[Music] [Applause] The Lord might [Music] Sing. [Music] Your call has been forwarded to voice. It's called Cutco. Have you heard of Cutco before? Let me talk with Mr. Carlos first and after. You can call me back, please. Thank you. I'm doing horrific. Um, I've talked to five people on the phone and I've only converted one call into an appointment. Uh so very far below the t typical statistic line but not going to let that change any thing about the confidence. My name is Christian Hogue. I'm a student at Reinhardt University. Playing soccer for Reinhardt's amazing. I love being a co- captain to walk faithfully with him. God's blessed my face off allowed me to be able to be successful with work. I am a sales representative for Vector Marketing selling cutco cutlery, cookware and flatwear. The next two weeks I start our JCAM push. It's the push that kicks off the year. It's really just a period of time where you're trying to get the most sales and the highest amount of CPO in that window of time. It's also a competition where you're facing other representatives in that timeline and you're trying to be number one. So if somebody beats me outright, congratulations. like I I'm happy for you, but at the end of the day, no one's going to beat me if I'm the best version of myself. [Music] Uh, first off, merry Christmas. Um, I know that Miss Claudine just said that you're really sweet. No, I'm sorry. We are right now in the middle of doing all of our Christmas. It's not a good time. Bye. Thank you. When's a better time to give you a call back then? And how you feeling? You know, I'm a little agitated. I won't beat around the bush, but it's okay. Trying to let the 90% of the reaction dictate the day and not 10% of the results that have already gone non my way. So, this window of time, in my personal opinion, is the hardest window of time to sell in the year. This is something that is very difficult to put people on the schedule for the simplicity of the holiday season as well as the objection side of what that looks like internally for them. I would love to help you, but we're we're not even in town. Yeah, that's that's completely understandable what Miss Jessica did cuz I actually ended up talking with her 3 weeks out. We penciled something in and then I just contacted her a couple days prior to say, "Hey, does this still work? Do we need to adjust?" And we can absolutely do that. Out of the two, do you think maybe the 10:00 would work better, the 12:30? cuz we can just pencil it in and kind of revisit whenever you come back. Let's do the 12:30. Perfect. Uh for you, of course, I do all my scheduling via email. What is your best email? But you enjoy your holiday and happy new year. Thanks. Same to you. [Music] Not ideal, but that recommener is uh somebody that lives in a $3.9 million house in the heart of Buckhead. And um she recommended me to 24 people. I've met with four of them. Every single one of them has bought over 4K. So if I can meet with her, that is a very good beginning. My goal for this push is 30K. And how are you going to do that? I have a closing percent of 98%. My average order is 1298. I need to do 32 appointments. And then if I have two no sales, that would of course put me right at that 30k number. But I need to have realistically 42 appointments booked and that'll of course put me in the perspective of 30k come final end of push [Music] it back it bring it back it bring it back bring it back it bring it back bring it back bring it back bring it back bring it bring it back bring it Bring it back. Do I know how much Coco? No. 2200 sale. Family set to complete set upgrade. Couple cookware pieces, couple gifts, uh barbecue set. I basically gave like six different pitches, but that's the whole thing. [Music] very small sale. Guy didn't even really want to talk to me. A gift set in addition to uh one knife they were missing. [Music] Thank you so much. You have a great day. Bring it back. Bring it back. It was a basic set that was customized with a barbecue set and entertainer pack. Had to throw him a deal. [Music] I didn't even do that much today. Hey, you've reached Sarah Mallister. I'm here this morning because I had a cancellation. I'm aggravated by the cancellations that are occurring. It's a feeling that is frustration more than anything, but you got to use that as fuel to fill the spots that are now vacant. So, it's just all about action. I love to ask everybody this ballpark-wise. How many times would you say you cook in the week when you are cooking? Uh, probably five days a week. Five days a week. But other than that, I sure as look forward to seeing you tomorrow. I hope that you enjoy the rest of your day and of course I look forward to it. Yeah, sounds good. Thanks for calling. I'll talk to you tomorrow. Absolutely. Talk soon, Missy. All right. Bye-bye. All right. Sweet. Separating the champions uh from the regular people. I think comes down to two things. Of course, is your work ethic, but I think it's as well as studying your craft. When he realizes that there's somebody that can help catapult him, he does everything in his power to get as much knowledge as he possibly can from them. What really separates Christian from the average representative? He was naturally gifted in connecting with people. So most people listen to respond. He listens to understand. He's never about himself. He is always about how are you doing? There's been a lot of people that have have sold a lot. There's been nobody else that has had the success and continued to want to level up at the capacity or level that he has. I think what drives him is to challenge himself. He's one of those few people that you read about, you hear about. I hope to grow up to be like him one day. golly. I wish perfect. And all I need to do is show you a quick presentation for something you probably already heard of. Heck, maybe even have. It's called Cutco. Have you heard of Cutco before? Christian doesn't socialize. There is no going out and partying. Hey Martha, this is Sean Sweeney. Not sure if my name rings a bell, but I am friends with the infamous. The reason that he doesn't go out and do any of that is because he's not going to let anything stop him from reaching his goals. Nothing. For the break, are you staying here or are you going somewhere? Oh, I'm staying here. I'll keep going. Getting Christian to leave the office is difficult for him. It's not about time. It's about when he hits his goals. If that takes him an hour, that's awesome. If that takes him 10 hours, that takes 10 hours. I think sometimes where Christians sometimes see, as cliche as it sounds, he wants something so bad that he does work himself into literal sickness. Feeling like I am getting over being sick. I had a 101 fever yesterday, 102 fever day prior. But I'm trying to push through it so that I can have that 30k push because I have the time in front of me to be able to work. So why would I not? Because we're in a push and my perspective of pushes is empty the tank, whatever you have in it. [Music] Woo! The purple [Music] Christian's demo is different because he understood the concept of the Cutco kitchen or the complete Cutco collection. Uh obviously we are a kitchen company in case you guys did not know, but uh we'll be talking about first off the cutlery side flatear and then cookware we'll talk into as well. The goal is to have it all. Why would you have the best knives in the world and use Teflon nonstick coated cookware? But I'm mostly going to be just ask you guys some questions to fit you guys' needs because I could show you everything transparently, but you guys aren't going to need everything. So, what's different about his demo is he truly treats the presentation as a as a kitchen consultation. Vegetables. What vegetables do you guys go through throughout the entire year? I'll do spaghetti squash, butternut squash, and being very good at guiding that with quality questions. Could you see both uses out of that or could you see really only use out of one of the two given how you guys cook? Uh, this one feels better to me. Absolutely. We'll see. I'll tuck this one away. Not just being a sales rep trying to sell a customer something, but being a consultant to their kitchen. I'm not in a financial situation with a child in college and life as it is these days to invest that much money in a set of knives right now. Of course. Yes, ma'am. So, is there one less than this where I could condense it into like like just three really good knives? Christian handles objections in a in a consultative way. And if it's something they can't afford, he's really good at uncovering like the true objection. In my opinion, based on how you guys cook, you guys cook way more than most people, you would be doing yourself a disservice. So, you'll end up overlapping and using the wrong knife for the wrong job. Yeah, he he's persistent. He's not pushy. And I think there's a difference there. I call it pleasant persistence. You know, he says a lot of things with a smile and still with a lot of respect. So, a client can't be upset with Dan thoughts. But when it comes down to it, there's there's really a few key reasons that someone invests in Cutco. They buy because it's extremely high quality. They buy because it's Americanmade. They buy because it's forever guaranteed, not just for them, but their future generations. and he pushes the heck out of that button. Nice thing is too, you'll never have to replace knives ever again. Like, you can literally just pass this down to whoever the heck you like the most. Not going to put you on the spot with your favorite doctor, but yeah, whatever you think. I mean, you're the one who uses them. I mean, all right. Well, welcome to the Cutco family, I will say. Thank you. Christian just gets it. He He is packaging what it is to be a CSP and he's implementing at a high level. [Music] It's 30k difficult difficult close. Uh we actually had to get two closes um plus a gift close in order to complete it. So it was three separate orders. Grateful for it. But uh now we move on to the next goal. 40k. We got total 4 and 1/2 days left. So looking forward to that. And we got to shift on to the bigger next. [Music] Snow storms are not ideal, but so are a lot of other things that happen in life and happen in pushes. And you got to respond to the adversity that God presents you and push through it. Not let it define you. Let your response refine you. [Music] which I'll first show you. It comes with this six piece accessory. This is the 2800 CPO order. Basically, it was just the longest upserve in package. 448 grade surgical steel nearly non-stick for stainless. What is the best address to get it to? It was about 900 CPL, 2,900 CPL. I just sold 3K worth of CPL virtually. had just closed uh just over 5K. We upgraded him to a complete set, convinced him to gift the ones for Christmas of this upcoming year. Now, it's got me thinking, is 50K a possibility? Light work. They sit very high, right? So, you can still continue to do the things that you want to do as far as cardiovascular, right? And I know a lot of y'all probably been [Music] Today is Monday, January 13th, last day of the push. It is 11:25. My goal is now 50K final. So, we have a 3381 day ahead of us. Hi, good morning. How are you, Miss Claire? I am doing well. Yes, ma'am. Well, I appreciate your time and I of course hope you enjoy the meeting. Great. Thank you so much. Yes, ma'am. Have a great day. You as well. God bless. Bye. Bye. Hate to see it, but that is a no sale. That is number um ninth no sale ever. I have class in six minutes. I'm going to make a couple phone calls, see if I get a phone order in to supplement this success time. Hello. Hey, Michelle. It's Christian. How the heck are you? Oh, it's a crazy day. Hey, I want to order. So the knife that you showed me that was square 6 in that you said your mom liked a lot. Inch closer can taste the 50k. I might start a fire first. We got a little We got a little indention. It's promising. Maybe can I pick a different one? Um so steak knife. That's a a to comparison there. You're done. So sweet. So about three there. Just uh just closed a basic set with an entertainer pack as a gift. And uh we are currently 681 CPO away from making this 50K push for you. I know you said there's a couple items. What items, a couple that you saw kind of piqu your interest? I mean, I like the chopping knife because I mean, it's my favorite. It's my favorite knife. So, those four that we just talked about retail retails for 707. I'm able to get it for4.88. Is there a way for me like when I am ready to reach back out to you so that we could close the sale or um correct me if I'm wrong? Of course. Um, it definitely sounded like you like Cutco. Like I said, it's something that um something that I could look at doing, but I just I know I won't. I appreciate of course your consideration. I hope you have a great rest of your night and thank you so much again, Miss Donna. Absolutely, Christian. You have a good evening. You're as well. God bless. All right, making calls. Champions are made of people that respond to adversity instead of sitting in it. [Music] Hello. You reached a voicemail. [Music] Hey, this is Cammy. Sorry, can't [Music] no sale of my career. Two in one day, both virtual. I am currently, I'll pull up the number, 681 CPO away from being at 50K for the bush. So, it is 11:44 p.m. at night. Hey, what's up? What's up? What you up to? Just getting ready to go to bed. What's going on? I know you were talking about of course the possibility of cookware later, wanted to of course get the skillet, go from there. If there is three pieces that you like of cookware outside of that, which we talked about those other three, um would you be opposed to hearing how that would look for those other three cookware pieces that we talked about from when we were together? Good luck, man. This has been the longest weekend we've had in a really, really long time. Would you be opposed to just the idea of it? I could tell you it in 90 seconds. Look, you can't tell me nothing in 90 seconds. Yeah. All right. I'm just going to go into the 90 seconds then. So So you know how you have in your the set that's on the the countertop. You only have two steak knives. Sure. You buy two cookware pieces from me, then I'll get you I'll personally buy you eight steak knives. How much money? $8.49. That's it. I just owe you $8.49. Yes, sir. All right. Just be quiet first. Okay. [Music] I'll tell you when to say something. I got to go get the damn car, George. Yes, sir. Thank you, Shane. Thank you, Christian, for love for loving me so much. You better freaking come visit. [Music] It blows my mind. I just talked to my stepdad, explained cookware to him six different times, six different pitches, and then he finally said, "I'll try out a skillet." skillet came in last week, which means he must have loved it. Oh, when is one [Music] 50k 50k 5 0 2 1 50k and 21 Oh my god, [Music] I'm laying down. I'm going to think a second. [Music] He said, "Christian, you are a champion. Tonight, you're being recognized for what will go down as the best personal sales year as a student in the history of our company." From Mariana, Georgia, Mr. Christian Oak. Heat up here. [Music] [Music] The number one college shelter of all time. [Music] How's that feel to be number one? Doesn't mean anything if I don't recreate it. Don't get me wrong.
