  • 2 eggs (whisked)
  • 1 Tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1-2 Tbsp oil (any choice)
  • 1/4 cup veggies and herbs (e.g., corn, spring onion greens, coriander)

Method

  1. Prepare Rice and Butter

    • Break up leftover rice to remove clumps.
    • Mix Gochujang and butter to make Gochujang Butter.
  2. Frying Pan Preparation

    • Heat frying pan over medium-high heat.
    • Add oil and rice, fry for about 1 minute.
    • Add Gochujang Butter and coat the rice.
    • Press rice into the bottom of the pan to form a circle.
    • Fry for 1-2 minutes.
