Authentication Issues

• CWL Authentication - Stale Request:
  • Occurs due to using the Back button while browsing a secure site.
  • May happen if the web login form is bookmarked instead of the actual site.
  • Can also result from using a link created by someone else with the same mistake.

Potential Problems

• Browsing errors in some browsers.
• May redirect you back to the site you intended to leave.

Recommendations

• Ensure correct bookmarking of the actual website rather than the login form.
• Avoid using the Back button during authentication processes.
