Overview
This guide provides instructions for logging into the myeLearning platform at the University of the West Indies (UWI), both for students and staff.
Access Instructions
Student Login
- Eligibility: Access is available to students who are currently registered and in good financial standing.
- Username: Use your UWI email as your username (e.g., [email protected]).
- Password: Use the same password as for the Student Portal.
- Troubleshooting:
- If you encounter login issues, check MySecureArea for any holds on your account.
- Instructions to View Holds:
- Login to http://my.uwi.edu
- Enter My Secure Area
- Click "Student Services and Financial Aid"
- Click "Student Records"
- Click "View Holds"

Staff/Faculty Login
- Eligibility: Access is for staff members with a current/valid contract.
- Username: Use your Office365 credentials (e.g., [email protected]).
- Support:
- For login support, contact your Faculty LAN administrator or the CITS Servicedesk: [email protected]
- For contract-related queries, contact the Human Resources Division: [email protected]
