High levels of hCG can be associated with other conditions such as certain medications or hydatidiform mole (molar pregnancy). Bluish color of the vulva, vagina, or cervix (Chadwick's sign) Lower uterine segment soft (Hegar's sign) Enlarged uterus Why is quickening not a positive sign?
