okay today I'm going to show you how to conduct the platoon ambush so the first thing is your platoon is going to be pulling 360 degree security and then objective Rally Point or on a patrol base before receiving the mission and then after receiving the mission from the company awkward the platoon leader will issue a war no to your platoon and the platoon leader as well as the HQ will come up with a Terrain model along with a platoon upward to notify and give everybody a plan for the ambush the platoon leader will then conduct a Leader's Recon bringing any important Personnel like Squad leaders the point man and the RTO to scout the area and this is optional you can put a rally point at the middle right here or a release point and the leadership will do a Recon on the on the Ambush site additionally before they leave the platoon leader will issue a five-point contingency plan called the gotwa and the got was to let the entire platoon know who's going when the leadership is going to come back and what to do if the platoon gets attacked or what to do if the leadership get attacked when they're conducting the Recon after those leaders Recon all Squad leaders should know where to place their squads on the objective and the leadership will go back to the release point and radio to the PSG to get everybody else to the release point to link back up and the platoon will now move up usually in a platoon column fire team wedge but it will depend on a Terrain and what the PL commands so on the left side you can see what a fire team wedge looks like on the squad level and then on the right side you can see on the platoon level the platoon will now move out usually in a platoon column fire team wedge but again depends on the Turing and what the PL commands and the Order of March will be dependent on the unit sop and once the platoon reaches the RP the platoon leader will now set up all of its elements to prepare for the ambush so the first thing he's going to do is going to set up his security elements and SNL on Far ends of the road to scout so he'll put his security Alpha Team top security bravo team at the bottom and security and observation element the middle another thing is you can set this up during your Leader's Recon as well it's completely up to the pl on what he wants to do so you can set this up before during the leader you can set this up during the leaders Recon or you can send it out after now platoon leader will place his support by fire Elements which is the weapon Squad in the middle of the Kill Zone so right here he'll put his gun one gun two along with his PSG on the back and then lastly he will place his assaulting elements and the platoon leader will assault through the objective with one of the assault elements and now the platoon will wait for the op4 to arrive so once the op4 arrives the platoon will not initiate fire until they reach into the Kill Zone once they are in the Kill Zone the platoon will conduct an ambush with a mad minute so a mad minute being everybody shooting their rifles all at once within one minute so it's just one minute of Chaos after that's completed the assaulting elements will immediately bound through the objective after the madman has been completed and the platoon only has seven minutes to get off of this objective before reinforcements arrive from the enemy or an artillery strike arrives so the assault one Assault 2 element will bound through and the weapon Squad can also pull rear security now the platoon leader will call for special teams epw Aiden later in demo so first he'll call for epw which they will go and check the enemy to make sure they're not still alive to make sure there's any important Intel on their bodies once that's complete Aiden litter will go into the area to make sure there's no casualties friendly casualties and then lastly the pl will call for a demo if it's necessary to blow up any Intel or blow up any weapons cache things like that and then also he'll call for a red white blue plan but the first thing he'll yell is red and anyone who's assigned red which is the assault elements they will bound back to the release point he'll call White and then they will go bound back to the release point and he'll yell blue and once blue is yelled the detonation will start with the explosives and then boom the objectives destroyed and now the platoon is back at the orp and the pl will call to HQ for a sit rep and that's how you conduct an ambush
