Eternal Sugar Cookie Game Strategy Overview

All right, here we go. Eternal Sugar Cookie. All right, our latest beast cookie. Bomber in the middle. And this time around it's going to be a poison type. All right, so right now it's covered by the chat, but a poison element for eternal sugar cookie. All right, let's go over the skill because I literally went to the story without reading the skill or any of the stuff. And before we get back into the video, I do want to thank the sponsor of today's video and that's going to be LD Player. And just like always, you guys already know that LD Player has been the emulator of choice for me for the last four years of starting this YouTube channel. And actually with the new update, they did roll through for Cookie Run Kingdom inside of LD store. If you guys do update the game through the LD store, this allows your Cookie Run Kingdom to actually run super super smooth, which you're going to be able to see through the game plays right now. With the setting inside of LD player, you're also able to increase the overall frame rate to all the way up to 120 FPS, which actually makes the game a lot smoother as well. Additional to that, you have ton of different Android games that you able to download from the Google Play Store. So, of course, it does not limit you to Cookie Rank Kingdom alone, but definitely going to be the emulator of choice for me and something that I do recommend if you guys would like to play Cookie Rank Kingdom on your Windows computer as well. But once again, thank you LD Player for sponsoring. And let's get back into the video. It is actually not as long as I actually thought it would be. All right, so Eternal Enchantment at level 90 and a 12 second cool down. That's actually really really fast. Okay, although shadow milk is 11 seconds, mystic flower is 15 seconds. So, still considerably faster than most of the cookies. All right, so 12 second cool down. But anyways, let's get into it. 12 second cool down. Uh, we have basically read all of this through the patch notes, so I'm not going to read all this, but we have new debuffs. All right. So, we have the delightful temptation as well as the enchanted state as well as the lackness. All right. Laxness. Um, and then we also do have the guilt debuff which is going to make them take damage which is actually really really crazy. All right. So, let's look at the actual numbers of things. All right. Actual number of things. So, Saccharine Breeze healing is going to be 6% every 1 second for 7 seconds. HP shield is 85% of max HP for 10 seconds. Damage up to 14 hits over 3.5 seconds. 62.8% damage per hit and ignores 40% of targets damage resist. Charm is going to be for 3 seconds and delightful temptation amplify debuff plus 10% shield minus 15% for 15 seconds. Stacks up to three times. And if target is immune, deal damage equal to 400. and 75.6% of their attack. Again, a counter to cookies like Finier as well as burn cheese and things like that. All right. And then Eternal Enchantment, Dazzling Light damage to Cookie is going to be 108.4% of max HP plus 1,317.8% of attack, ignoring 40% of damage resist. To others, it's going to be 248.8% 8% of attack with 1,317.8% of attack ignoring 40% of targets damage resist. Actually going to do more damage to noncookie targets. All right. Enchanted 3 seconds plus 0.5 seconds increase per stack of delightful temptation. And if the target is immune, deal damage equal to 475.6% of their attack. Lexness to cookie cool down slow by 25%. Attack speed minus 35%. Healing decreased by 10% for 18 seconds. To non-cookie targets, attack speed reduced by 20%, cooldown slow by 50% for 18 seconds. All right. Very, very interesting. All right. Mythic beauty guilt. All right. Guilt damage minus 10% for 15 seconds. Stacks up to three times. Maximum is going to be 30%. Then damage at max guilt stack. All right, it's going to be to cookies, 696.2% of attacker's attack. To other non-cookies, 414.8% of Eternal Sugar's attack. Damage plus 45% for 15 seconds. And healing reduced by 30% for 15 seconds. All right, beast passive. Cotton candy angel. All right, passive max HP plus 35% damage resist plus 40% debuff resist plus 30%. Starts with HP shield equal to 150% of max HP for 10 seconds. All allies is going to receive damage plus 25%. Three allies left. Okay, if there's three allies left in the team, damage is going to increase by seven additional percentage. When there's two allies left, cooldown is going to be faster by 5%. Cotton candy angel damage up to eight hits over 4 seconds every 20 seconds to enemies in the area. Damage per hit, 5% of attack. Three allies left activated every 15 seconds instead of the 20 attack minus 12.5% for 15 seconds. And then two allies left activated every 10 seconds. All elemental damage plus 35% for 15 seconds. Very interesting. Anyways, let's go and test her out. As of right now, from what I can see, we do have extra just damage on Eternal Sugar, but at the same time, there might be a chance of just using full sword chocolate as well. So, let's just test it out and see. In my personal opinion, damage wise, like pure damage wise, I think Shadow Milk is still better. But when it comes to other things like buffs and things like that, I think Eternal Sugar is a little bit slightly better because of all of the other extra stuff that she has because she has healing and HP shield. I need to see if we can beat this. We shall see. So, we have the uh the cloud, right? The cloud is going to be the one that's going to heal as well as do damage and all that stuff. Okay, so damage dealt up. Healing. It's healing every couple seconds, right? Oh, we actually might be able to beat this, bro. She's unargetable, too, while she's using her skill. The healing is coming out. Oh my gosh, she actually might do it. Oh no. Oh, she was so close, man. She was literally so close of actually making it happen. Try cool down. Okay. All [Music] right, let's see how this one pans out because now we have extra cool down. That means we're going to be able to uh freeze the enemies a lot more faster, right? A lot more often. But we do Oh, but yeah, see we lack damage, a lot of damage when we're just using cool down. So, in my opinion, I think Raspberry is going to be the way with some extra cool down if not damage as a spy pass. But you saw how much damage she does and you saw how like how much buff she is able to have as well. Like I I think simply if you put one more cookie in there, easy victory. No tank build. Why am I not surprised? A few minutes later. All right. So, right now we have this comp, which is technically what people are using inside of the top arena, the snap dragon with the no tank. So, burning spice is gone. But that doesn't mean burning spice is out of the meta because I am sometimes losing to burning spices as well. It I think it really just depends on the toppings uh and such. So against something like this, is this going to be Burning Spice or is it going to be Eternal Sugar? Like we see Rockstar comps as well. This one we win. So I think this one is Eternal Sugar. So against Eternal Sugar, going with the Swift Chocolate and then going with a raspberry does seem to have a little bit of a better outcome. But against a Burning Spice on the other hand, I feel like it's better to go with the opposite. So, let's just try that again. So, it would be a it would be a full raspberry, right? So, full raspberry and then full swift [Music] chocolate. So, against this team, maybe this is a better build. So, we go with the faster cool down on our shadow milk. So, we target the pure vanilla. So, I think you're going to have a hard time if you're trying to just stick with one build. So, that shadow milk targets the um the pure vanilla right away. And then we just get rid of everybody else because our fire spirit is being targeted by the enemy shadow build. And that means that the pure vanilla is going to come back as well to heal a little bit more. [Music] So I mean there is no answer right now, right? Because it's literally been 3 hours or so since the update has been live. But as of right now, there are certain builds that will work. Some certain builds that will not work like this. You see a Rockstar build and against a Rockstar build. Do we just go back to the Finn and Seir build against Rockstar? Like would would this still work? And it looks like it works. go. Very, very interesting comps. But I mean, it's looking like Eternal Sugar is going to be a very, very, very powerful damage dealer, too. Like the like the crazy thing is, right, the crazy thing is is that you have two cookies that are going to basically prevent the enemy team from doing stuff. But for the people who are like asking, can you use burning spice instead of shadow milk? That I do not recommend. The reason why I do not recommend you to use burning spice instead of shadow milk if you have shadow milk is because of the fact that shadow milk basically gets rid of one enemy in the enemy team. If you're playing without a shadow milk, then basically you're having handicap to yourself. But so far, I think we have basically found kind of a build to deal with the two comps. So, there really is no answer to the build of eternal sugar except for the fact that both raspberry and swift chocolate works, right? as well as a mixture build most likely works, but I have a feeling that biscuit is going to be damage resist. And then you're going to have to do it interchangeably with shadow milk cookie right now. It's just a charm and then the freeze and all of those things just make eternal sugar such a such a powerful cookie. Not only is she able to do damage, but she's also able to debuff the enemy's charm for three seconds. She's able to decrease shield, amplify debuffs. You're taking more damage. You deal damage if they hit you. Like you they receive less healing. You have passives. Now the next thing is what happens if Hallebury comes out, right? What happens if Holberry awaken gets released? But for at least a month, it's looking like we might see some no tank builds, but at the end of the day, right, Eternal Sugar is meta for the arena. And what I'm hearing is that Living Abyss is going to use Eternal Sugar as well. So, people are saying if you want to use Eternal Sugar for living abyss, then do not promote your Eternal Sugar. I don't know what the what the minimum is or like the maximum is that you can promote, but as of right now, people are finding different builds. So, we'll have to see how it goes. But I can tell you for sure, Eternal Sugar is going to be used for the arena. But anyways, you know, the build you're most likely going to see is going to be a Swift Chocolate, Raspberry, or a mix. As of right now, there is no set in stone. still the first day, so you're going to have to still test it. Um, as well as for the biscuit, I have damages bypass for the arena, full-on damages bypass, but for other things like PvE cooldown or just poison damage will do fine. All right. So, I am interested to see exactly what kind of builds we are going to see down the line with this particular cookie because I mean she does so many things. The only thing she does not do is revive. That's the only thing she does not do. Revive is the only thing she's lacking compared to others. So, we'll see how this one goes. But as of right now, yeah, that is pretty much the first initial review for Eternal Sugar Cookie. Go and pull her. She's pretty much free.
