All right. So, if I had to start a Fortnite channel in 2025 from complete zero, this is exactly what I do to blow up as fast as possible. Like literally my first video. Okay, so starting off, we are going to figure out what our niche is going to be. So, if you don't know what your niche is, it's pretty much like the style of content you upload. I can go to my channel quick and show you guys. I've uploaded a ton of different like types, genres of content. That's what you can call it. But for me, you can see that ranked speedruns always do the best. Like they're literally most of my top viewed videos. And then I also have tournament videos and then a couple of progression videos. I think I made a progression video twice. Yeah. Right here. So I have tournament videos, progression videos, and ranked videos. Now to blow up as fast as possible. There isn't like one niche that dominates all others. Some have pros and cons, but we want to pick one. Okay, pretty much what we do. We just want to pick one niche and stick to that. Okay, so we're going to go here and we are just going to search up Fortnite. Okay, so this is how we're going to find our niche. I might use strategy deep if I can't find my own. But we're going to go through Fortnite. And the best way to find your niche in my opinion is literally just who do you watch? What content do you watch? That's probably best. So off rip, what is this? 748x outlier. Oh my. If you guys don't know what I'm using, by the way, to see these outlier scores, you can go to Vid IQ. I'm going to have a extension for this or a link to this extension in the description. So go and get Vid IQ. That's really going to help. So you can see like the outlayer score and stuff. So let's see this guy real quick. Okay, what is his niche? OG Fortnite. Okay, so he just blew up. Okay, OG Fortnite. OG Fortnite. OG Fortnite. OG Fortnite. Okay, but so we have our first niche. So Fortnite OG challenges is pretty much what this guy does. Okay, so we can see we could see if that's like actually a niche. Resell would be like Fortnite tips and tricks. Uh Fortnite competitive. Uh we're going to do Fortnite tournaments. Oh, we'll say news. We'll say news. Fortnite news. We got Fortnite um XP glitches. I know those blow up. We got Fortnite. Um, Reload. Like this guy, if you guys know who this is, he blew up out of nowhere. And does he still get good views? Yeah. So, this guy, he blew up out of nowhere and he's been, you probably already watch his videos, but Ro3, he gets so many views. It's actually insane. So, here's what we have so far. We have Fortnite OG. We have Fortnite tips and tricks. We have Fortnite news. We have Fortnite XP glitches. We have Fortnite reload. Um, we have Fortnite tournaments, which is probably what you guys do. We have Fortnite rank speeds. Okay. So, these are the um different niches we're going to we're going to pick from. Okay. So, what I'm going to do is I'm literally just going to go to chatbt. These are the niches I'm considering um for my Fortnite YouTube channel. Which one do you think is the best? Now, you might not want to make ranked speedruns. That's okay. You can make other content, but we're just going to see. Okay. Bet. So, it's usually a criteria. Okay, we have Fortnite XP glitches. Fastest growth if you're starting from zero. So, let's go check that out. Fortnite XP glitches. Do these get good views? Um, this is way too saturated. If you guys don't know what saturated is, it's pretty much just like a ton of people doing it. Yeah, this is this is way too saturated, bro. There's too many people doing this. Yeah. Yeah, we're not doing that. Okay, so probably not that. Fortnite tips and tricks. Okay, low key, Fortnite tips and tricks might work. Like I remember seeing this guy in a while back and you're pretty much going to find like the top three channels to see if this is really something you want to do. So we have resub 2. He gets good views. This guy gets good views and this would be easy to recreate. Um does he have most popular 300K 5 or 600K? Okay, so we're trying to blow up as fast as possible. We would just literally just recreate these couple videos right here. I'm not going to lie. Okay, so I think that is the easiest to recreate for that niche. We could do rank speedrun and then I know this he has a million subscribers. 40k. All right, now let's just see. One year ago, one year ago, I want something recent. World record. Oh my god. What? 300K views. Holy. Yo. Okay, look. 300K views, bro. I don't I'm not trying to waste y'all's time, but like a,000. And then his RPM was probably like six 2K off one video. It's pretty darn good. Okay, so we have two choices right here. Okay, we have speedruns. We have a different niche, which is tips and tricks, which we probably could recreate these guys' videos. And honestly, litz lits is probably the biggest. So, you're going to go find the now you can go way more in depth with this. Like, you can go get the top three creators in Fortnite tournaments, top three creators in ranked speedruns, top three creators in um tips and tricks. Pretty much just see what views are they pulling. So, if you're trying to blow up as fast as possible and make the most money, you could go through and see which one's going to do that. Now, I'm not going to go through that right now. I do have a whole like hour-long six lesson course in my community if you guys do want to join that. You don't have to, but I'm just saying I do have that in there if you want like exact strategies to grow and everything. But yeah, now that we have our niches or at least big YouTubers in different niches. So, most people get stuck trying to make the perfect video. They spend so long in like little finite like little like, oh, let me perfect the little editing on this little segment or um for the thumbnail, let me make this look good. Honestly, that really does not matter. What matters is getting people to click, getting them to stay, and then getting them to watch to the end. So getting them to click, getting them to watch the first 30 seconds, hooking them there, and then just your retention. So the editing, if you make the editing like really good, retention edits, then they're definitely going to stay to the end of the video. So there's three things that make up a viral video, or at least if let's say we want to blow up tomorrow, there's three things that we have to do. We have to master these three. Okay? So you have your packaging, your title, and thumbnail. So it gives the viewer a reason to click on your video. You want to master that. And then we have your first 10 seconds. People say 30 second retention. No, focus on your first 10. You need to deliver in the first 10. You need to go over what's going to happen. You need a hook. Okay? You need to make sure your first 10 seconds are grabbing their attention and making them want to watch to the end. And then the third thing, a lot of people don't talk about this, is actually having a good video, making them end the video and be like, "Wow, this was a great video. Let me subscribe. Let me watch more of his content." If you can make people like, "Oh my god, does he have more videos?" If you can do that, you're chilling. Because what happens is this. You keep uploading. Here, I'll give an example of this. So, remember RO3 from earlier? The reason he blew up so much and got hundreds of thousands of views, millions of views, even though he started like that's seven months ago, but he really started uploading daily like four months ago is because let's say all these videos are getting no views. All these videos are getting no views and then one blows up, right? One does really well. All the people that watch that are like, "What? I want to see more of this guy's content." And they go back and watch this one and this one and this one. It pretty much drips down all the way. So having bingeable content, having good content, you need that. Okay? Your video should be entertaining. It should it should like keep their attention different emotions. So what you're going to do is these three things you're going to go study them. So we're going to come here. Why would this make me click out of this video? Like this video got 37K. This video got 600K. Right? Why would I want to click this? Well, how to win every ranked game. Okay. How to win every ranked game. So when I'm scrolling on YouTube, how how to win every rank game. That's solving a problem. Okay. That's a problem that I have is not winning rank games. I want to solve that. And then it shows Unreal Gold and he's like boxing somebody up. He's pointing at it to Unreal and how to win. So, the thumbnail isn't the best, but it still worked. Obviously, I would have moved the how to win like higher up and maybe move this guy on the other side so they could actually see it, but it doesn't really matter. Now, let's say I get convinced I want to click. Okay, I'm clicking on the video. If you have trouble winning rank games in Fortnite, then this video is off rip. He literally just restated the title. How to win every rank game. First 5 seconds, 2 seconds. He said if you have uh if you struggle with running winning rank games. So, automatically he like addressed the situation. I'm going to be going over my gameplay and how I win so many rank games without breaking a sweat. Okay. How I win so many rank games without breaking a sweat. Okay. And I'm also So, there is a reward at the end of this video. Now, if I watch this, I'm going to learn how to win every single rank game. Bet. Going to be showing the enemy's POV to show you exactly what not to do. So, first I'm going to talk about offspawn fights. And for offspawn fights, you got Okay. And then he just goes into the video. So, this is actually really good. You only want your intro to be about 15 seconds. Now, let's go look at Litz. I already know why this video did so well. It was like a tread at the time, but let's see something more recent. Here we go. I'm not sure about Liz because his intros are long, but let's just watch it. I have had only one trio for FNCS. And safe to say, we were pretty good, but out of nowhere, I got dropped automatically. I'm locked in. The story got me locked in. He just grabbed my attention, but with a drop and he showed it. U my trio dropped me, so I won FNCS. And then looking at the thumbnail, the thumbnail for this is actually crazy. It's like, "Oh, yeah. Look, he's doing better. Um, whatchamacallit, these two want to get him back." I mean, honestly, I'm not going to go fully into detail because I do just want to run through this real quick. But long story short, you got to have those three. You got to have your thumbnail and your title have to be really good. So, the packaging making them click. You have to make sure your first 10 seconds are really good. And then you're going to make sure your um your video is entertaining so they come back for more. They want to watch more of your videos. Okay? So, you're going to go study all the top creators 30 minutes to an hour in your niche once you've chosen one. So, why is this getting 700k views and you're not getting 700k views? You got to go figure that out. So, now let's say you do all of this and you upload a video. Okay, cool. If it does bad, that's not a a terrible thing. Okay, we're going to learn from that. It has to be a learning experience. You have to view it as a learning experience. Your first video, realistically, if you've never done YouTube before, probably won't blow up. I've had videos do that before where they blow up instantly, but it might not happen for you. Okay, so that is what we call a flop. If it flops, all you have to do is go and look at the analytics and see exactly why it did flop. So, we're going to go to one of my videos real quick. Um, let me find a flop. Okay, here I got one right here. So, I went pro in 7 days. This will actually No, here. This one's good. So, no way this happened in FNCS. I spent like 20 hours on this video and I made $14, which is actually sad, but it is what it is. I am grateful. It is what it is. So, let's see why this did bad. So, first of all, impressions terrible or clickthrough rate terrible 7%. This thumbnail dog I don't know why I did not change it, but I just got it from my thumbnail designer. It doesn't really strike any emotions. Pretty bad. And the title, no way this happened. FNCS. So, number one, I can improve my titles. Okay, so you're going to come here and you're going to be like, okay, let's say your video flopped. And you're pretty much going to pick apart your video and see exactly why it flopped so that you can do better next time. Okay, so we're getting 1% better every single video. Making sure the the next video you upload it is literally 10 times better. Okay, so number one, title and thumbnail. Uh, we're trash. I'm trying to say trash. Now, we have to go study thumbnail design and we have to go find like templates and packs and pretty much learn how to make our titles and our thumbnails better. Now, let's see the engagement after the first 30 seconds. 73%. That is actually not that bad. You want it to be 80, but 70 is not bad. But oh my god, look at the drop. Literally lost from 30 seconds to the first minute 20% and then it just kept keeps going. Let's go see what's happening here. Oh my god. No, it's my It's this intro. And that's how our tournament started. Let me back up. This wasn't just any tournament. This was dog. I don't know why I did this. It was like random music and it was a late night and I was just like, "Oh, let me try something new." I mean, it is what it is. I'm happy I did, but um no, this was this is just ass. So, intro's dog. Intro straight dog water. Better music needed. Um and a better story overall. This story was trash. It's literally the video is literally how we did dog in FNCS. who wants to watch this, bro? Who realistically? Who's going to watch this? Okay, there's not really much besides your like average view duration, your engagement. Your average view duration is right here. Which 21? That's not that bad. But your first 30 seconds, your thumbnail, and how good the video is overall, those are your three core factors. Those are the core three core factors that make your video do better. Now, let's say I wanted to make another video overall needs to be better. Now, you probably play Fortnite, right? Not like as a joke like or like um you're probably good at it. I'm not going to lie. Usually, people who watch these videos, you're good at Fortnite, especially if you made it this far in the video. I appreciate you. Drop a fire emoji down in the comments. But long story short, you're probably good at Fortnite. YouTube is just like getting good at Fortnite. It's a mechanic. There's different mechanics. So, you have your editing, right? That's a mechanic. You have your your titles and your thumbnails. That's your packaging. That's also a mechanic. Just having good viewer psychology. Knowing what people want and how to give it to them, bro. If you master that, you're going to blow up. You're going to succeed. Okay? Because at the end of the day, YouTube knows who to push. People say shadow banning, I'm blacklisted, they're not pushing my videos out, whatever. Most of the time, bro, it's a lie. YouTube does not shadowban anybody. They want the most views possible. So, if your video is trash, they're not going to show it to anybody because then that's a waste of time. If your video is good, then they're going to show it to everybody. And the only way they know it's good, I'm actually about to drop some crazy game right here. You guys probably not know this, but the algorithm has exact numbers. So, it's 80% watching after the first 30 seconds. If you have that viral video, if it's 10 to 15%, actually we're just going to say 12% CTR after the first 12 hours, your video is actually to go viral. It will get on the algorithm or just in general, anytime it's usually it goes like 12 and then it blows up, it blows up, it blows up. Um the CTR goes down after that, trickles down to like 8 9, but if it's at 12, it'll blow up. Okay, my video that got 1.9 million views, that had like 16% in the first day. And then also you want a 20 25% AVD which your AVD is this right here. Your average view duration average percentage view viewed. Okay. So master these three, bro. If you do this and that stays million like literally like 10 million view like bro it doesn't matter, bro. You can get so many views if you if this if if this was my next video, I would be rich and famous, bro. Like this is perfect. Okay, so you're going to go for this. Master your mechanics, get better, and learn how to make better videos. So, last thing I want to go over, this one isn't too important, but actually is kind of what you want to do is build a community, bro. Build a community. Make posts, you know, ask them what type of content that you guys want to see. Um, ask them if they check out checked out your recent video. Go to your comments and heart your comments. I'm going to try to beat it. Whenever you have time, whenever you have free time, come here and heart them. You see, I already heart so many. Let's see if there's any I missed. Go ahead and reply to him. There you go. Look, I just replied to that guy. Not going to reply to this because No, bro. I cannot. Oh, don't worry about that. But long story short, you're going to go ahead and you're going to heart and you're going to reply and you're going to build a community. Okay. Pretty much what you have to understand is these are not numbers. What a lot of people don't understand is it's not like, oh, I have 60,000 subscribers. know, I have a relationship with 60,000 people, 62,700 to be exact, that like watching my videos enough to the point where they subscribe so they can see more of them. So, if I don't deliver, I say I'm going to upload every month or every week and then I don't do it, they're going to get pissed off. I haven't uploaded in 3 weeks. That's my bad. I'm still working on finding an editor, okay? But it is what it is. Long story short, you have a relationship with these people, okay? These are real people. Treat them like it treat them like such, okay? don't have an ego and like never check your comments and stuff. Now people if people are hating and like obviously ignore that it's not worth your time. But for the most part go ahead and heart and like your comments, build a community, talk to them, whatever you got to do. Make a Discord server, make them join it, just build a community, okay? Okay. So I did kind of ramble in this video. I will chapter it so that you guys can easily go find the segments and stuff. But if you want a free PDF pretty much going over this entire video on like one one space, it's going to have exactly to find your niche. It's going to have like AI prompts and stuff for that. It's going to have the exact three things that you have to make sure that every single video has to do well. Pretty much PDF goes over everything. All you have to do is go follow my Instagram and DM me the word grow, capital G O W, and I will send you a free PDF going over this entire video. It's the templates. It's everything. Everything we talked about in this video pretty much in one place, okay? with along with some other stuff like to help you because at the end of the day, the reason I created this channel was to help you guys blow up your Fortnite channels. That's literally it. There's nobody else doing this. I'm I'm trying to give you guys as much free game as possible. I'm also going to start uploading a lot more these next few weeks because I'm finally getting back into my into my uh my grind and stuff. I was kind of working on my my course a lot. And if you guys want to figure out what that's about, I have a link in the description for that, too. Not saying you have to buy it. I'm just saying it's fantastic. Like, I I've spent so much time on it already. There's like 50 different lessons in it. You have two weekly calls with me where I pretty much go over everything. It's a 30-day refund, so you literally can just buy it and then if you don't like it, leave after 10 days, 15 days. I'll give you all your money back. No questions asked, no tax, nothing. So, you can check that out if you want. But that is pretty much it. Did I cover everything? Yes, I think I did cover everything. So, yeah, that's it, guys. I really hope you guys have a wonderful rest of your day and yeah, I'll see you guys in the next one. Peace out.
