Introduction

Using the Map Tab on Web

Search & Current Location

• Search Bar: Located in the top left corner, use it to search for an address, ZIP code, city, or county
• Current Location: Click the current location button or use the snap feature to locate your current position

Property Markers

• Blue Tag: Property added
• Black Dot: Available property, not added
• Lines on Map: Indicate driving routes
  • Green: Driven recently
  • Yellow: Driven, but not recently
  • Red: Area needs redriving (over a year since last drive)

Virtual Driving for Dollars

• Click properties on the route needing redriving
• Start virtual driving which records the route and updates its color to green
• Useful for adverse weather conditions (e.g., snow)
• Access further information via linked tutorial

The Highlights & Filters Feature

• Highlights: Expanded to include more filters
• Quick Filters: For example, looking for expired listings
• Highlighted properties appear on the map and sidebar
• List Building: Integrated with the map tab for easier lead management

Filter Options

• By property type, price, beds, and baths, etc.
• Advanced Data: Sale history, rehab and repairs, lien info, mortgage info.
• Example: Filter for expired listings with over 70% equity.
