Effects of Alcohol: Alcohol induces ignorance of consequences, makes people care less about long-term effects.
Consequences of Excessive Drinking:
Poor decision making and health issues.
Strain on personal relationships and honesty.
Need for something better than alcohol to motivate sobriety.
Substitute for Addiction: An adventure or fulfilling purpose is necessary for combatting addiction. Addiction fills the void of lacking meaningful pursuits.
