do you have a j form AI agent and want to use your own photos as an avatar well let me show you how hey J formers welcome back I'm Kimberly and like I mentioned if you have created your own AI agent and you would prefer to use your company's logo or maybe your face as the actual Avatar you can absolutely edit that to be so and it really is simple so let's go ahead head over I'm in the top left hand corner we're currently in my forms dashboard on the desktop we're going to jump over into my agents and for this example we're going to be editing Julie my customer relations specialist we're going to edit agent and as you can see we are currently in the designer for our Avatar so this is exactly where we want to be to make those changes now if you have the picture that you want to be your avatar you're going to want to jump over into the upload option then of course you're going to upload your avatar I have already uploaded a couple of photos so if I jump over to avatars and into my avatars this is where anything that you upload is going to live so I'm going to jump over into my avatars and one thing I want to draw your attention to is if you have a picture like this that has a background just be aware that the background is going to be there as well it's not going to erase the background for you so if you just want you you'll want to make sure you have some type of a background eraser so that way it just puts you as that Avatar so that is one way that you can utilize pictures of you or your business as your avatar now another thing that you can do is maybe you only have head shot but you still want it to look like you or similar to you you can do that as well so I am going to jump back over out of my gallery we're going to change this back over to Julie and if you want you can find someone who maybe resembles you a little bit better let's go ahead and choose this person and then down here at the bottom we have face swap so I'm going to go ahead and turn this on I'm going to choose a photo and I'm just going to use my general jot form Avatar logo and we can see it's uploading if we watch her face we should see it change to resemble a little closer to me and there we go she looks a lot more similar to me and it really is as simple as that if you have any questions about how to make your AI Avatar be either your photo or looks similar to you let us know Down Below in the comments if you like this video and you got some value hit that like button and don't forget to subscribe so you get a notification every time we put out a new video I'll see you next time [Music]
