my new favorite feature in chip the ability to add social videos for both the builders and users that means Tik Tok YouTube Instagram reals can all be searched in seconds let's show you what you can build and then how to do it so as an example we built chips social.com so you can just go to chip social right now and it's going to enable you to for example summarize a video find mentions of a brand or a person in a video find resources from that video or even promo codes right so if I ask it to summarize a video for me it's going to ask me for a link to that video so I'll just go grab this link here's Lex Freedman love it ass but you know it's three hours long I got four kids I don't got time for that so I'm going to copy this link go back to chip social I'll let chip social know who I am I'm Scott and here's the link and now what it's going to do is actually go through that entire video put it into text and then go through the text to summarize and I even trained it to give me timestamps so as I look through the contents of this video I'm going to be able to click to the exact part in the video that I might want to learn more about so if I want to get uh advice for startups seems relevant for me I can click on advice for starts it's going to take me right to that Tim stamp right here my chip chat right and when we go back to chip software you can see it's even giving me all the promo codes that I asked for I can say does it mention robots.txt which was a little bit of a controversy recently with perplexity which is in this podcast and here you can see it actually does talk about robots txt gives me an explanation of it gives me a Tim stamp I might say does it mention Nvidia right um you know not a competitor but I would say kind of a co-collaborator with perplexity and here we can see yes talks about Nvidia what it does so you could imagine you could search videos instantly for your brand for competitors and use that to train your videos to sound like you so if you've made a video your AI chat will sound just like you you want to see how it's done let's do it so go to chip. and siman and you can create an application so here's the chip social that I just showed you this is what it look like when it's live and here's the instructions so I just gave some simple instructions for my chat I just said you're a skilled writer you're going to help people summarize things use headlines and bullets I said add in timestamps which you can see right there use some emojis you know just simple T things and then I said your task is to help them gain understanding if you don't have information just say you don't ask for their name and then you can ask or mention that you can summarize find things so basically giving the user ideas of how to use it remind them to paste in a link or upload file files when a Link's given review it so I'm just telling it to look at that link and when you finish remind them they can build their own chip chat right at chip. so I'm adding a call Action you could do the same thing I created some conversation starters for people so they know what they could do I have all the capabilities turned on I could even train it then by clicking on knowledge sources and here you can see we have YouTube we could just add in the YouTube link right there or we could also do Tik Tok or Instagram or file or URL so we can quickly train these things and then I just click on share I grab that link and and now I have it what I did is I just redirected it to my chip chat so you can type in chip social and what you'll see is it'll go to that domain right and here's the chip chat I built I'm going to look for mentions of a brand or a person and I'll start with my name like it's asking me to and I'll go grab that YouTube video and as you can see it'll probably give me a nice list of people mentioned in the video so I can really quickly get all the information I need you can imagine all the ways you could use this as a builder right so you could build this for industry specific use cases to monitor your own brand to check on other people it's going to take a little bit and churn through this and then give me that summary and so this is a powerful way to you now to use social videos to get information I can't wait to see how you use it
