to explain the development of sex characteristics and human reproductive system describe the erogenous zones and understand human sexual response understanding attraction love and attachment sexual orientation identify the causes and consequences of STDs and early pregnancy and reflect on the importance of contraception and reproductive health law so uh I will be talking about this in a nonchalant way are informed about this so um and we'll talk about all of this stuff Philippines so an important note of the outset I want to make it clear that When approaching this topic on sexual self it should not be as a biological process but as a prep preparation to entering into this into and sustain an intimate happy and long time relationship in the future so developmental development of sex characteristics in the human reproductive system so as mentioned last time uh maturation nothing usually during adolescent especially starting development of reproductive system though so your primary sex characteristics physical characteristics that are present at first so young primary sex characteristics this is basically the the reproductive system so puberty so what are the secondary sex characteristics so for women the earliest evidence of puberty are the enlargement of breast a menstrual cycle widening of hips enlargement of buttocks and growth of pubic hair testicular growth sperm production appearance of facial and pubic in other body hair and depending of voice are some of the first signs of puberty in men so I think uh usually physically and then as always late testosterone usually is so in women the ovaries produce estrogen and progesterone as well as small amount of testosterone as I've mentioned so both men and women have sex drive okay so don't misinterpret that means Okay so again if you have any questions just feel free to ask you know uh and estrogen promotes female reproductive capacity and secondary sex characteristics bye-bye and the production of female sex hormones follows a cyclical pattern on approximately 28 day monthly cycle so at a young menstruation so the greatest production occurs during ovulation period when an egg is their breasts no like non-existent yeah and then um or technically have breasts very simple now usually is foreign okay so that is the erogenous zones so one of the most basic sexual stimulation is masturbation or self-stimulation that causes sexual pleasure or orgasm so other sexual activities such as intimate kissing cuddling necking petting or touching the erogenous Zone may be uniquely important to sexual arousal so ETO of course you all know masturbation the man and how it works especially males no so some males they will stimulate their penis and then for females they will stimulate either their vagina or their clitoris uh small smaller version than pennies okay so in penis it's just an enlarged clitoris so it must among terms now uh uh young masturbation of course I'm the the talk about sex and sexual desire is very conservative there no Hindi is during sex because a majority of our parents nor of our old old people uh don't really talk about it no in an open way with their children Philippines in general but there are some times to say that you're already an adult and you do adult things and one of the adult things that you do is all about sex so means as a culture in a very uh very restrictive when it talks when it talks about sex so again cognitive factors in uh display an important role in sexual arousals in in humans so imagination is really a big factor in the sexual arousals in humans right so now what are the phases of sexual response so um sexual activities so see William Masters and Virginia Johnson's actually these two are sex therapists foreplay as a treatment for sexual dysfunction so in explaining response cycle so uh they use the term sexual response cycle to describe the changes that occur in the body as men and women become sexually adults so that they divide the sexual response cycle into four phases excitement or arousal plateau and orgasm and resolution so excitement introduction Plateau rising action orgasms climax no and then resolution issue after math climax so so the excitement phase uh is beginning of the sexual arousal and can last from one minute to several hours actually very pulse rate increases uh blood pressure increases breathing weekends and the skin shows Rosy flush particularly on the chest and breasts during this phase no so these nipples are hardened and erect in both men and women and in men the penis becomes erect the skin of the thickens and the test is increase in size so in women the clitoris swells the lips of the vagina open and the inside of the vagina moistens in insertion of the penis in the vagina lubricated of course excited sexually speaking uh it's very painful okay lubricated okay so in the blood blue phase the man the changes are uh the changes in the body continued in men penis becomes more effect the circumference of its head increases and releases a few drops of fluid semen so in women the outer part of the vagina swells with increased amount of blood to that area uh while the clitoris retracts under the clitoral hood but remains highly sensitive so the outer lips of the vagina becomes redder in color and breathing becomes more rapid heart rate increases but the temperature rises and blood pressure increases during this stage stimulation sexually speaking so it means intercourse penetration uh and then during the organ they actually like you know Plateau Plateau face activity of insertion of penis in the vagina so during the orgasmic phase the orgasmic construction of the mass muscles and in and around the penny stimulate the release of the semen which contains the sperm cells so men usually achieve one in 10 sargasm so an orgasm it's different for Millions males and females so some males one shot long one time Big Time passion which is very physical no sexual consummation so young passionate guys uh very romantic very physical young attraction and then lastly is your commitment so the first to the decision so excuse me so decision to love and the commitment to maintain that love so long then congrats love of your life no for example the attachment no so attachment passion no maybe passion it means attachment I me of my ignorance of those genders so I have a simple brain I cannot keep up but anyway so sexual orientation most common sexual orientation is some Hotel heterosexual no uh although of course Daniel homosexual so homosexual orientation when we are attracted to the people with the same body uh same uh same sex so let's for example [Music] that is a gay man it's funny because even in these kinds of relationships homosexual relationship for example so gay um same with uh lesbians bye Dynamics no okay as I mentioned at the same time problems okay so uh uh sexual orientation especially the homosexual orientation is really a unique uh unique uh relationship or unique style of relationship that uh actually before and even it's uh it's frowned upon or even actually punishable young homosexual uh activities so sad but of course uh here in the Philippines at least homosexuality okay so bisexual people women are attracted to both men and women and then in transgender are uh transgenderism again lesbian some are transgender they are they feel like they are trapped in another gender in another sex spot in another sexy trap transgender so uh some of them no they seeks exchange operation but of course before namakaranas exchange operation psychologically financially and even socially no so yeah processed supposedly people they they feel like they are trapped in the other opposite sex in the body of the opposite sex so transsexual people are those whose genitals are surgically removed in our Fashions as genitals of the desired gender so once that is transsexual people now okay transsexual okay so transgender will happen exchange operations hormonal therapy and uh Hindi transsexual transgender potential exchange operation which is biological in nature I am transsexual okay so you have any questions regarding this uh sexual orientations okay it's okay next is Young sbis no it's actually transmitted infections and early pregnancy pregnancy so sexually transmitted infections or STDs are diseases that are contracted primarily through sexual contact so sdis are increasing health problems some STIs affect the sex organs themselves whereas others have broader and life-threatening effects so for example AIDS all right so the bacterial infections are treatable with antibiotics bacterial bacterial infections like uh syphilis syphilis is also known as tulo genital warts even uh they can be it's actually on pering genital warts caused by viruses compared to HIV or Aids so uh human bacterial infections okay so antibiotics and then STIs commonly include human immunodeficiency virus or HIV acquired immunode deficiency syndrome which is AIDS gonorrhea etogonorrhea bacterial bacterial syphilis bacterial chlamydia it's also bacterial genital herpes is uh herpes is herpes if I I'm not sure if Byron by the way viral infections a bacterial infection bacterial infection is caused by bacteria which are living organisms that are larger than viruses virus on the other hand are rnas usually or DNA is like for example coronaviruses immune system and then some will cause death but anyway so in HIV and AIDS and it's uh viral infections and HIV is actually targeting the immune system so HIV usually that is already terminal no uh maintenance progress no HIV okay so anyone who is sexually active is at risk to sexually transmitted infection so hence sexually active persons should practice safe sex so uh sexually active actually that's not the case because if you are sexually active you know sex drive or biologically speaking to become sexually active in fact is to actually teach this sexually active person to practice safe sex okay so using condoms no for males and even females no so some of our females not very active they must always bring their uh their own condom Partners [Music] no more bacterial infection even HIV Okay so safe sex but of course it is important to remember that not having sex can be the safest sex method to avoid all forms of sexually transmitted infections as well as other sexual problems such as early pregnancy reproductive control method [Music] um STI or STDs or even testing is nothing is 100 percent guys 100 safe or something like that you know so it's really important consequences abstinence well that knowing human beings no abstinence is not effective okay abstinence is uh indeed India work no uh even pulling out no him pulling out Alani pulling out loud but it's not safe it's not effective okay so if you want safe sex bring some condom all right uh but of course [Music] uh because again there are some consequences that's just some early pregnancy and being pregnant or blessing coping mechanism it's hard okay problems no so so one way to uh to avoid early pregnancy is the use of contraception so this refers to the methods that are used to prevent pregnancy some methods of contraception such as condom can be used no and used to prevent them STIs so other common available uh contraception is Young e IUD or intrauterine device birth control injection withdrawal method which I do not recommend uh and then calendar method calendar method works when the the the female is regular and as I've mentioned menstruation so young cervix usually by checking clear if I'm not mistaken but clearly vagina excuse me I'm not sure so correct me if I'm wrong and then the Billings method I'm not familiar with the buildings method uh but yeah don't call in their method no it's not that effective because foreign guarantees to universal access to methods of contraception fertility control sexual education and maternal care so RH bill or archlo provides for prevention and treatment of HIV AIDS and other STIs or STDs foreign especially women well informed about available plan Family Planning methods that they can really use depending on their needs so as well uh it aims to promote adolescent in youth health and propagate information and sexuality and reproducting health a reproductive Health through proper care and sex education because sex education is still the uh most uh effective way you know to prevent uh sexual television infections and diseases and also early like you know Plateau Plateau face activity of insertion of penis in the vagina so during the orgasmic phase the orgasmic construction of the mass muscles and in and around the penny stimulate the transgenderism again lesbian some are transgender they are they feel like they are trapped in another gender in another sex spot in another sexy trap transgender so uh some of them no they seeks exchange operation but of course before namakaranas exchange operation psychologically financially and even socially no so yeah processed supposedly people they they feel like they are trapped in the other opposite sex in the body of the opposite sex so transsexual people are those whose genitals are surgically removed in our Fashions as genitals of the desired gender so once that is transsexual transmitted infections or STDs are diseases that are contracted primarily through sexual contact so sdis are increasing health problems some STIs affect the sex organs themselves whereas others have broader and life-threatening effects so for example AIDS all right so the bacterial infections are treatable with antibiotics bacterial bacterial infections like uh syphilis syphilis is also known as tulo genital warts even uh they can be it's actually on pering genital warts caused by viruses compared to HIV or Aids so uh human bacterial infections okay so antibiotics and then STIs commonly include human immunodeficiency virus or HIV acquired immunode deficiency syndrome which is AIDS gonorrhea etogonorrhea bacterial bacterial syphilis bacterial chlamydia it's also bacterial genital herpes is uh herpes is herpes if I I'm not sure if Byron by the way viral infections a bacterial infection bacterial infection is caused by bacteria which are living organisms that are larger than percent guys 100 safe or something like that you know so it's really important consequences abstinence well that knowing human beings no abstinence is not effective okay abstinence is uh indeed India method I'm not familiar with the buildings method uh but yeah don't call in their method no it's not that effective because foreign guarantees to universal access to methods of contraception fertility control sexual education and maternal care so RH bill or archlo provides for prevention and treatment of HIV AIDS and other STIs or STDs foreign especially women well informed about available plan
