1. The Misogi
Misogi: Do one big, year-defining thing every year.
Examples: Writing a book, launching a business, participating in a significant physical challenge.
Identifying and putting it on the calendar helps prioritize it.
2. Kevin’s Rule
Every Other Month: Engage in one mini-adventure or activity you wouldn’t normally do.
Example: Going to a concert, taking a class, or embarking on a small adventure.
3. Winning Habits
Quarterly: Add one new habit that contributes to personal growth.
Examples: Drinking more water, never being late to meetings, meditating daily.
Planning Your Day
Importance of evening routines: Plan the next day the night before.
Daily Vitamins: Identify and do activities that energize you (e.g., running, spending time with family).
