hey everybody I am Victoria I am this is my blog slash YouTube channel it's Frank fully and I do my color Street business and sprinkly fun nails I'm a color street independent stylist and a senior director and my blog and YouTube is also just about some like cool things that I love that I want to share with you because they are awesome and make life easier in some way or another so my son is here painting rocks so I just had done a video about the happy planner which is like a system that I love but this is I call it my never-ending notebook it's amazing it helps me keep my thoughts and my to-do lists and everything organized and then I can erase them clean so it is what I have is called an elfin book I think the real like brand-name version is called a rocket book and idea is it's got these like smooth pages I feel like they're made of not Tivat but something like that material and then you can write on them with these movies by pilot FriXion pens if you can see that they are like a they're like them the new version of an erasable pen like I don't know if you had erasable pens when you were a kid I thought I had more of these pens but I don't there's somewhere anyway there are the like modern version of an erasable planet so the rocket book I feel like part of the thing is that you get these pages and then they have like an app that you can like basically snap a picture of the page and upload it to the app so that you also don't like lose anything when you go to erase these pages later the elfin book they I left the instructions in here because they do apparently have an app to here's the truth and I think that's like part of the difference between the brand name rocket book and like the off-brand elfin book is that we know whether or not the app is good the truth is that I have not even really used the app yet and here is why um so these pages are smoother than regular paper when you write on them with the friction pens I mean these are like I think a thicker seven millimeter or point seven millimeters whatever it is it is a little it takes a minute for them to dry I will admit that I think that their pens might dry a little faster here is he's trying to paint all the colors and turn it brown okay here's what's super cool about this though so once it does dry there is a little interesting can you just hold on while I'm making the video remember okay so there is an eraser on all these pens because it does I think technically work on regular paper too but so like you can raise with them okay so it is cool that you can do like little mistakes you could erase and it looks neater but the really cool part is this it is water erase the ball okay so I actually just at my desk have like an old baby washcloth and a spray bottle and you could use like any wet napkin wherever you are and look how cool you can just erase the page once it dries sometimes I take the dry side and then you can just start over you can just start over and start a new list so this has been like a mental game changer for me I always joke that I have mom brain I just feel like I can't remember anything but I know every busy person it's you don't have to be a mom to like what this but I will write my to-do lists my grocery lists shopping lists and what I love though is I don't know how many pages are in here I could look it up but um you can have it too oh if I just all of a sudden them like I have thought of landscaping that I want to do or if I you know I can turn the page if I thought of things I need to do for my color street business or for my blog or just for the house you can have everything on a separate page here's like some blog ideas they do have a quite a few totally blank pages that aren't lined so that you can draw whatever you need to do and then when you need to clear your mind you can just erase it away and start over so I got I think I can't member I think it's called the executive size it's not a full sheet of paper so it's not as big as a full sheet of paper yeah there you go here's a full sheet of paper and you can see it's really thin and lightweight so I can throw it in my tote bag or my work bag whatever take it with me it's so light I can carry it around the house basically and like I said and then I can erase it when I am done it's incredible and I actually think let me check I believe that you can oh yeah here you can also um okay you can also put the notebook above a glass of water and microwave it and the whole notebook will erase so I've never tried that I just use the water eraser and like I said you have to use these pilot FriXion pens I got like a multicolored pack they come in different nib widths is that the term but you know thicker with them and they actually come in markers the markers I have mixed feelings on this paper and there probably are other brands you can use too but anyway rocket book is the brand-name version but this is the elephant book which was like the Amazon less expensive alternative the apps probably are different but like I said I have not even used the app yet this is just Ben Melick amazing never-ending notebook so if you need something like that for your brain I totally recommend it alright thank you everybody and I'll see you soon
