots of rise-up, which is very, very helpful for the January attempt. And other than that, if you really want to study with them in more depth, more detail if you want DPPs and if you want a free test series you can go ahead and purchase their Jeevan batch on the app now this was a genuine suggestion the teachers who have helped me back when I was giving JEE this is just a good gesture and in gratitude I am going ahead and helping them reach out to more and more students so thank you everyone and let's continue with the video as far as chemistry is concerned chemistry is all about theory straight up that's a fact and if you want to revise theory then you can go to Pankaj sir's channel Sir's channel, there are small videos like one hour each in revision, so you can go ahead and watch all of that. Other than that, as far as organic chemistry is concerned, I always suggest the same thing. I have not taken money from anyone to promote any of this. I do not take money for promotions. So the simple thing is that M.K.A Sir has a crash course on organic chemistry. Right and it is absolutely phenomenal. You get the taste of JEE Advanced in 82 lectures. If you want its link, then go and watch my video on organic chemistry. roadmap to organic chemistry you'll be able to find the link over there now you must be thinking why am I not attaching the link here because I don't want to or you can search on google mksr organic chemistry lectures, 82 lectures, whatever you get as far as it comes to subject by subject let's see what are the things you can do to change the world change the world, change the marks, change everything as far as physics is concerned, physics is such a thing where you are just taught multiple tools work energy theorem, charge conservation... then you have like infinite things right you have gauze law you have a lot of tools you have these tools the day you start using them like for example what happens is you notice that slowly slowly the things you learn in physics get mixed up and then you will not be able to segregate that this question is from this chapter like okay you will understand that from the question framing but let's just say if you are a person who actually knows physics all the things get mixed up in a ball of knowledge and you will just be able to extract the tool you will be like like, okay, here we will first apply Gauss law, then we will get electric field, then we will find potential difference, then this and that. It's all the same, that's how shit works. So that's what you need to understand that these are multiple tools and you need to understand their application. Other than that, you need to understand that theory is important. It's not like you can do formula ratliya in physics. You can do it, you can do JEE mains, I am telling you you can do JEE mains. But you will not be able to do anything for JEE advance because JEE advance is a whole different league. Right. To level up to JEE advance, I don't think you can do it easily in two months, so from now on. After your JEE main second attempt, if you think that the people who do JEE advance They keep on reading the whole time advance and in the end they give a mock test of mains They don't care much about the main, but still they told you that whatever is your target Remember one thing, if you are doing things of JEE mains, then you can refer to one shot Because one shot will easily cover your JEE mains Why does it not cover for JEE advance? Because for JEE advance, the questions of JEE advance are the theory What is JEE advance? So, there are not that many questions in one shots, there are not that many illustrations. So, if you want to do illustrations, you have to do them separately. So, it's better to watch a lecture which already has all the things covered. Right, so watch full length lectures for JEE Advanced if you are a JEE Advanced oriented student. And if you are a JEE Main Oriented student, then your work will be done with one shot. So, first do one shot and then do PYQ solving session. If you are not able to do PYQ solving session, then it means that you have to take some idea of the problem. So, just go ahead and watch, you know, watch teachers solve questions. Just go ahead and watch them solve questions. Questions eventually repeat. Their concepts repeat. And you will pretty much be able to predict things from that point onwards. And finally, I would like to say that until you finish 70% of the syllabus, don't give mock tests again. Otherwise, you will go into depression. And it's a simple fact. If you haven't finished 70% of your syllabus, 60% of your syllabus, and you are giving a mock test, you won't be able to learn anything. You do not know how to analyze a mock test. You will only know how to analyze a mock test. analyze some octaves of the map. What part is missing? Just imagine, your marks are 50-60, you are getting mock tests on mock tests, let's say you go to analysis segment, if your marks are 60, it clearly means that your syllabus is not complete. If your syllabus is not complete, then how will you understand that this was the question of aromaticity or this was the question of something else by twisting it a little? How will you know the difference? You will think that just because it has aromatic ring, just because it looks aromatic, it must be of aromaticity. But that's not how it works. Till you make you won't be able to segregate the subject's knowledge. Now you are not able to know the concept of vertical circular motion and you start reading the work energy theorem. So that is the thing, you will have to do analysis only when you have the subject's knowledge. So until 60-70% is not finished, there is no point in giving mock test. You will waste 3 hours every time and better to see one shot. And I know teachers say that keep giving but what to keep giving? Atleast marks should come Right Now 60 is coming Next 65 will come Then 70 If you keep doing like this Then your J mains will be in the middle Your AXI marks will come Right So No mean I do not mean to You know Offend you or anything But I am telling the truth What will you do by giving so many mock tests First level up So that you can give mock tests And learn something from it So that is something As far as chemistry is concerned Theory is everything Organic chemistry is basically like mathematics In mathematics what happens is You keep doing questions And keep learning new things So in organic chemistry You can do theory But then you will start to realize that, holy shit, wait a second, it's getting hot. So, yes, you will do theory but over time you will start to realize that when you are doing questions, then many questions will not be made from it. And you will think, shit, is my theory of organic chemistry weak? But no, actually it's not. The problem is that you will learn things by solving questions. And you have to note down it, you know, whatever notebook you have. It can be big too, I didn't say anything. It can be a big notebook too. Now, even after completing the theory, I have pointed out that point we just said so do not go for one shots please do not go for one shot for organic chemistry you will be ruined you will not be able to do any question if you are watching one shot because organic chemistry is such a thing it's basically mathematics you need to see a shit ton of problems a lot of questions until you see a lot of questions until you have no idea that exactly what exception happened in this what exception happened in this what happened in this all of these things so this all is very important So, this is the end of our video on physics and inorganic. Huh? Physical and inorganic. One shots can be done only for JEE mains of course. And again, give your next mock test when you have 70% of the preparation. As far as Maths is concerned, its video is coming tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. So I want you guys to watch that video. We have talked in depth about what you can do in 3 months to level up your mathematics. And we have also taught you how algorithms are created. So you will be learning how to create algorithms, how to note down algorithms. down things how to actually study mathematics from both one shot as well as long lectures so i hope you guys will be able to follow that so yeah more or less i hope you guys like this video and uh so please guys make sure you guys follow me on unacademy pinned comments as well as description and uh so i'll see you guys in another video till then goodbye
