Alamo Colleges Login Guide

Overview

This document provides instructions for logging in to Alamo Colleges' systems using Ellucian Ethos Identity, including ACES portal access, password requirements, and contact information.

Logging In to ACES

  • Go to the ACES login page to access student, staff, or faculty resources.
  • Enter your User ID and password in the Secure Access Box.
  • First-time users: default password is the first two CAPITAL letters of your last name plus your birthdate (MMDDYY).
  • If you forget your password, use the password recovery link or call the Help Desk at 210-485-0555.

Navigating ACES

  • Once signed in, click "Web Services" at the bottom left of the Home Tab page.
  • ACES provides access to class registration, financial aid, email, library, and online courses.
  • The portal also offers updates on campus events and important announcements.
