now I know my face is poofy now but I I I'm eating a lot right now guys okay so a ball King 300 gram of protein per day 500 gram of carbs it's kind kind of hard right now okay so I'm not going to get my full good looks back until I start cutting it is what it is but with lgd4033 if you want to build the muscle yes you're going to have to pack on the calories just like I am but you are going to get some extra water weight with that now the good side of the extra water weight is that it's going to give you some lubrication on your joints um you know it's gonna give you extra protection on attendance and all that so as you are getting stronger you're going to be least likely to uh get a PEC tear or anything like that but I I I still wouldn't recommend that you if you're if the goal is hypertrophy I don't recommend that you should be training from one rep Maxis anyway but you are going to be training heavier in general and the extra water weight is going to help keep your joint safer that being said drink more water drink things like green tea which is a natural Di Tic and it's going to help you release some of that water and keep your face looking nice and smooth and as well as the other side effect guys is going to be testosterone suppression because it is going to take over the endogen receptor you are introducing your body to another hormone and what you can do is is that you can put a testosterone base within this or PCT and Chopin a lot of people like to use that and you don't have to use much guys trt trt is really good uh you can do things like uh a blend of DHE Pro hormos like gear cream that is great for a testosterone base many of my clients use gear cream uh as a test base during their sarm Cycles if you do decide to go the en Chopin route you want to take a Chopin during your cycle and then at least I like to do mine for at least two weeks after the cycle is over with just to make sure that my levels are good and then get off of it and measure sleeping and then you are ready to go for the next body part the next day and you can still train with that same intensity that you did for the arms the previous day now for body parts like such as legs back those 10 when you train with the right intensity those tend to need a little bit of an extra day before you train again I noticed that after a very hard leg day it's best for me not to not
