City of Victoria Parkades

  • Open 24/7 with on-site security
  • Primarily for short-term parking

    • Car share options (Modo and Evo)

Parkade Rates

  • Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.: $2.50/hour
  • Free evenings (8 p.m. to 8 a.m.) and all-day Sundays and holidays

    • View Street: $15
    • Johnson Street: $15
    • Centennial Square: $15
    • Yates Street: $17.50
    • Motorcycles: $5 daily max

Surface Parking Lots

  • Wharf Street Lot: $3/hour; $15 day rate
  • Royal Theatre Lot: $3/hour; $15 day rate
  • Royal Athletic Park Lot: $2.50/hour; $12.50 day rate
  • 5-day maximum for Wharf and Royal Theatre, 3-day for Royal Athletic Park

Parking Ticket Review

  • In-person reviews at City Hall, weekdays 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

ParkVictoria App

  • Pay for on-street and parkade parking via smartphone or tablet
  • Features:
    • Alerts when parking time is running out
    • Remote time extension
    • Refunds for unused time

Residential Parking Zones

  • Access reserved for residents and their visitors/contractors
  • Parking tickets issued on a complaint basis
  • Residents must file vehicle license plate number with City Parking Services

On-Street Parking

  • Variable rate zones with time limits from 90 minutes to 24 hours
  • Payment: Cash, credit card, or ParkVictoria app
  • Reduced Sunday rates and 4-hour limit
