Accessing Blackboard

• Users with UTRGV account:
  • Use "SSO Login" with UTRGV credentials.
• Users with temporary or local accounts:
  • Log in with system administrator provided username and password.
• Forgot Password? for password assistance.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• Step 1: Download and install an authenticator app (e.g., Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Authy).
• Step 2: Scan the provided image or copy the key using the authenticator app.
• Step 3: Enter the code from the authenticator app to associate it with your account.
• MFA will require a login code for unrecognized devices.
