today I'm going up against someone who I've already smashed I've put down nailed down and really gave it all you know uh last time now AJ he's a lucky little short I kind even swear right now but he's starting to get understanding of what I'm trying to make today looking at the ingredients I'm planning on making a spaghetti bnise but it's pen Edition so it's pen bise I don't know if it makes sense that I don't know what he is doing honestly it's what he was doing the last game just luck but this time ain't working cuz I'm confident don't know what I'm doing but it's working just mix it in just right now is I'm going to put some oil in the pan I'm going to let that heat up and then put some onions on there you want to Brown the onions then you want to put the mints inside Brown the mints put the the seasoning and then that's when your tomato and stuff comes along it's going to be a great process I hope you guys are enjoying this with me all right cool now enough of that waffle let's see what real Chef got yeah so right now we've got our just tell me when he comes we got our salt this our Perry Perry salt then we've got our paprika put thepra in there cool once we got the paprika we got some cayenne pepper to spice things up we got that in there cool now get this and do that look potato yet that doesn't look bad at all drizzle it all over all right get yeah crazy I'll be honest the food's kind of looking decent the honey glazing I think he's kind of going OD with that one because he's putting so much honey glaze on top of his food so maybe it might come out a bit too sweet but I'll be honest I'm not a hater that looks decent our chicken has been waiting nice and patiently yeah why is this guy laugh every I'm telling you serious oil and butter at the same time get your get your butter put it in the middle of the pan all right we're looking to start to bring in that minced meat not too much though cuz we're only making food for one look at this this is what I'm looking for this is what I'm looking to cooking look look at the way I'm going put my meat off nice little thin layers let's trying to Brown my meat down now here we go look at that throw that oh no oh no oh no oh no I think the chicken that I have had ADHD in his lifetime cuz he was just moving all around the pan knocking stuff in I think there was butter oil the juices from everything was just going on in that pan this might this might work I don't know what's going on but I like it so very important that you have salt in your food roasted garlic if I remember correctly two to the ratio of one when you're making the water to the rice so let me do that perfectly one cup all right cool so this why is it not eating so I always knew my landlord wanted me to lose she sold us a stove that wasn't working in that corner just so I lose this challenge I knew it so as you guys can see I've just added a tomato into the minced meat to just kind of bring them together and so they can have a little conversation and talk oh my name is meat and my name is tomato let's make bnise oh that looks good that looks decent not better than mine but this is my secret ingredient by the way guys if you didn't know get to know tomato ketchup because it's a bit on the sour side on the bitter side so to sweeten up a little bit now the bnes is Boling uh the seasoning is working uh the tomato is actually coming together so I am very confident I have cooked a Bolognese about three or four times before this so I know all right so now it's time to incorporate our last ingredient which is the sausages you put the cheap sausages in there yeah all I'm not going to lie to you I'm kind of confused on what to make who you reckon win today it's already done what I've already W I've already go all kind that nasty is is is not great no conviction he didn't believe in himself I know he was enjoying that munch I tried to lie I tried to say it was hot but it was good man I have competition man all right um we're halfway through cooking as you can see this try hard is still cooking right now as I'm taking a break right here here are two mystery boxes that we have to use in our food you can see he's starting to get nervous he came up with some mystery box from nowhere I know the mystery box wasn't meant to be in there which one do you want thank you got a good stuff hot sauce jela and I've got the cheapest caviar there is and Naga joia hottest chilies of the M I picked the gold I don't even want that rubbish is what that's a waste of time and AJ indeed got the hottest chili in the world but I don't really see him putting it anywhere so and I've got the bad mystery box too what am I supposed to do at this point I got the hotest sauce ever and I got some really cheap caviar I might just use the hot sauce I don't know maybe add flavor to the rice I don't know at this point I give up the thing is everyone thinks yeah I don't know what I'm doing cuz I've got weird ways to do but I guarantee you I'm a decent Chef I think that's just that chili sauce I think has just killed me all right so he's still struggling with his rice make sure it's ready El Dente just how you want it you lost man so sorry to tell you that feel bad man I tried to put some per Perry salt on my egg and the whole cap flew off what is going on today oh my everything's just going wrong oh my God I'm thinking there there's two different ways to to play it cuz I'm thinking we've got that way conventional route I guess but this looks a bit better to me all right cool I'm pretty much done presentation time I'm not the greatest when it comes to presentation I like homecook meals and you know what I mean I'm cooking for myself I don't care about how it's presented so my presentation is not the greatest but AJ's one does look rather dashing it does look enjoyable it does uh I am there oh this is a comeback story ladies and gentlemen I have made the biggest comeback of all time this looks amazing I thought I was going to lose at one point but guess what my dish looks amazing it's been hard in here we've been trying very hard today to try and make the best meals we can so hopefully this all works out very well and it's time to find out which food is going to win all right cooking complete first of all I want to say yeah we we try hard on this one yeah we yeah you middle but some of them were also cooked it really depends on which one the food critic tries maybe it's the wrong one I'm done no further Ado it's time to find out who wins this Challenge and no than I thought but there can only be one winner and I think I know who I'm giving the St to presentation a no contest this uh flatbread thing looks a bit bouier this one was found out a bin that's fine because it's not about how it looks it's about how it tastes and this chicken was very nice very crispy this had that homecook family feeling nice spices here is a bit strong here it's time to give this Michelin star to the m which I think overall is the most G made and I'm going to have to give this food this award might be my mom oh God no no look I want to scream and shout but I'm not going to I expected it can you not see how I'm presenting look how high my hat is it's probably not even in the shot is in the shot it's not in it that shows you I won listen it's one one in the gmet
