Instructions
1. Power Down the Phone
Ensure the phone is completely powered off.
2. Remove Pentalobe Screws
Locate the two pentalobe screws near the charging port.
Use the pentalobe screwdriver to remove both screws.
3. Use Suction Cup
For a damaged screen, apply packing tape for a smooth surface.
Place the suction cup near the home button.
Pinch the sides of the phone and tug on the suction cup.
4. Insert Metal Tool
Gently insert the metallic prying tool just below the home button.
Make sure to go gently to avoid damaging internal components.
Use the plastic prying tool to further separate the screen after initial gap is created.

Remove Camera:

Pry out ambient sensors carefully using the metallic prying tool.
Transfer Home Button:
Remove shield secured with four white tip screws around the home button.
Carefully lift and disconnect the home button cable.
8. Remove Shield from Screen
Remove six tri-wing screws securing the shield.
Peel back the shield slowly, as it may be glued at the bottom.
Reassembly Steps
1. Attach New Screen
Lay the shield onto the new screen without tucking under cables.
Secure with three white tip screws on each side.
Tuck the home button cable underneath the screen and secure it.
2. Reattach Camera and Speaker
Fold in two sensors and align them into their sockets.
Reconnect the speaker using the two Philips head screws.
Place the shield back over the camera and speaker, securing it with three Phillips head screws.
3. Reconnect Screen
Align the top camera connection and secure it with three Phillips head screws.
Reconnect the digitizer and screen connections, ensuring they click firmly into place.
Cover both cables with a protective cover and secure with four Phillips head screws.
4. Close the Phone
Clamp the phone by closing it like a book, applying pressure on both sides.
Ensure everything clicks into place around the contour.
5. Final Steps
Reinsert the two pentalobe screws near the charging port.
Power on the phone and perform a test.
