Log in to Applications

• Access applications through:
  1. IVC Home Page > Portal
  2. Saddleback Home Page > Logins
• Use college email address and password.

Change Password

• Options:
  1. Applications Portal: Navigate to Applications Portal, then:
     • IVC Portal > Select "Can't access your account?" or "Forgot my password"
     • Saddleback Logins > Select "Can't access your account?" or "Forgot my password"
  2. Online Password Reset: Visit Microsoft Online Password Reset
  3. On-Campus: Log in to Windows computer > Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete > Change Password

Log in to Canvas

• Access through:
  1. IVC Home Page > Portal
  2. Saddleback Home Page > Logins
• Use college email and password.
• Select Canvas from Applications Portal.
• Note: Activation takes up to 24 hours if newly enrolled.

Log in to MySite

• Access MySite through:
  1. IVC Home Page > Portal
  2. Saddleback Home Page > Logins
• Use email and password.
• Select MySite from Applications Portal.
• Note: New MySite system begins Fall 2025, current system until Summer 2025.

Log in to College Computers

• Use college email address and password.

Access College Email

• Access through:
  1. IVC Home Page > Portal
  2. Saddleback Home Page > Logins
• Use email and password.
• Select Outlook Web App from Applications Portal.

What If...

Don't Know Student Number?

• Visit Admissions & Records with photo ID.

Don't Know Username?

• Username is the part of the college email address before the @ sign.
