we're gonna show you how to fit your collar on your dog so you're GNA take your strap and you want the receiver with the prongs to fit on either side of the neck of the dog not on the trachea so just to demonstrate for you I'm going to move Blossom's head here to the side right here right behind the ear we're on the other side right behind the ear you just put it around the dog's neck through the Buckle and then you fit it fairly tight you want two fingers under the strap just so that it's not going to rotate around the dog's neck if they were to shake and you slip it through the top Buckle pieces you can give it a little slide back and forth to make sure that it's getting past the hair because if the prongs are not touching the skin they're not going to f any stimulus so just to check it you do usually want to have them in a Sit we'll see if Blossom will sit for us Blossom that a girl all right so checking that finger system it does need to be a little tighter so I'm going to unravel it and clip it just one [Music] more fit it back in I can get two fingers underneath but it does feel firm against my fingers which is perfect and that's how you place your collar on your dog
