پیش‌بینی‌ها برای رشد اقتصادی ایران

Well, today I'm really excited to be talking about the future of the free Iran and its economy uh and well all of the things that we can do to build uh Iran and make Iran great again. Um we are going to talk about the idea of creating like an Iranian sovereign fund uh on par with uh the Norway and and UAE uh and uh uh you know PIF and Saudi Arabia. We're going to also have a surprise guest uh my dear friend Darra Koser Shai the CEO of Uber uh where I was a early investor and board member and I was an advocate for DAR becoming CEO of the company uh and uh I think it's special that two Iranians helped build this $200 billion global company and I'll also be telling a a nice personal story of that I didn't even know my mother um who passed away in December told me when she heard that Darus Shai had become the CEO. Uh she told me that my my grandfather Kazim Corderi from Tres and his grandfather uh were best friends in college and my grandfather was a math genius and was the CFO of Daro's grandfather's uh uh company Daro Pac which was a big pharmaceutical uh distribution company in Iran prior to the revolution. Um, and so we didn't even know that that we were connected in this way and then we reunited to help build build Uber into what it is today. So, uh, but that also is like a personal story, but it's also symbolic of the potential of Iranians to build multi- trillion dollar of value. Uh if you look at the Iranianameans who have uh built companies in America, the numbers in the trillions of dollars of value created from Google, from from Uber, from multiple companies, a founder of uh of co-founder of uh Oracle was also Iranian. Most people don't know he passed away from cancer in the 80s, but uh he was also an Iranian-American. Um and and so this the value of what the diaspora has been able to create is is like a experiment. Uh you know we in technology we do these AB tests right and uh you know the AB test is Iranians in America and the rest of the world have created unbelievable success and value and the Iranians in Iran have been held back. They have the same potential. They're as special as as the Iranians abroad and the diaspora, but they they have not been given the opportunities that they so much deserve. Um, and so what we're going to talk about is in a free Iran, in a democratic Iran, what could we do? Uh and and part of the answer is uh that we should be building uh an Iranian sovereign fund that uh competes and and collaborates with all the great sovereign funds in the world and all of the great private equity funds and and have Iranians own uh their own uh sovereign funds and get dividends from it. Uh all of the oil and gas revenue that we're so blessed by God to have um should be invested in our people. Um and our people should own that feature. Um and so that's that's the idea is like we we you know the the thought experiment that I do is uh in the first 100 days of every year I run we would want to invite all of the Fortune 500 CEOs in the world to come to Tehran for an economic summit. um all of the startups, all of the AI companies, all of the quantum companies, all the defense tech companies uh to come and do business with Iran and invest in it. Um and you know, next week, you know, the the the president of the United States is going to be traveling to Saudi Arabia and they're going to be signing a trillion dollars of investments uh that that Saudi is going to do in America and American companies. Imagine uh that that happening uh in a future Iran where Iran is not just investing in its own economy but is beginning to invest in the great companies of the world um all over the world similar to what uh our our great king um did with uh Daimler Mercedes-Benz. Iran owned 17% of the company back back in the day. Uh so uh we can be doing things like that. We should be owning Apple. We should be owning the Googles of the future. the open AIs and the XAIS. Um, and then developing those those technologies and those companies inside of inside of Iran. Um, I think I think we all know as Iranians that we're we're a very blessed people um that God has given us, you know, really incredible gifts. Um, and we we we have many things to contribute not not just to our own people in our country but to but to the entire world. uh and this era. Um my hope and prayer is that uh we can make up for what's been lost in the last 46 years. In 5 years, we can rebuild everything in 5 years. The speed at which that I'm seeing everything happening in the world um is accelerating. I just did a trip 18 cities around the world um in in six weeks and I saw the signal of what's happening in the world. AGI is here. Advanced General Intelligence, super intelligence is here. I met with MASA in in Tokyo. Um, and uh, you know, you know, uh, Sam Alman uh, and and their project uh, Stargate is is is an incredible uh, symbol of exactly what I'm talking about. They're they're investing $500 billion in into AI infrastructure uh around the world, building massive AI data centers around the world to power this revolution that's coming. Those those those supercomputing centers should also be in Iran. They should be built there. Rather than trying to build nuclear bombs, we should be building, you know, massive um gigawatt factories to power the the super intelligence revolution that's coming. and and Iranian engineers are the ones that are helping invent these these technologies uh in America and beyond. Uh and they can be doing it inside of Iran. uh inviting the Stanfords and the and the Berkeleys and the Caltechs and the MITs to come to Iran and build campuses there, build institutions and R&D centers um and and then you know begin to you know give scholarships to our Iranian youth um so that they can go around the world and get educated again um in the best institutions in the world without all of this these limitations and sanctions and and handcuffs that have been holding our people back. I think I think the true wealth of Iran is not just not just our oil and gas um and our natural resources. It's it's it's our human capital. It's our it's our brilliance. Um it's our people. Um that's our true uh you know uh true asset. And we've seen it throughout our history over thousands of years being borne out. um you could put an Iranian anywhere in the world and they will thrive. Um so I think you know uh there's a reason why the great companies of the world uh attract uh and and recruit really incredible Iranian engineers and scientists and researchers and and entrepreneurs. Why venture capitalists fund so many Iranians? Um so the same thing's going to be borne out because there's 88 million more of us. We're only just, you know, less than 10 million people in the diaspora around the world. So, you got eight times the asset uh available for people to invest in. Um and and that's going to unleash a revolution not just within of of economic and and um explosion happening in Iran, but also innovation and invention. and uh many Nobel Prize winners that are young right now will will come out of Iran. um that that I think is is is the most attractive um thing to to not just companies but also uh nations who want to be able to do business with with Iran.
