canva pro is great isn't it with all the great features it has so today you're going to learn five legit or legal ways of getting camera pro for free so there are not going to be any hacks no finding loopholes or any guards as such it's going to be 100 legal and free this is santosh here i am a designer and an entrepreneur and i create content around designing entrepreneurship and marketing so pro for free [Music] let's talk about the first method camera canva gives the pro subscription free for education which means if you're a teacher if you're a student or if you are part of an educational institute you can get camera pro for absolutely 100 free okay so if you fall in this category then make sure you watch the next few minutes because i'm going to walk you through the process of getting this done all right so let's go there all right welcome this is how you do it just go to canva.com and in canva.com there are all these different options go to plans and under plans you'll see the different plans that they have one is free and then we have pro then enterprise education and non-profits okay in the first method i'm going to teach you how to get canva pro for free for education so click on education and uh there are three different ways to get it if so if you are a teacher and if you want canva pro for free all you have to do is click on get verified it's going to ask you for your login details so continue with your email make sure you put in your school email okay so whatever you have got from your school make sure you use that and uh go ahead and continue with it okay put in your email continue and there is a process you have to follow just go on hitting next next continue and all of that and there will be a verification process and once the verification process is completed you will be uh your camera pro subscription will be activated okay it's that easy so if you're a teacher go ahead and try it out right now and the next option is if you are admin or if you are running a school or if you are a student you can also use this option to get a camera pro activated for your school you can get multiple licenses as well i'm going to show you how to do that just right click on this or just left click on it and you will get to this screen or this this screen okay you can read this so here it says our products are free only for primary secondary k-12 institutions that means camera pro is free for only these and for universities and colleges and higher education institutions there is a discount paid option okay and support is available only in english and spanish at this time all right so all you got to do is fill up this form and once you fill up this form canva is going to get in touch with you and they are going to deploy canva throughout your educational institution that's what's going to happen so hit start and it's going to ask you these questions just fill this up how do you want to use canva across school let's say higher education [Music] okay so this is where it asks uh how many licenses you need which means uh if you want 25 canva pro account you need to select this 25 to 100 is this and this is mostly for students so if you are a student filling this up you can do that and if you are a teacher or if you are a professor then you can choose this and if you are looking for more than 100 paid licenses you can select that and hit ok and your role choose your role if you're a student filling it up select this let's say district ad teacher listing tag professor okay okay email address phone number school or district name let's say okay number of students country so choose your country tell us why you're interested in camera no i can put it up this way easy way of graphic designing okay and submit once you submit what's going to happen is uh canva is going to get your request this form and they will see your email address and phone number and they're going to contact you and once everything is verified they might probably ask you for some school documents and things like that so if you're a teacher speak to your school admin and get this done so that it's easier and after that canva is going to deploy a camera pro in your institution and all of you if you ask for 100 plus licenses you're going to get those licenses and you will be able to access canva using your school or college email id and that's how we do it and if you're a teacher there is an additional thing that you can do there's an option called as education creator you can sign up to this as well once you sign up to this you will be able to earn through canva as well you can learn from your designs that you have created in canva as you can see it's a beta program which started in june 2020 so i am not sure whether they're going to continue it they're going to stop it or i have no idea okay so if you see this link then go ahead and sign up there is a form that you'll have to fill this is going to be the form okay and all the links that i am talking about will be in the description uh for you to check it out later as well okay so just fill up this form if you're a teacher and once the verification is completed and you are approved you will be able to earn through canva as well for your designs okay it's just an additional thing if you're a teacher or an educator so that was method number one so if you are an educational institute a teacher or a student then you know how to get camera pro for free now okay all links in the description now let's move on to the second method the second method is for organizations who are non-profit so if you are an organized if so if you are a ngo or a nonprofit organization then canva pro is for free for you guys as well and how to get camera pro is what i'm going to show you in the next few minutes all right method number two we are back in canva now here go to plans and if you are a nonprofit organization click on nonprofits and you will be looking at this screen okay so if you want to know if you are eligible for this kind of a pro subscription all you have to do is right click on this open it and this will be the eligibility uh guidelines okay organizations that do not qualify organizations that do qualify make sure you go through this i am going to add this in the description as well so make sure you click on it and go through the eligibility guidelines okay and depending on which country you are in uh there are certain documents that would be required so this is the list of countries and whichever country you're from just click on this down arrow and it's going to tell you what is the kind of form that you need if you are in india this is what you require and if you are in u.s these are the documents that you require okay and once you have those documents ready just go ahead and hit apply for canva for non-profits and this is what you're going to get okay so make sure whenever you're signing up use your organization email address so that the process becomes easier and avoid using your personal email okay so you can sign up with your work email or continue with your email your organization email and follow the process it's going to ask you to upload documents and it will go through the verification process and then canva is going to get in touch with you and help you with the deployment and you're going to have camera pro subscription as well so if you're an ngo make sure you go through this page and go through these information all right so you get an idea of what you get in this subscription that was method number two so if you are a ngo or a nonprofit organization make sure you apply for it and it's going to be super useful for your organization you will be able to create great looking designs using canva pro and its additional features as well okay so go ahead and apply right now method number three let's uh talk about that this is a workaround you can say so if you have uh any of your friend or somebody in your family using camera pro then you can get camera pro for free if you ask them to add you as a new user i'm going to show you how to do that as well let me take you there all right here we are this is the canva home dashboard as you can see i have pro over here and if you're a pro users canva gives you the option of creating four more user accounts with pro so i can give this user access to my friend or i can even give it to somebody in my family or if i have a small company then i can give it to my colleagues as well so let me show you how to add additional pro accounts through the pro dashboard okay so if any of if any of your friend or colleague or somebody in your family has a pro account and if they do not know how to do this just show them this video okay so all you have to do is go click on my account over here all right and there's going to be these options so click on account settings and here you're going to see all these options so click on people and when you click on people you have an option of inviting people over here so as you can see great collaboration starts with a great team that's what it says over here and you can invite up to four more team members on your canva pro plan at no extra cost now isn't that cool so if you have any of your friends or anybody in your family who's using canva pro and if they have this option of creating these four accounts and if they have not used it yet then go ahead and ask them and you can get camera pro for free it's very simple all you have to do is hit invite people and put in the email addresses over here so once they hit get invite link you will receive an email with login instructions use the login instructions and once you log in you will have camera pro for free and this is the third method so make use of it if you have any of your friends or anybody in your family using canva pro so that was method number three it's for friends and family if anybody in your family or any of your friend has a camera pro account and if they have those four uh invite options left then you can request them to add your email address over here and you'll receive the invite link click on follow the login instructions and you will have camera pro for free it's absolutely free okay so this is a method number three and method number four is it depends on which company you are working in uh there are certain companies who do it there are certain companies who may not do it because of stricter policies and processes and things like that so if you are working somewhere and if your company has a canva enterprise plan connected to it then you can check with your manager if you can get access to camera pro uh see when i used to work that was like more than 10 years ago i wanted access to photoshop and illustrator right i was in tech support i it was of no use to me actually but i was passionate about creating designs and art so i wanted access to these two tools so what i did was i spoke to my manager i got approval from my manager and then i got the license for photoshop and illustrator and i was using it okay so this is something a few companies do few companies don't do it so check with your manager or whoever your bosses ask them if they have canva enterprise connected to their company and if they do then request or get an approval for a camera pro subscription or a camera subscription for yourself and you will be able to get camera pro for free as well that way okay this is a little uh corporate process so make sure you speak to your manager and get it done method number five now this is uh you you can get camera pro for free without any of the methods i have spoken earlier but the only problem here is it's going to be a try you can try camera pro for free for about 30 days and use all the features that they have and if you like it then you can go ahead and purchase the subscription if you do not like it you don't have to do it and you can continue with the camera free plan so uh the 30 day trial subscription you will find the link below this video there's a special link over there if you click on it you will be able to get camera pro for 30 days okay so that is another way of getting camera pro for free but it's going to be only for 30 days these are the five methods to get canva pro for free there are other methods as well there are illegal ways to get it there are people talking about it you can find it in google you can find it in youtube i however highly highly recommend you not to do it okay so if you're a business owner if you're an entrepreneur even if you're a designer and if you're serious about it then either follow the five methods that i've taught you in this video okay it's a legal way of doing it or what you can do is go ahead and purchase canva pro it's not expensive if you're in india it's about 4.99 per month and that is going to be one visit to a restaurant or one visit to a coffee shop you know depending on where you are all right so it's not very expensive so you you can go ahead and afford uh camera camera pro okay so don't follow the illegal way do it the
