[Music] [Music] what's up guys welcome back to my channel if new here I'm Daisy and today I wanted to do a little Fitness video for you but before we get started I wanted to show you guys my new resistance bands that I came out with there's literally every single resistance there's extra heavy heavy medium um light and then extra light so any resistance you guys can think of literally and those are for sale on my website ke peach. fit and next week's Fitness video I will be showing you the exact workouts that I like to do with these bands cuz I know some people might need a little bit Direction so I will be providing that the next Fitness video of next week and I apologize for the wind in this video um I like to be outside when I work out because I don't know I just think it's nice to be around fresh air and actually you know living grass it's just like something about it that grinds you so today I'm going to be showing you my favorite ab exercises and the way I do abs is I do one exercise and then the next right after each other and I do each one for a minute so I essentially do 10 exercises for 10 minutes and I don't give myself a break in between any exercise and for me I found like that gives me the most of a burn and it's honestly to each their own um everyone's different for me that's what exercised my abs the best so you guys might be different or you might be the same but this is how I do it all right so I specifically don't don't do any sort of exercises that will work my obliques outwards so I won't do any sort of like side planks or side movements because it will like build this outward and for me I want more of an hourglass shape so every single exercise I do is to kind of cinch my waist rather than to build it out so that's something to keep in mind it's something that I've learned from my body that helps so the first exercise we're going to be doing are just some basic crunches and we're going to do this for a minute [Music] oh [Music] [Music] [Music] and the next one is bicycle kicks [Music] the next exercise is Jack [Music] knives e [Music] [Applause] [Music] so the next one is personally one of my favorites and it's Russian twist and I like this one because I feel like it cinches my waist the most cuz it kind of pulls this muscle and this muscle and like kind of tightens them together and then you know it's kind of creating that tiny [Music] waste e [Music] the next exercise is toe [Music] taps e so this next one I don't think it has a name but I like to call it bicycle crunches and basically what you do is you put your heel on on your opposite knee and then you crunch and touch your elbow to the opposite knee [Music] why you going [Music] all right the next exercise is called scissor kicks [Music] oh [Music] okay so the next exercise is called reverse crunches [Music] so the next exercise is butterfly kicks [Music] oh [Music] [Music] [Music] all right guys that's it for today's video I hope you enjoyed the last one was literally killing me my abs Hur so bad as you guys could kind of tell by the way I was trying to do the exercise um if you guys are interested in my booty bands definitely check them out on ke peach. fit and that will also be linked in the description box below and Next Fitness video of next week cuz I'm going to do one Fitness video and then one regular Vlog um every single week so the next Fitness video I'm going to show you guys how I use these and my favorite exercises for them anyways I hope you guys enjoyed and don't forget to check me out on all my socials and I love you guys so much goodbye [Music]
