on today's episode we're going to be examining one of the most popular Christian artists out there today this man is loved by so many people what I'm about to show you is extremely concerning and 20,000 women in us four guys we're such gentlemen that we we actually get this C well that was Grammy nominated singer Phil Wickham who many of you may know because you either listen to his music or you go to a church that sings his songs he is best known for Songs Like This is Amazing Grace and this is our God Phil has been making music and touring since 2003 and sadly many people have no clue how dangerous he really is or who the real Phil Wickham is see Satan loves to counterfeit everything that God does in order to mislead or deceive people and L he loves to use music to do that I've made it clear many times on this channel that many false worship bands rise up and appear as angels of light but are truly Trojan horses that use their music to get false Doctrine into our churches now before we get started I need to say this that we all need to be very careful when it comes to who and what influences us whether it's a pastor a YouTuber a singer or a friend if they do not not line up with the word of God we must reject them and please don't come on my channel and call me a Pharisee or call me judgmental for telling you the truth videos like this are commanded by God in Ephesians chapter 5 vers 11 and Romans 16: 17 and 18 so first Phil Wickham partners with and endorses other false teachers remember the opening clip that I showed you at the beginning of this episode where was he H we we're currently at the Joyce Meers Women's Conference he was getting ready to perform at a Joyce Meyer conference now before you think who wait wait hold on Jordan that was an old clip you're taken out of context you're being judgmental wait a second he has done this many many times over the past 20 years again this is forbidden by God we are never and I repeat never allowed to partner with false teachers and let me be clear Joyce Meyer is one of the worst false teachers out there today she thinks she is sinless she claims that Jesus had to go to hell and suffer she teaches the unbiblical Prosperity Gospel she preaches to men and she affirms other wolves in sheep's clothing but it doesn't stop there here is Phil Wickham performing at Lakewood Church with Joel ostein sadly due to copyright loss I have to speed up many of these videos because it contains music but watch [Music] this to the one whose dreams are falling all apart and all you're left with is a tired and broken heart I can tell by your eyes you think you're on your own but you're not alone if you heard theone you can call raging [Applause] SE now sadly many of you guys are going to make excuses for this and pretend it's no big deal well you know Jordan that was an old thing and you you took it out of context you know I love his music he he makes me feel good oh brother guys this is a huge big deal 2 John 1: 9-1 God Comm commands us to have nothing to do with false teachers not to welcome them or greet them literally we are to stay away from them I hope you see that Phil Wickham is disobeying the very God that he claims to love and sing about and he is making false teachers look amazing and allowing his fans to think it's okay to listen to Joel ostein and Joyce Meer and all their nonsense which it is absolutely not but it gets worse when I first start writing a song you know I what I'm looking for and what I think is so helpful um even more than so helpful almost needed uh to really chase after a song because sometimes they come easy um other times they take a lot of work and I would say um 19 times out of 20 I really work on songs I I really I really um think through it and give it a lot of time to process I've actually found I mean I've written some songs in the room from start to finish with some people that have gone on to live outside of that room but more often than not my strength I think is really in kind of marinating in a thought meditating on a thought um really trying to figure out man what's what what is the best way to say what I want to say and and to to kind of chase after that um you need to have a vision of what you want to say first and so I call I call um the thing you start a song with is like an anchor you know the thing that um the thing that you build the whole song around the little idea um that has come to you um that you think man there's something so special there's an angle um there's an angle of a of some aspect about God or some way we could say we love you that I've never really sung about before or some reason it Sparks in my heart and so I'm going to chase that down so you saw Phil Wickham speaking at bethl church in Reading California one of the worst and most dangerous churches in America but this is not a one-time thing as many of you will try to argue oh you know you just found a random video you're just trying to find something to prove your point you took him out of context no that's not it Phil regularly teams up with bethl church and bethl music to write songs and perform with them now just for you who forget what bethl church is about bethl church preaches a false Jesus and false Doctrine like healing is always guaranteed by God no also that Jesus was just a man in right relationship with God nope Jesus was born again definitely not also they do fire tunnels Glory clouds and grave sucking all of that unbiblical do you not see the huge error in all this so Phil continues to show us that his Allegiance is to the world and not to the word of God James 4:4 says that friendship with the world is enmity with God and that word enmity isra in Greek which means hostility or disagreement so when you partner with the world or you go along with it you are being hostile to God and God is in disagreement with you think about that a second is that something you really want I sure hope not 1 John 2: 15-1 17 says that we are not to love the world or the things in the world and if we do the love of the father is not in us see the Bible doesn't care about our feelings it does not care about our happiness or supposed Goosebumps that we get from certain worship songs it cares about our Holiness and about our obedience to the Lord Jesus said in Luke 6:46 why do you call me Lord Lord and not do what I say also in John 14:15 Jesus said if you love me you will obey my Commandments see followers of Jesus don't don't just sing about Jesus they obey Jesus as well and here you're going to see Phil continue to show that he ignores scripture by endorsing The Chosen are you kidding me not to get anything in return I just posted about the chosen on my Instagram and I just said last episode of the first season I'm in tears like this just made me love Jesus more so thankful for the Chosen and then Dallas the creator of the show reached out and said bro um thanks for your post and we're me and my family listen your worship music and love to connect so you just saw how Phil affirms The Chosen which is a show that teaches a false Jesus and teams up and affirms the Mormon faith and again this is not and I repeat not a one-time thing we're at Cinemark Mansfield Dallas Texas it's the debut night so Christmas special chosen invited me to be a part of it mer Christmas [Music] everybody everybody everybody did you like it what about that finale joy of the world how awesome is that Joy to the World the Lord is let us hey guys man needs no can't [Music] wait yeah you're going to have 10 minutes max okay so when I got invited to be a part of it I was I was 100% on board I just man if you want me to hold a light if you want me to hold a script whatever you want me to do I'm there to be a part of it so to be invited in uh to lead these songs of worship to become friends with Dallas and the crew such a huge honor did you catch what he just said friendship with Dallas Jenkins and that he's so honored to be a part of this you guys this is no small deal this goes against the Bible and proves that Phil is only about his career he even shows how much he loves the chosen by being an extra in it if this is not clear proof I don't know what is so if someone is passionate about their music career yet they are going against the god of the Bible what does it have to say about the music and the songs that they write see too many people today base what they believe on their feelings and that needs to stop see feelings can lie to you they can lead you astray and they can land you in a theological ditch see we are to be led by God's word through the direction and power of the Holy Spirit I want to remind you in Matthew 7: 15-20 that we are to examine and test the fruit of people that's the actions and doctrines of other people so here are some pictures of Phil Wickham going on tour and performing with and affirming false teachers like Stephen fdick are you kidding me you guys probably didn't see that one coming did you stepen is one of the worst false teachers alive today and Phil is selling his soul for his career just a lot like Brandon Lake and speaking of Brandon here's Phil with Brandon Lake who is again best friends with Steven fdick and praise is Joyce Meyer and these men do a ton of things together they're on TBN and dayar all the time they go on tour together they celebrate each other they co-write songs together again Ephesians 5:11 we are to never partner with the Deeds of Darkness or how about Greg Lori who Phil Wickham teams up with a lot at tons of events see when we get our eyes off of Jesus and his word and let our feelings lead us around we will think that people like Phil Wickham are amazing because his songs give me goosebumps and they help me feel the Holy Spirit that's a said no verse ever sadly Phil Wickham is drawing people away from God and his word and leading people to wolves and sheep's clothing who want to destroy you 1 Peter 5:8 says that Satan is like a lion roaming around seeking who he can destroy Jesus said in John 10: 10 that Satan only comes to steal kill and destroy and sadly many of you think that Phil and his worship songs are building you up when the truth is they are blinding you you need to hear that today see it's the truth that sets us free not our feelings and remember that when you listen to his songs or you sing them in church you are also financially supporting him through licensing through CLI and that needs to stop today so instead of listening to Phil Wickham and his songs we need to call him to repent and to obey Christ not the culture or his record label or anyone else because he has been doing way more harm than good
