A lot of people now they come to God's presence and they are very conscious of their sin whether it's worship or even prayer. They dare not linger. They sort of like rush through their prayer session or worship session. Why? Because they still have the old testament mentality like the old testament way. We are we are so conscious of our sins and our failures. And we think that is humility. It is not. Not in the new covenant. We have to be conscious not sin conscious. will be Jesus conscious and what he has done for us. Does that give people license? No. It is it is not knowing the truth and not believing the truth that gives people license. You don't want that sin to remain in your life. I'm showing you how to get rid of it. Right believing will always lead to right living. Don't worry. Count on your forgiveness. Just count on your [Music] forgiveness. All right. I want to get right into the word. Praise God. My challenge is always as we pray I always think about you know when the Lord wants to move I I I tell him always if he wants to move to touch the people I will just step back and let him do it. Amen. And but you know that I love to teach has been like this for many years really. All right. So I got to learn to step back and let the Lord minister. But the Lord also said to me not too long ago the Lord said to me and that happened the last service that I preached. The Lord says he's going to heal, continue healing while the word is going forth. So don't think for one moment that uh you know it's a healing session or healing rally where you get healed. No, don't bind God, you know, into into a box. Don't put him into into a box. Okay? Amen. God can heal you anywhere, anytime, but especially when the word is going forth. The Bible says it is by the foolishness of preaching to soo, to heal, to deliver those who believed. Amen. And so as the word goes forth, praise God, miracles happen. Amen. The Bible says, "He that ministerth to you the spirit." And that word there in the Greek is continuously ministering to you the spirit. You got to believe that God is always filling you up with the Holy Spirit. Amen. He that ministerth to you, constantly ministers to you the spirit, and constantly works miracles among you. Does he do it by the works of the law or by the hearing of faith? By the hearing of faith. So even though God constantly supplies the spirit and ministers miracles all right to us, we still need the hearing of faith. He does it through the hearing of faith. So especially during the time when you are having the hearing of faith, miracles happen in your body. And many of times, you know, it is it is so supernaturally natural that you don't even realize until you the service is over or later on the next day, amen on a holiday tomorrow, you realize that something has happened. Amen. Or you go back to a condition, you find that on Tuesday or whatever, you go back to your work and that that that challenge, that problem that you had is no longer there. And there's a beautiful verse in the Bible that says, you will look for your enemy and find his place. no more. Praise God. Thank you, Lord. Hallelujah. Ready for God's word? Yes. You know, I'm glad for the last uh few weeks um God has been uh showing us the importance of of worship and how we should learn to enter into his presence, the new covenant way, boldly into his presence. And uh last week uh it was amazing, isn't it? The word that was given and what a time you know God God brought all the way a a special u anointed gifted artist of worship. Amen. Aiden King and and uh he's he's become a friend and and how he led us into the presence of God. Praise God. You know God's ordained way in everything is that there's leadership. Even in David's tabernacle, David appoint um Hmon, Asaf and Jatutan and they are the leaders of worship. So there are there are leadership of worship. You know people say I can worship God straight. Of course you can you can worship God anywhere but when you come to the house of God we enter into a more intense experience of worship as we have worship leaders that lead us and pastor uh Darren what an amazing message. Amen. That is a landmark message and uh it's going to stay in our hearts. It's hard to forget a message like that. Amen. Every time you worship God, he'll be there. Okay. Now, the thing is this. I I I believe that a lot of people are trying to worship God. A lot of people are attempting to worship God. A lot of people are worshiping God hoping that that they will score points with God. They are worshiping God hoping that God will not smite them. They they they're praying so that you know they they hope that God will do something for them. But for us, we worship God because we see his beauty. We see his glory. We we enjoy his love. We want want him to know how much he loves us. We we want him to know how much we love him because he first love us so much. Amen. It's a response. And and when when there are people that worshiping God, a lot of people now worshiping God with a sense of sin in their life. They come to God's presence and they are very conscious of their sin. Okay? Okay, whether it's worship or even prayer that they sort of like rush through their prayer session or worship session, they dare not linger. They throw their request real fast because they still need God's help. They want God's intervention, but they throw their request real fast and get out. Why? Because they still have the Old Testament mentality or because some fresh sin that they have committed came back to their mind. They were reminded and you know who is the accuser of the brethren, right? And then your flesh also accuses you of something you just did and all that. But I'm telling you even that something you just did has been removed by the blood of Jesus. Does that give people license? No. It is it is not knowing the truth and not believing the truth that gives people license that brings lensiousness. When you are under grace and you're not under law, sin shall not have dominion over you. Amen. And you can say like this. Grace is supply, law is demand. So in the old testament the essence of the old covenant is every covenant is established upon terms laws. Amen. There are certain uh the constitution is made of certain statements that is like a doma for that covenant. All the old covenant is based on law which is demand. You shall not you shall not. You shall not. Right? And the people had to live according to that. Any violation of that will result in death or some destruction or some something bad happening to the people. Amen. And the Bible says God found fault with that covenant. I'm glad God found fault with that covenant. So God God says, "Behold, I make a new covenant." A new covenant. Not because if God said new, therefore the previous has become old, right? The previous has become old because God says I make a new covenant. And then not only that, if that is not enough, God specified in that new covenant found in Jeremiah 23 as well as in um Hebrews chapter 8. God specified in that new covenant. This is not this covenant is not according to the covenant that I made with the house of Israel. It is not according to the So some people try to amalgamate both covenants. They say that actually it's just an an an uh you know addendum added to it. It is not an addendum. It is not something added. All right. There's no compromise. Are you listening? is as clear as day. The separation. Okay. God says, "This covenant is not according to the covenant that I made with the house of Israel when I brought them out of the land of Egypt." When I brought them out of Egypt, very clear. He's talking about the Mount Si covenant, the covenant of the law. Which covenant, he says, I continue quoting the word, which covenant they broke. Okay. And I disregarded them. God said, "But this new covenant, I'll put my laws in their hearts and in their minds I'll write them." That means everyone everyone will know what God wants of them. No, more than that, everyone will have God internal guidance. Be it parenting, be it in your place of work, even in your specified assignment. All right. In your career, whatever it is, God says, "I have put in you in this new covenant." You know what is so so built in that you will just know God is leading you. So there's a lot of voices out there for example in the area of uh food diet and all that. All kinds of voices out there. One group says, you know, the lion diet, carnival diet did miracles for me. Another one says, "No, cut down on carbs. Cops is no good. cup is evil. Jesus says man shall not live by bread alone. That's cups anyway. That means you do eat bread because man shall not live by bread alone. That means you do eat bread. Hello. All right. The emphasis is that by every word of the mouth of God. You must eat the word of God more than bread. So bread is mentioned there. Anyway, it is uh customary now to argue about this thing. But the Lord will tell you when to eat. Some say do not eat sugar at all. Okay. But sometimes there's a craving for sugar and it's not just a physical craving. The Lord is saying you need some sugar now. Amen. Amen. That means chocolates, right? And then when you eat your chocolate, the chocolate is this long, right? And and he gives you guidance. Okay. Throw away the rest. You said cannot. Another law comes in. My mother's law when I was young, my mother says don't waste anything. Okay? Right? So either you pass it to your friends if they want it or keep it in the fridge like many of you, you got a lot of things caught up in the in the fridge, right? That you never get back to. But it's like have no qualms once you are full, right? The the Bible believes in in hunger and fullness. Eat when you are hungry. Once you are full, stop. Even though the plate is still filled. Some of you cannot be trusted in the buffet line. That's why warfare happens a lot in buffet line. Have you noticed that? Oh, you shoveling and all that kind of thing. You know, eat what you want. You know, it is this last supper mentality must stop. Amen. So, I use that area of food just as an illustration. The Lord will lead you. The Lord will guide you. Somebody tell me eat more. Eat more cups. Amen. Today and later on I realized why I need more energy for something. I used to just follow his law. Don't eat cup. Don't eat cups. And I become so skinny that I have to run around in a shower to get wet. You all have that imagination. Amen. And and and you don't look good. No cup. I'm telling you, you're going to look really really bad. Amen. healthy but look bad. Amen. Neither do we want to look good but unhealthy. Of course, the Lord will guide you. Parenting, the Lord will guide you. All right. When to discipline, how to discipline? Do you need to discipline now? All right. When to discipline, how much to discipline. The Lord will guide you. You find that there is a there's a peace. There's like a velvety feeling, you know, a a a silky kind of feeling, especially a peaceful feeling. Some call it a green light. You know that that's how God leads you. And that's that's more intimate than voice because voice is still implies a bit of distance. Whisper more intimate. All right? You don't you don't find couples sitting in the park, right? Saying all of a sudden you walk very dark moonlight, stars, couples everywhere in the park, it's dark. All you hear, I love you. Say amen. Swedish. You know, it's a Japanese couple. All right. One down there. Very loud. Everyone can hear. Okay. But I didn't use your language. Forgive me. Okay. I got to stop somewhere. Okay. Anyway, intimacy implies what? Quietness. So when the Bible says God speaks to us in the still small voice, what does that mean? That means you are so near to him. Amen. It's a compliment when God speaks to you in the still small voice. Elijah experienced that, right? the ways of grace and and more than a voice when there is a spirit and spirit joined together God just bears witness you just know that is the leading of the Lord so in this new covenant that's the first clause the second clause the Bible says and they will not teach everyone or I'll be their God and they shall be my people that's the second clause I'll be their God. What does that mean? I'll be their God. Well, isn't God God of the all the universe and all the people on earth? Yes and no. In that special thing is under the covenant term. When God says, "I will be their God." Every time God says, "I'll be their God," he always introduced a new covenant name like I am the Lord that heals you. I will be their healing God and they shall be a healed healthy people. Amen. I'll be their delivering God. I'll be their deliverer and they'll be protected and safe regardless of what happens in the world out there. And it's a fallen world. Amen. God says, "Whatever you need, I am Jehovah Gyra. I am the Lord that provides. I see your need and I provide it." Amen. You are a people that are enriched, all supplied. Amen. So I'll be their God. That's what it means. I'll be their God and they shall be my people. I'll be their God. Not everyone's God. I'll be their God and I'll be their God and they shall be my people. Amen. Got it? Second clause. Third clause. God says, "And no one will teach one another know the Lord." Hey, know the Lord. Know the Lord. Here is a seminar coming up. know the Lord, you know, so and so going to come and teach you how to know God intimately and all that. Well, the Bible says we don't need all that. This is one topic that you don't need to teach because no more no uh no more old covenant way of teaching about God outside in God says all of you will know instinctively on the inside. All right. Why? God says, "None shall teach his neighbor, know the Lord, for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest." Stand by that picture of uh the covenant, the new covenant uh SD, if you can. Yep. So, I gave you all the three clauses just now without you having to look up there because the way they uh do the um scroll up here, it is like an eye test. All right. So it says here we are now on the third clause. None of them shall teach his neighbor. Right at the bottom there and none his brother saying know the Lord for all shall know me. Say all. All. And you know where God starts grace. Isn't this so much like grace? Grace starts with the least from the least first. All will know me. Not from the greatest. Amen. Not from the greatest but from the least to the greatest. So if you think you are the least in the kingdom of God or in the church in this particular church God starts with you. You will know him better than anyone else. And sometimes it's amazing you know um someone who doesn't travel with Jesus just met Jesus for a while can actually be intimate with his thoughts and what really delights him more than all the disciples who travel with him day in day out day in day out like the centurion who told Jesus you don't have to come to my house to heal my servant just speak the word and my servant will be healed. Jesus turned around and looked at his disciples said, "Man, truly I've not found so great faith." No, not in all Israel. Don't you like to be that kind of person that that make that kind of impact on Jesus? There are only two things that the Bible says Jesus marvel at. One is faith, great faith. Another one is unbelief. And he marvelled at their unbelief because they believe not. Another one, the lady, remember the lady, the Syonician woman, when it seems like she was rejected by the disciples, they told Jesus, "Send her away. Send her away. She's bothering us. She wants healing for her daughter." And then the Lord turned around because she's a at that time she's a gentile. She's not part of the people of Israel. And Jesus first assignment when he came before he dies on the cross and his salvation is for all the world. Yes. But at that time is for the lost sheep of the house of Israel. And she was pretending to come as a Jewish as part of the people of the house of Israel. She wasn't. She was she was a she was from the area of Ty and Siden the the Paris and New York of that day. Those are very large cities. and she pretended to be by uh to be a Jew by calling him son of David. Jesus ignored her because he knows truth. Always remember this. Come to him in truth. Worship him in spirit and in truth. You know what's truth? When you're pretending that you are a sinner, when God has made you righteous, you're not worshiping him in truth. You just missed what I said. When God has made you the righteousness of God and you come and pretend, I'm a sinner. I have so much sin, Lord. Forgive me for my sins, Lord. And he has forgiven you already. Are you coming in truth? No. He doesn't respond with lies to lies. I mean, are you listening? You know what's a hypocrite? Someone who pretends to be what he is not. Now, if you are the righteousness of God in Christ and you try to act like a sinner, all right, you try to be, you know, so-called falsely humble in front of people and especially in front of God and all that. God calls that hypocrisy anymore than the Pharisees. They were not righteous. They were sinners, but they act like they are righteous, pretending to be what they are not. Okay, are you with me so far? All right, so listen. All will know me from the least to the greatest. Amen. All will know me. And if you you study, if you are interested in the Greek, God says, "No one will teach get to know me by experience." Janosco, get to know the Lord. Get to know the Lord. Janosco, get to know the Lord by experience like the Old Testament way. No, all will know me is a different word. All will ida. Oda is the word for intuitive knowing. I just know my father is not like that. My God is not like that. I know my God will want to do that for you. Amen. When I step up here, I know my God wants to heal. I know my God wants to do good to you. Amen. I know him inside. I just know him. If someone comes and malign him and says something bad about him, that's not inside me. It doesn't set right. Even if I come across a passage that seems to imply something, I don't understand the passage just yet because I know my God is not like that. You must interpret even everything that you don't understand in the light of the cross. Why then will he give up his son? Why did his son on that cross carry our sins as well as our diseases and bore our condemnation? That is always the filter you must go through. Amen. If anyone try to imply or insinuate that our God is not a good God, a perfectly good God, just go back to the cross. Amen. And ever you feel like, you know, you don't feel loved for some reason, the devil has been lying to you, working overtime on your mind, go back to the cross. Why that death? If you're the only person that ever live, he'll still come down and die for you. It's a personal death though it's for all of us. We are to receive it personally because the salvation comes personally. Amen. All will know me from the least to the greatest. Why? Why? Now this is the thing that makes all the clauses work. So if a Christian says, "Pastor Prince, I know about this law and grace. I know about old covenant, new covenant. I I I know about it, pastor, but I don't I still don't sense God leading me from inside. I I I don't I don't find God strong in my life being my God and I'm his people and and and I don't I don't really know the Lord. I don't mind attending seminars that says knowing God intimately. I want to learn to know God because I don't find that I know God intuitively. You find fault in these areas where the clauses says God says I will, I will, I will. Notice it's all I will not that you shall you shall you shall anymore. Notice God says I will make a new covenant. Right? I will put I will be Amen. All shall know me. Why? Why is it weak in you? Because you don't believe one thing. You know what is it? Because therefore there in the Hebrew is because I check because I will be all these things will happen to them because I'll be merciful to their unrighteousness and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more. And still today the church is fighting about whether our sins are forgiven or not. the bony fingers pointing at the camera and says, "Be sure your sin will find you out." God is a holy God. He is a holy God. It is because he's a holy God that I'm not condemned today. Because when his son hung on that cross, his holiness saw him bore all my sins. And his holiness bought out his righteous judgment and wrath upon the body of his son, who is my substitute. And because his son, your Lord and Savior, has been condemned for your sins in your place, his holiness today cannot condemn you. In fact, his holiness is looking to justify you. Is aggressively doing good to you. His holiness that you used to fear in the old covenant is now on your side. And if God be for us, who can be against us? Even Satan cannot be successfully against us. [Music] [Applause] Amen. Amen. See Christians uh this is the problem. If this is not strong the last part you don't have a forgiveness consciousness but you have your mistake conscious. It's your sin conscious. Uh you know recently I did this or I lost my cool on on on the way to church just now you know I again I lost my cool. I hope Pastor Prince wasn't behind me you know and you know and uh and We are we are so conscious of our sins and our failures and we think that is humility. It is not not in the new covenant. Amen. We have to be son conscious not sin conscious. We have to be Jesus conscious and what he has done for us. You must count on your forgiveness. You know when Jesus died on on the cross is it like but but Jesus died for my past sins. There's no past and present where he died because all your all your sins were future as far as he was concerned when he died. Amen. So your failures thus far even yesterday your sins your failures they're gone. But you know what's not gone? Your mind. Your mind is not gone. Your mind has memories of your sin. And your mind needs to be renewed. The Bible says it needs to think new covenant way. Amen. It needs to be forgiveness conscious. Okay. Are you with me so far? Count on your forgiveness. Hallelujah. Count on your forgiveness. That failure you had. You see? All right. I'm going to talk to the guys now because as I was preparing this message, the Lord gave me this illustration. So, I believe that he has a reason for it. I see some of you guys struggling with pornographic images while you're sleeping. But then you're too tired to confess. You got a problem there. You woke up, you realize that you have had, you know, as you wake up, you have the pornographic. Now, God doesn't judge you based on your dreams, bad dreams, sinful dreams, or whatever. You're not responsible for that. But when you wake up and you start meditating on on those things, maybe you have a past in pornography or whatever, but this is what I I saw as I was preparing. So, I'm going to use this perhaps going to help you. You see it, you know, you have sin, you cross the line, right? You don't know how to get rid of the image, right? And you're too tired to confess. based on the church that you attend they say that you don't confess your sin is not forgiven right I'm telling you even that is forgiven now if you believe the truth you say okay that is forgiven I have sinned Lord but it's like you know I just know that's forgiven I'll tell you something he will break that image [Music] it won't come back and haunt you might come back a few times it won't it was this is the how to get deliverance even during the daytime if the image comes to your mind say I'm forgiven of that that's how you break it you know how you perpetuate it by coming on the law oh man you know I shouldn't think that way the more you don't don't don't the more you think of it now life and in color it does not work gentlemen it does not work okay this is what the Lord showed me the more you think the image will still come sometimes from years ago an image that someone showed you. It might not be your fault. Your friend might just come near you and just open up a magazine, right? And now the image stays in your mind. It can still haunt you 50 years after what happened. It comes to your mind. Don't be afraid of it. Don't be afraid. You have not lost your fellowship with God. Amen. Just tell yourself it's forgiven. Amen. It's forgiven. The blood has cleansed it. It's forgiven. The more you have this attitude, you'll find it get it gets weaker and weaker and weaker. The reason is is so strong is because you have you take a guilt for it. The more you confess, in fact, as you are confessing it, another image comes to be sin conscious is not the way out. But once you look again, every time the devil want to bring that image to you, he's only helping you see the cross. Hallelujah. Reminds you how forgiven you are. Amen. And the more you know you are forgiven, the more you love him. Now, pastor Prince, my husband don't have such images. Moving right along. Amen. Does that help you guys? Don't have to raise your hand, okay? Because your wife is beside you. If your wife is beside you, don't raise your hand especially. Amen. Does it help you? Don't say amen so loud after they think you are the only one. Okay. Yeah. The more you say it's forgiven. I don't care if the image is the devil puts that image right in front of me. All right. For 10 minutes, for 15 minutes, it's forgiven. It's gone. I'll tell you, it won't take that much time anymore. It'll just fade off. The problem is that we are still struggling against it. That is the law. The law wants to do something. Okay, are you with me so far? Okay, Apostle Prince, you know, I've heard of people saying that, you know, you teach that we don't confess our sins and all. No, no. I I I I I do teach repentance, but you must always understand by believing the truth, you are actually repenting. You don't want that sin to remain in your life. I'm showing you how to get rid of it. I'm not telling you to perpetuate it. I'm showing you how to not perpetuate it. O sometimes people say, "Oh, he's giving people license to sin." No, license is just to fight against it, you know, the non-scriptural way. Because the more you fight against it, you are saying you're not dead to it. Come follow me. Go to a cemetery. Find a grave gravestone, right? And the name is there. Go insult that person. Make sure the relative is not around. Insult that person. Insult. Say as much as you want. Okay. What's their response? Now on the other hand, now praise. Praise that person to the highest. Praise the person. Start flattering the person. Whatever. Any response? So deadness to sensure or praise is the mark of a spiritual man. You don't respond to sensure or praise. One thing about Jesus is that he does not he cannot be flattered by the Pharisees into a good opinion of them. Although they use a lot a lot of flattering remarks in his presence. He cannot be flattered into a good opinion of them. Nor can he listen be criticized into a bad disposition against someone. He will still heal them. He will still bless them. That is our Lord. Amen. For us to become like him to be dead to be dead to censure and praise. Whether it's criticism, we are dead to it. Praise we are dead to it. Or else people can use you. They'll manipulate you. They'll flatter you to get something from you. These are the people that don't love you. Okay. Praise Pastor Prince. Hallelujah. Preach it. Thank you. Thank you. May your tribe increase in the church. Amen. Now, very interestingly, where we find one John 1:9. God is healing someone right now. You have a stomach condition and the Lord just healed you. Praise God. You're completely healed. You feel a warmth in your stomach. And by the end of this service, a lot more people are going to be healed. Amen. Okay, praise the Lord. The last time we we checked at the end of the service, so many hands went up. The Lord is starting something that cannot be stopped. Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. In uh 1 John 2:12, it says, "I write to you little children because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake." Your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake. Your sins plural, not just one sin. Your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake. Doesn't tell you past sins, present sins or future sins. No. Your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake. Now, I'll tell you something else. By the way, the word little children there is not they are uh young spiritually. No, no, no. That's not the word used. In fact, that that word is used later on in first John. But this one is a general word for in fact Strongs call it darlings. My little darlings. It's a affectionate term technon. Technon, technon. I write to you my little darlings. He calls the church, even 80 years old, 90 years old, my little darling, God's children, my darlings. Amen. It's affectionate term. I write to you little children because your sins are forgiven you for his name's sake. Now, the word forgiven, listen carefully. The word forgiven here in the Greek, because your New Testament is written in Greek, forgiven here is in the perfect tense. is in the perfect tense. You know what is the perfect tense? Accomplish once and for all. It will never be repeated. It needs never be repeated. It's once and for all you are forgiven of all your sins. So what happen if you commit a fresh sin? Just count on your forgiveness and move on. Move on. That's true repentance in the New Testament. You listening people? Right believing will always lead to right living. Don't worry. Amen. I write to you my darlings because your sins are forgiven once and for all. Amen. Now strange because this is the book of talk to me. What book is this? Chapter two. Chapter two. Something happened in chapter one, right? We all know one John 1 n 1 John 1:9 says if we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Right? So whoa whoa whoa whoa. Is this a contradiction? If we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive. That is future tense. This is perfect tense once and for all. Same crowd. Would you agree this letter is written to the same crowd? Of course, just two chapters difference. One chapter difference rather. What? So what what is one John 1:9 then? If you read carefully, read carefully all of Paul's letters and the epistles of the New Testament, for the most part, they open up with to all my brethren and to all the saints in Colos, book of Colossians, to all my to all the saints and my beloved brethren in Thessalonica, to all my beloved bre. So, it's very clear he's writing to believers, right? But for some reason the book of Hebrews does not open like that. The book of Hebrews opens with God who at sunundry times and in diverse chapter 1 vers1. God who at sunundry times and in diverse manner spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets has in these last days spoken unto us by his son whom he has appointed heir of all things by whom also he made the worlds. Who being the brightness of his glory and the express image of his person and upholding all things by the word of his power. when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the majesty on high. Want me to go on? So that is Hebrews chapter 1. Hebrews chapter 1. Listen. Hebrews chapter 1 and John was written for the Hebrews. How do I know? Because Hebrews is called Hebrews. It starts with the first verse. God who at sunundry times spoke to our fathers. Most of us our fathers worship other things. So their fathers, the Jewish fathers, they worship the god of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob. So it's written to them. Does that mean we cannot learn from the what is written in the book? That's why we must understand when he talks about a brother, it's not always a Christian brother. It's a Jewish brother. If we see a brother hating someone another brother, we know that he doesn't have eternal life. In first John, it tells us that. So John is an apostle to the circumcision to the Jews. John, Peter, James, and John are apostles to the circumcision to the Jews. Paul is an apostle to the Gentiles, the non-Jews. But all their Paul's letters therefore directly to us. But all of these letters is also for our benefit any more than if I read your letter and there's something that let's say pastor Lawrence writes something very edifying a revelation he wrote but it's written to you Mr. Li Pang Son, right? Then he passed then you he passed me the the letter Lim Peng wrote to you. All right. Then I read Li Pang Son's revelation to Pastor Lawrence. Let's say this time Pastor Lawrence is the one receiving the revelation. All right. But it was written to him. But it's a revelation nonetheless. Can I benefit? Of course I can learn from it. But primarily it's written to Pastor Lawrence in some part when he says don't forget that $500 you owe me that I don't I don't pay him. I don't pay the guy. You know what I'm saying? That's written for him. That's why people are so scared about Hebrews 10 and Hebrews 6 where it says that sinning willfully there's no more forgiveness. They're so scared of that. It's written to the Jew. Amen. Amen. Like Judas Iscariot, they were they tasted the good good word of God. Of course, Judas did. He was there. Some of the best preaching he ever heard. He was there and he was also used for miracles. But the Holy Spirit was on him. Never in him. In fact, none of the disciples were born again. How can they be born again? Jesus has not died for their sins on the cross. They were all disciples, not born again people. When were they born again? When Jesus rose again? on the third day and then he said received the Holy Spirit they are born again 50 days after that they are baptized in the Holy Spirit okay amen so Judas was never saved he didn't lose his salvation well Judas lost his salvation that mean you can lose your salvation be careful where you all don't attend church you can lose salvation I cannot use that also. Don't attend church, you lose the salvation. You don't attend church, you don't you miss the new and living way. Don't you feel sometime you don't attend church even you're on holiday, right? You feel blah. You feel like if I can use the word more dead, you miss home. That should be the feeling. You know, you should not be feeling guilty when you don't read the Bible. You should should be feeling hungry. If you there's life in you, a child will just a baby don't have to talk. Remember you are hungry. Learn to ah understand or not. Understand or not. Okay. Don't have to teach a baby that any more than a born again Christian. Right. Is there a cry? Amen. And every time you read the Bible, you hear God's word. You feel like you're being fed inside. Whether you're on lion diet or cup diet or whatever. Okay, that's a real food. Can I have a good amen? Okay. Question. There's no disparity in the Bible. Nothing. So the first chapter of first John says that which we the very first verse chapter 1 verse one. That which we have seen. Okay. John was writing against an error. All these theologians agree it's an error called gnosticism. Very much like Christian science today. A bit of the matrix belief. Things that are physical is not real. Okay. There is no sin. Therefore, right? If there material is evil. Okay? You know what I'm saying? So they and they you know what they say about Jesus, he never came in the flesh because all of us have the Christ in us. That teaching is coming back. All of us have the Christ consciousness in us. It's up to us to tap into it. No, no, no, no. It's it's a lie from the pit of hell. All right. So, the Gnostic says Christ didn't come in the flesh. He wasn't born as a man. Born as a baby, of course. Someone went to a village in uh in England and asked someone a villager there said any man of God great men of God born in this village says no just babies. So, I'm sorry I said man was born as a man. So was born as a baby. Don't laugh so loud. Okay. All right. God was manifest in the flesh. He was manifest in the flesh. Christ was manifest in the flesh. Okay. So watch watch how John wrote. John says if any spirit does not confess Jesus Christ come in the flesh, he is not of God. So how did he overcome uh how did he open up? First John 1 John chapter 1 verse one. That which we have seen and our eyes have looked upon and our hands have touched him. We declare to you, we saw him. We touched him. We declare him to you now that you also may have coonia fellowship with us. Who is the you and who is the we who have touched him? We are the believers. You some people say you here are the saints. didn't didn't open up with to all the saints and he's telling them you're not saved yet. We declare him to you that you may have co fellowship true fellowship with God and with us. Then later on it says if we walk in the light not according to the light. No one can walk according to the light. We all fall short still. It's not talking about according. It's in which realm are you walking in? Are you in in the darkness or in the light? The Bible says if you are born again, you are now light in the Lord. You are not in the flesh but in the spirit. Amen. So if if we walk in the light, then people ask a question. Why did he use the word we? Why did John include himself? because it's a very polite way to write. Have you ever heard of the queen's queen's English or the editorial English the editorial we you know how you write for example if we have a guest from another country and he comes to Singapore all right and I tell him you know if we don't flush our toilet we can get fine does that mean that I'm a guy who never flush again very loud all right we say that if we speed on the road. We can get fine here in Singapore, right? But I'm talking to someone who is visiting Singapore, right? And I'm using the editorial we, I include myself with the Singaporeans. He's not saying he did it. If we say we have no sin, we lie. Does that mean John is a liar and do not do the truth? If we confess our sins, he's telling those he wants to be wants them to be saved. He's telling them, "Hey guys, if we acknowledge that we have sinned, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Amen. We confess we have sinned. Then he will forgive us and cleanse us. Listen, the last part and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. How often can the last part happen? cleanse uses from all unrighteousness once and for all. Or the implication is if it's meant for the believer, every time the believer sin, he is unrighteous. Then he has to confess to reighteous himself. I can't go any further. I'll fall from the leather. So I go back this way. Okay? He will confess and become reighteous. If he sin again, he sin again. All right? He's now unrighteous. So he has to confess to become reighteous. This nonsense doesn't exist in the New Testament. No wonder we become weak Christians. We're not settled on our forgiveness. No wonder this clause, this new covenant clause, we're not strong on this. We're not counting on this. Therefore, it says that God says, "All will know me because I'll be merciful." But we are acting like he's not he he he didn't keep his word. Our sins are not forgiven. It says their sins and their lawless deeds I'll remember no more. We acting like he remembers it. He still counts it against us. We must count on our forgiveness. Apostastor prince, you're telling people who are in adultery to count on their forgiveness and all that. Now, listen carefully. I know where you're coming from. All right. Number one is that I've never had someone come to my face and tell me, "Pastor Prince, since I learned about my forgi, my complete forgiveness, I'm committing adultery as much as I want." I've never had that. I got people who come and tell me that they heard of people doing that. But no one has ever I've never encountered anyone who dares say that because you know why it's easy to sin against two sets of stones commandments. It's hard to sin against a heart of love. It's hard. So you know what they do in this church of grace if they insist on committing adultery? Many of them they leave. I want to ask you a question. If this is such a anything goes church why do they leave? It's hard to hear the messages coming out here about God's love and grace and all that. Seeing the beauty of God and drawing close to God when they're living in sin. The goodness of God leads you to repentance. Amen. Don't don't come and tell me that you know oh this will lead to license and s the other your other method confessing all the time does it help you? I know it never helped me. I nearly lost my mind. I know that's debatable but nearly lost my mind as a as a youth came that close. Back then I didn't know about mental health and all issues but it all started with me not believing that I'm complete and also believing that I had committed the unpardonable sin. Oh my goodness. I got to let you go. I'm just starting. Praise the Lord. Woo. Hallelujah. So the stronger you are on the last clause, the stronger you believe it and live in it and be conscious of it every day. God will write your his built-in guidance in you. He'll be your God and you will be his people and you will know him best of all. And all the people said, "Amen." Amen. Remember this. If the last clause is not strong, all the clauses doesn't work. That's the only only way for you to walk in this new covenant. Nothing for you to do but only to believe the truth that you are forgiven. Amen. Praise God. Every head bowed, every eye closed all across this place. Thank you, Jesus. See, I let you go on time. The problem is that when you preach on grace, he can just go on like the mercies of God. He endures forever. Know this, you're stepping into a bright future. Why? Therefore, being justified by faith, we have peace with God. And once you have peace with God, we have access into this grace, this favor in which we stand. We are standing on grace ground. favor ground. And then it tells us doesn't mean there's no trouble. But you know what? Tribulation workketh something good. It builds character. And character makes you trustworthy for promotion. Come on. One more time. One more time. One more time. You are justified by faith means you have you're now on favor ground. Now you're on favor ground. You glory in God. You rejoice in the glory of God. As well as rejoice in trouble, tribulation doesn't mean there's no trouble. But for the believer, all things work together. Good things, bad things. All things work together for good. It's not a promise for the unbeliever. It's a promise only for believers. All things work together for good. At a time that's happening, you might think it's not good. But listen friend, spring is coming. And then you realize, Jacob, Jacob, Jacob, you cried, "All these things are against me, but all these things were working for your good." You lost your son, Joseph, but God was working behind the scene to give him back what he thought he lost, but this time enriched and nobled and crowned with a diadem. You might think you've lost something at the moment. You don't see the final picture yet. Your father has a final picture. Just know this. It's working for your good. Enough preaching. Okay, every head bowed, every eye closed. If you have never prayed and received Jesus as your savior and lord, I want to lead you in this prayer of faith to put your trust in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Pray this prayer. Heavenly Father, I thank you for the gift of your son, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Christ died on the cross for my sins, was condemned in my place, and when I was acquitted, justified in him, forgiven of all my sins, you raised him from the dead. I confess Jesus Christ is my Lord and my Savior. Thank you, Father, in Jesus' name. Amen. Praise the Lord. If you pray that prayer, you are now born again. You are now what the Bible calls a new creation, the name of our church. Old things have passed away. All things become new. Stand to your feet. See, no one can tell like what happened recently. All right. And people travel to nearby regions even in Asia and all that. But God knows and God can protect you. Okay? So never take press or declaration over over you for granted. God knows your future. He's gone ahead and then he come back and take you by the hand. Follow him. The Lord bless you and the Lord keep you. The Lord make his face to shine upon you and grant you supernatural favor throughout this week. The Lord lift up his countenance on you and grant you shalom, peace, and wholeness in the name of the Lord Jesus. And all the people said, "Amen." God bless you. We'll see you again.
