When I was in middle school, I was forced to join the band, and I really didn't want to. I thought band was the nerdiest thing you could do, and I didn't want to ruin my public image. That wasn't going to be uncool. Well, luckily for me, I didn't cut myself on that edge. I figured if I was going to be forced a new band though, I would pick something interesting. And since I was watching Naruto at the time, I decided to play flute because I thought that I could cover the main songs or something. I'm not really sure. This led to me being called Rainbow Boy for the next 3 years. But more importantly, I learned that loving sunshine, rainbows, and unicorns is a very red flag. Anyways, that's who we're talking about today. So, I'm going to be going over the most dangerous weapon in Hawkeye Star Rail and also Heisen. In this video, you'll learn what he does, her best builds, teams, and more. My name is Braxone, but you can call me Brax. And let's talk about Heisen. If there's one thing I know about this patch, it's that it's eat or be eaten. He is not only the strongest healer we've seen, but she also comes with a companion, Eeka, who's the fattest healer we've seen. Nothing could have prepared me for the absolute unit that would somehow manage to float next to me despite their overwhelming gluttony. And it's easy to summon them, too, since all you need to do is use Heisen's skill or ultimate. When using Heisen's skill, she summons Little Eeka and heals both Little Eeka and your entire team. Nice and easy, nice and straightforward. With one of Heisen's major traces, though, she also gets access to a cleanse. So, whenever she uses her skill or ultimate, every ally healed gets one debuff removed. Knowing how this thing works, Little Eeka probably ate them. Oh, and that major trace also gives her 50% effect res permanently. Heisson's ultimate does essentially the same thing as her skill except it's more healing and it also gives Heisen a buff called After Rain that decreases at the start of every turn. While After Rain is active, your entire team gets an extra 30% HP plus 600 flat at talent level 10. Looks like little Eeka finally decided to leave some for the rest of us because her ult counts down at the start of her turn. If you're ever ready to ult before your stacks disappear, make sure to start Heisen's turn before ulting and make sure to alult before skilling again. In fact, you'll basically always want to skill whenever you can. But it's not the end of the world if your skill points don't allow for it since other characters on your team should take priority. As for Barbara's talent, it basically just says that Little Eeka starts with 50% of Heisen's max HP. And whenever Heisen or Little Eeka heal, Little Eeka gets a damage bonus, a whopping 80% stacking up to three times for a total of 240%. Yeah, that's not a unicorn, that's a bomb. It only lasts for up to two turns, but you'll be healing often enough to where you won't drop it. If you haven't caught on by now, by the way, little Eeka isn't exactly Little. This fat is an absolute unit, a voracious fiend. The reason they gave him the ability to float is because if they didn't, he would cause tremors that could threaten entire ecosystems. The reason the Astral Express has to move planets every seven patches is because if they don't, Eka will incorporate the planet into their own personal orbit. Anyways, this fat talent says that they have zero speed, which makes sense because how could they even move when the Eka doesn't appear in the turn order and will only move whenever Hiasin is in her ultimate and taking action. When an ally gets their HP reduced in any way, large Eeka will take some of their own HP and heal allies based on Hyasin's. But when Heisen's in her ultimate state, she will whisper the nuclear codes to Eeka. Then not so little Eeka will actually attack enemies whenever Heisen uses an ability. And the damage, much like Eeka, is not so little. In fact, this damage is on par with a Jinglu skill in 3.3. Why is the damage so big? Well, because one of Hyestin's major traces gives both her and Eeka 100% crit rate. That same trace gives a healing bonus to both of them when healing someone below 50% HP. But the more important thing is the fact that you'll never miss a crit. Gigantic Eka's damage is based off of how much healing has been done from heisen and eeka. So you want to heal as much as possible even when you're not taking damage. When big mclarge huge eeka attacks, you also get bonus healing to allies. So ideally you'd like to have heisen be very quick. One of her major traces gives both heisen and giant eeka an extra 20% HP when he speed goes over 200. And for every one point over, both Heisen and Eeka's healing bonus increases by 1% up to a maximum of 200%. 200 speed seems like a lot, but it's not super out of reach considering that she gets to 124 with just her traces and 149 with speed boots, not accounting for any set bonuses or light cones. This speed is also why enemies don't see her coming. When Eeka is first summoned onto the field, Heisen gets a bonus 30 energy as well, and every time after that, Heisen gets 15 energy. This is helpful for the first ultimate, but after that you'll never get the energy again since Ekka has too much built-in HP to actually die. Lastly is Heisen's technique, which restores HP, but also increases your allies max HP by 20%. All of he's HP increases are great for HP scaling teammates like Castrus, Blade, Trippy, and Mighty. And I'll talk about those more during the team section. Cotton Candy Barbara is a really simple character that is strong enough to replace every other healer in the game. And with the meta being recently HP focused, it's nice to have another abundance option. But I don't know whose idea it was to give her a lethal weapon. For her talent priority, I'd recommend prioritizing her ultimate, then her skill for more healing, as well as Eeka's talent, then he's talent and Eeka's attack. And after that, you don't really need to level Heisen's basic attack. I was initially annoyed at having to farm for new relic sets, but now I'm just scared of what might happen to me if I don't give her best in slot. Hyasin is a healer, and there are many sets that she can use. Anything with healing percent or HP percent or speed, all of them will do, but after close examination, there's only one that you really want to go for. The warrior goddess of sun and thunder set gives 6% speed with the two-piece set and a bunch of bonuses for the four-piece. Basically, whenever he or heals in any way, shape, or form, they trigger the four-piece effect, which gives your entire team 15% crit damage as well as highest an extra 6% speed bonus. In the main teams that highinces play in, this set gets much more value. But even in her worst teams, it's the best option. As for planer sets, Heisen's best inslot option in Mighty and Castra's teams is the giant tree of rapid breeding. I mean giant tree of wrapped brooding. Wrapped brooding. That's my bad guy. It gives another speed bonus and also increases healing bonus which means more nuclear damage for the overweight Pegasus. Outside of casters and mighty teams or teams where you just want to take and deal damage, you can use any support set from broken kill all the way to Lucaka. Any of them are going to work. Now, as for main stats, the best build for Heisen is healing bonus chest, speed boots, HP orb, and energy regen rope. Healing bonus lets Eeka do more damage. Speed boots help her reach 200 speed for her major trace, and faster is better. HP orb is for more healing output, and energy regen rope is to try and keep her ultimate up as much as possible. For sub stats, though, you want to prioritize speed, HP, and even crit damage since they have 100% crit rate and can dish out more damage that way. After all, this twintailed terror and her companion are the fear of anything with two eyes in a nervous system. Here's a build summary with everything all together. She's not too complex of a character, but the results you'll get with heisen and the aon of veracity are completely [Music] unmatched. Who needs ly cones when Barbara has a gun in this game? He's lying problem isn't the same as other remembrance characters because she can use just about anything. The problem that she has is that her ly cone is so strong that it transcends the barriers of team building. I'm talking this ly cone is best in slot for other remembrance characters in old and new teams. Imagine making a character signature that you need to pull two of so that you can improve your team from 9 months ago. That's the kind of damage I'm talking about. Basically, her signature sunshine, rainbows, and whatever else gives you an 18% speed buff, which is only 6% more speed than the five-star herop ly cone, but on top of the speed, it has a special effect that acts like Jinglio. Essentially, whenever the user hyen uses any skill, basic or ultimate, the ly cone drains all allies HP. That HP drain triggers Ekka's healing, which adds more overall damage, and in a cast team gives even more charge. But outside of those teams, it's still absurd because it allows memo sprites to apply a debuff to enemies which can be used for Dr. Ratio and Acaron. The debuff is an 18% vulnerability which makes it generally good in any team you would play a remembrance character in. This Lyone has a ton of practical applications and because it's remembrance, it works outside of the healer category. With that said though, highest is more than strong enough without it. It's just that I can really feel that Hoyverse wants to siphon your poles before cipher fine on in the collab and it's going to work on a lot of people. For those of us who have freeto-play accounts, the heisen ly cone isn't a viable option and you'll definitely want to run her with the free-to-play heropy cone, assuming Eeka hasn't eaten it already. It gives 12% speed bonus at our five and has a solid damage percent buff for your teammates after using your skill. Other than that, any Ly cones in remembrance that have high HP will be pretty decent. Here's a comparison chart made by my friend Low Priority, but this one doesn't feature the four stars and three stars since you'll just want the thing with the highest HP and the free herop ly cone is basically always going to be best for her if you don't have her signature. If you're all for putting all in for your favorite characters, then by all means go for highest and signature Lyone, maybe even two since Eka will probably eat the first one. But it's not needed for her to be the best healer in the game at the moment. She's just her. Just look at her. All smug and pink and toothpaste colored. She's honestly so pink. It's kind of sickening. That's exactly why I'm going to pull for her. That and for this absolute unit, Giga Chonker, Heisen's best teams is basically every single team she's in. There are not many teams in this game that Heisen is not the best in slot partner for, and the reason is because she heals. so gosh darn much. She might not heal as much per character as some of the other healers in the game, but she heals your entire team and she does it frequently and for pretty high numbers, but on top of that, she's also doing nuclear damage. So that means that she fits anywhere. But where is she most effective? It's going to be in the HP scaler teams like a mighty team with Remembrance Trailblazer and Trippy or with Castras instead. And Castras is actually who I'd go to, but I just forgot to switch mighty back from my last video. This Castra's team is absolutely insane and it lets you play remembrance MC as well, saving you basically one free-to-play slot. But you also do have the option of running Castress and Mighty together, which is going to be an absolute nuke of a team considering how much HP she's going to be giving out. 30% HP bonus to Mighty Castras and Trippy 3 HP Scalers is ridiculous. And with all the HP that's going to be getting drained on a regular basis, especially if you have heisone, this team is so disgusting that it'll probably attract raccoons. I know I do not mean this one, but you know, if you don't have mighty, you can do this instead. Another team that he fits in perfectly is the Hera and Anoxa combo. Now, technically, he fits perfectly without Anoxa as well, but because Anoxa gets a bonus to the entire team with damage bonus from one of his passive traces, and because the Hera gives out 80% crit damage to everyone, and because Heisen is an absolute nuke, this team ends up being ridiculously strong. Now technically you could still play Huho for the energy or you could even play Lingshot to drive Hera, but because Hyestin's Pegasus is hitting so many enemies at once, Hera is getting a ton of energy anyways, especially with the frequency of the attacks. So with that said, hein is a perfect pairing for Hera, Anoxa, and Trippy. And I highly recommend trying this one out. Another team she fits well in is an Acaron team if you have her signature Lyone, which will allow you to apply debuffs to enemies. If you have E2 Acaron, you can actually replace Pala with Remembrance Trailblazer because you'll get the full bonuses from Acaron's kit while also being able to use up to two of Hyasin's light cones. Now, this is where it gets really dank. If you have two of those ly cones, imagine the power of this 2.2 unit or did she come out in 2.1? I don't remember. But yeah, anyways, this this team is pretty good. And then like Paya or Silverwolf, if Silverwolf gets an AoE buff, you're probably going to want to use her over Palo. But we shall see. We shall see. And one team I didn't talk about in my pre-release video, but I have tested out and is pretty dang good, is the follow-up team featuring Faial, Topaz, and Robin. And you can actually replace Robin with other buffing characters as well. But Robin is great for follow-up attacks. And FA can actually get points towards her ultimate with Heisen, specifically from Eeka just being an absolute menace. So this is another decent team where you're going to get even more damage out of Heisen. As mentioned before, Heisen's just going to work with every single HP scaling character. So, after blade buffs or after we get maybe more HP scaling characters, if something like that happens, she's going to continue to be an SSS unit, a a very, very strong healer. God, look how pink she is. [Music] Aside from her color scheme being onetoone with a tricks yogurt, Eisen has some pretty special things about her, including her ridiculously overtuned E1 and E2. But one thing I see confusion on from the four people pulling for her is whether or not to get her Idolons or her signature light cone. So, let's go over what her idolons do. First off, Heisen's E1 gives her HP bonus an extra 50%. So in total, she can give 80% HP to allies when in her ultimate. That is a massive buff for Castus Mighty and other future HP scaling units. But on top of that, it also gives more healing after an attack. While E1 is crazy good for the current meta teams, E2 is also crazy. It's called Come Sit in My Courtyard. And I'm not going to lie, if everyone's always sitting, then maybe that's how Ekka got so bad. Whenever an ally loses HP, that character gets a 30% speed buff. So, it's essentially Brana's E2, but for losing HP. But the crazy part is that it can actually be active on multiple allies at once. If you have Heisen's Ly Cone, you can drain all allies HP at once and give them a 30% speed buff all the time, meaning that you can take off their speed boots or just speed tune them to higher speeds and see much more overall damage. People always argue over HP or speed boots or attack or speed boots, but imagine you could just always have both. E3 is an ultimate, basic attack, and memo sprite skill level up. And E4 is a buff to Heisen's major trace that gives her healing bonus per speed over 200. With E4, she's now getting a 2% crit damage buff for everyone speed over 200 as well. E5 is a skill, talent, and memo sprite talent level up, and E6 is a massive buff to Eeka's damage by reducing the healing tally cleared per attack. So rather than 50% of it disappearing, you're only losing 12%. And on top of that, it also gives a 20% res pen increase for all allies. Now, when I look at this, my first thought is, well, I guess Barbara must not have been that popular in the other game. But when deciding between E1 and S1, it kind of depends on the team that you play. Generally speaking, S1 is a good investment because it gives value to all remembrance characters that use memo sprite attacks, and it can work on older units like Acaron, for example. But the real answer is it's really close either way, and it depends on the teams you're running. If you're playing Bald, Castras, or Acaron, then S1 is definitely the way to go. But if you're playing Mighty or other future HP scalers that have high base HP and Ly cone base HP, then E1 can be better. I don't really want to make that decision for you, mostly because hein looks really sweet and that scares me. So Austin Lueego and Tavon Buen Quesadilla.
