we've all scrolled through that one influencer's feed and they have a booty so popping that we simply can't look away how many glute bridges how many squats how many proteins do I have to eat to have a booty like that damn Lord I'm no better than a man you guys know exactly what I'm talking about you go over to their bio and they claim that they built that beautiful booty with their own training and workout plan alone this curated plan is so perfect it built the booty of the gods and now I want to buy one $60 $100 I'll pay meanwhile tons of videos are being posted online with the idea that instead of actually building this booty from the ground up they actually took a detour to the surgery table so are we being sold a dream that's actually attainable or are we getting completely scammed now just take a quick look at these two influencers can you tell me which one of them has a fake booty it's actually Sky Sutton there is literally a video pinned to her Tik Tok account where she admits this hey guys I just want to come on here and have a chat with you all during co I made a lot of money very very quickly and decided to make a very impulsive and uneducated decision to get a BBL and then the other influencer yep that's Chloe Tang and there has been years of speculation behind whether or not she got a BBL or even like a hip dip surgery like hip augmentation surgery where they like fill in the fat where your hip dips are and that right there just makes me ask is there any fitness influencer that we can truly trust these days or is everybody secretly running around to get work done while they're trying to sell you some sort of workout plan to tell you that you can get the same body that they have by following their program when in reality they built their body on a surgery table and not really in the gym there's a very fine line with influencers and then it's a totally different story with fitness influencers it almost hits a pain point like I start watching a fitness influencers's content and I want to look like you because I want to live a healthier life i want to look better so I will trust you i'll trust you for your health advice i'll trust you for your fitness advice but it seems like a lot of them are dishonest and they really only want to make money off of us and this isn't all of them but worst of all it's the ones that are trying to sell you some sort of dream that just isn't real and they're using their body parts like their big booties to try to sell you a plan that is just not even like genetically possible to even have a butt like that well in this video I'm hoping to talk about all of these topics and answer all of these questions that we are having cuz I'm I I'm wondering what's going on here i want to finally get to the bottom of who's messing with their bottoms no pun intended if you guys are ready to hop into this topic and get really really real about these influencers and their crazy fake booties then everybody buckle up because this is about to be a wild ride first of all a quick refresher what in the world is a BBL if you guys have never heard of a BBL honestly you guys can go ahead and watch my deep dive BBL video i get into absolutely everything the nitty-gritty and then come on back here but in short a BBL or a Brazilian buttlft is essentially where they take fat from the more unsavory parts of your body such as your arms your back your inner thighs your stomach and they inject it into your butt in order to give you a more hourglass silhouette or like a more Jessica Rabbit like completely unnatural silhouette from what I've seen and if you guys are thinking Kardashian then you are absolutely correct now although it's quite popular it is also known as one of the most risky plastic surgery procedures out there like almost ever there was at one point where one in 6,000 would actually die from this procedure so if some fitness influencer just skips that whole part when they're talking about their massive giant peach that they built simply off of protein shakes and donkey kicks that's kind of messed up have you by the way researched BBLs since you've had this procedure and noticed how dangerous they are i have have you heard of the other really bad complication you can get from BBLs no death death it's the most fatal operation in all of plastic surgery wow yeah a Brazilian buttlft or a BBL is where you take fat from one part of the body harvested through liposuction and injected into the buttock area the problem is the chances that that fat will get into one sense for that stuff i read some of his comments and some girls really don't like the fact that there's a man talking about butts but equally I think it's very important that we educate ourselves because I think a lot of us can sometimes fall into a trap where we see somebody that looks amazing and think because they sell us a program we're going to look amazing too when it's unnatural he's always dropping the bomb on who might be natty and who might be like nipped and tucked you know he also kind of helps you figure out how you can spot the differences between like a natural butt and a BBL butt with also always adding in some really good advice of his own like workout you you get it i I clearly like his content here is what he had to say about Sky Sutton my neck is filled with the water hey great workout looks like she's getting quite strong as well which is really good one thing I will say is I've done a video on this girl before Sky Sutton and in that video she has a clip from her old YouTube channel which has been deleted her video has been deleted now where she confesses that she had a BBL done and then she explains that she's building muscle over that BBL so she can I don't know do it naturally or whatnot which is fine but the problem is she's now like she's not telling people now she's posting all these videos and saying that her glutes are all from the workout now I believe I don't know what you think but I believe if anyone ever gets any worked under their glute or any part of their body and then tries to sell a program which Sky Sutton sells a glute workout you should have a disclaimer on your website on your post saying "Hey just letting you guys know in all honesty I had a BBL done but I've built muscle through the BBL." You're better off just being honest and people keep asking me over and over again does this girl have a BBL well I had a video on it check it on my reels it's from ages ago but she had a BBL done and now she's growing muscle through the BBL as you can see she's very strong not taking anything away from her workout she's training good effective workouts but yeah she's had a BBL done and now she's building muscle through the BBL obviously it's a lot of effort to say when you're trying to sell like a health and wellness program hey guys just letting you guys know I got a surgery that was one of the most dangerous surgeries and um my butt's not completely real but like you should probably just know that before I sell you a program it would probably deter a fair amount of people and even though it's transparent and we love a transparent queen I think it would unfortunately deter a lot of customers but at least you're being honest now the comments a BBL at 22 is insane yeah it is because you're literally risking your life and and you're only 22 as someone that's had a BBL but is a complete gym rat i a thousand% agree with everything that you said i didn't think it was a BBL see how would you know it's not like completely unnatural and to what degree is this BBL right now sky was already in some pretty hot water because her fans were already beginning to think that she got some sort of BBL done and she ended up posting a whole response video on YouTube i got a small amount of fat taken out of my torso and arms and placed into my hip dips to try and give me the illusion of a smaller waist and larger hips and my incision marks show this as you can see two incision marks right on my hips no fat was put in my glutes and I find it really interesting that she doesn't have any comments on and she didn't have any comments on on that original Tik Tok either and I'm like just you're going to own up to it own up to the comments dude own up to what the people really have to say i think that's so weird okay so what we know from all that is she doesn't have a BBL but she's had some other smaller cosmetic procedures like lipo section which by the way she just didn't want to call it by its name she didn't want to say what it really was which let's just not forget that liposuction is not small throughout her entire video she manages to constantly refuse to say the word liposuction probably for the fact that it sounds pretty bad especially coming from a fitness influencer then there was a whole debacle where Sky and Booty by Jacks were going back and forth because she posted some sort of response video and she was kind of calling him out and everything was going down in the comments sky Sutton replied "Yeah she's trying to twist things but she had a BBL done i have photos from her surgeon she had no butt before the surgery i'll do a video soon showing surgery photos this guy has dirt like he has full-blown dirt on this girl that's right booty by Jacks has the receipts they were posted on Instagram and she was tagged she got a discount to let him post them heaps of people have sent me the screenshots this is crazy the internet footprint is large now I did some digging on my own and I definitely wasn't able to find these said screenshots though I wish I had because now I am kneede in the tea but I did manage to find the name of Resurgent on a real note though do we know who the surgeon was you mean Mitchell Kim in the Gold Coast honestly give it up to Reddit to always have those nittygritty details that I need you guys know I like a mess so yeah this guy's whole website states that he's located in the Gold Coast and obviously Sky Sutton's from Australia so it's not a huge stretch but this guy's digital footprint is absolutely insanity apparently he's been accused of leaving fake reviews about another surgeon and now he has to pay $450,000 this all sounds sus the court also made an order permanently restraining the Kim from publishing their false review or any matter to the same effect what a shady dude but I digress this is about booties not about the surgeon at hand but let's go back to Sky because the reality is when this news started to come out her fans were pissed thousands of videos flooded Tik Tok because people honestly felt rightfully cheated imagine having to show your face on the internet as a gym influencer after admitting that you had a BBL i thought we all knew Sky Sutton had a BBL someone said it was Chloe Tang we'll get to that how come people are only just finding out that Sky Sutton got a BBL this was public info at least a year ago i swear it's very upsetting because we look at these influencers these gym influencers as if they are like really put on a pedestal because of what they have achieved when you have achieved a certain type of physique that somebody else finds beautiful or attractive or inspiring it inspires us to get up and go to the gym some people don't like all of those like body type explore page things where there's girls in their bikinis on a beach for me it inspires me seeing different types of influencers like conquer the world and change their body so drastically makes me want to go to the gym so much more because I believed that they achieved their results in the gym which you'd hope they would have if their gym influencer i I can't believe the deception dr miami when the influencer I did a BBL on poster updated workout routine be a messy for me the surgeons know the damn truth like they do know the damn truth what's worse is once people start to find out that they can't actually achieve those same results naturally they will very quickly make an appointment with the surgeon's office just to talk about the ins and out of getting a BBL and looking towards getting a procedure like that so that they can have the same look because it was never natural to begin with a lot of times as well when you find out that your favorite influencer had a BBL they also don't really understand how horrific and risky these procedures are and you can probably say "Oh Leo it's really not that bad." Like all of these influencers like their weight loss tips are really really great but I don't think people really understand what's so messed up about this this influencer clearly lied to you scammed you out of money lying about their actual procedures and you still run after to go and defend them why not just unfollow them and find an influencer which there are many that don't lie to their audiences who actually care about their progress or especially has real attainable results because that's the root of the real issue here it is honesty why didn't Sky Sutton from the get-go at the very beginning just full disclosure I had plastic surgery on my booty and that's how it looks that way i'll tell you why because it absolutely changes the amount of views and the amount of sales that she would get she probably loved being this anomaly with a very tiny waist and a very large booty with absolutely zero hip dips being like "I was born this way naturally." When she absolutely wasn't not to mention without any hip dips you guys know this is a hip dip safe space twerk around your hip dips here all you want girls a large reason as to why a lot of these gym influencers gain traction and become popular is because they have a physique that is like so otherworldly maybe it's a girl who has amazing delts or amazing glutes or the most insane quads and that is what allows them to stick out and share that program oh this is how I got my delt so big cuz people want to know so like honestly what can we do about this at this point well we got to deal with it the way that we would deal with any scammer on the internet and that's learn how to detect the BBLs sorry quick costume change i got a little too sweaty and Evil Dead shout out if you know you know all right classes in session how to detect a BBL 101 ladies let's go if y'all want to see what the most obvious BBL in the world looks like let's take a look at Kim Kardashian's most recent post you can see her ass is absolutely massive and the legs pretty much non-existent here's another angle of it you can see she's got that absolute wagon legit has to be tough to sit down so the reason you can tell this is fake is because if you have a giant ass you most likely have good quad hamstring development as well even the most targeted glute exercises use some secondary muscles in the leg there's literally just no way you could avoid quad growth while growing an ass that big if it was natural and the funniest thing of all Kim Kardashian claims she's never had surgery only a little bit of Botox just remember every single influencer is lying to you and BBLs are a lot more common popular than you think it's actually insane that is like to say that she's never had anything but Botox is diabolical if it looks like a diaper it's a BBL not all the time but there are a couple girlies at my gym that it's giving diaper in your pants it's obvious how Kim is going around it cuz she says no plastic surgery bbl isn't considered plastic surgery it's always word play with them girl it absolutely is plastic surgery are you nuts so that's right it really only comes down to three main things that you got to keep an eye out for for that BBL in the corner you know what I mean what are we really looking for so the extreme hip to waist ratio that is almost cartoonish almost giving misses incredible almost giving from a Bug's Life booty butt BBL also a rapid transformation so something in under 3 months you just know mass like that is absolutely impossible to build in such a short span i would honestly say it would probably take well over a year almost two of like dedicated effort and bulking and eating and training to build a bit of a dump truck and I'm not even saying to that degree and third the lack of visible muscle so like if the legs themselves look a little bit underdeveloped but like the booty is huge that's a dead giveaway and honestly let's be for real that cannot be good for your back and your knees all that booty and as if a BBL wasn't enough a lot of influencers also like to photoshop their waist and their hips and their thighs in order to create an even more exaggerated look so yeah some images can be triple illusions real muscle BBL Facetune it's all layered and I mean Tik Tok and Reddit can be really savage people will watch a video dozens of times slow it down and point out all of the little lumps and bumps that are on somebody's body if you look sus to them everybody's a detective and you will be found out the information is going to be everywhere you cannot hide for long Kim we know you got plastic surgery like do you guys remember how I mentioned Khloe Tang earlier she is a YouTuber as well as gym influencer who posts a lot of workout videos she's sold so many different workout plans eating plans diet plans but there are people that are breaking her videos down moment by moment to try to spot if she's gotten any sort of surgery done from the Reddit I cannot believe this like if a random girl or Only Fans girl gets this done all right you do you but when you're literally a fitness influencer and not disclosing that to gullible people following you for fitness help that's insane especially a fitness influencer who was already extremely successful and respected for her physique it screams deepseated insecurity/ frustration with genetics and the urge to keep up with the Joneses of Instagram which is silly because at this point she's an OG fitness influencer since I'd say the hype around that sphere started during co a little stream on Twitch tonight so this was also in the Reddit best picture of her i mean very obvious booty pick if I took that booty pick I don't know what you guys would find and I I don't know what it would look like and that's why I don't take pictures like that when you find out Chloe Dean got a BBL i don't even think you really know what a bad day is no now I'm sorry i'm not trying to look at your butt all the time i'm just trying to understand if it's a BBL or not when I see a BBL my left eye waters so that's how I know so I actually took a look at this one bodybuilder's entire video where she is trying to dissect whether or not Khloe Ting has gotten work done and this is what she had to say this means that you have to live heavier than what you have been doing because if there's no muscle stimulation you're not going to grow so let's look at the ones here first of all now for me a giveaway straight away here her legs are skinny uh she and she you can see now partially it's posing too so what she's doing so what she's doing is she's standing like this she's putting all her weight in here actually twisting this hip forward slightly and then twisting this now this automatically makes the glute come out so she's popping the hip in order to show it but the thing is as well is that she really does not have definition in the legs and I'm not saying that's a good or a bad thing like whatever look look however you want to look and again I should preface this like have a BBL if you want however if you're selling programs saying like "Oh get my ass but you have BBLs." Nobody's going to get your ass unless they pay for it so that's an issue i love that i love her that was a good explanation i like She can use stone better than I am i I love that reality i love that truth and that honesty and honestly from a bodybuilder she's not knocking her at all she's just saying from her own information and her own knowledge like this is what I think is going on here now let's be really clear we're not here to shame BBLs or shame the people that have them it's really just about lying for profit saying that you're natural and that you've never had anything done or never disclosing something as serious as getting a BBL when you're trying to sell fitness programs it's very dishonest at the end of the day like what somebody chooses to do with their own body in private especially those areas is their own choice completely but for a lot of these influencers it benefits their bank account to not be honest and to not share and disclose exactly what they've had done because they need to look the absolute best to sell said programs that's the line between personal choice and completely misleading your audience and when it comes to your audience these are people that believe in you they care for you they almost follow you along this long journey and they're grateful for the content so then to completely scam them is diabolical and people definitely started to catch on about this with Khloe Tang just look at the number of Tik Toks of people literally saying they got zero results from doing her program as a victim of the Khloe Ting summer shred workouts I'm here to tell you everything that's wrong with Chloe Tang and why it doesn't actually work my biggest problem with her is that she has zero understanding of sports science technically she never blatantly claims to but in her videos it's implied and if you watch her videos and have like any knowledge about like muscle building you just like it's [ __ ] not only are her workouts [ __ ] which I will get more into in a minute her nutritional advice has been proven by experts not me experts over and over and over again to also be [ __ ] chloe Ting makes people believe that spot fat reduction is possible for those of you who don't know you cannot spot reduce fat you cannot if I work out just my arms and I'm toning I'm doing lightweight high reps that's not going to lose fat in my arms in multiple of her videos she claims that you can spot reduce belly fat and get yourself a smaller waist she also claims that ab workouts will give you a smaller waist no they will not if anything they will give you a bigger waist the only way for you to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume in a day is her dishonesty and lack of knowledge not like a little bit damaging like this girl is very young killjoy or Carly she's a massive influencer now and a YouTuber but this video itself came out years ago and she was much younger i think she is really young today too and it's deceptive because at the end of the day us young girls when I was like 17 oh my gosh the things I did when I thought that I could just lose belly fat from a walk me at the ripe age of 17 learning Khloe Ting's two week ab and booty workouts don't work no okay so let's just say that this is a blip in the universe and the reality is her workouts do actually work and they do help people well honestly going through Tik Tok and looking at different comment sections there are lots of people on Tik Tok all over these comment sections that say that her programs actually did help them build muscle or lose weight and it's been amazing for them look at this wonderful comment khloe Ting is literally the reason I have my dream body and lead a healthy lifestyle like at some point you guys are going to have to stop blaming her don't blame Chloe Ting for your problems khloe Ting pandemic era were the best workouts that I've ever tried or what about this one results from the Khloe Ting challenge actually looks great now most of all I wanted to get to the bottom of this and I really wanted to find out if these Chloe Tang workouts actually work they're very different than the workouts that I do but I needed to know from people who are doing them consistently trying Khloe Tang's toned arm workout for a week we're settling this once and for all because I'm sick of hearing all the disinformation that's circulating all over the internet as if it's the 2000s again every single day there are so many women whose audiences are also primarily women talking about how you need to switch to doing Pilates and low impact workouts because that's better for you you look more lean it's better for the feminine physique i don't know as compared to strength training which is too high impact and increases your cortisol levels and you'll get too bulky you don't want that there are reasons as to why people who switch from strength training to just doing Pilates might become leaner and it's because they're eating less and their muscles have atrophy so when you strength train multiple times a week you're putting on that muscle mass and putting on muscle mass increases your basil metabolic rate which means your body literally needs more fuel as energy to just keep going to support all the muscle mass and also your uh caloric expenditure is pretty big so you're probably feeling really hungry like all the time your appetite increases when you strength train so you're probably eating more when you switch over to low impact workouts you are no longer building all that muscle mass in fact your muscles are atrified so they're atrifying so your basil metabolic rate decreases so you don't feel as hungry anymore so you eat less that's literally the only reason why people become leaner wait so I can't get a flat stomach from Pilates literally everything is dependent on diet and protein intake i feel that the fitness and health world often tries to sell a one solution answer and often spreads misinformation and makes unrealistic claims so the truth is that fitness workouts and different types of exercise and what you do in the gym or not in the gym totally depends on you as a person so of course you can see results from Khloe Ting's workouts even if they aren't the most scientifically accurate the most important part of anything is that you actually move and you do the workout i've heard a lot of people say that the best routine is the one that you'll actually do and it doesn't really matter if you really like doing Khloe Ting's workouts or at home workouts then that's amazing but I don't think you should just casually expect a six-pack anytime soon and that's where we go back to the problem khloe Ting and Sky Sutton they never address or talk about really any of this instead of taking the time to actually properly disclose what their followers can actually expect from doing their twoe workout program or their six week workout program they don't say anything at all most recently when I went to Sky Sutton's Tik Tok page I ended up realizing that she actually provides a workout routine for free like you don't have to pay for anything you She's not trying to sell you some weird glute workout she's literally giving you a free routine and it's like a 12-week program or something and doesn't say anything about it this is definitely a step in the right direction not trying to make money off of the way that you look and trying to promise everybody that they're going to get the same results if they pay you $70 and again this is not just two people there are so many influencers that Booty by Jack specifically talks about where they have the most incredible body I've ever seen and it's not real at all some people are even out here carving out their abs like they're getting surgery to have fake abs yes it is it's called abdominal etching a surgeon lipo suctions the fat to make it look like a six-pack if done properly results can look like this but if you do it on somebody with a pot belly like me it can make their abdomen look like the shell of a turtle millions of teenage girls who are developing mentally and physically are all over Tik Tok right now heck I remember being in high school all over Instagram skinny TE's were the rage skinny TE's and bikini shred workouts they were everywhere and they were the most disgusting tees I've ever had they gave me like indigestion that's probably the point so these girls go on social media they see these insane unnaturally attainable proportions and they go "How in the world am I supposed to live up to this beauty standard?" Then they blame themselves and then they scramble for shortcuts like going and getting this surgery this can absolutely fuel body dysmorphia as well as ED when you're constantly told that "Oh if you try hard enough and you eat a diet like me and you work out like me you can achieve the same body that I have." This can all lead to very dangerous behaviors excessive exercise crash diets or way worse and for those with the means or just out of sheer desperation that's where people start to seek out BBL consultations without fully realizing the risk just chasing that influencer's body we're talking thousands of dollars in potential life-threatening complications all for some social media aesthetic if you want real fitness advice do a little bit of digging go ahead and find out if this influencer that you're following is actually certified or if they have any real client transformation a big following doesn't always mean knowledge or integrity people might just be following them for the look but what do they know really about exercise as consumers we're allowed to push back you can go to somebody's page and say "Did you have a BBL before I give you a bunch of money to see if I can build the same booty that you have?"
