okay let's start inverse trigonometric functions boy this is getting harder and harder as we grow up am I right tell me about it everyone goes through a changing process called puberty during which they go through physical emotional and social changes these changes occur as the brain produces testosterone hormone for people with penises puberty typically occurs between the ages of 11 to 15 and can take 5 to 7 years to complete physical changes you'll find yourself growing at a rapid pace or experiencing a growth spurt your voice might crack or squeak and then start to sound deeper hair growth you could begin to see hair growth on your face chest underarms and around the genitals hygiene the changes in your hormones might lead to the development of acne and strong body odor this means you might need to use a facial wash deodorant and take showers more often using plenty of soap genital and reproductive changes during puberty you'll notice your penis and testicles starting to grow larger and sometimes the penis becomes hard this is called erection and is totally normal your genitals will start producing semen which is made up of sperm and other body fluids and is released during ejaculation ejaculation may happen during sex or masturbation for some people it may happen while sleeping this is called a wet dream wet dreams are completely normal although not all people experience them emotional changes you might experience mood swings and find yourself more emotional than usual that's totally normal however if you often experience sad and depressing moods you should talk to a trusted adult you might have new sexual or romantic feelings for the first time for other people all changes during puberty can be both exciting and confusing but remember your friends and classmates are all going through it with you don't forget to visit me at amaze.org or go to my YouTube channel to watch more bye [Music]
