Hey folks, welcome back to Team Room. We are going to address some things going around the internet as of late. The new allegations against our former CEO, the founder, Mike Glover, Fieldcraft Survival.
And yes, we have been notified as well. He's been arrested again. And everybody wants answers.
Everyone's commenting, are you going to address the new allegations against Mike? Are you going to talk about this? Are you going to talk about that?
Well, here I am talking about it. And what I'm going to talk about is I don't know. I don't know. I know he was arrested again.
I've been in communication with him. It was something he kind of kept from us out of kind of protection, protecting us. I've spoken to him about it very, very briefly.
And the fact of the matter is I'm not getting involved. That's his personal life. Things have occurred in his life that have led to some of these negative implications and impacts on him.
And it's one, none of my business, but two, I don't know. We don't live together. We're not married.
I don't think that's allowed in Utah anyway. And I don't know. It's his personal life, and I'm not going to dig or pry into his personal life. I was somewhat involved in the first incident, and I know the truth. And whether you guys want to believe what that is or not...
I know what the truth is of the first incident and I know Mike fairly well and I've seen him throughout kind of this without really knowing what happened and I can tell you that what the charges are what the allegations are I I don't personally believe uh seeing him and the way he interacts with his with his children and and knowing his children uh that being said it's not for me to decide it's not for me to judge uh it's not for me to make statements on either So my statement is I'm not making a statement. My statement is it happened. I don't know what happened. It's in the court system, in the criminal justice system now.
And that will make the determination of what they believed happened. And we are moving forward. We are moving forward with Fieldcraft.
There's multiple reasons, that being one of them, that Mike stepped down and nominated me as CEO. So all of you that are commenting. This feels like a hostile takeover and he's taking the company from Mike.
I'm not taking anything from Mike. Mike appointed me as the CEO and voluntarily stepped down. Obviously, he knew about this behind the scenes and was trying to protect us and protect the company.
And then the other side of it is what a lot of you may not know is when I was initially brought out here, I was brought out here to, yes, start up the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. program for Fieldcraft. However, behind the scenes, the plan was always me and Mike working in conjunction for me to come up and basically help run the company side by side with Mike and alleviate some of his workload, some of his travel, et cetera.
He's only one man and he can be in only so many places at one time. And he wanted me to come up to basically be his second in charge, if you will. So.
That happened a little bit more rapidly and now I'm the only guy in charge and I'm running the company now which he appointed and he trusts my judgment. He trusts and saw what I was doing behind the scenes that's not on YouTube or not on Instagram with the business side of Fieldcraft and trusts me implicitly to run the company in a path forward for prosperity and to do right by you guys, our viewers, our clients, our customers, our listeners. So that's where we're going. That's all I'm saying about it. If you have questions about what Mike's doing in his personal life and what's going on with the allegations and the charges, you can message Mike.
You can talk to Mike. You can talk to the police, right? You're not going to get answers from them either, but that's all you're getting from us from Fieldcraft because the fact of the matter is I don't know.
I don't know. Fieldcraft has got amazing people working for it. and we're doing amazing things. I just got back from King of Hammers out in Johnson Valley, California with Mikey Hernandez, our mobility director and chief marketing officer, and we had just a fantastic time.
What a wild event. The place is absolutely crazy. If you're any into off-road at all, I highly recommend you guys going next year to King of Hammers. Just what a wild time. Our media guys, Yoshi and Brandon, were there with us getting awesome footage.
It was just wild. And then from there, I went out and taught a pistol carving course at a private range. That was just amazing, beautiful weather, amazing people.
Got to do a lot, a lot of fun drills, a lot of cool shooting. And again, we're bringing back value to you guys, to the customers. I'm personally revamping Fieldcraft a bit to what I believe is more of a value add for you guys.
I think, again, I've mentioned this in other podcasts that I think Fieldcraft got a little bit too big too quickly. I believe Mike got stretched a little too thin and was being overworked. No fault of his own.
This is just sometimes the way things happen. And the management of Fieldcraft underneath Mike was maybe not doing the best job and we are changing things. We are moving forward with Fieldcraft. We are tweaking curriculum.
We're tweaking courses. We're extending the time and length of the courses during the day to give you guys more value add, more time on the range. We're moving away from just trying to pitch product and sell stuff.
And we are producing videos that are going to bring value. information, education, and entertainment to you guys. And that is my, that's my offer to you guys is we're bringing back Fieldcraft to the best subject matter experts in their arena and giving you guys value. And that is whether it's myself or Mikey Hernandez or Matt Shea and Matt Vandy or Rick Lofton or any of our other cadre, we're bringing back. Gun Fu Fighter, Mason Miner back.
You'll be seeing him. I've got a couple really cool podcast guests coming up. Our podcast is going to get released this Thursday. I'm personally really excited to rewatch it because I never really quite remember what we talk about, but it was super fun with an amazing guest. So that's where we're taking Fieldcraft.
